Seven new silver(I) complexes of the formula [Ag2(L)2(CF3SO3)2] (1), [Ag2(L)2(CH3SO3)2] (2) [Ag2(L)2](BF4)2 (3), [Ag3(L)2(NO3)2]NO3.5H2O (4), [Ag2(L)(NO3)2].CH3OH (5), [Ag2(L)2](ClO4)2 (6) and [Ag3(L)2(CH3CN)3](ClO4)3 (7) have been synthesized by reactions of 1,3,5-tris(2-oxazolinyl)benzene (L) with varied silver(I) salts under different conditions. The influences of counter anions and reaction conditions on the structure of the complexes are discussed. Three complexes , 1, 2 and 3 with two kinds of different 1D chain structures were obtained under the same synthetic conditions by using different silver(I) salts, and the ligand L was found to adopt bis-monodentate (1 and 2) and tris-monodentate (3) coordination modes respectively. On the other hand, by using the same silver(I) nitrate or silver(I) perchlorate but different reaction solvents, 4 and 5 or 6 and 7 were isolated respectively. Complexes 4and 5 have different 1D chain structures, and 6 is isostructural with . However, 7 is a tri-nuclear, propeller-shaped M3L2 supramolecular capsule in which L adopts a cis,cis,cis-conformation, while the ligand L in 3-6 has cis,trans,trans-conformation. The results revealed that the nature of the counter anions, such as their size, coordination ability and coordination mode, and the reaction conditions all have great impact on the structure of the complexes. The complexes were also characterized by electrospray mass spectrometry. Furthermore, complex 7 exhibited modest second-harmonic-generation (SHG) efficiency.  相似文献

The reactions of four flexible tetradentate ligands, 1,3-bis(2-pyridylthio)propane (L1), 1,4-bis(2-pyridylthio)butane (L2), 1,5-bis(2-pyridylthio)pentane (L3) and 1,6-bis(2-pyridylthio)hexane (L4) with AgX (X = BF4-, ClO4-, PF6-, or CF3SO3-) lead to the formation of seven new complexes: [AgL1(BF4)]2 (1), [[AgL2](ClO4)]infinity (2), [[AgL2(CH3CN)](PF6)]infinity (3), [[AgL3](BF4)(CHCl3)]2 (4), [[AgL3(CF3SO3)](CH3OH)(0.5)]infinity (5), [[Ag2L4(2)](BF4)2]infinity (6), and [[AgL4](PF6)]infinity (7), which have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. Single-crystal X-ray analyses show that complexes 1 and 4 possess dinuclear macrometallacyclic structures, and complexes 2, 3 and 5-7 take chain structures. In all the complexes, the nitrogen atoms of ligands preferentially coordinate to silver atoms to form normal coordination bonds, while the sulfur atoms only show weak interactions with silver atoms and the intermolecular AgS weak contacts connect the low-dimensional complexes into high-dimensional supramolecular networks. Additional weak interactions, such as pi-pi stacking, F...F weak interactions, Ag...O contacts or C-H...O hydrogen bonds, also help to stabilize the crystal structures. It was found that the parity of the -(CH2)n- spacers (n = 3-6) affect the orientation of the two terminal pyridyl rings, thereby significantly influence the framework formations of these complexes. The coordination features of ligands and their conformation changes between free and coordination states have been investigated by DFT calculations.  相似文献

Reactions of 9,10-bis(diphenylphosphino)anthracene (PAnP) and AgX (X = OTf-, ClO4-, PF6-, and BF4-) led to luminescent Ag-PAnP complexes with rich structural diversity. Helical polymers [Ag(mu-PAnP)(CH3CN)X]n (X = OTf-, ClO4-, and PF6-) and discrete binuclear [Ag2(mu-PAnP)2(CH3CN)4](PF6)2, trinuclear [Ag3(mu-PAnP)3 supersetBF4](BF4)2, and tetranuclear [Ag4(mu-PAnP)4 superset(ClO4)2](ClO4)2 metallacycles were isolated from different solvents. The tri- and tetranuclear metallacycles exhibited novel puckered-ring and saddlelike structures. Variable-temperature (VT) 31P{1H}-NMR spectroscopy of the complexes was solvent dependent. The dynamics in CD3CN involve two species, but the exchange processes in CD2Cl2 are more complicated. A ring-opening polymerization was proposed for the exchange mechanism in CD3CN.  相似文献

