For the first time monocluster -arene derivatives of biphenyl Ph2Co4(CO)9 and Ph2Ru6C(CO)14, the shared mononuclear monocluster complex Ph2Cr(CO)3Co4(CO)9, and the bicluster derivative of cobalt Ph2[Co4(CO)9]2 have been synthesized. A detailed mechanistic study of the intramolecular hydroamination of alkenes with amines catalyzed by rhodium complexes of a biaryldialkylphosphine is reported. The active catalyst is shown to contain the phosphine ligand bound in a κ(1), η(6) form in which the arene is π-bound to rhodium. Addition of deuterated amine to an internal olefin showed that the reaction occurs by trans addition of the N-H bond across the C═C bond, and this stereochemistry implies that the reaction occurs by nucleophilic attack of the amine on a coordinated alkene. Indeed, the cationic rhodium fragment binds the alkene over the secondary amine, and the olefin complex was shown to be the catalyst resting state. The reaction was zero-order in substrate, when the concentration of olefin was high, and a primary isotope effect was observed. The primary isotope effect, in combination with the observation of the alkene complex as the resting state, implies that nucleophilic attack of the amine on the alkene is reversible and is followed by turnover-limiting protonation. This mechanism constitutes an unusual pathway for rhodium-catalyzed additions to alkenes and is more closely related to the mechanism for palladium-catalyzed addition of amide N-H bonds to alkenes.  相似文献

Introduction of a double bond into cyclic silanes lowers the ring strain by the cyclic delocalization of π-electrons through the hyperconjugation with the σ bonds, which is favored by the high π-orbital energy of the SiSi bond and the low σ*-orbital energy of the Si-H bonds. The π-relaxation of strains significantly occurs in the small rings. Unsaturated small silicon ring molecules are less strained than the saturated ones and the unsaturated carbon congeners. We calculated a series of polycyclic silicon molecules to confirm the π-relaxation and suggested that some unknown molecules could be prepared due to the low strain.  相似文献

The experimental investigations performed in the 1960s on the o-benzyne + benzene reaction as well as the more recent studies on reactions involving π-electrons highlight the importance of π-bonding for different combustion processes related to PAH's and soot formation. In the present investigation radical/π-bond addition reactions between single-ring aromatic compounds have been proposed and computationally investigated as possible pathways for the formation of two-ring fused compounds, such as naphthalene, which serve as precursors to soot formation. The computationally generated optimized structures for the stationary points were obtained with uB3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) calculations, while the energies of the optimized complexes were refined using the uCCSD(T) method and the cc-pVDZ basis set. The computations have addressed the relevance of a number of radical/π-bond addition reactions including the singlet benzene + o-benzyne reaction, which leads to formation of naphthalene and acetylene through fragmentation of the benzobicyclo[2,2,2]octatriene intermediate. For this reaction, the high-pressure limit rate constants for the individual elementary reactions involved in the overall process were evaluated using transition state theory analysis. Other radical/π-bond addition reactions studied were between benzene and triplet o-benzyne, between benzene and phenyl radical, and between phenyl radicals, for all of which potential energy surfaces were produced. On the basis of the results of these reaction studies, it was found necessary to propose and subsequently confirm additional, alternative pathways for the formation of the types of PAH compounds found in combustion systems. The potential energy surface for one reaction in particular, the phenyl + phenyl addition, is shown to contain a low-energy channel leading to formation of naphthalene that is energetically comparable to the other examined conventional pathways leading to formation of biphenyl compounds. This channel is the first evidence of a reaction which involves an aromatic radical adding to the nonradical π-bond site of another aromatic radical which leads directly to a fused ring structure.  相似文献

A new relation for the contribution of the most important polarization effects in the energy of the -electronic states of organic molecules is derived. For -electronic systems we suggest a correct form of the ejfective potential of the two-panicle polarization interaction of -electrons via the polarizable -core. This form approximates (by the Thomas-Fernti method) the exact contribution of the corresponding exchange polarization diagrams of the Rayleigh-Schrödinger perturbation theory. The reaction of the ortho-alkynylarylimines 1 with allyltributylstannane and allyl chloride in the presence of allylpalladium chloride dimer (5 mol %) and Cu(OAc)2 (20 mol %) in CH3CN at 50 °C gave the 1,4-diallyl-1,2-dihydroisoquinolines 2 in good yields. Most probably, the reaction proceeds through tandem bis-allylation of the imine-alkyne functional groups with bis-π-allylpalladium.  相似文献

Self-assembly of a pair of complementary molecular components, 5-(4-dodecyloxyben-zylidene)-(1H,3H)-2,4,6-pyrimidinetrione (PB12) and 4-amino-2,6-didodecylamino-1, 3, 5-triazine (M12) was studied by cyclic voltammogram, surface photovoltage spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, FTIR and X-ray diffraction. It is found that after mixing equimolar amount of PB12 and M12 at room temperature, not only triply complementary hydrogen bonds are formed between PB12 and M12 but also further self-assembly of the supermolecules based on network of hydrogen bonds occurs via π-π interactions. During the self-assembly of the supermolecules, π-π interactions are induced by delocalized interactions between the HOMO of M12 and the LUMO of PB12, resulting in the formation of a supramolecular nanotube with a layered structure bearing a d value of 0.41 nm and PB12 and M12are arranged alternatively between adjacent supermolecules.  相似文献

