A new type of Ind-NHC ligand precursor (Ind = indenyl), [C9H7-(CH2)3-(CH{NCHCHNiPr})]Br (HL·HBr, 1), was designed and prepared. The reaction of in situ generated anionic indenyl-functionalized NHC ligand LLi with (DME)NiCl2 affords a novel mono-ligand Ni(II) bromide, [C9H6-(CH2)3-(C{NCHCHNiPr})]NiBr (2), which was characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and X-ray crystal determination. Complex 2 in combination with NaBPh4 can catalyze the polymerization of styrene at 80 °C.  相似文献

A metal-coordination-driven self-assembly using the predesigned building block has been developed. Herein, the catalytic active NHC–Cu(I) units were introduced into the terpyridine metal coordination polymers. The self-assembled architecture, as a heterogeneous catalyst, was successfully used to catalyze the A3-coupling reaction of aldehyde, alkyne, and amine and Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of azide and alkyne in high yields.  相似文献

Dinuclear gold(I)-N-heterocyclic carbene complexes were developed for the hydrohydrazidation of terminal alkynes. The gold(I)-N-heterocyclic carbene complexes 2a-2b were synthesized in good yields from silver complexes synthesized in situ, which in turn were obtained from the corresponding imidazolium salts with Ag2O in dichloromethane as a solvent. The new air-stable gold(I)-NHC complexes, 2a - 2b, were characterized using NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, infrared, and mass spectroscopy studies. The gold(I) complex 2a was characterized using X-ray crystallography. Bis-N-heterocyclic carbene–based gold(I) complexes 2a - 2b exhibited excellent catalytic activities for hydrohydrazidation of terminal alkynes yielding acylhydrazone derivatives. The working catalytic system can be used in gram-scale synthesis. In addition, the catalytic reaction mechanism of the hydrohydrazidation of terminal alkynes by gold(I)-NHC complex was studied in detail using density functional theory.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of heteroleptic complexes with the formulations [(η6-arene)RuCl(fcdpm)] (η6-arene = C6H6, C10H14) and [(η5-C5Me5)MCl(fcdpm)] (M = Rh, Ir; fcdpm = 5-ferrocenyldipyrromethene) have been reported. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and electronic spectral studies. Structures of [(η6-C6H6)RuCl(fcdpm)] and [(η6-C10H14)RuCl(fcdpm)] have been determined crystallographically. Chelating monoanionic linkage of fcdpm to the respective metal centres has been supported by spectral and structural studies. Further, reactivity of the representative complex [(η6-C10H14)RuCl(fcdpm)] with ammonium thiocyanate (NH4SCN) and triphenylphosphine (PPh3) have been examined.  相似文献

A new series of ruthenium(II) N-heterocyclic carbene complexes [RuL1,2,3(p-cymene)Cl2] (3a–c) (where L is a N-heterocyclic carbene), have been synthesized via transmetalation. The new ruthenium(II)-NHC complexes were applied to transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone derivatives and aldehydes using 2-propanol as a hydrogen source and KOH as a co-catalyst. The results show that the corresponding alcohols could be obtained in good yield with high catalyst activity (up to 100%) under mild conditions. [RuL1(p-cymene)Cl2] (3a) is much more active than the other complexes in transfer hydrogenation. Reactions, catalyzed by 3a–c, showed the highest reaction rates and yields of alcohol when the substrates bear more electron-withdrawing substituents. All new compounds were characterized by IR, elemental analysis, LC–MS (ESI), and NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Complex [RuCl{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(PTA)] (κ3(N,N,N)-Tp = hydridotris(pyrazolyl)borate) containing the water-soluble phosphane 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphatricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]decane (PTA) reacts with terminal alkynes producing to the corresponding neutral alkynyl complexes [Ru(CCR){κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(PTA)] (R = Ph (1a), nBu (1b), 1-cyclopentenyl (1c), p-methoxyphenyl (1d), 6-methoxynaft-2-yl (1e)). When halide is extracted from complex [RuCl{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(PTA)] followed by treatment with propargyl alcohols, the corresponding allenylidene complexes [Ru{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(PTA)(CCCPh2)][X] (X = PF6 (2a), CF3SO3 (2b)) and [Ru{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(PTA)(CCCC12H8)][PF6] (3) result. Electrophilic attack on the complexes thus obtained leads chemoselectively to the alkynyl complexes [Ru(CCR){κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(1-CH3-PTA)][CF3SO3] (R = Ph (4a), nBu (4b), and 1-cyclopentenyl (4c)) and to the dicationic allenylidene complexes [Ru{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(1-H-PTA)(CCCC12H8)][PF6]2 (5) and [Ru{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(1-CH3-PTA)(CCCPh2)][CF3SO3]2 (6).  相似文献

