Octahedral iron(II) and cobalt(II) based complexes, [N,N′-di(quinoline-2-methylene)-1,2-phenylenediimine]MCl2, and [N,N′-di(quinoline-2-methylene)diiminocyclohexane]MCl2 (M = Co and Fe), bearing tetradentate diimino nitrogen ligands were prepared and used in tert-butylacrylate (t-BA) polymerization after activation with methylaluminoxane (MAO). In general, polyacrylates with high molar mass and narrow molar mass distribution (MMD ≈ 2) were obtained. In order to understand the influence of the ligand on the polymerization process, polymerization behaviour of the hexacoordinated complexes was compared to pentacoordinated iron(II) and cobalt(II) complexes, 2,6-bis[1-(cyclohexylimido)ethyl]pyridine MCl2 (M = Co and Fe), bearing tridentate diimine nitrogen ligands as well as to free iron(II) chloride. The ability of the MAO activated hexacoordinated complexes to polymerize methylacrylate (MA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) was also considered, but reduced activities as well as lower molar mass polymers were obtained than in the experiments with t-BA.  相似文献

N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone-based hydrogels were prepared by the Diels-Alder reaction in water for the first time. Copolymers of N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone(VP) and furfuryl methacrylate(FM) were synthesised by free radical polymerisation in toluene at 70 °C by using 2,2′-azobisisobutyronltrile as an initiator. Polymeric dienophile (PEG-AMI) was prepared from N-alaninyl maleimide (AMI) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) by using N,N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) as a dehydrating agent. The prepared dienes and dienophile were then dissolved in water and mixed, leading to gelation via Diels-Alder reaction after some time. The gelation times of different copolymers and PEG-AMI in different solvents and at different temperatures were measured by the vial inversion method, and the swelling behaviour of dried hydrogels was studied using a general gravimetric method. The gelation time was shorter in water than in organic solvents, and the gelation time decreased with the increase of temperature and FM content in copolymers. Conversely, the swelling ratios increased with the decrease of temperature and FM content in the copolymers. Disassembly experiments suggested that N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) could accelerate the retro-DA reaction.  相似文献

A specific adsorbent for extraction of methidathion from olive oil was developed. The design of the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was based on the results of the computational screening of the library of polymerisable functional monomers. MIP was prepared by thermal polymerisation using N,N’-methylene bisacrylamide (MBAA) as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a cross-linker. The polymers based on the itaconic acid (IA), methacrylic acid (MAA) and 2-(trifluoromethyl)acryl acid (TFMAA) functional monomers and one control polymer which was made without functional monomers with cross-linker EGDMA were also synthesised and tested. The performance of each polymer was compared using corresponding imprinting factor. As it was predicted by molecular modelling the best results were obtained for the MIP prepared with MBAA. The obtained MIP was optimised in solid-phase extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (MISPE-HPLC-UV) and tested for the rapid screening of methidathion in olive oil. The proposed method allowed the efficient extraction of methidathion for concentrations ranging from 0.1 to 9 mg L−1 (r2 = 0.996). The limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) in olive oil were 0.02 mg L−1 and 0.1 mg L−1, respectively. MIPs extraction was much more effective than traditional C18 reverse-phase solid phase extraction.  相似文献

The bis-aluminated triflic amides such as TfN[Al(Me)Cl]2 and TfN[Al(iBu)2]2, which are derived from triflic amide (1 mol) and aluminum reagent (2 mol), can efficiently promote the Diels-Alder reaction of α,β-unsaturated lactone derivatives as dienophiles. Selection of the ligand on aluminum of these Lewis acids should be important depending on the combination of dienophile and 1,3-diene.  相似文献

