对单色非相干光光伏空间孤子进行了理论研究.发现非相干光光伏空间孤子所满足的微分方程与相干光光伏空间孤子的具有相似性,并可用于近似描述相干距离远小于光束尺寸的部分空间非相干光光伏空间孤子.在Cu:KNSBN晶体中观察到单色光部分空间非相干光光伏空间亮孤子. 关键词: 光伏 部分空间非相干 孤子  相似文献

采用数值方法研究了在一个具有扩散效应的光伏光折变晶体中的非相干耦合的亮和暗光伏空间孤子对的偏转特性.结果表明,由于非相干相互作用,晶体中的一个亮孤子和一个暗孤子互相俘获,且两个孤子的中心沿着相同的轨迹移动.发现,当亮孤子的入射峰值强度不变时,通过调节暗孤子的入射背景强度可以控制亮孤子的偏转;当暗孤子的入射背景强度处于一个特殊值时,亮孤子的偏转被抑制,而当暗孤子的入射背景强度偏离这个特殊值时,亮孤子发生偏转.同样,当暗孤子的入射背景强度不变时,其偏转可以通过调节亮孤子的入射峰值强度来控制.  相似文献

使用白炽灯作光源在LiNbO3∶Fe晶体内实验观察到一维白光光生伏打暗空间孤 子. 由奇数 和偶数初始条件分别产生了灰孤子和灰孤子对,它们所感应的波导能导向白光和相干光. 用 相干光清楚地探测到它们内部的多模结构. 该实验证明了白光光生伏打暗空间孤子的存在, 并指出了用完全非相干的白光暗孤子控制和导向相干光的可能性. 关键词: 光生伏打效应 自陷 完全非相干孤子 波导  相似文献

Internal modes and internal oscillation of vector solitons associated with photoisomerization and necklace solitons in Bessel lattices are researched. While white noise gives rise to the unsmoothness of the vector solitons, the perturbation of internal modes results in the long-distance quasi-periodic oscillation of soliton shape. Internal modes of two-dimensional necklace solitons in Bessel lattices have both real and imaginary parts, which is different with the internal modes of one-dimensional solitons which have only real part.  相似文献

分别用数值法和微扰法研究了考虑背景光时光伏暗空间孤子的自偏转特性.与亮孤子不同,暗孤子光束中心的运动轨迹不为抛物线.在归一化的直角坐标系(ξ,ζ)中,暗孤子朝ξ>0的方向偏转;同时,暗孤子光束中心光强发生改变.通过调节晶体对信号光和背景光的有效光伏系数之比r或信号光光强可以控制它的自偏转.还用数值方法研究了灰空间孤子的自偏转特性,发现灰孤子光束自偏转特性依赖于横向初速度v.当v>0时,灰孤子光束朝ξ>0的方向 关键词: 光伏空间暗孤子 光伏空间灰孤子 扩散效应 自偏转  相似文献

从理论上分析了具有不同Glass常数的背景光在晶体折射率空间分布相对变化中的作用,得到了折射率改变为负的晶体中形成亮、暗光伏孤子的条件. 以此为基础,用532nm的e光作信号光、488nm的o光作背景光并不断变化背景光和信号光的功率,首次在实验上观察到了LiNbO3∶Fe晶体中亮光伏孤子的形成. 关键词: 亮光伏孤子 自散焦 自聚焦 光生伏打效应  相似文献

采用数值模拟方法研究光折变晶体中的高阶耦合光伏空间孤子.该孤子可用包含两种频率的四束平行光入射到折射率改变为正的光折变晶体中形成.数值研究还发现,当入射光束为双曲正割光束时,在一定条件下可以模拟高阶耦合光伏空间孤子,而且,这种高阶耦合光伏空间孤子显示出光控光的特性.入射光束显著偏离左右对称会影响高阶耦合光伏空间孤子的实现. 关键词: 耦合光伏空间孤子 光控光  相似文献

用数值方法研究扩散效应对两个平行传播相干光伏孤子光束相互作用的影响. 结果表明,在扩散效应的影响下,两相干孤子光束同相相互作用不是使它们相互融合, 而是使它们趋向相互分离,且光束之间存在能量耦合;异相孤子相互作用不再是简单地互相排斥,在一定的条件下,两光束既互相排斥,又同时向同侧偏转. 关键词: 光伏空间孤子 相干相互作用 扩散效应  相似文献

In an open-circuit dissipative photovoltaic (PV) crystal, by considering the diffusion effect, the deflection of bright dissipative photovoltaic (DPV) solitons has been investigated by employing numerical technique and perturbational procedure. The relevant results show that the centre of the optical beam moves along a parabolic trajectory, while the central spatial-frequency component shifts linearly with the propagation distance; furthermore, both the spatial deflection and the angular derivation are associated with the photovoltaic field. Such DPV solitons have a fixed deflection degree completely determined by the parameters of the dissipative system. The small bending cannot affect the formation of the DPV soliton via two-wave mixing.  相似文献

Theoretical simulations about manipulating vector solitons with super-sech pulse shapes are conducted based on an optical fiber system. By changing the temporal pulses' parameters when the orthogonally polarized pulses have the same or different input central wavelengths, the output modes in orthogonal directions will demonstrate different properties. When the input orthogonal modes have the same central wavelength, the “2+2” pseudo-high-order vector soliton can be generated when the time delay is changed. While under the condition of different central wavelengths, orthogonal pulses with multiple peaks accompanied with two wavelengths can be achieved through varying the projection angle, time delay or phase difference. Our simulations are helpful to the study of optical soliton dynamics in optical fiber systems.  相似文献

