An unprecedented access to strained tetracyclic bridgehead alkenes by reaction of easily accessible ortho‐alkynylarylaldehydes with conjugated dienes is described. The process involves a chemo‐ and stereo‐selective, gold‐catalyzed, tandem intermolecular [3+2] cycloaddition/Prins‐type ring‐closing reaction that allows generating structural complexity in a straightforward manner. This approach for the preparation of anti‐Bredt compounds is synthetically superior to those previously reported: the procedure is easy to implement, operates under mild experimental conditions, is efficient, and exhibits a good substrate scope.  相似文献

The new unsymmetrical N‐bridgehead, apo (zeromethine), mono‐methine, dimethine, meso substituted tetramethine and styryl cyanine dyes incorporating pyrazolo (4,5‐b) indolizine (benzoindolizine) nuclei were prepared. Structural confirmation was carried out by elemental analyses, IR, H‐NMR, mass spectra and 13C‐NMR with the aid of carbon DEPT spectral data. The visible absorption spectra for the newly synthesized cyanines were examined in 95% ethanol.  相似文献

The base‐mediated formation of a bridgehead double bond in a bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane system (anit‐Bredt molecules) is described. The synthesis of exocyclic norbornyl enones by Wittig reaction of α‐diketones is reported. These enones and their Michael adducts are used as substrates for the generation of transient bridgehead enones and their trapping with MeOH and H2O. Bridgehead alcohols are easily synthesized from norbornyl enones and are exploited for the diversity oriented synthesis of frameworks of natural and unnatural products.  相似文献

Transition-metal catalysis has become one of most important methods for constructing molecules with diverse architectures. Bridged polycyclic skeletons are often considered one of most challenging structures in organic synthesis. This Minireview summarizes the recent progress on synthesis of bridged polycyclic skeletons by transition-metal-catalyzed carbon–carbon bond-forming reaction. Four main ring-forming strategies including connection via olefin or carbonyl functionality, enolate intermediacy, C−H functionality, and aryl functionality are detailed and some effective methods are discussed with particular emphasis on reaction design and mechanism.  相似文献

The starting compound 2‐hydrazinyl‐7‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐5‐oxo‐3,5‐dihydro[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a ]pyridine‐6,8‐dicarbonitrile ( 5 ) was efficiently synthesized from 1,6‐diamino‐4‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐2‐oxo‐1,2‐dihydropyridine‐3,5‐dicarbonitrile ( 1 ). A novel series of polynuclear [1,2,4]triazolo[4′,3′:2,3][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a ]pyridines 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 and pyrido[1′,2′:2,3][1,2,4]triazolo[5,1‐c ][1,2,4]triazines 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 have been synthesized. Structures of the newly synthesized products have been deduced on the basis of elemental analysis and spectral data. The synthesized compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

EBC‐219 ( 4 ), isolated from Croton insularis (Baill), was established by spectroscopic and DFT methods as the first member of a new diterpene skeletal class, uniquely defined by the presence of a bicyclo[10.2.1] bridgehead olefin. The proposed biogenetic pathway to 4 from the co‐isolated natural products EBC‐131 ( 1 ), EBC‐180 ( 2 ) and EBC‐181 ( 3 ) is highly likely. EBC‐180 ( 2 ) and EBC‐181 ( 3 ) showed moderate to strong cytotoxic activity against various cancer cell lines.  相似文献

Well over a hundred years ago, Professor Julius Bredt embarked on a career pursuing and critiquing bridged bicyclic systems that contained ring strain induced by the presence of a bridgehead olefin. These endeavors founded what we now know as Bredt’s rule (Bredtsche Regel). Physical, theoretical, and synthetic organic chemists have intensely studied this premise, pushing the boundaries of such systems to arrive at a better understood physical phenomenon. Mother nature has also seen fit to construct molecules containing bridgehead double bonds that encompass Bredt’s rule. Endocyclic sulfonamide templates bearing both an exocyclic ketone function and an internal olefin underwent reaction with a variety of hydroxylamines to effect an intramolecular nitrone–olefin cycloaddition to afford a new class of compounds suitable for derivatization by high‐throughput medicinal chemistry. Structural elucidation via complete assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR spectra of this new class of compounds was achieved using gradient‐COSY, gradient heteronuclear multiple quantum‐coherence spectroscopy and gradient heteronuclear multiple bond correlation spectroscopy. Additionally, double pulsed field gradient spin echo–nuclear Overhauser effect experiments were carried out in order to study the spatial conformation of this new type of molecule and assess the stereo‐ and regio‐selectivity of the chemical transformation. New condensed heterocyclic system with a bridgehead phosphorus atom has been synthesized by the reaction of imidazolyl anilides of 3,4-dimethoxy- and 3-dimethylaminobenzoic acids with phosphorus(III) halides. Bredt’s rule holds a special place in the realm of physical organic chemistry, but its application to natural products chemistry—the field in which the rule was originally formulated—is not well defined. Herein, the use of olefin strain (OS) energy as a readily calculated predictor of the stability of natural products containing a bridgehead alkene is introduced. Schleyer first used OS energies to classify parent bridgehead alkenes into “isolable”, “observable”, and “unstable” classes. OS calculations on natural products, using contemporary forcefield methods, unequivocally predict all structurally verified bridgehead alkene natural products to be “isolable”. Thus, when one assigns the structure of a putative bridgehead alkene natural product, an OS in the “observable” or “unstable” ranges is a red flag for error.  相似文献

