6-Allylsulfanyl-1-arylpyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-ones react with iodine and sulfuric acid to give angular pyrazolothiazolopyrimidine derivatives. The reaction of 6-(prop-2-yn-1-ylsulfanyl)-1-(4-tolyl)-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one with sulfuric acid gives angularly fused pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,3]thiazolo-[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one, whereas in the reaction with sodium methoxide linearly fused pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,3]-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one was formed. Linearly fused pyrazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazole derivatives were also obtained by reaction of 1-aryl-6-(3-phenylprop-2-en-1-ylsulfanyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-ones with sulfuric acid.  相似文献

Two alternating narrow band gap (NBG) copolymers derived from 5,11-di(N-9-heptadecanyl)-indolo[3,2-b]carbazole (ICZ) and 4,7-di(thien-2-yl)-2′,1′,3′-benzoselenadiazole (DSeBT) or 4,7-di(thieno[3,2-b]thien-2-yl)-2′,1′,3′-benzoselenadiazole (DTSeBT), were synthesized and named PICZ-DSeBT and PICZ-DTSeBT, respectively. The PICZ-DSeBT shows good solubility in common organic solvent, and the PICZ-DTSeBT is soluble in hot o-dichlorobenzene (ODCB) and not good soluble in chloroform, toluene etc. The chemical structure, molecular weight and fundamental physical properties of the copolymers were characterized by 1H NMR, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), cyclic voltammetry (CV), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) etc. Potential application of the copolymers to be employed as electron donor material and PC61BM ([6,6]-phenyl-C61 butyric acid methyl ester) for photovoltaic solar cells (PSCs), were investigated. PSCs based on the blends of PICZ-DSeBT/PC61BM (w: w; 1: 2) or PICZ-DTSeBT/PC61BM (w: w; 1: 2) with devices configuration as ITO/PEDOT: PSS/blend/Al, show the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of 1.06% and 1.52%, with the open circuit voltage (V oc) of 0.75 V and 0.70 V, short circuit current densities (J sc) of 3.45 mA/cm2 and 5.30 mA/cm2 under an AM1.5 simulator (100 mW/cm2) and the photocurrent response on-set wavelength extending up to 760 nm and 800 nm, respectively. It indicates that the NBG copolymers are viable electron donor materials for PSCs.  相似文献

One-pot condensation of dithiooxamide with 4,5-dichloro-1,2-thiazole-3-carbaldehyde and 5-phenyl-1,2-oxazole-3-carbaldehyde, followed by oxidation of intermediate 2,5-dihydro[1,3]thiazolo[5,4-d]-[1,3]thiazoles with selenium dioxide, afforded previously unknown 2,5-bis(4,5-dichloro-1,2-thiazol-3-yl)- and 2,5-bis(5-phenyl-1,2-oxazol-3-yl)[1,3]thiazolo[5,4-d][1,3]thiazoles as first representative of bis-isothiazolyl- and bis-isoxazolyl thiazolothiazoles.  相似文献

Derivatives of the 5H-thiazolo[3,2-b]- and 2H-thiazolo[2,3-c]-as-triazine systems were synthesized via condensation of tetrahydro-I-methyl-as-triazine-3(2H)-thione with ethylene dibromide and ethyl bromoacetate, respectively. An hypothesis is given for the formation of the [3,2-b] system in one of these reactions and the [2,3-c] system in the other. Structure proof was accomplished by an unequivocal synthesis of one of the [2,3-c] derivatives.  相似文献

11H-indolo[3,2-c]isoquinoline has been synthesized in two steps starting from 4-bromoisoquinoline and 2-bromoaniline via a selective Buchwald-Hartwig reaction followed by a Pd-catalyzed intramolecular direct arylation involving C(sp2)-H activation. The synthesis of 7H-indolo[2,3-c]isoquinoline was achieved by a combination of a Suzuki reaction with an intramolecular nitrene insertion reaction starting from 4-bromoisoquinoline and {2-[(2,2-dimethylpropanoyl)amino]phenyl}boronic acid. Selective methylation of the tetracyclic skeletons yielded the title compounds 6-methyl-6H-indolo[3,2-c]isoquinoline and 6-methyl-6H-indolo[2,3-c]isoquinoline, which have never been described in the literature before.  相似文献