Abstract

The interaction of the benzimidazolium salt with Ag2O in dichloromethane to prepare novel Ag(I)-N-heterocyclic carbene complexes has been carried out at room temperature for 48?h in the absence of light. The obtained complexes were identified and characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, FT-IR and elemental analysis techniques. In addition, it has been found that some of the complexes are antimicrobially active and show higher activity than the free ligand. Probably metal chelation affects significantly the antimicrobial behavior of the ligands. The minimum inhibitory concentration of the complexes was determined. The results indicated that these complexes exhibit antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

Air- and moisture-stable NHC (N-heterocyclic carbene)-derived CNC-type pincer complexes of nickel(II) 4a-d were successfully synthesized, and their structures were fully characterized using X-ray crystallography and analytical and spectroscopic methods. These complexes exhibit a high catalytic activity for the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction of aryl bromides and chlorides with aryl- and alkenylboronic acids, providing an array of biphenyls and stilbenes generally in high yields.  相似文献

A series of organometallic complexes possessing new tetrathia-[7]-helicene nitrile derivative ligands [TH-7] as chromophores, of general formula [MCp(P–P)(NC{TH-[7]-Y}Z)][PF6] (M = Ru, Fe, P–P = DPPE, Y = H, NO2, Z = H, C≡N; M = Ru, L–L = 2PPh3, Y = H, Z = H) has been synthesized and fully characterized. 1H NMR, FT-IR and UV–Vis. spectroscopic data were analyzed with in order to evaluate the existence of electronic delocalization from the metal centre to the coordinated ligand to have some insight on the potentialities of these new compounds as non-linear optical molecular materials. Slow crystallization of compound [RuCp(PPh3)2(NC{TH-[7]-H}H)][PF6] 2Ru revealed an interesting isomerization of the helical ligand with formation of two carbon-carbon bonds between the two terminal thiophenes, leading to the total closure of the helix (2*Ru).  相似文献

Abstract

The catalytic activity of a series of chiral heteroaryl coordinated chelating N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) palladium complexes towards asymmetric allylic alkylation (AAA) were presented here. The effects of different N-substituents, NHC backbones and chelate rings on the catalytic activity and the enantioselectivity of the alkylation of (E)-1,3-diarylallyl acetates with dialkyl malonate were investigated. The results showed that, under the optimized conditions, complexes 3a, 3b, and 3i carrying the pyridinyl-coordinated five-membered chelate ring showed high catalytic activity and chiral induction efficiency. The corresponding alkylated products were obtained in high yields with moderate ee. Furthermore, it was found that the substituents of (E)-1,3-diarylallyl acetates and the type of the nucleophile affect the results as well.  相似文献

The asymmetric cyclopropanation of 1,1-diphenylethylene (2) with ethyl 3,3,3-trifluoro-2-diazopropionate (1) in the presence of chiral Rh(II) catalysts affords cyclopropane 3 with yields and enantioselectivities of up to 72 and 40%, respectively. Similar results are obtained for asymmetric cyclopropenation of hex-1-yne (4), although enantioselectivity is lower. The cyclopropanation of mono-substituted olefins (8a-8e) with 1 leads to cis/trans-mixtures of cyclopropanes 9a-9e with a maximum ee of 75% for 4-methoxystyrene (8c).  相似文献

A potential anticancer heterodinuclear ruthenium(II)–platinum(II) complex, [ruthenium(II)(4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine)2(5-(l-cysteine-methyl ester)-1,10-phenanthroline)-trans-chlorodiammineplatinum(II)] chloride, [Ru(Me2bipy)2(5-(l-cysteine-Me)-phen)-trans-Pt(NH3)2Cl]Cl3, was synthesised. l-Cysteine methyl ester was used to link the two metal centres, as more conventional straight chain diaminoalkanes and 2-mercaptoethylamine failed to couple to the phenanthroline ligand. From the precursor mononuclear ruthenium(II) complexes, which were separated into their Δ- and Λ-isomers by column chromatography, the dinuclear complex was synthesised and characterised by 1H and 13C NMR, UV–Vis, circular dichroism, fluorescence and electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry.  相似文献

