The title complex has been synthesized by the reaction of silicotungstic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) monohydrate and cupric acetate. The crystal structure belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with a=1.158 46(15) nm, b=1.658 8(2) nm, c=1.664 4(2) nm, α=82.090(2)°, β=76.001(2)°, γ=86.531(2)°, and V=3.072 6(7) nm3, Dc=3.887 g·cm-3, Z=2, F(000)=3 196. R1=0.086 7, wR2=0.185 8. The structure shows that the copper(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from the one phen and three oxgygen atoms from three water, forming a distorted square-pyramid configuration The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex is also reported. The new complex [Cu2(L-Asp)(phen)3(NO3)](NO3)·4H2O (L-Asp=L-aspartic acid and phen=1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been determined. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic with space group P21/c, The cell parameters are: a=1.261 3(2) nm, b=1.500 8(4) nm, c=2.230 7(4) nm, β=99.55(1)°, and V=4.164 1(16) nm3Dc=1.587 g·cm-3. The complex contains two six-coordinated copper ions, and these two copper ions are connected together by L-aspartate to give rise to a binuclear structure. Hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions are observed in the complex. CCDC: 249250.  相似文献

A 2D copper coordination polymer of [Cu2(3-PyOH)2(EDTA)]n (EDTA4-=ethylenediaminetetraacetate quadrivalent anion C10H12N2O8, 3-PyOH=3-hydroxypyridine) was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=1.327 5(3) nm, b=0.930 39(19) nm, c=0.948 44(19) nm, β=108.21(3)°, and V=1.112 8(4) nm3, Z=2, R=0.025 2, wR=0.066 1. Each copper(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated by three O atoms and one N atom from two different EDTA4- groups and one N atom from 3-PyOH ligand, forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. Two adjacent copper(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by the bis-tetradentate EDTA4- groups, constructing a two-dimensional layer structure along bc plane. The adjacent Cu…Cu distances are 0.502 5(3) and 0.611 3(3) nm. CCDC: 618806.  相似文献

The novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (H2PHAc) and pyridine (py) ligands, [Cu(HPHAc)2(py)2], has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group C2/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.712 5(3) nm, b=1.533 2(2) nm, c=0.963 42(14) nm, β=111.866(2)°, V=2.347 6(6) nm3, and Dc=1.483 Mg·m-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 084. The structure was refined to final R1=0.071 4, wR2=0.166 1. The complex has a six-coordinated distorted octahedral geometry, in which copper(Ⅱ) ion coordinates with two carboxylic oxygen atoms and two hydroxyl oxygen atoms from the two α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid ligands, two nitrogen atoms from the two pyridine ligands. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 255346.  相似文献

A new mononuclear gadolinium complex [Gd(NO3)·L](NO3)2 of Schiff base cryptand was obtained by condensation of tris (2-aminoethyl)amine with 2,6-diformyl phenol in template procedure. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and x-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Gadolinium is nine-coordinate in trigonal tricapped prism with five oxygen atoms from three phenols and a bidentate nitrate group, and four nitrogen atoms from three imino C=N bonds and a tertiary amine in the cryptand. The complex crystallized in triclinic system space group P1, a=1.0839(2) nm, b=1.2600(4) nm, c=1.7595(4) nm, α=82.09(2)°, β=89.22(2)°, γ=84.06(2)°, V=2.367(2) nm3, Z=2.  相似文献