The valence π → π * excited states of anthracene and naphthacene are studied with multireference perturbation theory with complete active space self-consistent field reference functions. The predicted spectra provide a consistent assignment of all one- and two-photon spectra and T-T spectra of low-lying valence π → π * excited states of anthracene and naphthacene. The present theory predicts the valence π → π * excitation energies with an accuracy of 0.15 eV for anthracene and of 0.25 eV or better for naphthacene. The excited states of anthracene and naphthacene are compared with those of benzene and naphthalene studied previously. The present calculations predict that, going from anthracene to naphthacene, there is a symmetry reversal of the two lowest singlet state transitions, but not for the triplet, just as indicated by the experimental data. Some general trends of polyacene excited states are discussed based on the calculated results for benzene to naphthacene. Conclusive results obtained for anthracene and naphthacene can be used as a model for understanding the excited states of larger polyacenes. The electronic absorption spectra of 2,3-, 2,4-, 2,5- and 3,4-difluorobenzaldehyde in the UV region in vapour have been recorded on medium quartz and Hilger Large Quartz Spectrographs, and on a Hitachi U-3200 UV—vis spectrophotometer and analyzed. All the molecules investigated have exhibited two π* ← π band systems corresponding to 1B2u1A1g (λ 2600 Å) and 1B1u1A1g (λ 2100 Å) systems of benzene.  相似文献

Qualitative estimates of possibility of the formation of fullerene 5--complexes have been carried out by the MNDO/PM3 method. It was shown, as exemplified by the C60 cluster, that the introduction of five univalent functional groups R (R = H, Cl, Br) to -positions of a separate pentagon of C60 with the formation of [R5C60] anions results in a pronounced increase in the -electron density on the atoms of this five-membered cycle and more favorable conditions for the formation of -bonds with the 5-ligand. The nature of the interaction between the atoms of the separate cycle in [R5C60] anion and 5-ligand was analyzed by the example of hypothetical sandwich systems R5C60SiCp. Half-sandwich complexes R5C60SiX (X = H, Cl) were also investigated. The local energy minima were found on the potential energy surfaces (PES) of systems R5C60SiCp and R5C60SiX with C5p symmetry. These systems transform barrirlessly into q5-7E-complexes with the angular structure if the symmetry restrictions are removed. The most favorable conditions for 5--complexes of R5C60 to form are realized for R = H. The results obtained were compared to those of semiempirical and nonempirical calculations of bis (cyclopentadienyl) silicon.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The mechanism of the acid-catalyzed intramolecular Schmidt reaction of 2-azidopropylcyclohexanones was studied using density functional theory (primarily M06-2X). The reaction was found to proceed through rapid formation of azidohydrin intermediates followed by rate-determining concerted N(2)-loss/shift of the alkyl group antiperiplanar to the N(2) leaving group. For cases where steric, lone pair-cation, and cation-π effects have been invoked previously as regiocontrol elements, the origins and magnitudes of these effects have been examined theoretically.  相似文献

Chromones are introduced into a double-tandem [4(π)+2(π)]·[2(π)+2(π)]·[4(π)+2(π)]·[2(π)+2(π)] synthetic sequence, culminating in photoprotolytic oxametathesis, which leads to an expeditious growth of molecular complexity over a few experimentally simple steps. The overall reaction can potentially be utilized in diversity-oriented synthesis, as it allows for three or more diversity inputs furnishing novel unique polycyclic scaffolds decorated with a variety of functionalities and aromatic/heterocyclic pendants. The polycyclic alkenes, resulting from the oxametathesis step, were found to undergo efficient and clean photoinduced epoxidation when irradiated in the presence of molecular oxygen.  相似文献

In this work, the perfluorobenzene-bonded silica sorbent was tested to adsorb polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in hexane. In the comparison experiments, the perfluorobenzene-bonded sorbent's performance was better than octadecyl silica sorbent and phenyl-bonded silica sorbents, which indicated that the π-hole···π bonds between perfluorobenzene and the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were stronger than π···π interactions and hydrophobic interactions in hexane. Then the perfluorobenzene-bonded silica sorbent was applied to solid-phase extraction of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from the hexane extracts of soil samples directly without the solvent replacement, which simplified the soil pretreatment process. And the results showed that under the optimal conditions, the proposed method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the environment soil presented good recoveries and stabilities for the 10 heavier polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with the recoveries ranging from 75.1% to 104.6% and the relative standard deviations being in the range of 1.4%–5.8%. The limits of detection of the method varied from 0.1 to 2 ng/g. This work reveals the great application potential of the π-hole bond as a new retention mechanism in the field of solid-phase extraction.  相似文献

FT-Raman and IR spectra of the nonlinear optic (NLO) crystal, acetoacetanilide have been recorded and analyzed. The detailed interpretation of the vibrational spectra has been carried out with the aid of normal coordinate analysis (NCA) following the scaled quantum mechanical force field methodology. The various intramolecular interactions that is responsible for the stabilization of the molecule was revealed by natural bond orbital analysis. The Kurtz and Perry powder reflection technique appeared to be very effective in studies of second-order nonlinear optical properties of the molecule.  相似文献
