元素成像作为一种快速、直观的无损检测技术,在核工业、航空航天、新能源、地质、考古、先进制造等多个领域得到广泛应用。其中的X射线凭借较强的穿透物体的能力,太赫兹和毫米波凭借对人体无接触、低损害的特点,在安检领域得到了广泛应用。本文对这三种成像技术的数据集和近几年的图像处理技术进行了总结和归纳,为该领域的进一步深入应用提供了有力的技术支撑。  相似文献

The effect of an external electrical field on phase behaviors is reported for polymer dispersed liquid crystal films of 4′‐pentyl‐4‐biphenylcarbonitrile/poly(methyl methacrylate) binary mixtures with various polymer molecular weights. The experimental results show that increasing the molecular weight of the polymer or the electrical field intensity can give rise to an increase in the phase‐transition temperature and a widening of the binary phase region. The lattice theory, regarding a binary system consisting of a rigid nematic liquid crystal and a random polymer, has been extended to the case in which an external electrical field is present. A comparison of the theoretical predictions with the experimental results has been carried out, and satisfactory agreement has been found. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 本研究探讨儿童肱骨外髁骨折诊断中,应用X线、磁共振成像(MRI)的价值。选取急性肘关节外伤儿童94例,给予X线、MRI检查,分析两者诊断肱骨外髁骨折诊断的价值。94例急性肘关节外伤儿童中,确诊肱骨外髁骨折74例;MRI诊断肱骨外髁骨折的灵敏性、准确性和阴性预测值均为100.00%,明显高于X线检查的83.78%、85.11%和60.00%(P<0.05);MRI诊断肱骨滑车软骨链完整性的灵敏性、准确性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为93.02%、96.81%、100.00%和94.44%,明显高于X线的62.79%、78.72%、87.10%和74.60%(P<0.05);MRI冠状位3D-FS-FSPGR/3D-FSPGR序列诊断肱骨外髁骨折的灵敏性、准确性和阴性预测值均为100.00%,明显高于FS-PDWI、FS-T2WI序列(P<0.05)。相比较X线,MRI在儿童肱骨外髁骨折诊断中有较好的诊断价值,值得临床使用。  相似文献

In the distribution function approach to the conformational and thermodynamic properties of polymeric liquids site-site (pair) distribution functions are essential components of the theory. These site-site pair distribution functions are basically mean fields obeying integral equations. In our recent works, a set of self-consistent field equations has been proposed for site-site pair correlation functions which allow us to study conformational and thermodynamic properties of polymeric liquids. In this article, we present a short review of the theory and its applications to a number of aspects of polymeric liquids we have made until now. We also present a self-consistent version of the polymer reference interaction site model where the integral equations for the intramolecular site-site correlation functions are obtained from the Kirkwood hierarchy on the basis of the present theory. The present theory is shown to predict correctly the scaling properties associated with swollen and collapsed polymers in good and poor solvents, respectively. At finite densities, self-consistent solutions of the intra- and intermolecular equations yield the structures and thermodynamics of polymer melts which are favorably compared with Monte Carlo simulation results. Self-consistent theory results are found to be more accurate than the non-self-consistent approaches that use an ideal Gaussian chain conformation distribution function. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A comparative study of energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence techniques (without and with polarized radiation) and a wavelength-dispersive technique was carried out in order to investigate their sensitivity for the quantitative determination of 3d transition metal traces in plastic materials. For this purpose, liquid calibration samples in paraffin oil for the elements Cr, Mn, Co, Ni and Cu were prepared. Calibration lines in the concentration range of 1–100 g/g were evaluated for commercially available XRF-instruments and the results were critically compared. Limits of detection (LOD) ranged from 0.1 to 0.7 g/g for wavelength-dispersive XRF and energy-dispersive XRF with polarized radiation. The LOD's for energy-dispersive XRF without polarized radiation ranged from 0.9 to 8.6 g/g for elements in the same atomic number range between 24 and 29. The application of these optimized methods to the quantitation of wear and corrosion phenomena in plastic extruders and in a relevant model test apparatus, the annular slit tribometer, is elucidated.  相似文献