A copper(Ⅱ) complex [Cu(N-phthgly)2(H2O)2]·C2H5OH(N-Hphthgly=N-phthaloylglycine) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in triclinic space group P1 with a=0.472 90(7) nm, b=1.080 01(13) nm, c=1.154 02(15) nm, α=74.360 0(10)°, β=79.151 0(10)°, γ=87.918(2)°, V=0.557 37(13) nm3, Z=1. The central copper atom allows the formation coordination environment with two O(5) atoms of two water ligands and two O(1) atoms of two N-phthgly ligands. The title compound, [Mn(4,4′-bpy)1.5(H2O)3](ClO4)·(4,4′-bpy)(L)·H2O(1), where L=2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a=2.929 9(6) nm, b=1.036 4(2) nm, c=8.222 0(1) nm, α=105.300(2)°, β=97.495(2)°, γ=91.118(2)°, V=1.884 0(4) nm3, Z=2, Mr=780.10, Dc=1.375 g·cm-3, μ=0.483 mm-1, F(000)=812, R=0.055 4, wR=0.135 2. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by three N atoms of three 4,4′-bipyridine ligands and three O atoms of water. Terbium copper disulfide, TbCuS2, has been synthesized in the reaction of the elements in a KI flux at 850 ℃. The compound crystallizes in space group P21/c of the monoclinic system with four formula units in a cell of dimensions of a= 0.639 3(1) nm, b=0.702 5(1) nm, c=0.670 8(1) nm, β=98.097(4)°, and V=0.298 3(1) nm3 at 153 K. The structure comprises two-dimensional 2[CuS2] layers along [100] separated by the Tb atoms. In the structure, each Tb and Cu atoms are coordinated to seven and four S atoms, respectively. The complex [Cu(H2biim)2]Br2 (H2biim=2,2′-biimdazole) has been synthesized and structurally charac-terized. It crystallizes in the Monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=1.422 5(4) nm, b=0.931 2(2) nm, c=1.343 1(3) nm, β=116.227(4)°, V=1.595 9(7) nm-3, R1=0.060 2, wR2=0.152 8 and Z=4. The copper ion has a sligh-tly distorted square planar coordination configuration with four nitrogen atoms from two H2biim ligands. A copper(Ⅱ) complex [Cu2(m-MBA)4(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]·H2O with m-methylbenzoic acid (m-MBA), 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-bipy) and water molecule has been synthesized by means of hydrothermal way and characterized. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=2.591 8(5) nm, b=1.414 2(3) nm, c=1.790 8(4) nm, β=131.80(3)°, V=4.893 3(17) nm3, Dc=1.379 g·cm-3, Z=4, F(000)=2 104 , Final GooF=1.034, R1=0.065 6, wR2=0.197 6. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring copper(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by two bridging-chelating m-methylbenzoic acid groups, one bridging water molecule, forming a cage structure and the Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) bond distance is 0.366 7 nm. Each copper(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 2,2′-bipyridine molecule and four oxygen atoms from three m-methylbenzoic acid molecules and one water molecule, repectiveley, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The title complex has been synthesized with m-chlorobenzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and cobalt perchlorate anhydrous in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. Crystal data for this complex: triclinic, space group P1, a=0.870 7(3) nm, b=1.284 4(4) nm, c=1.692 9(5) nm; α=75.430(5)°, β=77.562(5)°, γ=86.346(5)°, V=1.789 4(9) nm3, Dc=1.456 g·cm-3, Z=2, F(000)=806. The crystal stru-cture shows that the Cobaly ion is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules and two oxygen atoms from one m-chlorobenzoic acid molecule and one water molecule respectively, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Three tin (Ⅳ) complexes with N,N-dialkyl dithiocarbamates Ph3SnS2CN(CH3)C6H5 (1),Ph3SnS2CN(C4H8NH) (2) and Sn(Cl)2(S2CNEt2)2 (3) have been synthesized. The crystal structures have been determined by X-ray sin- gle crystal diffraction. A crystal of the complex 1 is triclinic with space group P1, a=0.9485(3)nm, b=1.0491(3)nm, c=1.3631(4)nm, α=70.996(4)°, β=72.294(4)°, γ=79.609(4)°, Z=2, V=1.2168(6)nm3, Dc=1.453g·cm-3, μ=1.234mm-1, R=0.0442, wR=0.0858. A crystal of the complex 2 is monoclinic with space group P2(1)/c, a=1.2214(2)nm, b=1.1651(2)nm, c=1.5769(3)nm,β=99.039(2)°, Z=2, V=2.2162(7)nm3, Dc=1.532g·cm-3, μ=1.352mm-1, R=0.0267, wR=0.0591. A crystal of the complex 3 is triclinic with space group P1, a=0.7179(2)nm, b=0.9256(3)nm, c=1.5327(5)nm,α=93.857(4)°,β=98.992(4)°, γ=109.481(4)°, Z=2, V=0.9405(5)nm3, Dc=1.717g·cm-3, μ=2.076mm-1, R=0.0263, wR=0.0662. In the complexes 1 and 2 the tin atoms rendered five-coordination in a distorted tigonal bipyramidal structure and in the complex 3 the tin atom rendered six-coordination in a distorted octahedron structure. V=1.136 5(4) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.772 g·cm-3, μ=1.193mm-1, F(000)=620, R=0.026 8, wR=0.074 5. The manganese atom is seven-coordinate involving four oxygen atoms of different p-CPOA2- ligands and three coordinated water, forming a distorted pentagonal bipyramindal environment. Two manganese atoms are bridged by p-CPOA2- ligand, forming a one-dimensional zigzag chain structure along p axis. The adjacent distance of Mn…Mn atoms is 1.021 0 nm. Crystal data for this complex: Monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=2.348 3(5) nm, b=0.984 4(2) nm, c=1.138 4(2) nm, β=103.02(3)°, V=2.563 9(9) nm3Dc=1.404 g·cm-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 124, final GooF=1.051, R1=0.035 0, wR2=0.099 8. The crystal structure shows that the copper atom is coordinated with two oxygen atoms from two 3,5-dimethylbenzoic acids and two nitrogen atoms from the 1,10-phenanthroline, forming a square-planar structure. The result of the cyclic voltametric behavior analysis shows that the electron transfer in electrode reaction is quasi-reversible. CCDC: 650387.  相似文献

