量子力学纠缠态表象

扼要介绍了笔者近期提出的纠缠态表象的性质与应用。     

Quantum mechanical photoncount formula derived by entangled state representation

By introducing the thermo entangled state representation,we derive four new photocount distribution formulas for a given light field density operator.It is shown that these new formulas,which are convenient to calculate the photocount,can be expressed as integrations over a Laguerre-Gaussian function with a characteristic function,Wigner function,Q-function and P-function,respectively.     

function for the squeezed atomic coherent state in entangled state representation and some of its applications

Based on the Einstein, Podolsky, and Rosen (EPR) entangled state representation, this paper introduces the wave function for the squeezed atomic coherent state (SACS), which turns out to be just proportional to a single-variable ordinary Hermite polynomial of order 2j. As important applications of the wave function, the Wigner function of the SACS and its marginal distribution are obtained and the eigenproblems of some Hamiltonians for the generalized angular momentum system are solved.     

Squeeze-swapping by Bell measurement studied in terms of the entangled state representation

By virtue of the entangled state representation(Hong-Yi Fan and J R Klauder 1994 Phys.Rev.A 49 704) and the two-mode squeezing operator’s natural representation(Hong-Yi Fan and Yue Fan 1996 Phys.Rev.A 54 958) we propose the squeeze-swapping mechanism which can generate quantum entanglement and new squeezed states of continuum variables.     

用纠缠态表象推导广义Ehrenfest定理

利用两粒子相对坐标和总动量的共同本征态|η〉构成的连续变量纠缠态表象,推导了转动系统的Ehrenfest定理,从而说明了在满足某些近似的情况下,量子力学不但能够与经典物理完美自洽,而且利用量子力学的规律可以导出相应的经典物理规律.     

New approach for analysing master equations of generalized phase diffusion models in the entangled state representation

By virtue of the well-behaved properties of the bipartite entangled states representation, this paper analyse and solves some master equations for generalized phase diffusion models, which seems concise and effective. This method can also be applied to solve other master equations.     

Single-mode quadrature-amplitude measurement for generalized two-mode squeezed states studied by virtue of the entangled state representation

The result of one-mode quadrature-amplitude measurement for some generalized two-mode squeezed states has been studied by virtue of the entangled state representation of the corresponding two-mode squeezing operators. We find that the remaining field-mode simultaneously collapses to the single-mode squeezed state with more stronger squeezing. The measurement result caused by a single-mode squeezed state projector is also calculated, which indicates quantum entanglement in squeezing.     

纠缠相干态的量子隐形传态

提出利用双模纠缠相干态作为量子信道，实现纠缠相干态量子隐形传态的方案. 分别在非正交的相干态表象和另一个由相干态构成的正交态表象对双模纠缠相干态的隐形传态进行具体分析. 发现在相干态表象，虽然只要线性光学元件就可以完成隐形传态，但成功的概率小于1/2，而在正交态表象，只要能分辨4个由相干态构成的Bell态，成功的概率就是1. 关键词： 隐形传态 纠缠相干态 纠缠相干态量子信道     

Photon-number distribution of two-mode squeezed thermal states by entangled state representation

Using the entangled state representation, we convert a two-mode squeezed number state to a Hermite polynomial excited squeezed vacuum state. We first analytically derive the photon number distribution of the two-mode squeezed thermal states. It is found that it is a Jacobi polynomial; a remarkable result. This result can be directly applied to obtaining the photon number distribution of non-Gaussian states generated by subtracting from (adding to) two-mode squeezed thermal states.     

A new bipartite entangled state describing the parametric down-conversion process and its applications in quantum optics

We construct a new bipartite entangled state(NBES),which describes both the squeezing and the entanglement involved in the parametric down-conversion process and can be produced using a symmetric beam splitter.Constructing asymmetric ket-bra integrations based on the NBES leads to some new squeezing operators,which clearly exhibit the relationships between squeezing and entangled state transformations.Moreover,an entangled Wigner operator with a definite physical meaning is also presented.     

