建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(PDA)测定上海市黄浦江表层沉积物中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。在保留时间定性分析的基础上,利用PDA获取的紫外扫描光谱图对目标组分进行了准确的定性,并通过异构体紫外光谱图中特征峰的差异有效地识别了样品中的4种异构体,即苯并[b]荧蒽、 苯并[k]荧蒽、 苯并[a]芘和苯并[e]芘。通过检测波长的优化,减少了干扰物的影响,提高了检测灵敏度;针对分离度较差的两种目标组分(苯并[b]荧蒽和苯并[k]荧蒽)的定量进行了分析讨论。该方法对16种PAHs的检出限(以干基计)介于1.1~18.3 ng/g之间,具有较高的方法灵敏度。黄浦江表层沉积物测定结果表明,除二氢苊外的15种PAHs都被检出,含量为10.1~253.0 ng/g。  相似文献

Thermal cyclization of 1-[2-(arylethynyl)phenyl]-3-trimethylsilylpropynones affords a mixture of benzo[b]fluorenones and benzo[c]fluorenones. Abstract

A systematic solvent selection method is used for the development of HPLC conditions for the separation and detection of trace amounts of threo isomer in samples of the bronchodilating drug procaterol, (±)-(R?, S?)-8-hydroxy-5-[1-hydroxy-2-[(1-utethyl-e thyl)amino]butyl]-2(1H)-quinoline (erythro isomer). The method involves the chromatography of a mixture of the two isomers using seven different mixtures of three base solvents as mobile phases and the mapping of resolutions using a computer-generated mathematical model. The optimized mobile phase predicted by the model gives excellent resolution between the two isomers at levels as low as 1% of the threo compound.  相似文献

A method for the separation of twelve monomethyl-substituted benz[a]anthracene isomers using poly-(sodium undecylenic sulfate) (poly-SUS) surfactant by means of electrokinetic capillary chromatography (EKC) is described. Several parameters such as concentration of acetonitrile (ACN), pH, as well as applied voltage were studied to optimize the EKC separation. ACN at a concentration of 35% v/v, 12.5 mM phosphate-borate buffer, 30 kV with 0.5% w/v poly-SUS at a pH of 9.5 provided a resolution of a mixture of nine out of twelve methylbenz[a]anthracene (MBA) isomers in 50 min. The results of this study suggest that molecular length of MBA rather than length-to-breath ratio plays an important role in the elution order of some isomers.  相似文献

For Part II of our ongoing study, we present a strategy for stationary phase optimization for the capillary electrochromatographic (CEC) separation of the 12 methylated benzo[a]pyrene (MBAP) isomers. Utilizing the optimum mobile phase conditions from Part I of our study as a guide, seven commercially available stationary phases have been evaluated for their ability to separate highly hydrophobic MBAP isomers. Ranging in design from high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to CEC application, each phase was slurry packed in house and tested for CEC suitability and performance. Several stationary phase parameters were investigated for their effects on MBAP separation including bonding type (monomeric or polymeric, % carbon loading, surface coverage), pore size, particle size, and type of alkyl substituent. In this manner, the present state of commercially available packings has been assessed in our laboratory. Utilizing the optimum polymeric C18-5 microm-100 A-PAH stationary phase, the effects of CEC packed bed length and capillary inside diameter (I.D.) were also evaluated. A 50 microm I.D. capillary, 25 cm packed bed length and 75% (v/v) acetonitrile, 12.5 mM Tris, pH 8.0, 20 degrees C at 30 kV, provided resolution of 11 out of 12 MBAP isomers thus showing the effectiveness of CEC for analysis of structurally similar methylated polyaromatic hydrocarbons.  相似文献

