Twenty irone-related compounds 1 – 20 containing from 10 to 16 C-atoms have been identified for the first time in commercial Iris oil of Moroccan origin (Iris germanica L.). Most of the structures and the absolute configurations of natural 6, 16 , and 17 are corroborated by partial synthesis. The organoleptic properties of some of the new constituents are discussed.  相似文献

The composition of the essential oil of the aerial parts of Scabiosa flavida was investigated by GC and GC-MS. Forty-three components representing 94.2% of the essential oil were characterized. The main components of the oil were tricosane (15.5%), rosifoliol (15.3%), (E)-caryophyllene (10.7%), and α-humulene (7.9%). The chemical composition of the essential oil from the aerial parts of Chromolaena odorata, collected from Phitsanulok, Thailand was analyzed by means of GC-(FID) and GC-MS. Twenty-two constituents were identified. The major components were pregeijerene (17.6%), germacrene D (11.1%), alpha-pinene (8.4%), beta-caryophyllene (7.3%), vestitenone (6.5%), beta-pinene (5.6%), delta-cadinene (4.9%), geijerene (3.1%), bulnesol (2.9%), and trans-ocimene (2.2%).  相似文献

The pyrolysis of the n-alkylbenzenes is reviewed with emphasis on the radical chain mechanism and on the reactions of the intermediate radicals. The effects of the experimental conditions and conversion on the types and distribution of the final products are also evaluated. A number of sesquiterpene hydrocarbons commonly occurring in essential oils has been prepared as racemic mixtures by chemical synthesis. Preparative gas chromatography with selectively per-O-alkylated cyclodextrins has been employed for the isolation of enantiomeric mixtures or pure enantiomers from the essential oils of higher plants and liverworts (Hepaticae). The enantiomers of α-curcumene, α- and β-bisabolene, β-elemene, δ-elemene, α-copaene, δ-cadinene, cis- and trans-calamenene, and bicyclogermacrene could be resolved by enantioselective gas chromatography on capillary columns coated with cyclodextrin derivatives. The enantiomeric composition of these sesquiterpene hydrocarbons in various essential oils was determined.  相似文献

Water and steam distilled essential oils from wood and roots of Taurus Cedar (Cedrus libani A. Rich) obtained from Antalya and Içel (Tarsus) provinces were analyzed by GC and GCIMS. 37 components were characterized representing 90–93% of the oils. Himachalenes (-, -, and -) constituted 58.6% of the oils. In order to isolate minor sesquiterpenes, the oils were subjected to fractional distillation and chromatographic techniques. The isolated constituents were characterized by spectral analysis (IR, MS,1H and13C-NMR). Cis- and trans-10,11-dihydroatlantones, cis- and trans--atlantones, 8, 9-dehydroneoisolongifolene, longipinene, -ylangene, camphor, sativene,-guijunene, longifolene (=junipene), -cedrene, -calacorene, oxidohimachalene, isohimachalone, nerolidol, longiborneol, cadalene, limonene, and terpinolene were found as constituents ofCedrus libani oil for the first time.  相似文献
