13C NMR data are presented for premnolal (13-formyl-11,14-dihydroxypodocarpa-8,11,13-triene), the tetraacetate of nellionol (6α,11,14,16-tetra-O-acetylabieta-8,11,13-trien-7-one), 11-ketosandaracopimar-15-en-8β-ol, sandaracopimar-15-en-1β, 8β-diol and its l-keto derivative, and sandaracopimaran-1β,8β,12β-triol, obtained from Premna latifolia Roxb.  相似文献

A new diterpene derivative, 18-succinyloxyabieta-8,11,13-triene, was isolated from the acidic fraction of the extract from wood greens of a Siberian fir. The chemical structure of the molecule was established on the basis of spectroscopy and confirmed by partial synthesis from abieta-8,11,13-trien-18-ol. Two new epoxy steroids, 5α,8α-epidioxy-22β,23β-epoxyergosta-6-en-3β-ol (1) and 5α,8α-epidioxy-22α,23α-epoxyergosta-6-en-3β-ol (2), and ten known steroids including (24R)-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6-en-3β-ol (3), (22E,24R)-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (4), (22E,24R)-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol (5), β-sitosterol (6), sitost-5-en-3β-ol acetate (7), 7α-hydroxysitosterol (8), schleicheol 2 (9), (24R)-24-ethyl-5α-cholestane-3β,5α,6β-triol (10), 7α-hydroxystigmasterol (11), and stigmasterol (12) were isolated from Helianthus tuberosus grown in Laizhou salinized land of coastal zone of Bohai Sea, China. The structures of these compounds were unambiguously established by 1D, 2D NMR and mass spectroscopic techniques. The new compounds 1 and 2 exhibited weak antibacterial activity and no antifungal activity.  相似文献

Apart from the well-known constituents (+)-β-selinene ( 2 ), (?)-β-elemene ( 4 ), (+)-β-costol ( 7 ), (?)-caryophyllene ( 17 ), and (?)-elemol ( 19 ) the following sesquiterpenoids have been isolated for the first time from costus root oil (Saussurea lappa CLARKE ): (?)-α-selinene ( 1 ), (+)-selina-4, 11-diene ( 3 ), (?)-α-trans-bergamotene ( 5 ), (?)-α-costol ( 6 ), (+)-γ-costol ( 8 ), (?)-elema-1,3,11 (13)-trien-12-ol ( 9 ), (?)-α-costal ( 11 ), (+)-γ-costal ( 12 ), (+)-γ-costal ( 13 ), (?)-elema-1,3,11 (13)-trien-12-al (elemenal, 14 ), (?)-(E)-trans-bergamota-2, 12-dien-14-al ( 15 ), (?)-ar-curcumene ( 16 ), and (?)-caryophyllene oxide ( 18 ). Compounds 6 , 8 , 9 , and 13 are new sesquiterpenoids. IR. and NMR. spectra of 12 sesquiterpenoids are reproduced.  相似文献

From the black coral Antipathies dichotoma, a sphingolipid (2S*,3S*,4E,8E)-2N-[tetradecanoyl]-4(E),8(E)-icosadiene-1,3-diol (1) and a steroid (22E)-methylcholesta-5,22-diene-1α,3β,7α-triol (2) were isolated. Other known compounds, 3β,7α-dihydroxy-cholest-5-ene (3), (22E,24S),5α,8α-epidioxy-24-methylcholesta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (4) and (22E,24S),5α,8α-epidioxy-24-methylcholesta-6,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol (5). The structures were established on the basis of NMR spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literature. The antibacterial activity of five compounds was evaluated.  相似文献

