The copper(Ⅱ) complexes of pyridine-3-carboxylic acid (nicotinic acid) and pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (isonicotinic acid) were synthesized, and their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction and so on. The results show that under experimental conditions, the ligands of synthesized copper nicotinate and copper isonicotinate are coordinated simultaneity with copper(Ⅱ) via the nitrogen of pyridine group and an oxygen of carboxylic acid group to form bidentate chelates. The crystal of copper nicotinate with two six-membered chelate rings belongs to monoclinic system, while that of copper isonicotinate having two five-membered chelate rings is of triclinic system. The tests show that the biological activities, such as the improvement of feed utilization, growth, anti-oxidation ability of organism and disease-resistant power, are different when copper nicotinate, copper inicotinate, copper-lysine chelate, copper-methionine chelate and copper sulphate are added in pig's feed, respectively. Due to its higher biological activity, less pollution and lower toxicity,copper nicotinate has wide potential applications as a feed additive.  相似文献

The thermodynamic parameters (log K, ΔG, ΔH and ΔS) of complexation of Eu(III), a chemical analogue of trivalent actinides, with pyridine monocarboxylates, namely, picolinic acid (pyridine-2-carboxylic acid), nicotinic acid (pyridine-3-carboxylic acid), isonicotinic acid (pyridine-4-carboxylic acid) have been studied at 1.0 M ionic strength adjusted by NaClO4 and 298 K by potentiometry, fluorescence spectroscopy and calorimetry. The potentiometric results revealed formation of four complexes, MLi (i = 1–4) in case of picolinate whereas only ML complexes in case of nicotinate and isonicotinate. The log KML for Eu(III) picolinate complex is higher than that for complexes of Eu(III) with the other two acids. The complexation reaction between Eu(III) and picolinate was found to be exothermic due to chelate formation via pyridyl nitrogen. In case of complexation of Eu(III) with nicotinate and isonicotinate, the enthalpy changes are similar as in the case of simple mono carboxylates and are positive. Life time measurements by time resolved fluorescence spectroscopy, for the decay of 5D0 state of Eu(III) also indicated the formation of ML4 with picolinate and formation of ML only with the other two acids. The experimental observations on the stability and binding mode of the complexes are corroborated by theoretical calculations using the TURBOMOLE software. The detail analysis of calculated charge values of the free ligands and the complexes indicates that charge polarization is more in the isonicotinate than in nicotinate upon complexation.  相似文献

利用双三丁基氧化锡与氧化-4-吡啶甲酸(HOCOC5H4NO)以物质的量比1∶2反应,合成了有机锡配合物[Bu3Sn(OCOC5H4NO)]n。通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征,用X射线单晶衍射测定了它的晶体结构。结果表明,该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶胞参数a=2.002 8(9)nm,b=1.224 7(6)nm,c=1.913 6(12)nm,β=119.145(6)°,Z=8,V=4.166(4)nm3,Dc=1.365 g.cm-3,μ=1.239 mm-1,F(000)=1 760,R=0.052 9,wR=0.192 1,GOF=1.013。在配合物中锡原子由氧化-4-吡啶甲酸桥联为五配位的畸变的三角双锥构型。氧化-4-吡啶甲酸配体中N-O基团中的氧原子和另一配体中的羧基氧原子与中心锡原子配位,形成无限一维链状有机锡配合物。该配合物具有良好的热稳定性和较高的抗肿瘤活性。  相似文献

合成了2种新型吡啶-3-羧酸(烟酸)铬(Ⅲ)螯合物,通过元素分析、热分析、红外光谱和电子光谱证明烟酸作为双齿配位体,形成具有3个六员环的螯合物Cr(Nic)3和具有2个六员环与2个H2O单体的混型配合物[Cr(Nic)2(H2O)2]Cl。通过使用效能等试验表明,在猪饲料中添加不同配位结构的烟酸铬均有明显提高饲料利用率、促进生长和显著提高机体对葡萄糖的清除率等作用。试验还表明,双齿配位的烟酸铬具有较高的生物活性、无毒、饲用后在肌体内无残留,作为饲料添加剂具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