Four new oxadiazole-bridging ligands (L1-L4) were designed and synthesized by the reaction of 2,5-bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole with isonicotinoyl chloride and nicotinoyl chloride, respectively. L1 and L3 are unsymmetric single-armed ligands (4- or 3-pyridinecarboxylate arm), and L2 and L4 are symmetric double-armed ligands (4- or 3-pyridinecarboxylate arms). Nine new complexes, [Ag(L1)]PF6.CH3OH (1), [Ag(L1)]ClO4.CH3OH (2), Cu(L2)(NO3)2.2(CH2Cl2) (3), [Cu(L2)2](ClO4)2.2(CH2CCl2) (4), Cu(L2)Cl2 (5), [Cu4(L3)2(H2O)2](L3)4(ClO4)4 (6), [Ag(L4)(C2H5OH)]ClO4 (7), [Ag(L4)(C2H5OH)]BF4 (8), and [Ag(L4)(CH3OH)]SO3CF3 (9), were isolated from the solution reactions based on these four new ligands, respectively. L1, L2, and L3 act as convergent ligands and bind metal ions into discrete molecular complexes. In contrast, L4 exhibits a divergent spacer to link metal ions into one-dimensional coordination polymers. New coordination compounds were fully characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In addition, the luminescent and electrical conductive properties of these new compounds were investigated.  相似文献

Nitrosyl complexes with {Ru-NO} (6) and {Ru-NO} (7) configurations have been isolated in the framework of [Ru(trpy)(L)(NO)] ( n+ ) [trpy = 2,2':6',2'-terpyridine, L = 2-phenylimidazo[4,5- f]1,10-phenanthroline] as the perchlorate salts [ 4](ClO 4) 3 and [ 4](ClO 4) 2, respectively. Single crystals of protonated material [ 4-H (+)](ClO 4) 4.2H 2O reveal a Ru-N-O bond angle of 176.1(7) degrees and triply bonded N-O with a 1.127(9) A bond length. Structures were also determined for precursor compounds of [ 4] (3+) in the form of [Ru(trpy)(L)(Cl)](ClO 4).4.5H 2O and [Ru(trpy)(L-H)(CH 3CN)](ClO 4) 3.H 2O. In agreement with largely NO centered reduction, a sizable shift in nu(NO) frequency was observed on moving from [ 4] (3+) (1953 cm (-1)) to [ 4] (2+) (1654 cm (-1)). The Ru (II)-NO* in isolated or electrogenerated [ 4] (2+) exhibits an EPR spectrum with g 1 = 2.020, g 2 = 1.995, and g 3 = 1.884 in CH 3CN at 110 K, reflecting partial metal contribution to the singly occupied molecular orbital (SOMO); (14)N (NO) hyperfine splitting ( A 2 = 30 G) was also observed. The plot of nu(NO) versus E degrees ({RuNO} (6) --> {RuNO} (7)) for 12 analogous complexes [Ru(trpy)(L')(NO)] ( n+ ) exhibits a linear trend. The electrophilic Ru-NO (+) species [ 4] (3+) is transformed to the corresponding Ru-NO 2 (-) system in the presence of OH (-) with k = 2.02 x 10 (-4) s (-1) at 303 K. In the presence of a steady flow of dioxygen gas, the Ru (II)-NO* state in [ 4] (2+) oxidizes to [ 4] (3+) through an associatively activated pathway (Delta S++ = -190.4 J K (-1) M (-1)) with a rate constant ( k [s (-1)]) of 5.33 x 10 (-3). On irradiation with light (Xe lamp), the acetonitrile solution of paramagnetic [Ru(trpy)(L)(NO)] (2+) ([ 4] (2+)) undergoes facile photorelease of NO ( k NO = 2.0 x 10 (-1) min (-1) and t 1/2 approximately 3.5 min) with the concomitant formation of the solvate [Ru (II)(trpy)(L)(CH 3CN)] (2+) [ 2'] (2+). The photoreleased NO can be trapped as an Mb-NO adduct.  相似文献

