Complexes of three related 1-azapentadienyl ligands [N(SiMe2R1)C(But)(CH)3SiMe2R], abbreviated as L (R = But, R= Me), L′ (R = Me = R1), and L″ (R = But = R1), are described. The crystalline compounds Sn(L)2 (1), Sn(L′)2 (2), [Sn(L′)(μ-Cl)]2 (3) and [Sn(L″)(μ-Cl)]2 (4) were prepared from SnCl2 and 2 K(L), 2 K(L′), K(L′) and K(L″), respectively, in thf. Treatment of the appropriate lithium 1-azapentadienyl with Si(Cl)Me3 yielded the yellow crystalline Me3Si(L) (5) and the volatile liquid Me3Si(L′) (6) and Me3Si(L″) (7), each being an N,N,C-trisilyldieneamine. The red, crystalline Fe(L)2 (8) and Co(L′)2 (9) were obtained from thf solutions of FeCl2 with 2 Li(L)(tmeda) and CoCl2 with 2 K(L′), respectively. Each of 1-9 gave satisfactory C, H, N analyses; 6 and 7 (GC-MS) and 1, 2, 8 and 9 (MS) showed molecular cations and appropriate fragments (also 3 and 4). The 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR (1-4) and IR spectra support the assignment of 1-4 as containing Sn-N(SiMe2R1)-C(But)(CH)3SiMe2R moieties and 5-7 as N(SiMe3)(SiMe2R1)C(But)(CH)3SiMe2R molecules; for 1-4 this is confirmed by their X-ray structures. The magnetic moments for 8 (5.56 μB) and 9 (2.75 μB) are remarkably close to the appropriate Fe and Co complex [M{η3-N(SiMe3)C(But)C(H)SiMe3}2]; hence it is proposed that 8 and 9 have similar metal-centred, centrosymmetric, distorted octahedral structures.  相似文献

Equivalent addition reactions of PhN(Li)SiMe3 to nitriles, RCN (R = dimethylamido, 1-piperidino), generated non-symmetric guanidinato lithium [(Et2O)LiN(SiMe3)C(NMe2)N(Ph)]2 (1) or [(THF)LiN(SiMe3)C(NMe2)N(Ph)]2 (2) and [(Et2O)LiN(SiMe3)C(N(CH2)5)N(Ph)]2 (5) which further reacted with zirconium or hafnium tetrachloride to form Zr and Hf guanidinato complexes with the general formula [PhNC(R)NSiMe3]3MCl (R = dimethylamido, M = Zr (3), Hf (4); R = 1-piperidino, M = Zr (6), Hf (7)). Complexes 1-4, 6 and 7 were well characterized by 1H, 13C NMR and microanalysis, the single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis data for complexes 1, 3, 4 and 7 were also provided. Furthermore, complexes 3, 4, 6 and 7 were found to be active for ethylene polymerization. The influences of cocatalyst, pressure, reaction temperature and Al/M ratio on activity were investigated.  相似文献

Reduction of isopropyldimethylsilyl-substituted titanocene dichloride [TiCl25-C5Me4SiMe2Pri)2] (1) by excess magnesium in the presence of excess bis(trimethylsilyl)ethyne (btmse) in tetrahydrofuran at 60 °C yielded a mixture of products amongst them only the trinuclear Ti-Mg-Ti hydrido-bridged complex Mg[Ti(μ-H)25-C5Me4SiMe2Pri)]2 (3) was isolated and characterized. The precursor of titanocene, [Ti(η5-C5Me4SiMe2Pri)22-btmse)] (6), was obtained from the identical system which, after initial formation of [TiCl(η5-C5Me4SiMe2Pri)2] (2), reacted at −18 °C overnight and then the solution was rapidly separated from the remaining magnesium. Titanocene [Ti(η5-C5Me4SiMe2Pri)2] (7) was obtained by thermolysis of 6 at 75 °C in vacuum. Crystal structures of 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7 were determined.  相似文献