A new family of three-legged piano stool structured organometallic compounds containing the fragment η5-cyclopentadienyl-ruthenium(II)/iron(II) has been synthesized to evaluate the existence of electronic metal to ligand charge transfer upon coordination of the novel benzodithiophene ligands (BDT), benzo[1,2-b;4,3-b′]dithiophen-2-carbonitrile (L1) and benzo[1,2-b;4,3-b′]dithiophen-2′nitro-2-carbonitrile (L2). All the compounds were characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR and UV-Vis. spectroscopies and their electrochemistry studied by cyclic voltammetry. The X-ray structures of [Ru(η5-C5H5)(PPh3)2(NCC10H5S2)][PF6] (1Ru), [Ru(η5-C5H5)(PPh3)2(NCC10H5S2)][CF3SO3] (1Ru), [Ru(η5-C5H5)(DPPE)(NCC10H5S2)][PF6] 2Ru and [Fe(η5-C5H5)(DPPE)(NCC10H5S2)][PF6] (2Fe) were determined by X-ray diffraction showing centric crystallization on groups and P21/n, respectively.Quadratic hyperpolarizabilities (β) of some of the complexes (2Fe, 2Ru and 3Fe) have been determined by hyper-Rayleigh scattering (HRS) measurements at a fundamental wavelength of 1500 nm, to minimize the probability of fluorescence due to two-photon absorption and to reduce the effect of resonance enhancement, in order to estimate static β values.  相似文献

Starting from proligand 1-methyl-2-(phenyl)imidazo[1,5-a]pyridine-2-iumchloride ( 1 .HCl), 1-methyl-2-(phenyl)imidazo[1,5-a]pyridine silver(I)chloride, ( 2 ) has been prepared. Synthesis, structures and photophysical properties of (2,2/−bipyridyl)-1-methyl-2-(phenyl)imidazo[1,5-a]pyridinesilver(I)hexaflurophosphate, ( 3 ), 1-methyl-2-(phenyl)imidazo[1,5-a]pyridinesilver(I)carbazolate, ( 4 ) and 1-methyl-2-(phenyl)imidazo[1,5-a]pyridinegold(I)carbazolate, ( 5 ) are focused. Herein we have first reported the NHC-Ag-(bpy/carbazole). All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, various spectroscopic studies and finally screened for luminescent properties. All the complexes are strongly emissive. Solid state structures of 2 , 3 , 4 and 5 have been determined by X-ray diffraction studies. Conventionally, complex 2 adopts linear geometry whereas complex 3 embraces triangular planar geometry around Ag; complex 4 and 5 clinches linear geometry around Ag/Au. All the complexes absorb light within 275–343 nm. Complex 3 is luminous at ~407 mn, whereas complex 4 and 5 luminous at ~360 nm having short life time 1.00–6.97 ns. The quantum yield (Φem) of the complexes varies 0.106–0.186. It is expected variation of luminescence arises due to change of metal and the chromophore (bpy/carbazole). Density Functional Theory (DFT) and Temparature Dependent Density Functional Theory (TDDFT) calculations were performed to verify crystallographically derived parameters and to calculate the UV–Vis properties of the ground state as well as of the first excited state of the complexes.  相似文献

The synthesis of a series of azolium salts such as azolium iodides and chlorides having both N-anionic functional group and N-alkyl group have been developed. Reaction of azolium iodides or chlorides with Ag2O gave the corresponding NHC-Ag complexes. It was found that the resulting NHC-Ag complexes derived from azolium iodides or chlorides differ in their physical properties. The azolium chlorides as well as azolium iodides were successfully converted into the NHC-Ag complexes, which subsequently reacted with PdCl2(CH3CN)2 to give the anionic amidate/NHC-Pd complexes. Thus, a variety of the NHC-Pd complexes could be obtained from benzimidazolium and imidazolium salts.  相似文献