Inversion formula and Parseval theorem for complex continuous wavelet transforms studied by entangled state representation

In a preceding letter (2007 Opt.Lett.32 554) we propose complex continuous wavelet transforms and found Laguerre-Gaussian mother wavelets family.In this work we present the inversion formula and Parseval theorem for complex continuous wavelet transform by virtue of the entangled state representation,which makes the complex continuous wavelet transform theory complete.A new orthogonal property of mother wavelet in parameter space is revealed.     

New operator identities with regard to the two-variable Hermite polynomial by virtue of entangled state representation

By virtue of the entangled state representation we concisely derive some new operator identities with regard to the two-variable Hermite polynomial （TVHP）. By them and the technique of integration within an ordered product （IWOP） of operators we further derive new generating function formulas of the TVHP. They are useful in quantum optical theoretical calculations. It is seen from this work that by combining the IWOP technique and quantum mechanical representations one can derive some new integration formulas even without really performing the integration.     

Density matrix of two interacting particles with kinetic coupling derived in bipartite entangled state representation

A density matrix is usually obtained by solving the Bloch equation, however only a few Hamiltonians' density matrices can be analytically derived. The density matrix for two interacting particles with kinetic coupling is hard to derive by the usual method due to this coupling; this paper solves this problem by using the bipartite entangled state representation.     

Nonlinear two-mode squeezing obtained by analysing two-mode exponential quadrature operators in entangled state representation

By analysing the properties of two-mode quadratures in an entangled state representation (ESR) we derive from ESR some complicated exponential quadrature operators for nonlinear two-mode squeezing, which directly leads to wave function of the nonlinear squeezed state in ESR.     

Application of three-mode Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen entangled state with continuous variables to teleportation

We consider how to teleport two- and three-mode Einstein--Podolsky--Rosen entangled states (|\eta> and | p_t,\chi₂,\chi₃>) via a | p_t,\chi₂,\chi₃> quantum channel for continuous variables. Using the complete and orthogonal representation of the entangled states, we can not only find the a complete basis set for the joint measurement but also propose the specific scheme of teleportation. Our calculation can be greatly simplified by using their Schmidt decompositions.     

纠缠态投影算符的积分

借助湮没算符的本征值方程及其本征态的完备性,证明了纠缠态的完备性．在此基础上,利用纠缠态所满足的本征值方程,得到了非对称纠缠态投影算符的积分． 关键词： 完备性 纠缠态 投影算符 积分     

新纠缠态表象对耦合2谐振子系统的应用

我们研究一个耦合2谐振子系统的本征态问题。我们构造了由算子（x1+p2）和（x2+p1）的共同本征态组成的新纠缠态表象︱γ>。在︱γ>表象得到了系统哈密顿的本征值和本征态。同样的问题用二次量子化表象进行了研究。我们发现在Fock空间，二次量子化表象可以被用来推得本征态的正规积表示。特别是发现了系统基态为广义2模压缩态     

Teleportation of two-atom entangled state in resonant cavity quantum electrodynamics

An alternative scheme is presented for teleportation of a two-atom entangled state in cavity quantum electrodynamics (QED). It is based on the resonant atom--cavity field interaction. In the scheme, only one cavity is involved, and the number of the atoms needed to be detected is decreased compared with the previous scheme. Since the resonant atom--cavity field interaction greatly reduces the interaction time, the decoherence effect can be effectively suppressed during the teleportation process. The experimental feasibility of the scheme is discussed. The scheme can easily be generalized to the teleportation of N-atom Greeninger--Horne--Zeilinger (GHZ) entangled states. The number of atoms needed to be detected does not increase as the number of the atoms in the GHZ state increases.     

Solving nonlinear master equation describing quantum damping by virtue of the entangled state representation

This paper solves the newly constructed nonlinear master equation dρ/dt=κ[2f (N) aρ (1/f (N-1))a+-a+aρ-ρa+a],where f(N) is an operator-valued function of N=a+a,for describing amplitude damping channel,and derives the infinite operator sum representation of quasi-Kraus operators for the density operator.It also shows that in this nonlinear process the initial pure number state density operator will evolve into the binomial field (a mixed state) when f (N)=1/(N+1)～(1/2).