Cis-dioxo-tungsten(Ⅵ) complex, (NH2CH2CH2NH2)[(NH2CH2CH2NH3)2WO2(NHC6H4NH)2]2·H2O is synthesized at room temperature by the reaction of sodium tungstate with o-phenylenediamine. The crystal structure of complex was determined by X-ray diffraction structural analysis. The results show that complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/ c, a=0.712 8(2) nm, b=3.081 1(10) nm, c=0.981 9(3) nm, β=102.615(4)°, V=2.104 4(11) nm3, Z=2, μ=55.26 cm-1, F(000)=1 176. Compared the complex with its analogous biomimetic complexes of the cofactor of molybdoenzymes and tungstoenzymses, it is found that the variance of the coordination atoms and the metal ions center have no influence on the coordination feature, and exhibits distored octahedral coordination with cis-dioxo o-phenylenediamine. The transition metal and alkaline earth metal tetranuclear complex Cu2Ca2L2(H2O)6·2H2O where H4L represents the Schiff base N-3-carboxylsalicylideneglycylglycine was prepared and its crystal structure was determined by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction method at room temperature. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c. The lattice parameters are a=2.128 2(2) nm, b=1.231 73(14) nm, c=1.32342(15) nm, β=93.619(2)°, Mr=939.81, Dc=1.803Mg·m-3, F(000)=1 928, Z=4 with R1=0.046 6. Each copper atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms, one carboxylate oxygen atom and one phenolic oxygen atom, in a square-planner manner. And each calcium atom is coordinated by three water oxygen atoms, three carboxylate oxygen atoms and one phenolic oxygen atom in a distorted pentagonal bipyramid. The complex [Mn(H2O)(phen)2(PAc)](ClO4) was synthesized and investigated by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction methods, where phen=1,10-phenanthroline and PAc=phenylac-etate group. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group,P1 , with a=0.9289(2)nm,b=1.2425(2)nm,c=1.4791(3)nm,α=114.34(3)°,β=91.25(3)°,γ=104.65(1)°,V=1.4893(4)nm3,Z=2,F(000)=686,Dc=1.489g·cm-3,μ=0.589mm-1. The Mn(Ⅱ) ion has a six-coordinate distorted-octahedral geometry with the four nitrogen atoms of two phen ligands,a coordinated-water oxygen atom, and a carboxylate oxygen atom of PAc-. There is π-π stacking interaction between two phen rings from two neighbor molecules.  相似文献