(C,O)-chelate silanol hydrohalides RC(O)NHCH2SiMe2OH · HHal (2a,b and 5b), and their precursors, (C,O)-chelate chlorosilanes RC(O)NHCH2SiMe2Cl (6a,b) and disiloxanes [RC(O)NHCH2SiMe2]2O (8a,b) (R = Me (a), Ph (b); Hal = Cl (2), Br (5)), were obtained by several routes. The original scheme of hydrolysis of the above chlorides was discussed in detail. X-ray analysis has shown that the silanol hydrohalogenides PhC(O)NHCH2SiMe2OH · HX (2b and 5b) in the crystal exist in the form of cation-anion pairs [PhC(O)NHCH2SiMe2(OH2)]+ · X (14b · Cl and 14b · Br) assembled by H-bonds in a 3D framework. The Si atom in the cation has a trigonal bipyramidal configuration with the oxygen atom of the carbonyl group and protonated hydroxyl exo-substituent in axial positions. The endocyclic Si-O bonds are equal with an average of 1.905 Å while the exocyclic Si-O bonds are 1.979 and 2.009 Å, for Hal = Cl and Br, respectively.Quantum chemical calculations have shown that the cation [PhC(O)NHCH2SiMe2(OH2)]+ (14b) is stable only in the crystal. Based on a high-resolution X-ray study and a quantum chemical calculation, it was found that the chemical bonding pattern in the OSiO axial fragment of the cation 14b corresponds to a three-centred four electron interaction. The cation 14b should be considered as a silylium cation stabilized by coordinated H2O molecules rather than a silyloxonium ion.  相似文献

Trichloro methyl [Nb{η5-C5H3(SiXMe2)(SiMe3)}Cl3Me] (X = Cl, 2; Me, 3), dichloro dimethyl [Nb{η5-C5H3(SiXMe2)(SiMe3)}Cl2Me2] (X = Cl, 4; Me, 5) and tetramethyl [Nb{η5-C5H3(SiXMe2)(SiMe3)}Me4] (X = Me, 6; Cl, 7) niobium complexes were synthesized by treatment of starting tetrachloro derivatives [Nb{η5-C5H3(SiXMe2)(SiMe3)}Cl4] (X = Cl, 1a; Me, 1b) with dimethyl zinc or chloro methyl magnesium in different proportions and conditions. A mixture of trichloro methyl and dichloro dimethyl tantalum complexes [Ta{η5-C5H3(SiClMe2)(SiMe3)}Cl4−xMex] (x = 1, 8; 2, 9) in a 2:1 molar ratio was obtained in the reaction of [Ta{η5-C5H3(SiClMe2)(SiMe3)}Cl4] (1c) with 0.5 equivalents of ZnMe2 in toluene at low temperature. 8 could be isolated as single compound when 1 equivalent of 1c was added to the mixtures of 8 and 9, while the reaction of 1c with 1.5 equivalents of dimethyl zinc gave 9 as unitary product. However, [Ta{η5-C5H3(SiMe3)2}Cl4] (1d) reacts with 0.5 equivalents of alkylating reagent giving the trichloro methyl compound [Ta{η5-C5H3(SiMe3)2}Cl3Me] (10) in good yield. On the other hand, [Ta{η5-C5H3(SiMe3)2}Cl4] (1d) reacts with 2 equivalents of MgClMe in hexane at room temperature giving a mixture of dichloro dimethyl and chloro trimethyl complexes[Ta{η5-C5H3(SiMe3)2}Cl4−xMex] (x = 2, 11; 3, 12), while the use of 4 equivalents of MgClMe converts 1c into the tetramethyl derivative [Ta{η5-C5H3(SiClMe2)(SiMe3)}Me4] (13). Finally, a tetramethyl tantalum complex [Ta{η5-C5H3(SiMe3)2}Me4] (14) was prepared by reaction of [Ta{η5-C5H3(SiXMe2)(SiMe3)}Cl4] (X = Cl, 1c; Me, 1d) with 5 (X = Cl) or 4 (X = Me) equivalents of MgClMe in diethyl ether (X = Cl) or hexane (X = Me), respectively, as solvent. All the complexes were studied by IR and NMR spectroscopy and the molecular structure of the complex 11 was determined by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

