陵县盐碱荒地和中低产田开发治理优化研究

陵县位于鲁西北,属于黄淮海平原,有耕地129万亩,盐碱荒地19万亩。但在耕地中,大部分是中低产田,而且还有部分难于治理的盐化潮土。为了大幅变地提高经济效益,根据中央和山东省开发黄淮海平原的要求,1991年——2000年中央、省、地、县、乡决定集资1亿元,用于陵县盐碱荒地和中低产田的开发与治理。为了利用好这部分资金,陵县人民政府决定,依靠先进的科学技术,综合开发,以水利为先导,以培肥地力为重点,对排水、灌溉、整平、施肥、修路、植树统筹安排,