Novel 5,11-dialkyl-6,12-di(thiophen-2-yl) substituted 5,11-dihydroindolo[3,2-b]carbazoles have been obtained and plausible ways for their further modifications via the Friedel–Crafts reaction are presented. The formylation of these indolo[3,2-b]carbazoles with dichloromethyl alkyl esters catalysed by Lewis acids leads to the formation of the corresponding 2,8-diformyl derivatives. Applicability of this formylation method for modification of indolo[3,2-b]carbazoles bearing electron-rich aromatic substituents at C-6 and C-12 has also been demonstrated. The Knoevenagel condensation of 2,8-dialdehydes with active methylene nitriles has been studied. The measurements of optical and redox properties for a number of new indolo[3,2-b]carbazoles have been performed.  相似文献

A new synthetic pathway towards 2,8-difunctionalised indolo[3,2-b]carbazoles was investigated. The presented method offers a short and high yielding route towards 2,8-dibromo-5,11-dihexyl-6,12-diphenyl-indolo[3,2-b]carbazole. It is demonstrated that the latter compound is a versatile building block, enabling the synthesis of a number of previously unreported 5,11-dialkyl-6,12-diphenyl-indolo[3,2-b]carbazoles in moderate to good yields, using Suzuki and Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction. Furthermore it is shown that 2,8-dibromo-5,11-dihexyl-6,12-diphenyl-indolo[3,2-b]carbazole can be easily formylated, giving rise to the 2,8-diformyl-5,11-dihexyl-6,12-diphenyl-indolo-[3,2-b]carbazole. The latter compound was successfully subjected to condensation reactions.  相似文献

The ability of the amide carbonyl group of the pyrazolone ring to participate in the heterocyclization of oxopropyl-5-pyrazolones under the influence of polyphosphoric acid (PPA) or phosphorus polysulfide in dioxane with the formation of 4H-pyrano[ 3,2-d]pyrazole derivatives is demonstrated. Derivatives of two new molecular structures, namely, 7,8-dihydro-6H,10H-[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-10-one and 6,7-dihydro-9H-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3,4-d][pyrimidin-9-one, and derivatives of N-substituted sulfamic acid, namely, (8-amino-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-6-on-7-yl)sulfamic acid and (7-amino-2,3-dihydro-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-on-6-yl)sulfamic acid, were separated out as by-products in the reduction reaction of 8-amino-3,4-dihydro-7-nitroso-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1- b][1,3]thiazin-6-one and 7-amino-2,3-dihydro-6-nitroso-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one derivatives, respectively, with sodium hydrosulfite. A mechanism of reaction, which hypothesizes the action of sodium hydrosulfite in an asymmetic form, is proposed. The results of single-crystal X-ray investigation on 7,8-dihydro-6H,10H-[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-10-one (R = 0.032 for 863 reflections) and (8-amino-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b]- [1,3]thiazin-6-on-7-yl)sulfamic acid, sodium salt (R = 0.028 for 3507 reflections) are reported.  相似文献

New polymethine dyes with an indolo[3,2-d]thiazole residue are described, and their spectral properties are discussed. Replacement of the vinylene group in the naphtho[1,2-d]thiazole residue by an NH group leads to a considerably greater bathochromic shift of the absorption maximum of carbo- and merocyanines as compared with replacement by a sulfur atom. In reactions with some α-halo ketones (3-bromo-1,1,1-trifluoropropan-2-one, 1-acetyl-2-bromoindolin-3-one, and α-bromoacetophenone), thioacetamide and a series of thioamides of aromatic and heteroaromatic acids are transformed into 4-hydroxy-Δ2-thiazolines rather than into thiazoles (the expected Hantzsch reaction products). To the contrary, thiazoles are produced in the reactions of the same α-halo ketones with thioamides of phenylacetic, diphenylacetic, 3-indolylacetic, or cyanoacetic acids. The abnormal course of the Hantzsch reaction in the former case results from the fact that 4-hydroxy-Δ2-thiazolines, which are intermediates in the thiazole synthesis, undergo virtually no dehydration under the Hantzsch reaction conditions. The ease of dehydration of hydroxythiazolines under the conditions of the thiazole synthesis and the possibility of the spontaneous thiazole synthesis depend on the nature of the substituent at position 2 and, consequently, on the structure of the starting thioamide. The Me, Ar, and Het substituents impede dehydration, whereas substituents containing the α-methylene (methine) unit at the C(2) atom of the thiazoline moiety substantially facilitate this reaction. The conditions for the dehydration of 4-acetyl-2-methyl-8b-hydroxy-3a,8b-dihydro-4H-thiazolo[5,4-b]indole under basic catalysis were found, and a new procedure was developed for the preparation of thiazoles and 2-R-thiazolo[5,4-b]indoles, whose synthesis presents difficulties or is impossible under standard conditions.  相似文献