A variety of poly(ester imide)s (PEsIs) were prepared using bis(4-aminophenyl)terephthalate (BPTP) and substituted BPTP (BPTP series) for applications to novel base film materials in flexible printed circuit boards (FPC). BPTP series were all highly reactive with various tetracarboxylic dianhydrides and led to considerably high molecular weights of PEsI precursors. The thermally imidized BPTP-based PEsI films achieved lower extents of water absorption (WA) than the corresponding 4-aminophenyl-4′-aminobenzoate (APAB)-based PEsI systems while keeping other target properties, in particular, the linear coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) much lower than that of copper foil as a conductive layer in FPC. The lower WA is attributed to the decreased imide contents in the structure by using BPTP. The considerably low CTE can be explained in terms of intimate stacking between the p-aromatic ester fragments with an extended conformation. The BPTP-based PEsI system also exhibited a considerably low dissipation factor (tan δ = 1.91 × 10−3) at a high-frequency electric field of 18.3 GHz, comparable to a liquid-crystalline polyester. An effect of substituents on the film properties was also investigated in this work. Incorporation of methyl substituents on BPTP was very effective for property improvement, whereas methoxy substituents on BPTP, as well as methyl substituents onto hydroquinone bis(trimellitate anhydride) (TAHQ), showed a trend to significantly increase the CTE. Copolymerization with an adequate amount of a typically flexible monomer, 4,4′-oxydianiline (4,4′-ODA), allowed the CTE matching with copper foil and the film toughness improvement at the same time. The PEsI copolymer prepared from TAHQ (10 mmol) with methyl-substituted BPTP (7 mmol) and 4,4′-ODA (3 mmol) achieved excellent combined properties, namely, a very high Tg at 410 °C, a slightly lower CTE (10.0 ppm/K) than that of copper foil, suppressed water absorption (0.35%), an extremely low linear coefficient of humidity expansion (CHE = 3.4 ppm/RH%), and good film toughness (the elongation at break, εb = 50.7%). Thus, BPTP- and methyl-substituted BPTP-based PEsI systems can be promising candidates as a next generation of FPC base film materials.  相似文献

A new strategy to 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (HNPA) and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid from 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene and p-cymene, respectively, was developed using the NHPI-catalyzed aerobic oxidation as a principal reaction. 2,6-Diisopropylnaphthalene was oxidized by the oxidation with O2 (1 atm) by NHPI (10 mol %) combined with Co(OAc)2 (0.5 mol %) to give 6-acetyl-2-isopropylnaphthalene, which then was converted to 6-isopropyl-2-naphthoic acid under O2 (1 atm) in the presence of Co(OAc)2 (0.5 mol %) and Mn(OAc)2 (0.5 mol %). Esterification of the resulting acid followed by the aerobic oxidation produced methyl 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoate whose hydrolysis led to the desired HNPA. An alternative route involves the oxidation of 6-acetyl-2-isopropylnaphthalene to 6-acetyl-2-naphthol on which subsequent oxidation and deacetylation gave HNPA. This method was successfully extended to the synthesis of 4-hydroxybenzoic acid from p-cymene.  相似文献

A size separation method was developed for aqueous C60 fullerene aggregates (aqu/C60) using asymmetric flow field flow fractionation (AF4) coupled to a dynamic light scattering detector in flow through mode. Surfactants, which are commonly used in AF4, were avoided as they may alter suspension characteristics. Aqu/C60 aggregates generated by sonication in deionized water ranged in size from 80 to 260 nm in hydrodynamic diameter (Dh) as determined by DLS in flow through mode, which was corroborated by analysis of fractions by DLS in batch mode and by TEM. The mass of C60 in each fraction was determined by LC–APPI–MS. Only 5.2 ± 6.7% of the total aqu/C60 mass had Dh less than 80 nm, while 58 ± 32% of the total aqu/C60 mass had Dh between 80 and 150 nm and 14 ± 9.2% of the total aqu/C60 were between 150 and 260 nm in Dh. With the optimal fractionation parameters, 77 ± 5.8% of the aqu/C60 mass eluted from the AF4 channel, indicating deposition on the AF4 membrane had occurred during fractionation; use of alternative membranes did not reduce deposition. Channel flow splitting increased detector response although channel split ratios greater than 80% of the channel flow led to decreased detector response. This is the first report on the use of AF4 for fractionating a colloidal suspension of aqu/C60.  相似文献

A rapid and efficient method for the synthesis of various poly-substituted quinolines has been developed via the Friedländer condensation of 2-aminoarylaldehyde with a carbonyl compound containing a reactive α-methylene group in the presence of sodium ethoxide (10 mol %). The new tetrahydroacridine derivatives and 11H-indeno[1,2-b]quinolines were synthesized in high yield with sodium ethoxide as a catalyst via the Friedländer reaction. The conditions of reaction were discussed and the possible reaction mechanism was proposed.  相似文献