We present HPLC/UV/MS evidence to support the identification of benzo[ghi]naphtho[8,1,2-bcd]perylene as a product of supercritical toluene pyrolysis. Mass spectral data confirm that compound I-eluting in between co-eluting benzo[a]coronene/phenanthro[5,4,3,2-efghi]perylene and benzo[pqr]naphtho[8,1,2-bcd]perylene, all three of which have been unequivocally identified as C(28)H(14) products of toluene pyrolysis-is also a C(28)H(14) product component. The UV spectrum of compound I is presented, and indicates that it is a benzenoid polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH). Five of the eight benzenoid C(28)H(14) PAH isomers have published UV spectra, and characteristics of the remaining three are deduced from annelation theory. Only one of these compounds, benzo[ghi]naphtho[8,1,2-bcd]perylene, is predicted to have a UV spectrum with characteristics that we find in the spectrum of compound I. In addition, benzo[ghi]naphtho[8,1,2-bcd]perylene is the only benzenoid C(28)H(14) isomer whose length-to-breadth ratio is consistent with the HPLC retention time of compound I. The reaction mechanism through which benzo[ghi]naphtho[8,1,2-bcd]perylene is formed in this environment is shown, and is consistent with reaction pathways of other large PAH found in this product mixture.  相似文献

Cyclodextrin-modified electrokinetic chromatography (CD-EKC) was investigated for the separation of 12 monomethylbenz[a]anthracene (MBA) isomers. Combined use of a polymeric surfactant, poly(sodium 10-undecenyl sulfate) (poly-SUS), with various types of neutral cyclodextrins (CDs) [beta-CD, gamma-CD, dimethyl-beta-CD (DM-beta-CD), trimethyl-beta-CD (TM-beta-CD) and hydroxypropyl-beta-CD (HP-beta-CD)] were successful in CD-EKC separation of the MBA isomers. Baseline resolution of 10 of the 12 isomers, except for 9-MBA and 2-MBA, was achieved with gamma-CD at pH 9.75. The beta-CD, gamma-CD, and beta-CD derivatives (DM-beta-CD, TM-beta-CD, HP-beta-CD) were found to have different resolution and selectivity. Additionally, the tR/t0 values of isomers were found to be dependent on the type and concentration of the CD additives. In general, tR/t0 values of MBA isomers decrease with an increase in the concentration of beta-CD derivatives, whereas the reversed was true when the concentrations of native beta-CD and gamma-CD were varied. The combination of 5 mM gamma-CD, 0.5% (w/v) poly-SUS, 35% (v/v) acetonitrile at a pH of 9.75 provided the best selectivity and resolution of the MBA isomers with a separation time of 110 min. However, the use of 30 mM DM-beta-CD under similar EKC conditions resulted in much faster separation (ca. 16 min) of 10 MBA isomers.  相似文献

For the isomers of amino benzoic acid, including o-, m-, p-amino benzoic acid, the beneficial effects of using the ionic liquid, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([BMIm][BF4]), as mobile phase additives on retention behavior and separation were investigated. Chromatographic separation of the o-, m-, p-amino benzoic acid was performed on a reversed-phase C18 column by ultraviolet detection at 245 nm. The effects of several chromatographic parameters, concentrations and pH values of [BMIm][BF4] solutions, methanol concentration and length of alkyl chain on different ionic liquids, on the separation and determination of the isomers were evaluated. The optimized chromatographic conditions were established using an aqueous 0.5 μmol/L [BMIm][BF4] solution (pH 3.0)/methanol (40:60, v/v) as mobile phase without need of gradient elution, with separation of three amino benzoic acids achieved within four min. The calibration curve showed good linearity over the tested range of 2 mg/L to 120 mg/L for the three isomers with a correlation coefficients of 0.9999. The recoveries of the three amino benzoic acids of spiked components were between 99.8% and 100%. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of p-amino benzoic acid in the pharmaceutical, Bromine Mitag Procaine Injection.  相似文献

Condensation of 3-hydroxy-2-naphthalenecarboxylic acid with phloroglucinol afforded 1,3-dihydroxy-12H-benzo[b]xanthen-12-one. Construction of an additional dimethylpyran ring onto this skeleton, by alkylation with 3-chloro-3-methyl-1-butyne followed by Claisen rearrangement, gave access to a series of benzo[b]pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-ones and benzo[b]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-ones related to psorospermine and benzo[b]acronycine. In contrast with what is observed in the pyridoacridone and benzopyridoacridone series, the linear benzo[b]-pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-one derivatives were more potent than their angular benzo[b]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-one isomers. cis-3,4-Diacetoxy-5-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-benzo[b]pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-one, the most active among the new compounds, was more potent than acronycine in inhibiting the proliferation of L1210 murine leukemia cells.  相似文献