Blends of Poly(butylene terephthalate), PBT, with Polycarbonate, PC, were studied for a range of molecular weights and blend compositions. Blends were available in PBT/PC compositions 80/20 and 40/60, and with Mw designated by H (high) or L (low). Samples were prepared by melt crystallization, or by cold crystallization following a rapid quench from the melt. Addition of PC reduces the crystallization kinetics of PBT so that the resulting crystals are more perfect than those which form in the homopolymer. Degree of crystallinity of the blends followed the rank ordering: L/L > L/H > H/L = H/H. The glass transition behavior was investigated using dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and modulated differential scanning calorimetry (MDSC). All blends exhibited two glass transitions at intermediate temperatures between the Tgs of the homopolymers, indicating existence of a PBT-rich phase and a PC-rich phase. Blends L/L were most, and H/H the least, miscible. Small-angle X-ray scattering was performed at room temperature on cold crystallized blends, or at elevated temperature during melt crystallization. The long period was consistently larger, and the linear stack crystallinity was consistently smaller, in blends L/L or H/L. These results indicate that in blends containing low Mw PC, there is more PC located within the PBT-rich phase. The long period was consistently smaller in cold crystallized samples, while the linear stack crystallinity was nearly the same, regardless of melt or cold crystallization treatment. Reduction of the average long period in cold crystallized samples could result from crystallization of PBT within the PC-rich phase. This is consistent with thermal analysis results, which indicate that cold crystallized samples have greater overall crystallinity than melt crystallized samples. A hypothetical liquid phase diagram is presented to explain the differences between melt and cold crystallized blends. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

利用同步辐射CT (SR-CT)技术, 在氮化硅陶瓷样品烧结过程中对其进行实时投影成像, 并应用滤波反投影算法和数字图像处理技术, 得到了样品在整个烧结过程中内部微结构演化的二维和三维重建图像, 实现了对陶瓷固相烧结过程实时、无损的观测. 通过重建图像清晰观测到了陶瓷样品在烧结三个阶段中颗粒接触、烧结颈形成、晶粒和气孔长大、气孔球化并收缩等烧结现象; 统计了样品在不同烧结时刻的孔隙率, 得到了孔隙率随烧结时间对数的变化曲线, 并根据曲线分析了样品在不同烧结时刻致密化速率的变化, 得到了烧结中期孔隙率和时间对数的线性关系. 实验的结果和现有烧结理论相吻合, 并为进一步完善烧结理论提供了有效的实验数据.  相似文献