An efficient method for the preparation of carbosiloxane dendrimers with end-grafted SiH-bonds is given by using the alcohols HOCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe3 − nHn (4a: n = 1, 4b: n = 2, 4c: n = 3), which themselves are accessible by the hydrosilylation of MeCOCH2CH2CHCH2 (1) with the chlorosilanes HSiMe3 − nCln (2a: n = 1, 2b: n = 2, 2c: n = 3) and hydrogenation of the latter species with Li[AlH4]. Alcohols 4a-4c can be used as starting materials for the preparation of carbosiloxane dendrimers of the 1st-3rd generation. For the synthesis of the 1st generation dendrimers, Me4 − mSiClm (5a: m = 1, 5b: m = 2, 5c: m = 3, 5d: m = 4) is reacted with 4a-4c in presence of NEt3 as base. The dendritic molecules Me4 − mSi[OCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe3 − nHn]m (n = 1: 6a, m = 1; 6b, m = 2; 6c, m = 3; 6d, m = 4. n = 2: 7a, m = 1; 7b,m = 2; 7c, m = 3; 7d, m = 4. n = 3: 8a, m = 3; 8b, m = 4) are thereby obtained in excellent yield. Carbosiloxane dendrimers of the 2nd and 3rd generation with a MeSiO3- or SiO4-core can be isolated from the reaction of MeSi(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2Cl)3 (9), MeSi(OCH2CH2CH2SiMeCl2)3 (11), Si(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2Cl)4 (13) and MeSi(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe(OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2Cl)2)3 (15) with 4a or 4b, respectively, under similar reaction conditions. Thereby MeSi[OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2OCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe2H]3 (10), MeSi[OCH2CH2CH2SiMe[OCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe3 − nHn]2]3 (12a, n = 1; 12b, n = 2), Si[OCH2CH2CH2SiMe[OCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe2H]2]4 (14) and MeSi[OCH2CH2CH2SiMe[OCH2CH2CH2SiMe2OCH(Me)(CH2)4SiMe3 − nHn]2]3 (16) are formed as colourless oils.Compounds 3, 4, 6-8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 were characterised by elemental analysis as well as spectroscopic (IR, NMR) and mass spectrometric (ESI-TOF) studies.  相似文献

New half-titanocenes, CpTiCl[(OCR2CH2)NMe(CH2CR2O)] [R,R′ = H (1), R,R′ = Me, H, (2), R,R′ = Me (3)], were prepared from CpTiCl3 (4) with the corresponding alcohols in the presence of triethylamine. X-ray analysis shows that 1 has slightly distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry around Ti. These complexes exhibited moderate catalytic activities for syndiospecific styrene polymerization in the presence of MAO and the activity increased in the order: 2 > 1 > 4 > 3 (at 50 °C), 1 > 2 > 4 > 3 (at 70 °C and 90 °C).  相似文献

Alkane elimination reactions of rare earth metal tris(alkyl)s, Ln(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2 (Ln = Y, Lu) with the multidentate ligands HL1-4, afforded a series of new rare earth metal complexes. Yttrium complex 1 supported by flexible amino-imino phenoxide ligand HL1 was isolated as homoleptic product. In the reaction of rigid phosphino-imino phenoxide ligand HL2 with equimolar Ln(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2, HL2 was deprotonated by the metal alkyl and its imino CN group was reduced to C-N by intramolecular alkylation, generating THF-solvated mono-alkyl complexes (2a: Ln = Y; 2b: Ln = Lu). The di-ligand chelated yttrium complex 3 without alkyl moiety was isolated when the molar ratio of HL2 to Y(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2 increased to 2:1. Reaction of steric phosphino β-ketoiminato ligand HL3 with equimolar Ln(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2 afforded di-ligated mono-alkyl complexes (4a: Ln = Y; 4b: Ln = Lu) without occurrence of intramolecular alkylation or formation of homoleptic product. Treatment of tetradentate methoxy-amino phenol HL4 with Y(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2 afforded a monomeric yttrium bis-alkyl complex of THF-free. The resultant complexes were characterized by IR, NMR spectrum and X-ray diffraction analyses. All alkyl complexes exhibited high activity toward the ring-opening polymerization of l-lactide to give isotactic polylactide with controllable molecular weight and narrow to moderate polydispersity.  相似文献