The conversion of soluble polyoxometalate into insoluble polyoxometalate is considered to be one of the major challenges in synthetic organic chemistry. Here, polyoxometalate was bonded to the salt part of an organic branch immobilized on the silica-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticle and characterized using various techniques. The fabricated complex was used as a heterogeneous catalyst in a novel one-pot reaction for synthesis of benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-2-ones using aromatic amines, dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD), derivatives of benzaldehyde and 2-aminobenzimidazole in water/ethanol as a green solvent. 21 derivatives of benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-2-one were synthesized by this method and fully characterized. The high stability of the catalyst showed that it can be reused for 6 times without decreasing in activity. The combination of new synthetic method, new ferromagnetic heterogeneous nano-catalyst, green solvent and simple separation method were presented in this work.  相似文献

The three‐component reaction of thiazole (benzothiazole), dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioate, and isatinylidene malononitriles in toluene at 110–120°C in a sealed tube afforded a mixture of cis/trans‐isomers of functionalized diastereoisomeric spiro[indoline‐3,7′‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridines] and spiro[benzo[4,5]thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridine‐3,3′‐indolines] in good yields. Both cis‐isomers and trans‐isomers were successfully separated out and fully characterized with spectroscopy and single crystal determination. Under similar conditions, the three‐component reaction containing 2‐(1,3‐dioxo‐1H‐inden‐2(3H)‐ylidene)malononitrile resulted in spiro[indene‐2,7′‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridine] derivatives.  相似文献

The enantiomeric resolution and the elution order of (+/-)-trans-7,8-dihydrodiols of benzo[a]pyrene and its 6-fluoro and 6-bromo derivatives were analyzed on three polysaccharide-based columns: Daicel Chiralcel CA-I (cellulose triacetate), OF, and OG [cellulose tris(4-chloro- and 4-methylphenylcarbamate)]. For comparison, the separation of (+/-)-1,1'-bi-2-naphthol was evaluated on the OG and OF columns. Possibly similar interactions of (S)-1,1'-bi-2-naphthol and (7S,8S)-isomers of 6-halo-7,8-dihydroxy-7,8-dihydrobenzo[a]pyrene with the chiral sorbent are suggested.  相似文献

Optimized separation of a mixture of 16 priority pollutant polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) using the sequential simplex optimization method was accomplished by varying the starting and ending compositions of acetonitrile and water, linear gradient time, mobile phase flow rate, column temperature and holding time of the final mobile phase composition. Focusing on the two sets of difficult-to-separate pairs (acenaphthene–fluorene and benzo[g,h,i]perylene–indeno[1,2,3-c,d]pyrene), analysis time was reduced by about ten percent through the use of an organic modifier (isopropanol or methanol), under both optimum and near-optimum conditions, while maintaining good separation of the remaining PAHs. High sensitivity for all of the 16 PAHs was achieved by wavelength programming during elution using five wavelengths (224, 235, 254 270 and 296 nm), depending upon the molar absorptivities of the individual compounds. Detection limits (DLs) ranging from 0.002 (benzo[a]pyrene) to 0.140 μg ml−1 (acenaphthene) were achieved for this set of 16 standard compounds.  相似文献

The present work displays capillary liquid chromatographic column switching methodology tailored for determination of benzo[a]pyrene tetrol isomers in biological matrices using on-line fluorescence and micro-electrospray ionization mass spectrometric detection. A well-established off-line crude solid phase extraction procedure was used in order to make the method compatible with several biological matrices. The solid phase extraction eluates were evaporated to dryness, redissolved in 1.0 ml methanol:water (10:90, v/v), loaded onto a 0.32 mm I.D. x 40 mm 5 microm Kromasil C(18) pre-column for analyte enrichment and back-flushed elution onto a 0.30 mm I.D. x 150 mm 3.5 microm Kromasil C(18) analytical column. The samples were loaded with a flow rate of 50 microl min(-1) and the tetrols were separated at a flow rate of 4 microl min(-1) with an acetonitrile:10 mM ammonium acetate gradient from 10 to 90%. A sample loading flow rate up to 50 microl min(-1) was allowed. The fluorescence excitation and emission were set to 342 and 385 nm, respectively, while mass spectrometric detection of the benzo[a]pyrene tetrols was obtained by monitoring their [M - H](-) molecular ions at m/z 319. The method was validated over the concentration range 0.1-50 ng ml(-1) benzo[a]pyrene tetrols in a cell culture medium with 100 microl injection volume, fluorescence detection and the first eluting tetrol isomer as model compound, resulting in a correlation coefficient of 0.993. The within-assay (n= 6) and between-assay (n= 6) precisions were determined to 2.6-8.6% and 3.8-9.6%, respectively, and the recoveries were determined to 97.9-102.4% within the investigated concentration range. The mass limit of detection (by fluorescence) was 3 pg for all the tetrol isomers, corresponding to a concentration limit of detection of 30 pg ml(-1) cell culture medium. The corresponding mass spectrometric mass limits of detection were 4-10 pg, corresponding to concentration limits of detection of 40-100 pg ml(-1) cell culture medium.  相似文献