The self-assembly of Ag(I) ions with 3,5-dimethyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole (L1) and 4-salicylideneamino-1,2,4-triazole (L2) gave two novel complexes, [Ag4(mu2-L1)6][Ag4(mu2-L1)6(CH3CN)2](ClO4)8.2H2O (1) and [Ag4(mu2-L2)6(CH3CN)2](AsF6)4.2H2O (2), both of which contain tetranuclearic clusters constructed via Ag(I) ions and six N1,N2-bridged triazoles with a Ag4N12 core. When 4-(6-amino-2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (L3) was employed, {[Ag4(mu2-L3)4(mu3-L3)2](CF3SO3)4.H2O}n (3), {[Ag4(mu2-L3)4(mu3-L3)2](ClO4)4}n (4), and {[Ag4(mu2-L3)2(mu3-L3)4](PF6)4.CH3CN.0.75H2O}n (5) were isolated. 3 and 4 are 1D polymers, while 5 is a 2D polymer. 1D and 2D coordination polymers are constructed via the self-assembly of Ag4N12 cores as secondary building units (SBUs). The connection of these SBUs can be represented as a ladderlike structure for 1D polymers and a 4.8(2) net for 2D polymers. Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry measurements and NMR (1H and 13C) studies demonstrate that the tetranuclear SBU retains its integrity and the coordination polymers decompose into the tetranuclear Ag4N12 core in solution. 2 exhibits blue emission in the solid state and green emission in solution at ambient temperature. Strong blue fluorescence for complexes 3-5 in the solid state can be assigned to the intraligand fluorescent emission.  相似文献

A strategy combining ligand design and counterion variation has been used to investigate the assembly of silver(I) complexes. As a result, dinuclear, octanuclear, and polymeric silver(I) species have been synthesized by complexation of the rigid aliphatic amino ligands cis-3,5-diamino-trans-hydroxycyclohexane (DAHC), cis-3,5-diamino-trans-methoxycyclohexane (DAMC), and cis-3,5-diamino-trans-tert-butyldimethylsilylanyloxycyclohexane (DATC) with silver(I) triflate, nitrate, and perchlorate. The compositions of these aggregates, established by X-ray crystallography and elemental analysis, are [{Ag(DAHC)}2](CF3SO3)2 (1), [{Ag(DAMC)}2](CF3SO3)2 (2), [{Ag(DAMC)}2](NO3)2 (3), [{Ag(DATC)}6{Ag(DAHC)}2](NO3)8 (4), and [{Ag(DATC}n](NO3)n (5), where the DAHC present in 4 is formed by in situ hydrolysis of the acid labile silyl ether group. The type of aggregate formed depends both upon the noncoordinating O-substituent of the ligand and the (also noncoordinating) counterion, with the normal preference of the ligand topology for forming Ag2L2 structures being broken by introduction of the bulky, lipophilic O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) group. Of particular note is the octanuclear silver ring structure 4, which is isolated only when both the O-TBDMS group and the nitrate counteranion are present and is formed from four Ag2L2 dimers connected by Ag...Ag and hydrogen-bonding interactions. Diffusion rate measurement of this {Ag8} complex by 1H NMR (DOSY) indicates dissociation in CD3OD and CD3CN, showing that this supramolecular ring structure is formed upon crystallization, and establishing a qualitative limit to the strength of Ag...Ag interactions in solution. When solutions of the {Ag8} cluster in methanol are kept for several days though, a new UV-vis absorption is observed at around 430 nm, consistent with the formation of silver nanoparticles.  相似文献