Reactions of neutral amino phosphine compounds HL1-3 with rare earth metal tris(alkyl)s, Ln(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2, afforded a new family of organolanthanide complexes, the molecular structures of which are strongly dependent on the ligand framework. Alkane elimination reactions between 2-(CH3NH)-C6H4P(Ph)2 (HL1) and Lu(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2 at room temperature for 3 h generated mono(alkyl) complex (L1)2Lu(CH2SiMe3)(THF) (1). Similarly, treatment of 2-(C6H5CH2NH)-C6H4P(Ph)2 (HL2) with Lu(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2 afforded (L2)2Lu(CH2SiMe3)(THF) (2), selectively, which gradually deproportionated to a homoleptic complex (L2)3Lu (3) at room temperature within a week. Strikingly, under the same condition, 2-(2,6-Me2C6H3NH)-C6H4P(Ph)2 (HL3) swiftly reacted with Ln(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2 at room temperature for 3 h to yield the corresponding lanthanide bis(alkyl) complexes L3Ln(CH2SiMe3)2(THF)n (4a: Ln = Y, n = 2; 4b: Ln = Sc, n = 1; 4c: Ln = Lu, n = 1; 4d: Ln = Yb, n = 1; 4e: Ln = Tm, n = 1) in high yields. All complexes have been well defined and the molecular structures of complexes 1, 2, 3 and 4b-e were confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The scandium bis(alkyl) complex activated by AlEt3 and [Ph3C][B(C6F5)4], was able to catalyze the polymerization of ethylene to afford linear polyethylene.  相似文献

The reactions of the trimethylsiloxychlorosilanes (Me3SiO)RR′SiCl (1a-h: R′ = Ph, 1a: R = H, 1b: R = Me, 1c: R = Et, 1d: R = iPr, 1e: R = tBu, 1f: R = Ph, 1g: R = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2 (Mes), 1h: R = 2,4,6-(Me2CH)3C6H2 (Tip); 1i: R = R′ = Mes) with lithium metal in tetrahydrofuran (THF) at −78 °C and in a mixture of THF/diethyl ether/n-pentane in a volume ratio 4:1:1 at −110 °C lead to mixtures of numerous compounds. Dependent on the substituents silyllithium derivatives (Me3SiO)RR′SiLi (2b-i), Me3SiO(RR′Si)2Li (3a-g), Me3SiRR′SiLi (4a-h), (LiO)RR′SiLi (12e, 12g-i), trisiloxanes (Me3SiO)2SiRR′ (5a-i) and trimethylsiloxydisilanes (6f, 6h, 6i) are formed. All silyllithium compounds were trapped with Me3SiCl or HMe2SiCl resulting in the following products: (Me3SiO)RR′SiSiMe2R″ (6b-i: R″ = Me, 7c-i: R″ = H), Me3SiO(RR′Si)2SiMe2R″ (8a-g: R″ = Me, 9a-g: R″ = H), Me3SiRR′SiSiMe2R″ (10a-h: R″ = Me, 11a-h: R″ = H) and (HMe2SiO)RR′SiSiMe2H (13e, 13g-i). The stability of trimethylsiloxysilyllithiums 2 depends on the substituents and on the temperature. (Me3SiO)Mes2SiLi (2i) is the most stable compound due to the high steric shielding of the silicon centre. The trimethylsiloxysilyllithiums 2a-g undergo partially self-condensation to afford the corresponding trimethylsiloxydisilanyllithiums Me3SiO(RR′Si)2Li (3a-g). (Me3)Si-O bond cleavage was observed for 2e and 2g-i. The relatively stable trimethylsiloxysilyllithiums 2f, 2g and 2i react with n-butyllithium under nucleophilic butylation to give the n-butyl-substituted silyllithiums nBuRR′SiLi (15g, 15f, 15i), which were trapped with Me3SiCl. By reaction of 2g and 2i with 2,3-dimethylbuta-1,3-diene the corresponding 1,1-diarylsilacyclopentenes 17g and 17i are obtained.X-ray studies of 17g revealed a folded silacyclopentene ring with the silicon atom located 0.5 Å above the mean plane formed by the four carbon ring atoms.  相似文献