An amide-linked 2,6-bis{[(2-hydroxy-5-tert-butylbenzyl)(pyridyl-2-methyl)-amino]-methyl}-4-methylphenol-ruthenium(II) tris(bipyridine) 2PF6 complex, 1, was first used to recognize Co(II) in EtOH/H2O (1:1, v/v) solution, with the ruthenium(II) tris(bipyridine) moiety selected as a fluorophore and the multi-substituted phenol unit chosen as a receptor. The fluorescence quenching of 1 was attributed to the formation of an inclusion complex between multi-substituted phenol unit and Co(II) by 1:1 complex ratio (K = 2.5 × 105), which has been utilized as the basis of the fabrication of the Co(II)-sensitive fluorescent chemosensor. The analytical performance characteristics of the proposed Co(II)-sensitive chemosensor were investigated. The sensor can be applied to the quantification of Co(II) with a linear range covering from 1.0 × 10−7 to 5.0 × 10−5 M and a detection limit of 5 × 10−8 M. The experiment results show that the response behavior of 1 to Co(II) is pH-independent in medium condition (pH 4.5–9.5) and show excellent selectivity for Co(II) over transition metal cations except Cu(II). The chemosensor has been used for determination of Co(II) in water samples.  相似文献

Reaction of [RhCl(COD)]2, with 1,3-dialkylimidazolinylidene (1) or 1,3-dialkylbenzimidazolinylidene (2) resulted in the formation of rhodium(I) 1,3-dialkylimidazolin-2-ylidene (3a-c) and 1,3-dialkylbenzimidazolin-2-ylidene (4a,b) complexes. Triethylsilane reacts with acetophenone derivatives in the presence of catalytic amounts of RhCl(COD)(1,3-dialkylimidazolin-2-ylidene) or RhCl(COD)(1,3-dialkylbenzimidazolin-2-ylidene) to give the corresponding silylethers in good yield (57–98%).  相似文献

Two piano-stool ruthenium(II) complexes Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl2PPh2CH2OH ( RuPOH ) and Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl2P(p-OCH3Ph)2CH2OH ( RuMPOH ) and two half-sandwich iridium(III) complexes Ir(η 5-Cp*)Cl2PPh2CH2OH ( IrPOH ) and Ir(η 5-Cp*)Cl2P(p-OCH3Ph)2CH2OH ( IrMPOH ) have been studied in terms of potential anticancer activity on previously selected cell line (human lung adenocarcinoma). Based on experimental results obtained in monoculture in vitro model mechanistic considerations on the possible cellular modes of action have been carried out. ICP-MS analysis revealed the higher cellular uptake for less hydrophobic Ir(III) complexes in comparison to the corresponding Ru(II) compounds. Cytometric analysis showed a predominance of apoptosis over the other types of cell death for all complexes. The apoptotic pathway was confirmed by a decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential and the activation of caspases-3/9 for both Ru(II) and Ir(III) complexes. It was concluded that in the case of Ru(II) complexes the intense ROS generation is mainly responsible for the resulting cytotoxicity. The corresponding Ir(III) complexes trigger simultaneously at least three different cytotoxic pathways i. e., depletion of mitochondrial potential, activation of caspases-dependent apoptosis, and ROS-associated oxidation. Thus, it can be assumed that the final accumulation of toxic effects over time via parallel activation of different pathways results in the highest cytotoxicity in vitro exhibited by Ir(III) complexes when compared with Ru(II) complexes.  相似文献

Three novel paramagnetic metal complexes (MH2ID) of Ni2+, Cu2+ and VO2+ ions with 3‐hydroxy‐3,3’‐biindoline‐2,2’‐dione (dihydroindolone, H4ID) were synthesized and characterized by different spectroscopic methods. The ligand (H4ID) was synthesized via homocoupling reaction of isatin in presence of phenylalanine in methanol. Complexation of low valent Ni2+, Cu2+ ions and high valent VO2+ ions with H4ID carried out in 1: 2 molar ratios. A comparison in the catalytic potential of paramagnetic complexes of low and high valent metal ion was explored in the oxidation processes of cis‐cyclooctene, benzyl alcohol and thiophene by an aqueous H2O2, as a green terminal oxidant, in the presence and absence of acetonitrile, as an organic solvent, at 85 °C. NiH2ID, CuH2ID and VOH2ID show good catalytic activity, i.e. good chemo‐ and regioselectivity. VOH2ID has the highest catalytic potential compared to both Ni2+‐ and Cu2+‐species in the same homogenous aerobic atmosphere. Catalytic oxidation of other alkenes and alcohols was also studied using NiH2ID, CuH2ID or VOH2ID as a pre‐catalyst by an aqueous H2O2. A mechanistic pathway for those oxidation processes was proposed.  相似文献