The mononuclear complexes [Ag(H2L1)(Py)2](NO3) x H2O (1, H2L1 = 2,6-bis(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine) and [Ag(NO3)(L()] (2, L2 = 2,6-bis(5-methyl-1-isopropyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine), dinuclear complex [Ag2(H2L3)2(HL4)2] (3, H2L3 = 2,6-bis(5-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine, HL4 = 6-(5-phenyl-1H-pyrazolyl-3-yl)picolinate), one-dimensional polymer {[Ag2(H2L1)2](NO3)2 x H2O}(n) (4), and hexanuclear clusters [Ag6(HL1)4](X)2 (X = NO3-, 5 ; BF4-, 6 ; ClO4-, 7) stabilized by pincer-like bispyrazolyl ligands have been prepared and characterized using (1)H NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, luminescence spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. In complex , there is a ligand unsupported Ag-Ag bond between the two silver atoms. Complex displays a one-dimensional polymer consisting of an infinite Ag-Ag chain and every two adjacent silver ions are bridged by an H2L1 ligand. Complexes and have the same Ag6 cores in which six silver atoms are held together by four HL1 and five Ag-Ag bonds, while complex was held together by six Ag-Ag bonds. The silver-silver distances in these complexes are found in the range of 2.874(1)-3.333(2) A for ligand supported, and 3.040(1) A for ligand unsupported Ag-Ag bonds, respectively. Complexes 3-7 are strongly luminescent due to either intraligand or metal-ligand charge transfer processes.  相似文献

The syntheses, characterization, crystal structures, and photophysical and electrochemical properties of two dinuclear and two polymeric Ag(I) complexes with three polypyridyl ligands, 2,3-di-2-pyridylquinoxaline (L(1)), 2,3-di-2-pyridyl-5,8-dimethoxyquinoxaline (L(2)), and 2,3,7,8-tetrakis(2-pyridyl)pyrazino[2,3-g] quinoxaline (L(3)), are described. The structures of the two boxlike dinuclear complexes with L(1) and L(2) and two chemically the same but differently crystallized one-dimensional zigzag chain coordination polymers also consisting of boxlike dinuclear subunits have been elucidated by X-ray analysis. [AgL(1)(CH(3)CN)](2)-(BF(4))(2).2CHCl(3) (1): monoclinic, C2/c; a = 28.631(2), b = 12.2259(11), c = 14.3058(12) A; beta = 99.180(2) degrees; Z = 4. [AgL(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)](2)(ClO(4))(2) (2): triclinic, P1; a = 12.3398(2), b = 13.750(2), c = 14.326(7) A; alpha = 83.494(3), beta = 74.631(3), gamma = 76.422(3) degrees; Z = 4. [[Ag(2)L(3)(NO(3))(2)].CH(3)CN](infinity) (3a): monoclinic, P2(1)/c; a = 9.5836(8), b = 13.4691(12), c = 14.0423(12) A; beta = 107.753(2) degrees; Z = 4. [Ag(2)L(3)()(NO(3))(2)](infinity) (3b): monoclinic, P2(1)/c; a = 8.4689(6), b = 16.0447(12), c = 11.7307(8) A; beta = 102.051(1) degrees; Z = 2. The structures of the dinuclear complexes 1 and 2 are similar to each other, with the two intramolecular Ag(I) centers of each complex being spanned by two ligands thus forming a unique boxlike cyclic dimer. In 1, each Ag(I) center is four-coordinated by three nitrogen atoms of two L(1) ligands and a CH(3)CN nitrogen donor, taking a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. The coordination environment of Ag(I) in 2 is similar to that in 1, except the formation of an additional weak coordination bond with the oxygen atom of the methoxy group of L(2). The structures of 3a,b are very similar to each other, except for the stacking patterns in the crystal lattices, and the cyclic boxlike dinuclear unit, which is similar to the structure of 1, constitutes the fundamental building block to form the one-dimensional zigzag chain structures due to the "end-on" nature of L(3). 1-3 exhibit metal-perturbed intraligand transitions in solution in 360-390 nm regions. Cyclic voltammetric studies of these complexes show the presence of reduction peak at approximately -0.5 V vs Fc(+/0). In the solid state at 77 K, they exhibit broad emission that may be assignable to originate from the metal-perturbed intraligand transitions.  相似文献