Treatment of yttrium tris(alkyl)s, Y(CH2SiMe3)3(THF)2, by equimolar H(C5Me4)SiMe3(HCp′) and indene (Ind-H) afforded (η5-Cp′)Y(CH2SiMe3)2(THF) (1) and (η5-Ind)Y(CH2SiMe3)2(THF) (2) via alkane elimination, respectively. Complex 1 reacted with methoxyamino phenols, 4,6-(CH3)2-2-[(MeOCH2CH2)2-NCH2]-C6H2-OH (HL1) and 4,6-(CMe3)2-2-[(MeOCH2CH2)2-NCH2]-C6H2-OH (HL2) gave mixed ligands supported alkyl complexes [(η5-Cp′)(L)]Y(CH2SiMe3) (3: L = L1; 4: L = L2). Whilst, complex 2 was treated with HL2 to yield [(η5-Ind)(L2)]Y(CH2SiMe3) (5). The molecular structures of 3 and 5 were confirmed by X-ray diffraction to be mono(alkyl)s of THF-free, adopting pyramidal and tetragonal-bipyramidal geometry, respectively. Complexes 3 and 5 were high active initiators for the ring-opening polymerization of l-lactide to give isotactic polylactide with high molecular weight and narrow to moderate polydispersity.  相似文献

The reaction of HgCl2 and Te(R)CH2SiMe3 [R = CH2SiMe3 (1), Ph (2)] in ethanol yielded a mononuclear complex [HgCl2{Te(R)CH2SiMe3}2] (R = Ph, 3a; R = CH2SiMe3, 3b). The recrystallization of 3a or 3b from CH2Cl2 produced a dinuclear complex [Hg2Cl2(μ-Cl)2{Te(R)CH2SiMe3}2] (R = Ph, 4a; R = CH2SiMe3, 4b). When 3a was dissolved in CH2Cl2, the solvent quickly removed, and the solid recrystallized from EtOH, a stable ionic [HgCl{Te(Ph)CH2SiMe3}3]Cl·2EtOH (5a·2EtOH) was obtained. Crystals of [HgCl2{Te(CH2SiMe)2}]·2HgCl2·CH2Cl2 (6b·2HgCl2·CH2Cl2) were obtained from the CH2Cl2 solution of 3b upon prolonged standing. The complex formation was monitored by 125Te-, and 199Hg NMR spectroscopy, and the crystal structures of the complexes were determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A straightforward method of synthesis of heteroleptic tin (II) alkoxides stabilized by one intramolecular coordination bond was developed. Addition of one equivalent of dimethylamino ethanol to diamide Sn(N(SiMe3)2)2 (5) yields alkoxy-amido derivative Sn(OCH2CH2NMe2)(N(SiMe3)2) (2). Further addition of alcohol leads to corresponding heteroleptic dialkoxides Sn(OCH2CH2NMe2)(OR) (R = Me (6), Et (7), iPr (8), tBu (9), Ph (10)). Catalytic activity of tin (II) compounds in polyurethane formation was tested.  相似文献

Crystalline [Li{N(SiMe2OMe)C(tBu)C(H)(SiMe3)}]2 (5), [Li{N(SiMe2OMe)C(Ph)C(H)(SiMe3)}]2 (6), [C(C6H3Me2-2,5)C(H)(SiMe3)}(TMEDA)](7), [Li{N(SiMe(OMe)2)C(tBu)C(H)(SiMe3)}(THF)]2 (8), Li{N(SiMe(OMe)2)C(Ph)C(H)(SiMe3)}(TMEDA) (9) and [Li{N(SiMe2OMe)C(tBu)C(H)(SiMe2OMe)}]2 (10) were readily obtained at ambient temperature from (i) [Li{CH(SiMe3)(SiMe2OMe)}]8 (1) and an equivalent portion of RCN (R=tBu (5), Ph (6) or 2,5-Me2C6H3 (7)); (ii) [Li{CH(SiMe3)(SiMe(OMe)2)}] (2) and an equivalent portion of tBuCN (8) or PhCN (9); and (iii) [Li{CH(SiMe2OMe)2}] (3) and one equivalent of tBuCN (10). Reactions (i) and (ii) were regiospecific with SiMe3−n(OMe)n>SiMe3 in 1,3-migration from C (in 1 or 2)→N. The 1-azaallyl ligand was bound to the lithium atom as a terminally bound κ1-enamide (8 and 10), a bridging η3-1-azaallyl (6), or a bridging κ1-enamide (5). The stereochemistry about the CC bond was Z for 5, 8 and 10 and E for 7. X-ray data are provided for 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 and multinuclear NMR spectra data in C6D6 or C6D5CD3 for each of 5-10.  相似文献