Ritalin, [(+)-threo]methylphenidate hydrochloride, is a chiral drug substance with two chiral centers. The drug substance may contain three pairs of enantiomers, [(+)-threo], [(-)-threo], [(+)-erythro] and [(-)-erythro] isomers, and its degradation products, threoritalinic acid racemate. Determination of the optical purity of ritalin drug substance and the amount of its by-product isomers is a critical step in the single-isomer drug development. In order to efficiently recognize the three pairs of enantiomers by one method, capillary electrophoresis (CE) was employed for the separation. The three pairs of enantiomers in CE showed different enantioselectivities with eight different types of CDs. Only 2,6-di-o-methyl-beta-cyclodextrin (DM-beta-CD) and carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin (CM-beta-CD) showed enantioselectivity to all these pairs of enantiomers. With respect to separation resolution and efficiency, DM-beta-CD was chosen as the chiral selector. For optimization of the separation conditions, the concentration of DM-beta-CD, pH of the buffer solution, and temperature of the capillary were further studied.  相似文献

Tribenzo[cd,ghi,lm]perylene has been identified as a product of the supercritical pyrolysis of both toluene and Fischer-Tropsch synthetic jet fuel. This identification is based on HPLC/UV/MS data, which show that compound I, eluting immediately after five other C28H14 isomers, is also a C28H14 PAH. The UV spectrum of compound I has features of a benzenoid PAH, of which there are only eight C28H14 isomers. Four of these isomers--benzo[a]coronene, phenanthro[5,4,3,2-efghi]perylene, benzo[cd]naphtho[3,2,1,8-pqra]perylene, and benzo[pqr]naphtho[8,1,2-bcd]perylene--have already been identified as supercritical pyrolysis products by matching their UV spectra with those of respective reference standards. A fifth C28H14 PAH--benzo[ghi]naphtho[8,1,2-bcd]perylene, which does not have a reference standard--has also been recently identified through MS and UV data, use of annellation theory to predict UV spectral characteristics, and length-to-breadth ratio/retention time data. Of the remaining three isomers, bisanthene (IUPAC name phenanthro[1,10,9,8-opqra]perylene) has been determined not to be present in our product mixture, as its UV spectrum does not match that of any of our product PAH. Using annellation theory, we predict the UV spectral characteristics of the two remaining C28H14 benzenoid isomers, for which there are no reference standards (tribenzo[cd,ghi,lm]perylene and naphthaceno[3,4,5,6,7-defghij]naphthacene). Results from this analysis show that the predicted UV spectral features of tribenzo[cd,ghi,lm]perylene match those of compound I--and that those of naphthaceno[3,4,5,6,7-defghij]naphthacene are inconsistent with those of compound I. The length-to-breadth ratio of tribenzo[cd,ghi,lm]perylene also agrees with compound I's HPLC elution behavior. This is the first time that tribenzo[cd,ghi,lm]perylene (IUPAC name phenanthro[2,1,10,9,8,7-pqrstuv]pentaphene) has been identified as a product of fuel pyrolysis or combustion.  相似文献

Cyclodextrin-modified capillary zone electrophoresis (CD-CZE) was applied successfully to the enantiomeric and isomeric separation of three herbicides (imazaquin, diclofop and imazamethabenz). Commercially available cyclodextrins were evaluated for separation of the enantiomers and isomers of the three herbicides having varied molecular structures. The enantiomers of imazaquin and diclofop, and the isomers of imazamethabenz could be resolved with a resolution of ≥1.5. The resolution was found to depend on pH of the run buffer, cyclodextrin type and cyclodextrin concentration. By employing mixed cyclodextrins in the running buffer, the three herbicides were simultaneously separated in a single run. In addition, rapid (less than 3 min) enantiomeric separation is demonstrated using imazaquin as a model herbicide. The reported capillary electrophoresis (CE) methods are simple, rapid, efficient and reproducible and our results demonstrate that CE provides a powerful analytical tool for enantiomeric and isomeric separation of herbicides.  相似文献