Silver(I) coordination complexes with the versatile and biomimetic ligands 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (tp), 5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (dmtp) and 7-amine-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (7atp) all feature dinuclear [Ag(2)(μ-tp)(2)](2+) building units (where tp is a triazolopyrimidine derivative), which are the preferred motif, independently of the counter-anion used. According to AIM (atoms in molecules) and ELF (electron localization function) analyses, this fact is due to the great stability of these dinuclear species. The complexes structures range from the dinuclear entities [Ag(2)(μ-tp)(2)(CH(3)CN)(4)](BF(4))(2) (1), [Ag(2)(μ-tp)(2)(CH(3)CN)(4)](ClO(4))(2) (2), [Ag(2)(μ-7atp)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (3) and [Ag(2)(μ-dmtp)(2)(CH(3)CN)](PF(6))(ClO(4)) (4) over the 1D polymer chain [Ag(2)(μ-CF(3)SO(3))(2)(μ-dmtp)(2)](n) (5) to the 3D net {[Ag(2)(μ(3)-tp)(2)](PF(6))(2)·~6H(2)O}(n) (6) with NbO topology.  相似文献

The novel pyridine-containing 14-membered macrocycle 3,11-dithia-7,17-diazabicyclo[11.3.1]heptadeca-1(17),13,15-triene (L), which contains an N2S2 donor set, was synthesized, and its protonation behavior was studied by absorption titration with CH3SO3H. The reaction of L with Pd(II) was studied spectroscopically, and the square-planar complex [Pd(L)](BF4) was isolated and characterized. The reactions between L and NiX2 x 6 H2O (X = BF4, ClO4) in ethanol or acetonitrile afforded the octahedral complexes [Ni(CH3CN)(H2O)(L)](X)2 and [Ni(H2O)2(L)](X)2, respectively. The square-planar complexes [Ni(L)](X)2 were obtained by heating these octahedral complexes. Spectrophotometric titrations of [Ni(L)](BF4)2 were performed with neutral and negatively charged ligands. The color of nitromethane solutions of this square-planar complex turns from red to cyan, purple, blue, yellow-green, and pink following addition of halides, acetonitrile, water, pyridine, and 2,2'-bipyridine, respectively. X-ray structural analyses were carried out on the {[Ni(ClO4)(H2O)(L)][Ni(H2O)2(L)]}(ClO4)3, [Ni(CH3CN)(H2O)(L)](ClO4)2, [{Ni(L)}2(mu-Cl)2](ClO4)2, and [{Ni(L)}2(mu-Br)2]Br2 x 2 CH3NO2 complexes.  相似文献