The morphological and catalytic properties of samples of nanomeric zirconium dioxide, stabilized with yttrium oxide, manufactured via the effect of a UHF field during the process of drying precipitated zirconium hydroxide and calcination at temperatures from 300 to 1000 °C, were studied. A ratiometric fluorescent turn-on probe for fluoride ion, based on modulation of the excited-state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) process by chemodosimetric desilylation pathway is reported. The probe SNBT (silyl protected hydroxynaphthalene benzothiazole moiety) shows a significant increase of ratiometric absorption band at 440 nm and emission band at 477 nm by the deprotection of fluoride mediated silyl bond cleavage in CH3CN–H2O (8/2, v/v, 25 °C). The test strips based on SNBT and F are fabricated, which can act as a convenient and efficient F test kits. Furthermore, the biological application shows that it can be very useful as a selective fluoride probe in the fluorescence imaging of living cells.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two complexes of oxacalix[4]arene derivatives {p-isopropyl-dihomooxacalix[4]arene (IOC-4)and p-tert-butyldihomooxacalix[4]arene(BOC-4)} with xylene isomers have been determined byX-ray diffraction method. X-ray photoelectron and voltammetry studies of the charged state of the metal atom in nickel(II) chelate complexes with ligands containing CS 2 and PS 2 groups and in heteroligand complexes on their basis were carried out. It is shown that the degree of formal oxidation of the nickel atom in the complexes corresponds to Ni(II). In the case of heteroligand complexes, addition of nitrogen heterocycles causes an increase in the electron density on the atoms of the coordination center. In this work, a novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for use as a solid phase extraction sorbent was developed for the determination of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) in liver extract. CoQ10 is an essential cofactor in mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation and a powerful antioxidant agent found in low concentrations in biological samples. This fact and its high hydrophobicity make the analysis of CoQ10 technically challenging. Accordingly, a MIP was synthesised using coenzyme Q0 as the template, methacrylic acid as the functional monomer, acetonitrile as the porogen, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinker and benzoyl peroxide as the initiator. Various parameters affecting the polymer preparation and extraction efficiency were evaluated. Morphological characterisation of the MIP and its proper comparison with C18 as a sorbent in solid phase extraction were performed. The optimal conditions for the molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction (MISPE) consisted of 400 μL of sample mixed with 30 mg of MIP and 600 μL of water to reach the optimum solution loading. The loading was followed by a washing step consisting of 1 mL of a 1-propanol solution (1-propanol:water, 30:70,v/v) and elution with 1 mL of 1-propanol. After clean-up, the CoQ10 in the samples was analysed by high performance liquid chromatography. The extraction recoveries were higher than 73.7% with good precision (3.6–8.3%). The limits of detection and quantification were 2.4 and 7.5 μg g−1, respectively, and a linear range between 7.5 and 150 μg g−1 of tissue was achieved. The new MISPE procedure provided a successful clean-up for the determination of CoQ10 in a complex matrix.  相似文献

Adsorption technology is widely considered as the most promising and robust method of purifying water at low cost and with high-efficiency. Carbon-based materials have been extensively explored for adsorption applications because of their good chemical stability, structural diversity, low density, and suitability for large scale production. Graphene – a single atomic layer of graphite – is the newest member in the family of carbon allotropes and has emerged as the “celeb” material of the 21st century. Since its discovery in 2004 by Novoselov, Geim and co-workers, graphene has attracted increased attention in a wide range of applications due to its unprecedented electrical, mechanical, thermal, optical and transport properties. Graphene's infinitely high surface-to-volume ratio has resulted in a large number of investigations to study its application as a potential adsorbent for water purification. More recently, other graphene related materials such as graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, and few-layered graphene oxide sheets, as well as nanocomposites of graphene materials have also emerged as a promising group of adsorbent for the removal of various environmental pollutants from waste effluents. In this review article, we present a synthesis of the current knowledge available on this broad and versatile family of graphene nanomaterials for removal of dyes, potentially toxic elements, phenolic compounds and other organic chemicals from aquatic systems. The challenges involved in the development of these novel nanoadsorbents for decontamination of wastewaters have also been examined to help identify future directions for this emerging field to continue to grow.  相似文献

Selenium is an essential element for the normal cellular function of living organisms. However, selenium is toxic at concentrations of only three to five times higher than the essential concentration. The inorganic forms (mainly selenite and selenate) present in environmental water generally exhibit higher toxicity (up to 40 times) than organic forms. Therefore, the determination of low levels of different inorganic selenium species in water is an analytical challenge. Solid-phase extraction has been used as a separation and/or preconcentration technique prior to the determination of selenium species due to the need for accurate measurements for Se species in water at extremely low levels. The present paper provides a critical review of the published methods for inorganic selenium speciation in water samples using solid phase extraction as a preconcentration procedure. On the basis of more than 75 references, the different speciation strategies used for this task have been highlighted and classified. The solid-phase extraction sorbents and the performance and analytical characteristics of the developed methods for Se speciation are also discussed.  相似文献