The asymmetric dihydroxylation of drim-7-en-11-ol was studied in detail and diastereomerically pure driman-7α,8α,11- and driman-7β,8β,11-triols were prepared. Further elaboration of driman-7α,8α,11-triol afforded 14,15-bisnorlabd-7α,8α-isopropylidenedioxy-11,13-dione from which a novel chlorinated bisnorlabdanic compound (14,15-bisnorlabd-12-ene-12-chloro-8α,13-epoxy-7α-ol-11-one) and an unusual dichloro-derivative, 13,14,15,16-tetranorlabd-12-dichloro-7α-acetoxy-8α-ol-11-one, were obtained.  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Scrophularia ilwensis, four new triterpene saponins, ilwensisaponins A–D ( 1 – 4 ) were isolated. The structures of the compounds were elucidated using chemical and spectral data as 13β, 28-epoxy-3-β-{{[β-D -glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-[α-L -rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D -glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D -fucopyranosyl}-oxy} olean-11-en-23-ol ( 1 ), 3-β-{{[β-D -glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-[α-L -rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D -glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D -fucopyranosyl}oxy}olena-11, 13(18)-diene-23, 28-diol ( 2 ), 3-β-{{[β-D -glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-[α-L -rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D fucopyranosyl}oxy}-11α-methoxyolean- 12-ene-23, 28-diol (3) , and 3-β-{{[β-D -glucopyransoyl-(1→2)]-[α-L -rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D -glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D -fucopyranosyl}oxy}olean-12-ene-11α,23,28-triol (4) .  相似文献

Three new abietane‐type diterpenoids, 7β‐acetoxy‐12‐methoxyabieta‐8,11,13‐triene‐6α,11‐diol ( 1 ), 7α‐acetoxy‐12‐methoxyabieta‐8,11,13‐triene‐6α,11‐diol ( 2 ), and 6α‐acetoxy‐12‐methoxyabieta‐8,11,13‐triene‐7α,11‐diol ( 3 ), as well as two known abietane‐type diterpenoids, 12‐methoxyabieta‐8,11,13‐triene‐6α,7β,11‐triol ( 4 ) and 6α‐acetoxy‐12‐methoxyabieta‐8,11,13‐triene‐7β,11‐diol ( 5 ), were isolated from the MeOH extract of the bark of Cryptomeria japonica. Their structures were determined by analysis of spectroscopic data and comparison of NMR data with those of related metabolites.  相似文献

The methanolic extract of fruit bodies of cultivated Ganoderma lucidum was separated by silica gel column chromatography and preparative thin-layer chromatography to give ten compounds. On the basis of spectral analysis, chemical procedures and gas chromatography, d-mannitol (1), ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β-yl palmitate (2), ergosterol (3), ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β-ol (4), 5α-lanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-3β,26-diol (5), ergosterol peroxide (6), 24,25,26-trihydroxy-5α-lanosta-7,9(11)-dien-3-one (7), 5α-lanosta-7,9(11)-dien-3β,24,25,26-tetraol (8) and 8,9-epoxyergosta-5,22-dien-3β,15-diol (9) were identified. Among these compounds, 8,9-epoxyergosta-5,22-dien-3β,15-diol was first separated from Ganoderma lucidum.  相似文献

Five new diterpenoids, 11-hydroxyabieta-8,11,13-trien-7-one (1), 11,12,14-trihydroxyabieta-8,11,13-trien-7-one (2), 6beta,7alpha-diacetoxyroyleanone (3), 7beta-hydroxymanoyl oxide (4), and 9alpha-hydroxyisopimara-8(14),15-dien-7-one (5) were obtained from the bark of Taiwania cryptomerioides. Three C-14 oxygenated taxanes, 2α,5α,10β,14β-tetraacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-diene (1), 2α,5α,10β-triacetoxy-14β-(2-methylbutyryloxy)taxa-4(20),11-diene (2), and yunanaxane (3), major products of callus cultures of Taxus spp., were regio- and stereoselectively hydroxylated at the 7β position by a fungus, Absidia coerulea IFO 4011. Intriguingly, when 1 was co-administered with β-cyclodextrin and incubated with the fungus cell cultures, three other compounds 5α,9α,10β,13α-tetraacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-dien-14β-ol (7), 5α,9α,10β,13α-tetraacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-dien-1β-ol (8) and 5α,9α,10β,13α-tetraacetoxy-11(15→1) abeotaxa-4(20),11-dien-15-ol (9) were obtained.  相似文献