Calixarenes are macrocyclic oligomers having the shape of a conical vase. Their inner cavity can accommodate various guest molecules, i. e. form supramolecules. Thus, calixarenes can be employed to manipulate selectivity in separation sciences. The essential step of separation is the interaction between calixarene and analytes. Therefore, in the present work, the retention mechanisms of benzenediol and naphthol positional isomers on a calix[4]arene column were investigated. The optimized supramolecular structures showed that there exist hydrogen bonding and pi-pi interactions for benzenediol, and for naphthol the pi-pi interactions dominate. Thermodynamic results from quantum chemistry calculations using DFT-B3LYP/STO-3G** basis set were consistent with the retention behaviors of benzenediol and naphthol positional isomers on the calix[4]arene column. This work will provide theoretical support for the design of new calixarene stationary phases.  相似文献

The first comprehensive study of the synthesis and structure–property relationships of 2,2′‐bis(benzo[b]phosphole)s and 2,2′‐benzo[b]phosphole–benzo[b]heterole hybrid π systems is reported. 2‐Bromobenzo[b]phosphole P‐oxide underwent copper‐assisted homocoupling (Ullmann coupling) and palladium‐catalyzed cross‐coupling (Stille coupling) to give new classes of benzo[b]phosphole derivatives. The benzo[b]phosphole–benzo[b]thiophene and ‐indole derivatives were further converted to P,X‐bridged terphenylenes (X=S, N) by a palladium‐catalyzed oxidative cycloaddition reaction with 4‐octyne through the Cβ? H activation. X‐ray analyses of three compounds showed that the benzo[b]phosphole‐benzo[b]heterole derivatives have coplanar π planes as a result of the effective conjugation through inter‐ring C? C bonds. The π–π* transition energies and redox potentials of the cis and trans isomers of bis(benzo[b]phosphole) P‐oxide are very close to each other, suggesting that their optical and electrochemical properties are little affected by the relative stereochemistry at the two phosphorus atoms. The optical properties of the benzo[b]phosphole–benzo[b]heterole hybrids are highly dependent on the benzo[b]heterole subunits. Steady‐state UV/Vis absorption/fluorescence spectroscopy, fluorescence lifetime measurements, and theoretical calculations of the non‐fused and acetylene‐fused benzo[b]phosphole–benzo[b]heterole π systems revealed that their emissive excited states consist of two different conformers in rapid equilibrium.  相似文献

In the presented study, comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography coupled to time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC?×?GC-TOFMS) was shown to be a powerful tool for the simultaneous determination of various groups of contaminants including 18 polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), seven polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), and 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Since different groups of analytes (traditionally analyzed separately) were included into one instrumental method, significant time savings were achieved. Following the development of an integrated sample preparation procedure for an effective and rapid isolation of several groups of contaminants from fish tissue, the GC?×?GC-TOFMS instrumental method was optimized to obtain the best chromatographic resolution and low quantification limits (LOQs) of all target analytes in a complex mixture. Using large-volume programmable temperature vaporization, the following LOQs were achieved-PCBs, 0.01-0.25 μg/kg; PBDEs, 0.025-5 μg/kg; PAHs 0.025-0.5 μg/kg. Furthermore, several capillary column combinations (BPX5, BPX50, and Rxi-17Sil-ms in the first dimension and BPX5, BPX50, Rt-LC35, and HT8 in the second dimension) were tested during the experiments, and the optimal separation of all target analytes even of critical groups of PAHs (group (a): benz[a]anthracene, cyclopenta[cd]pyrene and chrysene; group (b): benzo[b]fluoranthene, benzo[j]fluoranthene and benzo[k]fluoranthene; group (c): dibenz[ah]anthracene, indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene and benzo[ghi]perylene) was observed on BPX5?×?BPX50 column setup. Moreover, since the determination of target analytes was performed using TOFMS detector, further identification of other non-target compounds in real life samples was also feasible.  相似文献
