1‐Phosphabicyclo[3.2.1]octanes 1‐Phosphabicyclo[3.2.1]octane has been obtained by free‐radical cyclization of (2‐vinyl‐4‐pentenyl)‐phosphane in the presence of AIBN. Another approach to 1‐phosphabicyclo[3.2.1]octanes involves free‐radical cyclization of 2‐methyl‐4‐(2‐propenyl)‐phospholane synthesized by the reaction of [2‐(2‐propenyl)‐4‐pentenyl]‐phosphane with KPH2/[18]crown‐6 in THF. The bicyclic phosphanes are characterized by reactions with CS2, selenium, sulfur, NO, CH3I, and HSO3F, respectively, structural and analytical data as well as 1H, 13C, 31P, 77Se NMR spectral measurements. The steric crowding of the phosphanes as complex ligands has been estimated from 31P–1H coupling constants according to the Tolman model. The configuration of the methyl substituents as well as the conformation of the six‐membered ring were determined by NMR parameters (coupling constants, noe's) and proved by X‐ray crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

1‐Phosphabicyclo[2.2.1]heptanes Exo‐endo‐ and exo‐exo‐2.6‐dimethyl‐1‐phosphabicyclo [2.2.1]heptane have been obtained by cyclization of 2‐methyl‐4‐(2‐propenyl)phospholane in the presence of the complex base, sodium salt of diethylenglycolmonoethylether ‐ sodium amide in THF (NAMEDEG). The bicyclic phosphanes are characterized by reac‐tions with selenium, sulfur, (CH3)2SeO, CH3I and HSO3F, respectively, elemental analysis, X‐ray crystal structure analysis as well as 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectral measurements. The steric demand of these phosphanes as complex ligands has been estimated from the P, H coupling constants of the phosphonium fluorosulphates according to the Tolman model. The phosphane selenides were found to display the lowest values for the 1J(Se, P) coupling constant, found up to now for alicyclic and cyclic aliphatic tertiary phosphane selenides. The nJ(P, H)‐ and nJ(H, H)n=2, 3 coupling constants have been extracted from the proton spectra at 600 MHz by computerized analysis.  相似文献

1,4-Dihydro-1λ5,4λ5-[1,4]diphosphinines and a 1,4-Dihydro-1λ3,4λ3-[1,4]diphosphinine Reaction of thio- or dithiocarbonic acids with ethinyl amino phosphanes leads to 1,4-dihydro-1λ5,4λ5-[1,4]diphosphinine-1,4-disulfides. By this route compounds 4, 7 , and 8 have been prepared. Desulfurization of 4 with tri-n-butylphosphane results in 1,2,4,5-tetraphenyl-1,4-dihydro-1λ3,4λ3-[1,4]-diphosphinine 5 , which can be oxidized with tert-butyl-peroxide to the corresponding dioxide, 6 . From the reaction mixture of phenyl-phenylethinyl diethylamino phosphane and thioacetamide compound 4 and the unsymmetrical 1,4-dihydro-1λ5,4λ5-[1,4]diphosphinine 9 were isolated. Properties, nmr, ir and mass spectra of all new products are reported. A mechanism for the formation of 9 is suggested. The results of the X-ray structure determination of 8 and 9 are described.  相似文献

A structural and conformational analysis of 1‐oxaspiro[2.5]octane and 1‐oxa‐2‐azaspiro[2.5]octane derivatives was performed using 1H, 13 C, and 15 N NMR spectroscopy. The relative configuration and preferred conformations were determined by analyzing the homonuclear coupling constants and chemical shifts of the protons and carbon atoms in the aliphatic rings. These parameters directly reflected the steric and electronic effects of the substituent bonded to the aliphatic six‐membered ring or to C3 or N2. The parameters also were sensitive to the anisotropic positions of these atoms in the three‐atom ring. The preferred orientation of the exocyclic substituents directed the oxidative attack. A new approach to 1‐phosphabicyclo[3.3.0]octane compounds starts from the reaction of 4‐chloro‐hepta‐1.6‐diene with Mg in THF. No Grignard rearrangement is observed. The Grignard reagent is converted into 1‐allyl‐3‐butenylphosphonous dichloride followed by reduction with LiAlH4. Cis‐1‐phosphabicyclo[3.3.0]octane has been prepared by radical‐initiated cyclization of 1‐allyl‐3‐butenylphosphane. The bicyclic phosphane is characterized by analytical data as well as 31P and 13C NMR measurements and the reactionswith NO, S8, KSeCN, CH3I, Ni(CO)4 and HSO3F, respectively.  相似文献