Condensation of (S)-2-amino-2′-hydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl with 1 equiv. of pyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde in toluene in the presence of molecular sieves at 70 °C gives (S)-2-(pyrrol-2-ylmethyleneamino)-2′-hydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl (1H2) in 90% yield. Deprotonation of 1H2 with NaH in THF, followed by reaction with LnCl3 in THF gives, after recrystallization from a toluene or benzene solution, dinuclear complexes (1)3Y2(thf)2 · 3C7H8 (3 · 3C7H8) and (1)3Yb2(thf)2 · 3C6H6 (4 · 3C6H6), respectively, in good yields. Treatment of 1H2 with Ln[N(SiMe3)2]3 in toluene under reflux, followed by recrystallization from a benzene solution gives the dimeric amido complexes {1-LnN(SiMe3)2}2 · 2C6H6 (Ln = Y (5 · 2C6H6), Yb (6 · 2C6H6)) in good yields. All compounds have been characterized by various spectroscopic techniques, elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction analyses. Complexes 5 and 6 are active catalysts for the polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) in toluene, affording syn-rich poly-(MMA)s.  相似文献

Treatment at ambient temperature in diethyl ether of one equivalent of [Li{CH(SiMe3)(SiMe2OMe)}]8 (A) with (i) two equivalents of PhCN, or (ii) successive equivalent portions of ButCN and PhCN gave from (i) (1) and (2) as well as the known lithium 1-azaallyl [Li{N(SiMe2OMe)C(Ph)CH(SiMe3)}]3, and from (ii) (3) The latter was also obtained from the known [Li{N(SiMe2OMe)C(But)CH(SiMe3)}]2 and PhCN under similar conditions. Recrystallisation of 2 from THF/hexane afforded (2). X-ray diffraction data on 2, 2 and 3 are presented; data for 1 were only adequate to confirm its gross tetrameric structure. The particularly novel feature of these transformations of the lithium alkyl A into lithium β-diketiminates 1, 2, 2 or 3 is that while the first 1,3-carbon to nitrogen shift from the α-carbon of A is both silicotropic and regiospecific (in so far as SiMe2OMe > SiMe3 in migratory aptitude), the second migration is indiscriminate: silicotropy yielding 1 or 3 but prototropy giving 2 (or 2). Consistent with these observations, the central carbon atom of the β-diketiminato ligand has significant carbanionic character in 2 or 2, attributed to its stabilisation by the exocyclic Me3Si at C2, whereas in 1 or 3 there is π-delocalisation.  相似文献

The new dinuclear half-sandwich complexes of titanium with xylene bridge, [Ti(η5-cyclopentadienyl)Cl2L]2[CH2-C6H4-CH2] (L = Cl (3), L = O-2,6-iPr2C6H3 (4), L = N(SiMe3)(2,6-Me2C6H3) (5)), have been synthesized. The complexes 4 and 5 have been prepared by the reaction of the complex 3 with the corresponding lithium salts of aryloxy and anilide. Structure of these complexes has been characterized by 1H and 13C NMR. The change of substituent from chloride, 3, to anilide, 5, at titanium resulted in chemical shift change of cyclopentadienyl protons from 6.92 and 6.79 to 6.13 and 5.95 ppm probably due to the positive electron density delivery from the anilide group. It was found that all three half-titanocenes were effective catalyst for the generation of SPS (syndiotactic polystyrene). Xylene bridged dinuclear catalyst (4) with aryloxy substituent exhibited very high activity (458 kg of SPS/(mol of [Ti])h), at 40 °C, whereas the analogous hexamethylene bridged dinuclear half-titanocene catalyst (7) showed a lower activity (80.7 kg of SPS/(mol of [Ti])h) under the same conditions. While the catalyst 3 was the most active catalyst among three complexes less than 40 °C the catalyst 5 exhibited the highest activity at 70 °C. Xylene linkage was suggested to be too stiff to permit any kind of intramolecular interaction between two active centers. Lack of steric disturbance due to the rigidity of the xylene bridge might give rise to the similar properties of dinuclear metallocene to the corresponding mononuclear metallocene to result in not only the facile coordination of monomer at the active center to lead high activity but also the easier β-H elimination comparing to the dinuclear catalysts with the flexible bridge to result in the formation of lower molecular weight polymer.  相似文献

