本文从不同品系的家蚕中提取DNA或DNA蛋白,并分别注入蓖麻蚕幼虫体内,结果后代发生了幼虫皮斑性状的改变,出现了两种变异个体:一种花蚕,一种花白蚕。后者的幼虫5龄以前有皮斑,5龄期皮斑消失呈白蚕。经过20代(F20)的培育花蚕已成为稳定的转化系。杂交的遗传学分析表明,通过外源DNA作用引起的变异性状的遗传不符合正常的遗传规律:将花蚕(转化体)与白蚕(受体)交配的子一代(F1)幼虫呈现花白蚕的特征。 相似文献
