The forces acting on levitating water microdroplets in the structure of a droplet cluster (A.A. Fedorets, 2004) have been analyzed. It is found that microdroplets in the cluster should undergo low-frequency vertical damping oscillations near the equilibrium position. Oscillations occur also when switching on an external electric field, which affects the oscillation frequency and equilibrium position. Microdroplets are shown to lose their stability in the critical range of parameters. The electric fields are calculated in the simplest experimental scheme for simulating the effect of electric field on a droplet cluster.  相似文献

研究了量子阱中强耦合磁极化子在电场作用下的性质,采用线性组合算符及幺正变换的方法导出了强耦合磁极化子的振动频率λ和基态能量E0.讨论了强耦合磁极化子的基态能量与阱宽、电场强度、回旋频率之间的关系.通过数值计算,结果表明:强耦合磁极化子的基态能量的绝对值随着阱宽的增加而减小,随着外加电场强度的增加而增加;磁极化子的基态能量的绝对值随着磁场的回旋频率的增加而增加;磁场的回旋频率随着磁极化子的振动频率的增加而增加.  相似文献

The motion of a charged particle on a linear chain under the action of an electric field with alternating intersi te interactions is investigated. Exact solutions for the Wannier state amplitudes, the propagators and the mean square displacement are obtained for the general case of an arbitrary time-dependent electric field, of which a dc+ac electric field is only a special one. The dynamic localization condition is given for this special case. This condition would make the observation of dynamic localization effect possible.  相似文献

Theoretical formalism for DC‐field polaron dynamics is extended to the dynamics of a 1D Holstein polaron in an external AC electric field using multiple Davydov trial states. Effects of carrier–phonon coupling on detuned and resonant scenarios are investigated for both phase and nonzero phase. For slightly off‐resonant or detuned cases, a beat between the usual Bloch oscillations and an AC driving force results in super Bloch oscillations, that is, rescaled Bloch oscillations in both the spatial and the temporal dimension. Super Bloch oscillations are damped by carrier–phonon coupling. For resonant cases, if the carrier is created on two nearest‐neighboring sites, the carrier wave packet spreads with small‐amplitude oscillations. Adding carrier–phonon coupling localizes the carrier wave packet. If an initial broad Gaussian wave packet is adopted, the centroid of the carrier wave packet moves with a certain velocity and with its shape unchanged. Adding carrier–phonon coupling broadens the carrier wave packet and slows down the carrier movement. Our findings may help provide guiding principles on how to manipulate the dynamics of the super Bloch oscillations of carriers in semiconductor superlattice and optical lattices by modifying DC and AC field strengths, AC phases, and detuning parameters.  相似文献

NO+是大气电离层中最重要的离子之一,存在于电离层的E区和F区,研究NO+离子在电场中的性质非常重要.本文使用密度泛函理论(DFT)计算方法6-311G++(d, p)基组,从量子力学的角度计算和分析了NO+离子在外电场(-0.015 a.u.~0.015 a.u.)的影响下的物理性质.本文通过研究发现,由于电场强度的加强:NO+离子的氮氧三键变短,离子总能量变大,能隙EG增大,偶极矩减小,IR强度减弱,费米能级EF变小,势垒降低.当外加电场强度达到0.19 a.u.时,NO+离子的势垒接近消失.并且由于外加电场强度的逐渐加强,NO+离子的解离能也随之降低,这就意味着NO+离子在外加电场的影响下变得更容易解离.本文的研究为NO+离子在电场条件下的相关研究提供了理论参考.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论B3P86方法研究了AgBr基态分子在不同场强条件下的稳定结构及激发态性质.分析了外电场对AgBr基态分子键长、总能量、能级、谐振频率和红外光谱强度以及对前10个激发态的吸收谱、激发能、振子强度等的影响.结果表明随着正向电场F的逐渐增大,AgBr分子键长逐渐减小;总能量则逐渐升高;分子电偶极矩μ单调减小;HOMO能级升高,而LUMO能级、费米能级和能隙减小.谐振频率随正向电场增加而增大,随反向电场增加而减小,红外谱强度均随电场的增大而逐渐减小.由基态到第1-10激发态的波长增大,激发能减小.  相似文献

The hypothesis is proposed that Langmuir plasma oscillations can exist in nonideal plasma inspite of great collisional frequency. This possibility is confirmed by numerical estimations and the results of several experiments. The influence of plasma oscillations on electron states density and conductivity of nonideal plasma is considered. 采用线性组合算符和幺正变换方法研究磁场对非对称量子点中弱耦合磁极化子性质的影响.导出了非对称量子点中弱耦合磁极化子的振动频率、基态能量和基态结合能随量子点的横向和纵向有效受限长度、磁场和电子-声子耦合强度的变化关系.数值计算结果表明:非对称量子点中弱耦合磁极化子的基态能量和基态结合能随量子点的横向和纵向有效受限长度的增加而迅速增大.随回旋频率的增加而增大,随电子-声子耦合强度的增加而减小.  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论(DFT)计算方法,在6-31G+(d,p)基组上,讨论C3H4O气体分子在受到外加电场(-10.28 V·nm-1~10.28 V·nm-1)作用时的结构特征和解离特性。计算发现,沿分子共轭单键的方向电场增强时,总能量增大,碳碳双键和碳碳单键的键长减小,碳氧双键键长增大,偶极矩减小;能隙EG增加,红外吸收峰在不同的频率分别发生红移和蓝移,同时IR强度发生变化。分子解离性能表现为:势能壁垒随着外电场增大而降低,达到25.71 V·nm-1时势能壁垒几乎消失,解离能随着电场增加而逐渐降低,说明在电场作用下解离难度逐渐减小。研究结果为C3H4O气体分子或含有该成分的混合物在外电场下的解离特性研究提供参考。  相似文献

We propose a general method of deterrnining the distribution of topological defects on axisymmetric surface, and study the distribution of topological defects on biconcave-discoid surface, which is the geometric configuration of red blood cell. There are three most possible cases of the distribution of the topological defects on the biconcave surface: four defects charged with 1/2, two defects charged with +1, or one defect charged with 2. For the four defect charged with 1/2, they sit at the vertices of a square imbedded in the equator of biconcave surface.  相似文献

The distributions of electrons and positive charges within a spherical semiconductor nanoparticle with surface electron traps in a uniform applied electric field are studied. The minimization of the total free energy gives the resulting effective electric field, which depends on the densities of donors and surface traps, as well as on the distance from the center of the nanoparticle. It is shown that the near-surface field at a relatively low donor density in the region of its entrance to the nanoparticle significantly differs from that in the region of its departure from the nanoparticle. The induced dipole moment of the nanoparticle is calculated and different contributions to it are determined. The ranges of applicability of the results are indicated.  相似文献