We describe reactions of [99mTc(H2O)3(CO)3)]+ (1) with Diels-Alder products of cyclopentadiene such as “Thiele’s acid” (HCp-COOH)2 (2) and derivatives thereof in which the corresponding [(Cp-COOH)99mTc(CO)3)] (3) complex did form in water. We propose a metal mediated Diels-Alder reaction mechanism. To show that this reaction was not limited to carboxylate groups, we synthesized conjugates of 2 (HCp-CONHR)2 (4a-c) (4a, R = benzyl amine; 4b, R = Nα-Boc-l-2,3-diaminopropionic acid and 4c, R = glycine). The corresponding 99mTc complexes [(4a)99mTc(CO)3)] 6a, [(4b)99mTc(CO)3)] 6b and [(4c)99mTc(CO)3)] 6c have been prepared along the same route as for Thiele’s acid in aqueous media demonstrating the general applicability of this synthetic strategy. The authenticity of the 99mTc complexes on the no carrier added level have been confirmed by chromatographic comparison with the structurally characterized manganese or rhenium complexes.Studies of the reaction of 1 with Thiele’s acid bound to a solid phase resin demonstrated the formation of [(Cp-COOH)99mTc(CO)3)] 3 in a heterogeneous reaction. This is the first evidence for the formation of no carrier added 99mTc radiopharmaceuticals containing cyclopentadienyl ligands via solid phase syntheses. Macroscopically, the manganese analogue 5a and the rhenium complexes 5b-c have been prepared and characterized by IR, NMR, ESI-MS and X-ray crystallography for 5a (monoclinic, P21/c, a = 9.8696(2) Å, b = 25.8533(4) Å, c = 11.8414(2) Å, β = 98.7322(17)°) in order to unambiguously assign the authenticity of the corresponding 99mTc complexes.  相似文献

2-Phenylaniline reacted with Pd(OAc)2 in toluene at room temperature for 24 h in a one-to-one molar ratio and with the system PdCl2, NaCl and NaOAc in a 1 (2-phenylaniline):1 (PdCl2):2 (NaCl):1 (NaOAc) molar ratio in methanol at room temperature for one week to give the dinuclear cyclopalladated compounds (μ-X)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}]2 [1a (X = OAc) and 1b (X = Cl)] in high yield. Moreover, the reaction between 2-phenylaniline and Pd(OAc)2 in one-to-one molar ratio in acid acetic at 60 °C for 4 h, followed by a metathesis reaction with LiBr, allowed isolation of the dinuclear cyclopalladated compound (μ-Br)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}]2 (1c) in moderate yield. A parallel treatment, but using monodeuterated acetic acid (DOAc) as solvent in the cyclopalladation reaction, allowed isolation of a mixture of compounds 1c, 1cd1 [Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4](μ-Br)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)-3-d-C6H3] and 1cd2 (μ-Br)2[Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)-3-d-C6H3}]2 in moderate yield and with a deuterium content of ca. 60%. 1a and 1b reacted with pyridine and PPh3 affording the mononuclear cyclopalladated compounds [Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}(X)(L)] [2a (X = OAc, L = py), 2b (X = Cl, L = py), 3a (X = OAc, L = PPh3) and 3b (X = Cl, L = PPh3)] in a yield from moderate to high. Furthermore, 1a reacted with Na(acac) · H2O to give the mononuclear cyclopalladated compound 4 [Pd{κ2-N2′,C1-2-(2′-NH2C6H4)C6H4}(acac)] in moderate yield. 1H NMR studies in CDCl3 solution of 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b and 4 showed that 2a and 3a presented an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the acetato ligand and the amino group, and were involved in a dynamic equilibrium with water present in the CDCl3 solvent; and that the enantiomeric molecules of 2b and 4 were in a fast exchange at room temperature, while they were in a slow exchange for 2a, 3a and 3b. The X-ray crystal structures of 3b and 4 were determined. 3b crystallized in the triclinic space group with a = 9.9170(10), b = 10.4750(10), c = 12.0890(10) Å, α = 98.610(10)°, β = 94.034(10)° and γ = 99.000(10)° and 4 in the monoclinic space group P21/a with a = 11.5900(10), b = 11.2730(10), c = 12.2150(10) Å, α = 90°, β = 107.6560(10)° and γ = 90°.  相似文献