The synthesis of a number of 3-(alkylamino)-2-arylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-8-carboxylic acids via a facile route involving the reaction between 2-amino-3-pyridinecarboxylic acid, benzaldehyde derivatives, and isonitriles is reported. 用水热法合成了含2,6-二羧酸吡啶和异烟酸的双核铜(Ⅱ)配合物[Cu2(pydca)2(Hinic)2- (H2O)2]3H2O (H2pydca = 2,6-二羧酸吡啶, Hinic = 异烟酸), 并通过X射线单晶衍射测定其结构。晶体属三斜晶系, Pi空间群, 晶胞参数:a = 0.72375(10), b = 1.22205(17), c = 1.7078(2) nm, a = 90.463(2), b = 91.830(2), g = 93.563(2), V = 1.5067(4) nm3, Dc = 1.749 g/cm3, (C26H26Cu2N4O17) (Mr = 793.59), Z = 2, F(000) = 808, m = 1.501 mm-1, R = 0.0259, wR = 0.0741。配合物中1个铜(Ⅱ)离子配位数为5, 配位多面体为畸变的四方锥构型;另一个铜(Ⅱ)离子配位数为6, 配位多面体为畸变的八面体构型。配合物分子之间通过氢键连接, 形成三维网状结构。  相似文献

以取代吡啶为原料,在羟胺-O-磺酸的作用下,得到取代的N-氨基吡啶的硫酸盐,再通过1,3-偶极环加成反应,与丙炔酸乙酯生成吡唑[1,5-a]并吡啶-3-羧酸乙酯衍生物,然后在质量分数30%的NaOH水溶液作用下水解成酸。 该方法将取代的N-氨基吡啶的硫酸盐直接投入到下步反应,省去传统方法中将硫酸盐转化为碘盐的步骤,解决了碘盐不易析出的问题,并将取代的N-氨基吡啶硫酸盐和丙炔酸乙酯分别用水和二甲基甲酰胺溶解后再混合,增加了原料和K2CO3在体系中的溶解性,提高了产率。 本文成功合成了6种化合物(4a~4f),产率为88%~93%,该方法条件温和,后处理简单,成本低,是适合大规模生产的新工艺。  相似文献

In this paper the Bi(Ⅲ)-ligand(pyridine-2-carboxylic acid) system was studied by direct current sampled polarography (DC_TAST) at a fixed ratio of total-ligand to total-metal concentration and changing pH. The po-larographic experimental complex formation curve (ECFC) and the theoretical complex formation curve (TCFC) were used for modelling the metal-ligand system and optimizing stability constants. The ECFC, in which experi-mental parameters of polarography are included (a shift in a half-wave potential and a variation in a diffusion controlled limiting current), appears to be a characteristic function for a particular metal-ligand system. The TCFC is a theoretical curve calculated for the designed metal-ligand model from mass-balance equation. Five bismuth complexes MHL, ML, ML2, ML3 and ML3(OH) with their stability constants as logβ 7.54±0.10, 7.50±0.02, 13.91±0.04, 18.15±0.03 and 26.75±0.02, respectively, are reported.  相似文献

Abstract

The reaction of pyridine-2-carbonitrile (2-CNpy) with 2-amino-2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-propanediol (L1) and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (L2) in methanolic solutions of anhydrous copper(II) chloride at room temperature led to the formation of solid complexes containing 2-(2-pyridinyl)-4,4-bis(hydroxynmethyl)-2-oxazoline (pyoxaL1) and 2-(2-pyridinyl)-4,4-dimethyl-2-oxazoline (pyoxaL2), respectively. With copper(II) bromide instead of copper(II) chloride, along with the oxazoline complexes, the complex dibromo-bis(pyridine-2-carbox-amidine)copper(II) was isolated. Under several hour reflux, the complexes dihalogenobis(pyridine-2-carboxamidine)copper(II) are the only isolable products both for chloride and bromide starting salts. The stereochemistry of the complexes and the mode of ligand coordination have been determined by spectroscopic and conductometric measurements. The crystal structure of bromobis[(2-(2-pyridinyl)-4,4-dimethyl)-2-oxazoline]copper(II) bromide hydrate was solved by X-ray diffraction techniques. The mechanism of 2-CNpy transformation to the final products is proposed.  相似文献