The C3-symmetric tripodal ligand tris(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)amine (ntb) and its alkyl-substituted derivatives tris(N-R-benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl)amine (R = methyl, Mentb; R = ethyl, Etntb; R = propyl, Prntb) react with various silver(I) salts to afford mononuclear [Ag(Prntb)(CF3SO3)].0.25H2O, 1, binuclear [Ag2(Mentb)2](CF3SO3)2.H2O, 2, trinuclear [Ag3(Etntb)2](ClO4)3.CH3OH, 3, and tetranuclear [Ag4(ntb)2(CH3CN)2(CF3CO2)2](CF3CO2)2.2H2O, 4. All four complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. The Ag(I) ion in 1 is coordinated to the three imine nitrogen atoms of the Prntb ligand and one oxygen atom of the trifluoromethanesulfonate anion in a distorted tetrahedral environment. Dinuclear 2 has C2 symmetry with each Ag(I) atom trigonally coordinated by two arms of one Mentb and one arm of another. Trinuclear 3 has C3 symmetry with a Ag3 regular triangle sandwiched between a pair of Etntb ligands such that one arm of each ligand is involved in linear coordination about an Ag(I) atom. In the tetranuclear complex 4, two linearly coordinated Ag(I) atoms lying on the molecular C2 axis are bridged by a pair of ntb ligands and the remaining pendant arm of each ntb ligand is attached to another Ag(I) atom whose tetrahedral coordination sphere is completed by an acetonitrile molecule and a chelating trifluoroacetate anion. Complexes 2 and 3 may be regarded as an aggregation of two tridentate ligands by a silver dimer and a trinuclear cluster with weak Ag...Ag interactions, respectively, while in 4 the aggregation of two tripodal ligands by four Ag(I) ions affords a multicomponent internal cavity. The packing modes of complexes 1-3 are dominated by weak supramolecular pi...pi and CH...pi interactions. Hexagonal or square channels are generated in 1 and 2, and a honeycomb layer structure is formed in 3 with solvate molecules and counteranions occupying the voids. The crystal structure of 4 consists of a three-dimensional network consolidated by NH...O and OH...O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new series of silver complexes, [AgL], of the anionic forms of potentially bidentate N-2-pyridyl sulfonamide ligands [N-(3-methyl-2-pyridyl)-p-toluenenesulfonamide (HTs3mepy), N-(3-methyl-2-pyridyl)mesitylenesulfonamide (HMs3mepy), N-(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)-p-toluenesulfonamide (HTs4mepy), and N-(6-methyl-2-pyridyl)mesitylenesulfonamide (HMs6mepy)] have been prepared by an electrochemical procedure. In addition, heteroleptic complexes of composition [AgLL'] (L' = 1,10-phenanthroline and 2,2'-bipyridine) were obtained when the coligand L' was added to the electrolytic phase. The complexes were characterized by microanalysis, IR and (1)H NMR spectroscopy, and LSI mass spectrometry. In the cases of the compounds [Ag(Ts3mepy)](n)() (1), [Ag(4)(Ms3mepy)(4)] (2a), [Ag(Ms3mepy)](n)() (2b), [Ag(4)(Ms6mepy)(4)] (3a), [Ag(2)(Ms6mepy)(2)](n)() (3b), [Ag(2)(Ms3mepy)(2)(phen)(2)] (5), [Ag(2)(Ms6mepy)(2)phen] (7), and [Ag(2)(Ts4mepy)(2)(bipy)(2)] (8), characterization was also carried out by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1 and 2b present a polymer structure formed by an {AgN(2)} digonal core. Compounds 2a and 3a are tetranuclear and also have a distorted {AgN(2)} digonal core. Compound 3b is based on binuclear distorted {AgN(2)} digonal units joined by an intermolecular sulfonyl oxygen atom to produce a stairlike polymer structure. The heteroleptic complexes 5 and 8 are dimeric with a distorted {AgN(4)} tetrahedral geometry, while compound 7 shows two different geometries around the metal, distorted {AgN(2)} digonal and {AgN(4)} tetrahedral. The supramolecular structures of all species are organized by pi,pi-stacking, C-H...pi, or C-H...O interactions.  相似文献

Self-assembly of AgNO 3 with the semirigid tetratopic ligands 1,2,4,5-tetrakis(benzoimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene (TBim) and 1,2,4,5-tetrakis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene (TDMBim) afforded compounds [Ag 4(mu 4-TBim) 2(mu 2-eta (2)-NO 3) 2](NO 3) 2. (1)/ 2CH 2Cl 2.2CH 3OH ( 1mu (1)/ 2CH 2Cl 2.2CH 3OH) and [(NO 3 (-)) subset{Ag 4(mu 4-TDMBim) 2}][Ag(NO 3) 2](NO 3) 2.CH 2Cl 2.CH 3OH.4H 2O ( 2.CH 2Cl 2.CH 3OH.4H 2O), respectively. The structures of 1 and 2 were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Both compounds adopt a M 4L 2-type tetragonal metalloprismatic cage structure, [Ag 4(mu 4-L) 2] (4+), with strong intramolecular silver-silver contacts. Compound 1 is a discrete species, while compound 2 is a novel infinite chainlike supramolecular array involving silver metal strings assembled from a [Ag 4(mu 4-L) 2] (4+) nanocage and silver linkages. Thermogravimetric analyses of 1. (1)/ 2CH 2Cl 2.2CH 3OH and 2.CH 3OH.4H 2O indicate that the Ag 4L 2-cage structures of 1 and 2 both are thermally stable up to 330 degrees C. Results from an in situ (1)H NMR study of AgNO 3 and TDMBim in different molar ratios unambiguously revealed the successive self-organization process, in which self-organization of the molecular cage takes place initially followed by crystallization of the corresponding supramolecular arrays with silver metal strings.  相似文献