A new end-to-end (EE) doubly azido bridged dinuclear complex [Cu2L21,3-N3)2] (1) [where L = (E)-4-(2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)-1,1,1-trifluoropentan-2-one)] has been synthesized and characterized by elemental and spectroscopic techniques. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the dimeric complex possesses a center of inversion. Each copper atom in 1 is in a distorted square pyramidal geometry with a CuN4O chromophore as revealed from the τ value, 0.19. The four basal positions are occupied by two imine N and one keto O atom of the Schiff base and one N atom from the azide anion. Another N atom from a coordinated azide occupies the apical position. Temperature dependent magnetic susceptibility of 1 was fitted using the Bleaney–Bowers expression which led to the parameters J = 13.6 cm−1 and R = 3.4 × 10−5. It indicates a ferromagnetic interaction through the double azido bridges connecting the individual copper Schiff base units.  相似文献

2-C-Acetoxymethyl glycal derivatives react with aliphatic alcohols in the presence of InCl3 (30 mol %) to furnish the corresponding 2-C-methylene glycosides in excellent yields and with exclusive α-selectivity except for the methyl 2-C-methylene glycosides, which are formed in ∼2:1 anomeric ratio in favour of the α-anomer. The reaction of 2-C-acetoxyglycals with phenols, however, produces the corresponding chiral carbohydrate-derived pyranobenzopyran derivatives via initial Ferrier rearrangement followed by tandem cyclization in excellent yields and moderate to high stereoselectivities in favour of the corresponding 10a-R-pyrano[2,3-b][1]benzopyran derivatives.  相似文献

An ultrasound-assisted solvent extraction procedure has been optimised to speed up total polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (T-PAHs) extraction from mussel soft tissue. The T-PAHs releases have been evaluated by spectrofluorimetry (excitation and fluorescence emission wavelengths of 300 and 382 nm, respectively, and using chrysene as calibrant). Variables such as sonication time, ultrasound frequency, n-hexane volume, dichloromethane volume, number of repeated extractions with n-hexane and number of repeated extraction with dichloromethane were simultaneously studied by applying a Plackett-Burman design (PBD) approach. Results showed that ultrasound frequency and n-hexane and dichloromethane volumes were statistically significant variables (confidence interval of 95%). These last two variables were finally optimised by using central composite designs (CCD), yielding optimum n-hexane and dichloromethane volumes of 2.5 and 6.5 ml, respectively. The lowest T-PAHs releasing at high ultrasound frequency (35 kHz) led to choice the lowest ultrasound frequency (17 kHz) to perform the extraction. Variables such as sonication time and number of repeated extraction with n-hexane or dichloromethane were statistically non-significant and they were fixed at 10 min and the extraction with n-hexane and dichloromethane were performed once. The limit of detection was 0.021 μg g−1 (referred to dried mass), the repeatability of the overall method was 4.7% (n = 9) and the analytical recoveries were between 98 and 105%. The proposed method was finally applied to 16 mussel samples (Mytilus galloprovincialis) from Ría de Arousa estuary (Galicia, northwest Spain).  相似文献

Stereoselective hetero Diels-Alder reaction of selenoaldehydes, generated by thermal retro Diels-Alder reaction of anthracene cycloadducts, with pentavalent 3,4-dimethylphosphole chalcogenides at 110 °C in toluene to give the corresponding [4+2] cycloadducts as a single diastereoisomer in good yields, accompanied by a slight scrambling of chalcogen atoms. Samples of Poly(N-ethylacrylamide) (PEA) have been synthesized by free radical polymerization in water using N,N′-methylene bis-acrylamide (BIS) as crosslinker. Hydrogels obtained by swelling them in water, 15 wt% KCl and 1 wt% sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) were examined by gravimetric, dimensional and compression-strain measurements to afford values of swelling ratio, polymer-solvent interaction parameters, elastic moduli and effective crosslinking density νe. Crosslinking inefficiency is evidenced by the low value (0.23) of νe relative to the theoretical crosslinking density νt based on the content of BIS in the synthesis. A small but finite extrapolated value of νe at νt = 0 is indicative of hydrophobic physical interactions. In water at 298 K increasing the content of BIS leads to a decrease in swelling and increases in values of elastic moduli and polymer-water interaction parameter. At a fixed content of BIS the values of νe and the elastic moduli exhibit an unusual increase with temperature, the crosslinking thus being thermally reversible. It is proposed that this results from a balance between hydrophobic interaction and breakage of hydrophilic hydrogen bonding. Although KCl in the medium decreases the swelling compared with that in water, the opposite effect occurs on incorporation of SDS, which is assumed to confer some polyelectrolyte character to the PEA chains. The finding, that these two swelling media reduce the values of νe and elastic moduli cf the value in water, has not been resolved satisfactorily.  相似文献