吡啶-2,6-二甲酸经酯化,肼解得吡啶-2,6-二甲酰肼(2),(2)与芳香醛缩合得到了3个新的酰腙配体:吡啶-2,6-二甲酰肼苯甲醛腙(3a)、吡啶-2,6-二甲酰肼水杨醛腙(3b)和吡啶-2,6-二甲酰肼呋喃甲醛腙(3c),其结构经元素分析、IR、1HNMR和MS进行了确认。制备了吡啶-2,6-二甲酰肼与这三种新型配体的Tb(III)和Eu(III)配合物,并对配合物的溶液态的荧光性质进行了研究。结果表明,吡啶-2,6-二甲酰肼苯甲醛腙(3a)和吡啶-2,6-二甲酰水杨醛腙(3b)作为荧光敏化剂,对Eu3+和Tb3+的荧光敏化性能比吡啶-2,6-二甲酰肼以及大多数吡啶-2,6-二甲酸衍生物要好,是较理想的稀土荧光敏化剂,它们的稀土配合物在分子偶极矩较小的溶剂中荧光强度较强。  相似文献

One novel 1-D copper(Ⅱ)-organic compound,namely {[Cu2(PP)2(CBPC)]2·7H2O}n(1,H2CBPC=1-[(2'-carboxybiphenyl-4-yl)methyl]-2-propylimidazole-4-carboxylic acid,HPP=3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole),was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions.X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the two Cu(Ⅱ) ions in the distorted dimer [Cu2(PP)2] of 1 are linked by the carboxylate oxygen atoms on the phenyl and imidazole rings,respectively,forming one interesting snake-like chain.Single-crystal X-ray analyses reveal that it crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=30.656(8),b=12.715(3),c=22.405(5),β=122.758(3)°,V=7344(3)3,Z=4,Mr=1681.65,Dc=1.521 g/cm3,F(000)=3464,μ=1.221 mm-1,the final R=0.0453 and wR=0.1023 for 4617 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ).  相似文献

Abstract

A new complex, Co(Htpc)2(H2O)2 (1) (Htpc = 5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine-2-carboxylic acid), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, infrared spectral analysis, and thermogravimetric analysis. Meanwhile, the optimized geometric structure of the ligand was determined using the M06-2X functional of density functional theory (DFT) with the 6-311?+?G(d, p) basis set. The gap energies ΔE between the frontier molecular orbitals were computed in different solvent media (water, methanol and ethanol) using the time dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT)/M06-2X by applying the Polarizable Continuum Model (PCM). The coordination sphere around Co(II) is distorted octahedral with two chelating tpc- ligands and two coordinated water molecules. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) binding properties of the ligand, CoCl2·6H2O and 1 were investigated by fluorescence and UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy, revealing 1 exhibits higher binding affinity with BSA than free ligand and CoCl2·6H2O. ΔG, ΔH and ΔS at 298 and 308?K manifested that van der Waals interactions and hydrogen bonds were the main forces in the binding process.  相似文献

In the present work, a copper(II) synergist complex with methyl isonicotinate (LI, a short chain analog of 2-ethylhexyl 4-pyridinecarboxylate ester) and isobutyric acid (HBI, a short chain analog of Versatic10) was synthesized and studied by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The results indicated that the copper(II) synergist complex obtained with isobutyric acid and methyl isonicotinate crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group and confirmed the composition [Cu(BI)2(LI)]2. The crystal structure consisted of centrosymmetric dimeric units, in which the two Cu ions are bridged in pairs by four carboxylate groups of the deprotonated isobutyric acid. In order to bridge the gap between the solid-state structure of the copper(II) synergist complex obtained with isobutyric acid and methyl isonicotinate and the solution structure of the extracted copper(II) complex in the non-polar organic phase, the two copper(II) complexes were further investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). The results indicated that the extracted copper(II) complex in the non-polar organic phase has a similar coordination structure as the copper(II) synergist complex obtained with isobutyric acid and methyl isonicotinate.  相似文献