Reactions of the rhombic [MnII2 MnIII2 (hmp)6]4+ complex in acetonitrile with simple carboxylate ligands yield (i) three new isolated [Mn4] complexes, namely [Mn4(hmp)6(CH3COO)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2.4H2O (1), [Mn4(hmp)6(CCl3COO)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (2) and [Mn4(hmp)6(C6H5COO)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2.4CH3CN.2H2O (3) in the presence of either bulky carboxylate or of an excess of Mn(II) source; and (ii) two 1D arrangements of [Mn4] complexes connected through double syn-syn carboxylate bridges when using acetate and chloroacetate, namely {[Mn4(hmp)6(CH3COO)2](ClO4)2.H2O}n (4) and {[Mn4(hmp)6(ClCH2COO)2](ClO4)2.2H2O}n (5). The assembly of such building blocks can thus be controlled by an adequate choice of the bridging anion. As expected, the isolated [Mn4] complexes behave as Single-Molecule Magnets as shown by the study of their static and dynamic magnetic properties. Detailed magnetic studies both on polycrystalline samples and single crystals show that the chain compounds are isolated antiferromagnetic chains. The slow relaxation of their staggered magnetization has been studied thanks to finite-size effects induced by the intrinsic defects of the material  相似文献

Complexes [PF6 subset(Ag3(titmb)2](PF6)2 (8) and {SbF6 subset[Ag3(titmb)2](SbF6)2}.H2O.1.5 CH3OH (9) are obtained by reaction of titmb and Ag+ salts with different anions (PF6(-) and SbF6(-)), and crystal structures reveal that they are both M3L2 cage complexes with short Ag...F interactions between the silver atoms and the fluorine atoms of the anions. In complex 8, a novel cage dimer is formed by weak Ag...F contacts; an unique cage tetramer formed via Ag...pi interactions (Ag...eta5-imidazole) between dimers and an infinite 1D cage chain is presented. However, each of the external non-disordered SbF6(-) anions connect with six cage 9s via Ag...F contacts, and each cage 9 in turn connects with three SbF6(-) anions to form a 2D network cage layer; and the layers are connected by pi-pi interactions to form a 3D network. The anion-exchange reactions of four Ag3L2 type complexes ([BF4 subset(Ag3(titmb)2](BF4)2 (6), [ClO4 subset(Ag3(titmb)2](ClO4)2 (7b), [PF6 subset(Ag3(titmb)2](PF6)2 (8) and [SbF6 subset(Ag3(titmb)2](SbF6)2.1.5CH3OH (9)) with tetrahedral and octahedral anions (ClO4(-), BF4(-), PF6(-) and SbF6(-)) are also reported. The anion-exchange experiments demonstrate that the anion selective order is SbF6(-) > PF6(-) > BF4(-), ClO4(-), and this anion receptor is preferred to trap octahedral and tetrahedral anions rather than linear or triangle anions; SbF6(-) is the biggest and most preferable one, so far. The dimensions of cage complexes with or without internal anions, anion-exchange reactions, cage assembly and anion inclusions, silver(I) coordination environments, Ag-F and Ag-pi interactions of Ag3L2 complexes 1-9 are discussed.  相似文献

The symmetric digold(II)dichloride bis(ylide) complex [Au2Cl2(mu-{CH2}2PPh2)2] reacts with acetylides to form the asymmetric heterovalent gold(I)/gold(III) complexes [AuI(mu-{CH2}2PPh2)2AuIII(CCR)2] [R = Ph, tBu, and SiMe3], the phenyl analogue of which was characterized by X-ray crystallography. These compounds represent the first examples of gold(III) complexes containing two acetylide ligands. [AuI(mu-{CH2}2PPh2)2AuIII(CCPh)2] undergoes a reversible comproportionation reaction upon treatment with [Ag(ClO4)tht] to give the symmetric digold(II) cationic complex [Au2(tht)2(mu-{CH2}2PPh2)2](ClO4)2. If this complex is treated with phenylacetylene in the presence of base, the heterovalent gold(I)/gold(III) complex is re-formed. This reversible interconversion between binuclear gold(I)/gold(III) and digold(II) bis(ylide) complexes is unprecedented.  相似文献

The dinuclear copper(II) cryptate [Cu2L](ClO4)4 (1) cleaves the C-C bond of acetonitrile at room temperature to produce a cyanide bridged complex of [Cu2L(CN)](ClO4)3.2CH3CN.4H2O (2). The cleavage mechanism is presented on the basis of the results of the crystal structure of 2, electronic absorption spectra, ESI-MS spectroscopy, and GC spectra of 1, respectively.  相似文献

