Monobromination of 1,5-cyclooctadiene, followed by cyclopropanation with ethyl diazoacetate, led to the formation of endo and exo ethyl 4,5-dibromobicyclo[6.1.0]nonane-9-carboxylates 3a and 3b. Bis-dehydrobromination of 3a and 3b using 1,8-diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undec-7-ene (DBU) afforded the endo and exo ethyl bicyclo[6.1.0]nona-3,5-diene-9-carboxylates 4a and 4b. Reduction of these compounds to the corresponding alcohols 5a and 5b and subsequent oxidation with pyridinium chlorochromate (PCC) resulted in the formation of the target compounds endo and exo bicyclo[6.1.0]nona-3,5-diene-9-carboxaldehydes 6a and 6b. 相似文献

Two novel tetracyclic derivatives, namely 5 and 8, have been synthesized by intramolecular cyclization of the 10-bromoacetyl-10,11-dihydro-11-ethoxycarbonylpyrrolo[1,2-b] [1,2,5]benzothiadiazepine 5,5-dioxide (3) and, respectively, the bis-methylamide of 11-carboxy-10,11-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-b] [1,2,5]benzothiadiazepine-11-acetic acid 5,5-dioxide (4). The last compound formed when treating with an excess of methylamine either the lactam 5 or the diethyl ester of 11-carboxy-10,11-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-b] [1,2,5]benzothiadiazepine-11-acetic acid 5,5-dioxide (7). An unambiguous synthesis of the diester 7 was achieved to confirm the chemical structure of derivatives 4 and 5. 相似文献

The electronic structures of the HXY/XYH compounds (X[Double Bond]C,Si;Y[Double Bond]O,S) on the (2)A(') electronic ground state were investigated by applying the natural bond orbital (NBO) method to the computed B3LYP6-311G(**) wave functions. Different localized structures are proposed for the HXY and XYH isomers and the central XY unit is described as intermediate between a double and a triple bond in HCO, HCS, HSiO, and HSiS, similar to a double bond in COH, CSH, and SiSH, and clearly a single bond in SiOH. Through the comparison between the NBO results for the diatomic and hydrogenated compounds, the energy preferences on each pair of isomers and the computed geometrical parameters are explained. According to the structures proposed, the HXY compounds are sigma radicals with the spin density distributed along the molecular framework, while the XYH compounds are pi radicals with most of the unpaired spin located on an almost pure p orbital of the X atom. Finally, the amounts of spin density on natural atomic orbitals provided by the NBO method are used to explain the computed values of the isotropic and anisotropic hyperfine coupling constants. 相似文献

Polyaromatic thiophene compounds are found to occur concomitantly with numerous coal-derived products and shale oils and are suspected mutagens and/or carcinogens. The first synthesis of the two title compounds 9 and 16 has been achieved in five or four steps starting from 8,9-dihydroacenaphtho[1,2-b]benzo[d]thiophene (1) and 7-methoxynaphtho[1,2-b]thiophene (12), respectively. Compound 1 was converted to the cis-diol (11) (via treatment with OsO(4)/pyridine) or to trans-diol (3) [via Prevost reaction (PhCOOAg/I(2)) followed by hydrolysis] in 95-98% yield, respectively. Subsequent dehydration (PTS/benzene) of the diol followed by aromatization of the resulting ketone (5) produced the phenolic compound 6 in 97% yield. Oxidation of the phenol with phenyl iododiacetate followed by hydrolysis of the o-quinone monoketal 7 gave the o-quinone (8) in 86% yield. Stereoselective reduction of 8 with NaBH(4)/EtOH under oxygen afforded trans-10,11-dihydroxy-10,11-dihydroacenaphtho[1,2-b]benzo[d]thi oph ene(9) (orange yellow solid) in 55% yield. Compound 16 was obtained as a colorless solid, through the stereoselective reduction of the o-quinone 15 (with NaBH(4)), which in turn was prepared from 12 following the protocol of functional group transformation of methoxy --> phenol --> o-quinone monoketal --> o-quinone, as used in the previous case. The yields for all the steps are very good. The mutagenicity assay of compound 9 and 16 as well as their parent thiaarenes have been performed. The results showed that 9 may not be the proximate carcinogen of acenaphtho[1,2-b]benzo[d]thiophene, while it is likely that compound 16 is one of the possible proximate carcinogens for naphtho[1,2-b]thiophene. 相似文献

The new tetracyclic 9H,10H-indolizino[1,2-b]indole-1-one derivatives (7a-d, 7ea, 7eb) have been synthesized by modified Fischer indole synthesis from the enol ether of 2,5-dihydroxy-7-methyl-6-cyano-indolizine (3) and arylhydrazines (4a-g). Attempted N-methylation of 7a-d produced a series of autoxidized products including 10-hydroperoxy-1-methoxyindolizino[1,2-b]indole (9a-d) as the major product accompanied with methylperoxides (10a-d and 11a-d) and 2-formyl-3-(pyridine-2-yl)indole (12a, 12c) derivatives as the minor products. A plausible mechanism of the autoxidation is postulated based on the isolation of some intermediates. The reaction is thought to proceed through azaenolate/enamine intermediates following a novel type of autoxidation. 相似文献

The cycloadditions of the titled two masked o-benzoquinones, 2 and 3 , with monosubstituted ethylenes including ethyl acrylate, styrene, ethyl vinyl ether and 1-hexene were studied. The reactions proceeded with high stereoselectivity and regioselectivity to give endo head-to-head adducts when ethyl acrylate, styrene and ethyl vinyl ether were used as addenda. In the case of 1-hexene, the reaction with 2 took place with high regioselectivity but low stereoselectivity to afford endo as well as exo head-to-head adducts while the reaction with 3 occurred with less regioselectivity to produce presumably all the eight possible isomers. The regiochemistry of the adducts were determined by the 1H nmr analysis of their hydrolysis products, bicyclo[2,2,2]oct-5-en-2,3-diones 6 , and the subsequent photolysis products, 1,3-cyclohexadienes 7 . The stereochemistry was established by the study of the lanthanide induced shifts of compounds 6a-6f with Fu(fod)3. The regioselectivity and stereoselectivity of these cycloaddition reactions were explained in terms of frontier molecular orbital theory and steric effect. The present study provides also a facile method to prepare regioselectively bicyclo[2, 2, 2]oct-5-en-2,3-diones (stereo-selectively also) and 1,3-cyclohexadienes from unsymmetric catechols via masked o-benzoquinones. 相似文献

The origin of the carbon skeleton of verrucarin E (1) from acetate as precursor is confirmed. Incorporation studies with [1,2-13C]-acetate have demonstrated that two acetoacetate units couple together as shown in pattern A (Scheme 2) and not as in B . Analysis of the deuterium distribution in both verrucarin E (1) isolated after the incorporation of [2-13C,2-2H3]-acetate and in sodium acetate obtained after Kuhn-Roth oxidation of the metabolite demonstrated that C(7) is derived from the starter unit of one of the acetoacetate moieties. The deuterium exchange in verrucarin E (1) occurring during fermentation was investigated. 相似文献