The 19F NMR shieldings for several remotely substituted rigid polycyclic alkyl fluorides with common sets of substituents covering a wide range of electronic effects were calculated using the DFT‐GIAO theoretical model. The level of theory, B3LYP/6–311+G(2d,p), was chosen based on trial calculations which gave good agreement with experimental values where known. The optimized geometries were used to obtain various molecular parameters (fluorine natural charges, electron occupancies on fluorine of lone pairs and of the C? F bond, and hybridization states) by means of natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis which could help in understanding electronic transmission mechanisms underlying 19F substituent chemical shifts (SCS) in these systems. Linear regression analysis was employed to explore the relationship between the calculated 19F SCS and polar substituent constants and also the NBO derived molecular parameters. The 19F SCS are best described by an electronegativity parameter. The most pertinent molecular parameters appear to be the occupation number of the NBO p‐type fluorine lone pair and the occupation number of the C? F antibonding orbital. This trend suggests that in these types of rigid saturated systems hyperconjugative interactions play a key role in determining the 19F SCS. A one‐pot three‐component procedure to efficiently create the 1,3‐diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hex‐3‐ene system is reported. The molecular structure of 2,4,6‐triphenyl‐1,3‐diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hex‐3‐ene ( 3 ) was studied by X‐ray diffraction and compared to ab initio and density‐functional‐theory (DFT) calculations restricted to the core moiety. Geometry optimizations for structural isomers and tautomeric forms of this aziridine fragment, taken as simplified models, were carried out at high calculation levels. Moreover, the same methods were utilized to evaluate the proton affinity of two crucial aziridine tautomers.  相似文献

A full set of carbon-carbon coupling constants have been calculated at the SOPPA level in the series of six most representative propellanes. Special attention was focused on spin-spin couplings involving both bridgehead carbons, and these data were rationalized in terms of the multipath coupling mechanism and hybridization effects. Many unknown couplings in the propellane frameworks were predicted with high reliability.  相似文献

All possible J(C,C) of the bicarbocyclic frameworks together with J(C,H) and J(H,H) at bridgeheads in the series of six bridged bicycloalkanes, bicyclo[1.1.0]butane, bicyclo[2.1.0]pentane, bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane, bicyclo[2.2.0]hexane, bicyclo[3.2.0]heptane and bicyclo[3.3.0]octane, were calculated at the SOPPA level with correlation consistent Dunning sets cc‐pVTZ‐Cs augmented with inner core s‐functions and locally dense Sauer sets aug‐cc‐pVTZ‐J augmented with tight s‐functions and rationalized in terms of the multipath coupling mechanism and hybridization effects explaining many interesting structural trends. A QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe) method for the determination of benazolin-ethyl and quizalofop-p-ethyl in rape and soil by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry has been developed in this study. The residue and dissipation of benazolin-ethyl and quizalofop-p-ethyl in rape and soil were determined with the developed method. The half-lives of benazolin-ethyl in rape straw and soil were 3.7–5.1 days and 14.3–26.3 days, respectively. The half-lives of quizalofop-p-ethyl in rape straw and soil were 5.0-6.1 days and 0.3–9.7 days, respectively. The residue of benazolin-ethyl and quizalofop-p-ethyl in rapeseed and soil were below the detection limit (i.e., 0.5?mg?kg?1, the maximum residue level of European Union for quizalofop-p-ethyl).  相似文献

Ti-V基储氢合金在室温、常压下即可表现出良好的储氢特性,且质量储氢容量明显高于传统AB5型储氢合金,从而在氢气的精制和回收、运输和储存及热泵等方面有较早的应用。 此外,在混合气体分离、核反应堆中处理氢的同位素、镍氢电池及燃料电池负极材料等方面也得到了广泛的研究与关注。 基于目前Ti-V基储氢合金的研究现状,概述了该类合金的优势、限制性因素(包括成因)及改性手段。 此外,为了进一步理解Ti-V基合金储氢机理、构建合金组分与储氢特性之间的对应关系,本工作重点围绕Ti-V基储氢合金及其氢化物的结构、组分优化设计展开综述,并对其未来研究方向做出展望。  相似文献