Reaction of the ditopic semirigid ligand 1,2-bis(imidazolylmethyl)benzene (1,2-bImb) or the flexible ligand 1,4-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)butane (C4BIm) with AgX (X = ClO4-, BF4-, CF3CO2-) afforded five new complexes, namely, [Ag2(1,2-bImb)2](ClO4)2 (1), [Ag2(1,2-bImb)2](BF4)2 (2), [Ag2(1,2-bImb)2](CF3CO2)2.2CH3OH (3.2CH3OH), [Ag2(C4BIm)2](ClO4)2.2DMF (4.2DMF), and [Ag2(C4BIm)2](CF3CO2)2.2H2O (5.2H2O), all of which contain a centrosymmetric, rectangular-shaped cationic disilver(I) metallacycle [Ag2(L)2]2+. In 1-3, a pair of 1,2-bImb ligands takes on the syn conformation to connect two Ag(I) ions to give a compressed rectangle with a transannular Ag...Ag separation of 3.27-3.36 angstroms, whereas in 4 and 5, the pair of planar C4BIm ligands acts in the cis conformation to connect two Ag(I) ions to yield a normal rectangle with a transannular Ag...Ag separation of 7.67-7.91 angstroms. The anions form Ag...O or Ag...F weak interactions in 1-3 and O-H...O or N-H...O hydrogen bonds in 4 and 5 in crystal packing but exhibit no significant influence on the formation of the disilver(I) macrocycles. The solution structure and dynamic behavior of the complexes studied by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, 1H NMR, and variable-temperature NMR indicated that the dynamic equilibrium between the [Ag2(L)2]2+ cation and the open-ring oligomers or other potential species occurs via solvent-assisted dissociative exchange. The metal-ligand exchange barrier was estimated to be 54.5 kJ mol(-1).  相似文献

An investigation into the dependence of the framework formation of coordination architectures on ligand spacers and terminal groups was reported based on the self-assembly of AgClO4 and eight structurally related flexible dithioether ligands, RS(CH2)nSR (Lan, R = ethyl group; Lbn, R = benzyl group, n= 1-4). Eight novel metal-organic architectures, [Ag(La1)3/2ClO4]n (1a), [Ag2(La2)2(ClO4)2]2 (2a), [AgLa3ClO4]n (3a), {[Ag(La4)2]ClO4}n (4a), [AgLb1ClO4]2 (1b), [Ag(Lb2)2]ClO4 (2b), {[Ag(Lb3)3/2(ClO4)1/2](ClO4)1/2}n (3b) and [Ag(Lb4)3/2ClO4]n(4b), were synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. Structure diversities were observed for these complexes: 1a forms a 2-D (6,3) net, while 2a is a discrete tetranuclear complex, in which the AgI ion adopts linear and tetrahedral coordination modes, and the S donors in each ligand show monodentate terminal and mu2-S bridging coordination fashions; 3a has a chiral helical chain structure in which two homo-chiral right-handed single helical chains (Ag-La3-)n are bound together through mu2-S donors, and simultaneously gives rise to left-handed helical entity (Ag-S-)n. In 4a, left- and right-handed helical chains formed by the ligands bridging AgI centers are further linked alternately by single-bridging ligands to form a non-chiral 2-D framework. 1b has a dinuclear structure showing obvious ligand-sustained Ag-Ag interaction, while 2b is a mononuclear complex; 3b is a 3-D framework formed by ClO4- linking the 2-D (6,3) framework, which is similar to that of 1a, and 4b has a single, double-bridging chain structure in which 14-membered dinuclear ring units formed through two ligands bridging two AgI ions are further linked by single-bridging ligands. In addition, a systematic structural comparison of these complexes and other reported AgClO4 complexes of analogous dithioether ligands indicates that the ligand spacers and terminal groups take essential roles on the framework formation of the AgI complexes, and this present feasible ways for adjusting the structures of such complexes by modifying the ligand spacers and terminal groups.  相似文献