MgMe2 (1) was found to react with 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (dabco) in tetrahydrofuran (thf) yielding a binuclear complex [{MgMe2(thf)}2(μ-dabco)] (2). Furthermore, from reactions of MgMeBr with diglyme (diethylene glycol dimethyl ether), NEt3, and tmeda (N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine) in etheral solvents compounds MgMeBr(L), (L = diglyme (5); NEt3 (6); tmeda (7)) were obtained as highly air- and moisture-sensitive white powders. From a thf solution of 7 crystals of [MgMeBr(thf)(tmeda)] (8) were obtained. Reactions of MgMeBr with pmdta (N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine) in thf resulted in formation of [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9) in nearly quantitative yield. On the other hand, the same reaction in diethyl ether gave MgMeBr(pmdta) · MgBr2(pmdta) (10) and [{MgMe2(pmdta)}7{MgMeBr(pmdta)}] (11) in 24% and 2% yield, respectively, as well as [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) as colorless needle-like crystals in about 26% yield. The synthesized methylmagnesium compounds were characterized by microanalysis and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The coordination-induced shifts of the 1H and 13C nuclei of the ligands are small; the largest ones were found in the tmeda and pmdta complexes. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses revealed in 2 a tetrahedral environment of the Mg atoms with a bridging dabco ligand and in 8 a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination of the Mg atom. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses of [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13) showed them to be monomeric with five-coordinate Mg atoms. The square-pyramidal coordination polyhedra are built up of three N and two C atoms in 12 and three N and two Br atoms in 13. The apical positions are occupied by methyl and bromo ligands, respectively. Temperature-dependent 1H NMR spectroscopic measurements (from 27 to −80 °C) of methylmagnesium bromide complexes MgMeBr(L) (L = thf (4); diglyme (5); NEt3 (6); tmeda (7)) in thf-d8 solutions indicated that the deeper the temperature the more the Schlenk equilibria are shifted to the dimethylmagnesium/dibromomagnesium species. Furthermore, at −80 °C the dimethylmagnesium compounds are predominant in the solutions of Grignard compounds 4-6 whereas in the case of the tmeda complex7 the equilibrium constant was roughly estimated to be 0.25. In contrast, [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9) in thf-d8 revealed no dismutation into [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12) and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13) even up to −100 °C. In accordance with this unexpected behavior, 1:1 mixtures of 12 and 13 were found to react in thf at room temperature yielding quantitatively the corresponding Grignard compound 9. Moreover, the structures of [MgMeBr(pmdta)] (9c), [MgMe2(pmdta)] (12c), and [MgBr2(pmdta)] (13c) were calculated on the DFT level of theory. The calculated structures 12c and 13c are in a good agreement with the experimentally observed structures 12 and 13. The equilibrium constant of the Schlenk equilibrium (2 9c ? 12c + 13c) was calculated to be Kgas = 2.0 × 10−3 (298 K) in the gas phase. Considering the solvent effects of both thf and diethyl ether using a polarized continuum model (PCM) the corresponding equilibrium constants were calculated to be Kthf = 1.2 × 10−3 and Kether = 3.2 × 10−3 (298 K), respectively.  相似文献