Computations of the Diels-Alder (DA) reactions of azaphosphole representative namely, thiazolo[3,2-d][1,4,2]diazaphosphole with 1,3-butadiene and isoprene at the density functional theory level reveal concerted mechanisms via asynchronous transition states. The activation energies (B3LYP/6-311++G**// B3LYP/6-311G**), 16-19 kcal mol−1, are much smaller than the value (32.57 kcal mol−1) calculated for the DA reaction of the non-phosphorus analogue, imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole with 1,3-butadiene. An electron-withdrawing group at the 3-position of the dienophile enhances both stereo- and regioselectivities, which agree nicely with the experimental values. Inclusion of solvent effect (PCM model) reveals that the stereo- and regioselectivities are not affected appreciably. The relative stabilities of the transition structures corresponding to the endo/exo stereoisomers and meta (P/Me, 1:3)/para (P/Me, 1:4) regioisomers have been rationalized on the basis of the secondary molecular orbital interactions.  相似文献

Novel molecularly imprinted microgels incorporating arginine and tyrosine side chains as functional monomers have been designed and synthesised with percentages of cross-linker ranging from 70 to 90%. Full chemico-physical characterisation including Mr, coil density and size particle determination concluded that all polymer preparations obtained can be classified as microgels. Molecular imprinting using a phosphate template was used to generate catalytic microgels for the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl carbonates. Kinetic characterisation of the catalytic activity of the different preparations indicated that values of critical monomer concentration (CM) and percentage of cross-linker play an important role in determining the catalytic efficiency of the different preparations. Microgels containing 70% cross-linker were the only ones following the Michaelis-Menten saturation model and kinetic parameters were obtained using 4 mg/ml of M397: Vmax = 1.34 × 10−6 M s−1 (S.E. 1.28 × 10−7) and KM = 2.38 × 10−3 M (S.E. 3.1 × 10−4).  相似文献

Thermotropic copolyesters containing an isophthalate unit and mesogenic 4, 4′-bis (ω-hydroxyalkyloxy) biphenyls (n = 3, 4, 6) with different numbers of methylene units have been synthesized by melt polymerization. The number-average molar mass (Mn) was estimated from end group analysis by 1H NMR. The copolymer compositions were also obtained from 1H NMR. The thermal behavior of the copolymers containing even-even (n = 4, 6) and odd-even (n = 3, 4) pairings has been investigated and is also compared with that of the analogous homopolymers. The copolymers exhibit reduced melting point and extending liquid crystalline range identified using polarizing microscopy and DSC. All of the obtained compounds were characterized by conventional spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

The Diels–Alder cycloaddition of the di-P-stereogenic dienophile (SP,SP)-1 leads to novel di-P-stereogenic norbornene derivatives and proceeds with moderate diastereoselectivity in the absence of a catalyst. In the presence of TiCl4, however, the diastereoselectivity was raised to 9:1. The major diastereoisomer has been characterized crystallographically. The separation of the diastereomeric cycloadducts was possible by fractional crystallization in the presence of (?)-O,O-dibenzoyltartaric acid monohydrate.  相似文献

Treatment of [M(H2Li)] with UCl4 in pyridine led to the formation of the dinuclear complexes [MLi(py)UCl2(py)2] and/or [Hpy][MLi(py)UCl3] [Li = N,N′-bis(3-hydroxysalicylidene)-R, R = 1,2-phenylenediamine (i = 1), R = trans-1,2-cyclohexanediamine (i = 2), R = 2-amino-benzylamine (i = 3), R = 1,3-propanediamine (i = 4), R = 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine (i = 5); M = Cu or Ni]. The crystal structures show that the 3d and 5f ions occupy, respectively, the N2O2 and O4 cavities of the Schiff base ligand, the U4+ ion adopting a dodecahedral or pentagonal bipyramidal configuration in the neutral and anionic complexes, respectively.  相似文献

A sodium ion conducting polymer electrolyte based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) complexed with NaClO4 was prepared using a solution-cast technique. Investigations were conducted using XRD, FTIR and SEM. Frequency dependent conductivity (σac) values were obtained from complex impedance plots (Cole-Cole plots). Activation energy values were determined from the conductivity data are decreased with increasing ionic conductivity. The transference number measurement was performed to characterize the polymer electrolyte for battery applications. Transference number values show that the charge transport in this electrolyte is predominantly due to the ions (tion = 0.98). Using the electrolyte, cells with a configuration Na/(PVC + NaClO4)/(I2 + C + electrolyte) were fabricated and their discharge profiles studied.  相似文献