We investigate the coupled Gross-Pitaevskii equation describing the dynamics of two hyperfine states of Bose-Einstein condensates and deduce the integrability condition for the propagation of bright vector solitons. By using a unified theory of the formation of various types of vector-solitons in two-component Bose-Einstein condensates with tunable interactions,we obtain a family of exact vector-soliton solutions for the coupled nonlinear Schro¨dinger equations.Moreover,the Bogoliubov equation shows that there exists stable dark soliton in specific situations.Our results open up new ways in considerable experimental interest for the quantum control of multi-component Bose-Einstein condensates.  相似文献

This paper studies numerically the dark incoherent spatial solitons propagating in logarithmically saturable nonlinear media by using a coherent density approach and a split-step Fourier approach for the first time. Under odd and even initial conditions, a soliton triplet and a doublet are obtained respectively for given parameters. Simultaneously, coherence properties associated with the soliton triplet and doublet are discussed. In addition, if the values of the parameters are properly chosen, five and four splittings from the input dark incoherent spatial solitons can also form. Lastly, the grayness of the soliton triplet and that of the doublet are studied, in detail.  相似文献

在LiNbO3∶Fe晶体中,采用相位掩模对部分空间非相干和相干暗光伏孤子进行了实验研究.实验观察到了部分空间非相干和相干的一维和二维暗光伏孤子,它们的形成来源于光伏效应,是自散焦效应和衍射效应平衡的结果.实验和理论分析表明,暗光伏孤子的形成与光的传输方向,强度梯度与晶体c轴夹角有关;只有在一定的条件下,才能得到稳态的部分空间非相干暗光伏孤子.  相似文献

Based on the time-dependent band-transport model in a photorefractive medium, dark open-circuit photovoltaic (PV) solitons are investigated both theoretically and experimentally. Compared with those of the time-independent models, our theoretical results revealed that quasi-steady-state and steady-state PV solitons can both be obtained. Our results also revealed that when r < 1 (r is the normalized intensity at infinity), the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of solitons decreases monotonically to a constant value; when r > 1, however, the FWHM of solitons first decreases to a minimum before it increases to a constant value. Moreover, the FWHM of steady solitons decreases with increasing intensity ratio for r < 1, and increases with increasing intensity ratio for r > 1. We further observed dark PV solitons in experiments, and recorded their evolution. These results indicated that steady solitons can be observed at low optical power, while quasi-steady-state solitons can only be generated at higher optical power. Good agreement is found between theory and experiment.  相似文献

用数值方法研究了对向传播条件下不同频率的光伏孤子的相互作用行为.结果表明,两个不同频率的光伏孤子在对向传播相互作用过程中表现出不同的空间演化动力学特性.共轴对向传播时两孤子光场有着不同的会聚或发散行为,并且依赖于晶体长度;非共轴对向靠近传播孤子的会聚或发散作用有所减弱,但频率较大的孤子对频率较小的孤子有显著的吸引作用,使其发生横向偏移,孤子的演化方式也不同于同向传播的情形.  相似文献

This paper predicts that bright-dark self-coupled vector solitons are possible in biased two-photon photovoltaic photorefractive crystals under steady-state conditions. The solutions of these vector solitons can be determined by use of simple numerical integration procedures. When the photovoltaic effect is neglectable, these vector solitons are bright-dark vector screening solitons. When the external bias field is absent, these vector solitons degenerate the bright-dark vector photovoltaic solitons.  相似文献

基于相干密度理论,数值地研究了在饱和对数非线性介质中多个部分非相干光空间孤子之间的相互作用. 数值结果表明,在非相干参量较小情况下,非相干光孤子的相互作用与相干光孤子的相互作用规律较类似. 当非相干参量较大时,强的非相干性模糊了孤子之间的相位关系,孤子间的相互作用主要以非相干相互吸引作用为主. 特别是在非相干参量较大而且孤子初始相对相位差为π的情况下,多个部分非相干光孤子可并行传播形成稳定的阵列孤子. 利用多个非相干光孤子的不同相互作用形态写入各种阵列波导,为实现光控制光、导向光提供了一种可能性. 关键词: 多个部分非相干光空间孤子 空间光孤子的相互作用 相干密度理论 饱和对数非线性  相似文献

用数值方法分析了平行传播异色光伏暗孤子之间及亮-暗孤子之间的相互作用.结果表明,光伏暗孤子共轴传播能在有限的距离内保持准孤子形态,靠近传播时存在着相互吸引的作用 ,而相距较远传播时表现为一孤子暗区使另一孤子的缓变光场部分发生局部会聚作用.光伏暗孤子与亮孤子的相互作用随距离的不同可使亮孤子光强分布变尖锐或变平缓,以及使亮孤子发生能量转移.从两束信号光共同引起折射率波导这一物理机理对光伏孤子这些相互作用给出定性物理解释. 关键词: 光伏空间孤子 暗孤子 亮孤子 相互作用  相似文献

This paper investigates the temporal behaviour of open-circuit bright photovoltaic spatial solitons by using numerical techniques. It shows that when the intensity ratio of the soliton, the ratio between the soliton peak intensity and the dark irradiance, is small, the quasi-steady-state soliton width decreases monotonically with the increase of τ-, where τ- is the parameter correlated with the time, that when the intensity ratio of the soliton is big, the quasi-steady-state soliton width decreases with the increase of τ- and then increases with τ, and that the formation time of the steady-state solitons is not correlated with the intensity ratio of the soliton. It finds that the local nonlinear effect increases with the photovoltaic field, which behaves as that the width of soliton beams is small and the self-focusing quasi-period is short. On the other hand, we also discuss that both the time and the temperature have an effect on the beam bending.  相似文献