The asymmetric hydroformylation of 2‐ and 3‐vinylfurans ( 2a and 2b , resp.) was investigated by using [Rh{(R,S)‐binaphos}] complexes as catalysts ((R,S)‐binaphos = (11bS)‐4‐{[1R)‐2′‐phosphino[1,1′‐binaphthalen]‐2‐yl]oxy}dinaphtho[2,1‐d:1′,2′‐f][1,3,2]dioxaphosphepin; 1 ). Hydroformylation of 2 gave isoaldehydes 3 in high regio‐ and enantioselectivities (Scheme 2 and Table). Reduction of the aldehydes 3 with NaBH4 successfully afforded the corresponding alcohols 5 without loss of enantiomeric purity (Scheme 3).  相似文献

Dedicated to Dr. János Császár on the occasion of his 70th birthday Ring transformation of 2‐cyanoimido‐3‐methyl‐1,3‐oxazolidine ( 10 ) yielded 5‐amino‐3‐[N‐(2‐hydrox‐yethyl)‐N‐methyl]amino‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 6 ) that was ring closed with different β‐keto esters to 2‐[N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐N‐methyl]amino‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidinones ( 4 ). Cyclisation of derivatives 4 led to imidazo[2′,1′:3,4][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidines ( 2 ) and imidazo[1′,2′:2,3][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrim‐idines ( 3 ) representing 10 novel ring systems. Besides spectroscopical evidence of structure of derivatives 2 and 3 X‐ray diffraction analysis of derivative 2b was also performed.  相似文献

The [Cu(acac)2]‐catalyzed reactions of various α,β,γ,δ‐unsaturated bis‐ketones/bis‐esters/bis‐keto esters with dimethyl diazomalonate and ethyl diazoacetate were studied. Total steric/electronic convenience of the present reaction paths was investigated. Methoxy/nitro substituents in m‐/p‐positions on benzylidene biscarbonyls did not alter the general routes of the reactions, supporting concerted mechanism. Dihydrobenzoxepine/oxepine formation was sterically sensitive to the related pre‐ring conformation, and dihydrofurans were effected by both charge control and steric factors.  相似文献

New Alkali Oxoarsenates(V): NaLi2[AsO4] — A New Type of Formula [1] . By heating of well ground mixtures of the binary oxides As2O3, Na2O, and Li2O2, molar ratio As:Na:Li = 1.0:1.0:2.0, in a well closed Ni tube (650°C, 21 d) colourless single crystals of NaLi2[AsO4] were obtained for the first time. The new orthoarsenate(V) crystallizes orthorhombic (space group P mn21-C, No. 31) with Z = 2. The structure determination showed that it is isostructural to βII-Li3[VO4] and that means the Li3[PO4]-type. The lattice constants a = 702.9(2) pm, b = 520.5(1) pm, c = 505.4(2) pm were taken from Guinier-Simon powder data. The structure was determined by four-circle diffractometer data [Philips PW 1 100, AgKα , 679 independent out of 2 373 Io(hkl), R = 3.03%, Rw = 2.29%; parameter see text]. The Madelung Part of Lattice Energy, MAPLE, and Effective Coordination Numbers, ECoN, these calculated via Mean Fictive Ionic Radii, MEFIR, are calculated and discussed.  相似文献

2‐Acyl‐3‐aminonaphtho[2,1‐b]furan ( 1 ) reacts with activated methylene such as malono nitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate to afford naphtho[1′,2′:4,5]furo[3,2‐b]pyridine 2a,b . Naphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline and naphtho[2′,1′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline, two novel polycyclic heterocyclic ring systems, have been synthesized in four steps from known starting materials. Dibromomethylsulfoniumsalts — Preparation and Crystal Structure The salts CH3SBrA? (A? = SbCl, AsF) were prepared by various routes and characterized by their Ramanspectra. CH3SBrAsF crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 770,5(4) pm, b = 942,4(12) pm, c = 1329,3(14) pm, β = 100,28(6)°, Z = 4.
