不对称Diels-Alder (D-A)反应在有机合成中被广泛应用于手性二环类化合物的合成. 有机小分子催化的不对称D-A反应已有较多报道, 但对于烯酮与硝基烯烃的反应尚待进一步深入研究, 如反应是遵循Michael-Michael机理还是D-A机理?同时还没有能获得>86% ee值的光学选择性产物. 浙江工业大学徐振元等以设计的有机小分子1为催化剂、对三氟甲基苯甲酸为助催化剂, 在盐水溶液中实现了环己烯酮与硝基烯烃的不对称反应, 提出反应遵循如2所示原位烯胺活化的D-A机理, 同时以>25∶1 (exo∶endo)的立体选择性、55%~99%的收率和83%~96%的ee值得到相应的手性二环类化合物. 这一结果在所报道的文献中是最好的. 相似文献

In this paper, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) used as support and cobalt as catalyst to prepare new CNTs was studied. CNTs could grow well if the precursor CNTs were supported with Co on its surface. On the contrary, CNTs couldn’t grow at all if the precursor CNTs were not supported with Co. The TEM images showed that diameters of the obtained CNTs were different from those of the precursor CNTs. The pure CNTs could be prepared in this method without further purifying. The amount of Co on the precursor CNTs could affect the growth of CNTs greatly. When the content of metal on precursor CNTs was less than 16.2%, the amount of the obtained CNTs increased with the increasing amount of Co, and the maximum growth amount of 625% of CNTs could be obtained. But if the content of metal was more than 16.2%, the amount of Co had no influence on the growth of CNTs. 相似文献

为了寻找具有生物活性的新化合物,以氟乙酸甲酯、氰乙酰胺和甲酸乙酯为起始原料,经环合、氯化、水解、酰氯化等反应合成了含氟吡啶酰氯中间体,再与醇类和酚类反应合成了一系列含氟吡啶羧酸酯类化合物,总收率约38%。其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR、IR、MS及元素分析测试技术确证。初步杀虫抑菌活性测试表明,部分化合物1e、1i、1j和1k在500mg/L浓度下,对淡色库蚊的杀死率在61.9%~100%之间,但对几种受试植物病菌的抑制活性很差。化合物1k活性最好,在500mg/L时对粘虫(armyworm)和淡色库蚊(culex mosquito)的杀死率均为100%。初步构效关系分析表明,芳杂环酚的该类化合物有较好的活性,而脂肪醇的该类化合物无活性。 相似文献

BrФnsted acid ionic liquids were successfully applied to the electrochemical synthesis of polyaniline films on platinum electrode surfaces by using cyclic voltammetry. The scanning electron micrographs showed distinct changes in morphological structures. The films exhibited quite dense packing and good ordering of polymer dendrite as compared with those prepared using conventional hydrochloric acid, indicating that Bronsting acid ionic liquids might be promising alternatives to dual medium-dopants in the synthesis of conducting polymers. 相似文献