Four new podocarpane‐type trinorditerpenenes, (5β,10α)‐12,13‐dihydroxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 1 ), (5β,10α)‐12‐hydroxy‐13‐methoxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 2 ), (5β,10α)‐13‐hydroxy‐12‐methoxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 3 ), and (3α,5β,10α)‐13‐methoxypodocarpa‐8,11,13‐triene‐3,12‐diol ( 4 ), together with four known diterpenes, 12‐hydroxy‐13‐methylpodocarpa‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 5 ), spruceanol ( 6 ), ent‐3α‐hydroxypimara‐8(14),15‐dien‐12‐one ( 7 ), and ent‐3β,14α‐hydroxypimara‐7,9(11),15‐triene‐12‐one ( 8 ), were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Aleurites moluccana. Their structures were elucidated by means of comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including NMR and MS. Except 8 , all compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity; compound 4 exhibited moderate inhibitory activity against Raji cells with an IC50 value of 4.24 μg/ml.  相似文献

Three new diterpenoids, namely 7α-hydroxyabieta-8,11,13,15-tetraen-18-oic acid, 7β,15,18-trihydroxyabieta-8,11,13-triene, 13,15-dihydroxypodocarpa-8,11,13-triene, and 12 other known compounds were isolated from buds of Pinus banksiana Lamb. All these compounds, except for 7-oxodehydroabietinol, were isolated for the first time from this plant. Their structures were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic studies and comparison with published data. All isolated compounds were tested for cytotoxic and antibacterial activities. Overall, two compounds, 7-oxodehydroabietinol and 18-nor-4,15-dihydroxyabieta-8,11,13-trien-7-one, showed moderate cytotoxicity against a human lung carcinoma cell line.  相似文献

The steroidal components of a Red Sea sponge, Biemna fortis, were fractionated through reversed phase HPLC. and analyzed by a combination of physical methods, including high resolution GC./MS. and 360 MHz 1H-NMR. The sponge contains five conventional Δ5-sterols, 1a – c , 1e , 1g , which comprise about 25% of the mixture and 2,5% of gorgosterol (1h) , a sterol never found before in Porifera. Three Δ5,7,22-sterols were also present as major components in the mixture (~70%): cholesta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol (2a) , ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol (2c) and (24R)-ethylcholesta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol (2e) whereas two new tetra-unsaturated sterols were identified in minor amounts (2%): ergosta-5,7,9(11),22-tetraen-3β-ol (3c) and 24ξ-ethylcholesta-5,7,9 (11), 22-tetraen-3β-ol ( 3e or 3f ). NMR. spectroscopy made possible the assignment of a 24R configuration for all the C(24) substituted sterols isolated in sufficient amount from the mixture. The possible symbiotic, dietary or biosynthetic origins of these sterols are discussed.  相似文献

From the stems of Dipterocarpus obtusifolius, five new triterpenes, 3-oxo-20-hydroxy-30α-methyl,17(29)α-epoxy-28-norlupane (1), 3-oxo-20-hydroxy-30β-methyl-17(29)α-epoxy-28-norlupane (2), 3,20-dioxo-28,29-norlupan-17α-ol (3), 27-demethyl-20(S)-dammar-23-ene-20-ol-3,25-dione (4), and 3-epi-cecropic acid (5) together with 13 known compounds including diterpene, sesquiterpenes and triterpenes were isolated and characterized. All isolates were tested for their cytotoxicities against a small panel of human cancer cell lines. Of the tested compounds, compounds 4-11 were found to be cytotoxic against one or more human cancer cell lines.  相似文献

The bile acid, cholic acid, has been transformed into 3α-hydroxy-12-methyl-18-nor-5β, 17α-chola-8,11,13-trien-24-oic acid. The constitution of this novel type of steroid (benzenoid C-ring with 17α-sidechain) has been supported by chemical degradation, and confirmed by crystal structure analysis of the methyl ester iodoacetate derivative.  相似文献
