Unusual Transport Properties near the Insulator-Metal Transition in Colossal Magnetoresistive Manganites

It is argued that a combination of the Griffiths theory and the double-exchange mechanism predicts the random distribution of ferromagnetic metallic clusters above the Curie temperature TC in colossal magnetoresistive manganites. Along this line, we propose a model for the temperature dependence of resistivity that yields a quantitative agreement with experimental data obtained in a typical manganite La2/3Ca1/3MnO3. Our result indicates that the formation and growth of ferromagnetic metallic clusters are responsible for the observation of unusual transport properties near the insulator-metal transition.     

STUDY ON STYRENE-BUTADIENE BLOCK COPOLYMER FOR THE MODIFICATI0N OF TIRE TREAD

This paper mainly deals with the design and synthesis of a novel styrene-butadieneblock copolymer. When this copolymer is used in the tread portion of tyres, it can improvewet skid resistance and reduce rolling resistance without sacrificing its general physical-mechanical properties. The visco-elastic curve of tire tread using the novel copolymer asits rubber portion was showed. Reactivity ratios for two monomers in the polymerizingsystem were calculated. The diagrams of differelitial, integral and finite difference calculithroughout the whole molecular chain were presented. The influence of the micro- andmacro-structure of the copolymer chain on wet skid resistance and rolling resistance wasdiscussed     

Synthesis and Characterization of Poly（butylene adipate-co-terephthalate） Catalyzed by Rare Earth Stearates

Rare earth （Nd, Y, La, Dy） stearates have been synthesized and used as single component catalysts for the polycondensation of dimethyl terephthalate, adipic acid and 1,4-butanediol for the first time preparing biodegradable poly（butylene adipate-co-terephthalate） （PBAT） with high molecular weight, The microstructures of PBAT were characterized by ^1H NMR spectra. The PBAT exhibits good mechanical properties such as high tensile strength （ca. 20 MPa） and long break elongation （〉700%）.

β-四(对羟甲基苯氧基)酞菁锌的合成及其抗肿瘤活性

以4-硝基邻苯二腈和对羟基苯甲醇为原料,经两步法设计并合成了两亲性β-四(对羟甲基苯氧基)酞菁锌(Ⅱ)光敏剂(1),其结构经UV-vis,1H NMR,IR,激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(TOF-MS)及元素分析表征.用HE染料法和MTT染色法研究了1对Bel-7402人体肝癌细胞的抑制作用,考察了c(1)对Bel-7402细胞抑制率的影响.实验结果表明,当c(1)为50 mg·L-1时,抑制率达67%,其IC50=30.1 mg·L-1.     

激光电源中基于EXB841的IGBT驱动电路设计

根据IGBT对驱动电路的各项要求,在采用专用驱动模块EXB841及带有过流保护功能的驱动电路的基础上,设计了简化的IGBT驱动电路,并提出了构建实际驱动电路的注意事项。通过对PWM信号、IGBT动态驱动信号、IGBT开通时驱动信号上升沿、IGBT关断时驱动信号下降沿等波形的实际观测,表明此驱动电路工作正常。该驱动电路已用于某型脉冲固体激光电源中,运行良好,可靠性较高。     

Hierarchical nanowires for high-performance electrochemical energy storage

Nanowires are promising candidates for energy storage devices such as lithium-ion batteries, su- per（：apa.citors and lithium-air batteries. However, simple-structured nanowires have some limitations hence the strategies to make improvements need to be explored and investigated. Hierarchical nanowires with enhanced periormanee have been considered as an ideal candidate for energy storage due to the novel structures and/or synergistic properties. This review describes some of the recent progresses in the hierarchical nanowire merits, classification, synthesis and performance in energy storage applieat, ions. Herein we discuss the hierarchical nanowires based on their structural design from three major categories, including exterior design, interior design and aligned nanowire assembly. This review also briefly outlines the prospects of hierarchical nanowires in morphology control, property enhancement and application versatility.     

Raman and optical absorption spectroscopic investigation of Yb-Er codoped phosphate glasses containing SiO_2

Yb-Er codoped Na2O-Al2O3-P2O5-xSiO2 glasses containing 0 - 20 mol% SiO2 were prepared successfully. The addition of SiO2 to the phosphate glass not only lengthens the bond between pS＋ and non-bridging oxygen but also reduces the number of P=O bond. In contrast with silicate glass in which there is only four-fold coordinated Si4＋, most probably there coexist [SiO4] tetrahedron and [SiO6] oetahedron in our glasses. Within the range of 0 - 20 mol% SiO2 addition, the stimulated emission cross-section of Era＋ ion only decreases no more than 10%. The Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters of Er3＋, Ω2 does not change greatly, but Ω4 and Ω6 decrease obviously with increasing SiO2 addition, because the bond between Er3＋ and O2- is more strongly eovalently bonded.