Pyridine-2-carbonitrile (2-CNpy) undergoes Cu(II) or Co(II)-promoted hydrolysis to pyridine-2-carboxamide (piaH) and/or pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (pycH). The pathway of pycH formation depends on the presence of 2-amino-2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-propanediol (AL1) and on the central atom. In the absence of AL1, Co(II) or Cu(II) ions mediate piaH formation under mild reaction conditions in the first hydrolytic step. Cu(II) ions assist in piaH transformation to pycH by subsequent reflux. In the presence of AL1 and Co(II), a Co(II) complex containing pyoxaL1 (2-(2-pyridinyl)-4,4-bis(hydroxymethyl)-2-oxazoline) is formed in the first stage; subsequent decomposition of pyoxaL1 under the reflux yields pycH. Under similar conditions, no solid Cu(II) complex with pyoxaL1 can be isolated, but a Cu(II) complex with coordinated pyc anions precipitates from the reaction mixture. The synthesis, spectral and magnetic properties of the complexes [Co(H2O)2 (piaH)2]Cl2, [Co(H2O)2(pyc)2] · 2H2O, [Cu(H2O)2(piaH)2]Cl2, [Cu(pyc)2] and [Cu(pyc)2] · 2H2O, including the structure determination of the latter one, are described.  相似文献

Four novel 1D lanthanide coordination polymers with formula [Ln(3,4-pybz)3(H2O)2· H2O]n (Ln = 1 Sm; 2 Eu; 3 Tb; 4 Dy, 3,4-Hpybz = 3-(pyridin-4-yl)benzoic acid) have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions of lanthanide oxide and 3-(pyridine-4-yl) benzoic acid. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that the four compounds are isostructural. They all crystallize in a monoclinic system, space group P1. They have a doubly carboxylate-bridged infinite-chain structure with alternating Ln-(carboxylate)2-Ln linkages and one chelating carboxylate group on each metal center. The Ln ion also combines to two water molecules to form an eight-coordinate square antiprismatic geometry. The pyridine nitrogen atoms of the ligand do not coordinate to the metal centers but direct the formation of a 3D network through hydrogen bonding with coordinated water molecules. The photoluminescent properties of 2 and 3 have been also studied.  相似文献

Tetraphenylantimony nicotinate was prepared in 91% yield by reaction of pentaphenylantimony with triphenylantimony bis(nicotinate) in toluene. Triphenylantimony bis(nicotinate), in turn, was prepared in 87% yield by oxidative addition of pyridine-3-carboxylic acid to triphenylstibine in ether in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. The structure of tetraphenylantimony nicotinate was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The Sb atom has a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination surrounding with the carboxy group in the axial position. The Sb-C distances are 2.118(1), 2.121(1), 2.130(1), and 2.170(1) Å, and the Sb-O distance is 2.268(1) Å. There is an intramolecular contact between the Sb atom and the carbonyl O atom [3.363(1) Å].  相似文献

One novel copper(II)-organic compound,namely Cu[Cu2(PP)2](CBPC)2]·2(H2O)(1,H2CBPC = 1-[(2'-carboxybiphenyl-4-yl)methyl]-2-propylimidazole-4-carboxylic acid,HPP = 3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole),was designed and synthesized under hydrothermal conditions.X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that two Cu(II)ions in the quasi-planar dimmer of [Cu2(PP)2] are linked by the carboxylate oxygen atoms on the phenyl ring and the imidazole ring,respectively,yielding one snake-shaped structure.Magnetic measurements reveal that compound 1 shows the strongly antiferromagnetic property.Crystal data of 1:C58H52Cu3N10O10,Mr = 1239.72,monoclinic,P21/c,a = 14.900(7),b = 15.029(7),c = 12.308(6),β = 102.519(9)o,V = 2691(2)3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.530 g/cm3,F(000)= 1274,μ = 1.246 mm-1,R = 0.0416,wR = 0.0780(I > 2σ(I))and S = 0.999.  相似文献
