Three novel energetic furazans with a cyano-NNO-azoxy group were synthesized using cyanamide and 2,2,2-tri- fluoro-N-(4-nitrosofurazan-3-yl)acetamide as the starting compounds. (Cyano-NNO-azoxy)furazans obtained display high experimental enthalpies of formation (+742 to +1073 kcal kg−1), good thermal stability (Tonset = 193–222 °C) and moderate mechanical sensitivity. These compounds may be of interest as energetic fillers in solid fuels for ramjet engines and in solid composite propellants.  相似文献

Novel energetic azoxy- and azofurazans bearing nitro-NNO- azoxy and amino groups were synthesized using the ammonolysis of some known (nitro-NNO-azoxy)furazans. 3-Amino-4-{[4′-(nitro-NNO-azoxy)f urazan-3′-yl]-NNO- azoxy}furazan displays the highest melting point (114 °C, decomp.) among the known (nitro-NNO-azoxy)furazans, optimal density (1.80 g cm−3), high experimental enthalpy of formation (639 kcal kg−1) and mechanical sensitivity on the level of PETN. In terms of the specific impulse level, the model solid composite propellant formulations based on this compound outperform similar formulations based on RDX, HMX or CL-20 by 7–12 s.  相似文献

Syntheses of salts with 4,6-bis(nitroimino)-1,3,5-triazinan-2-one (DNAM), 3,5-dinitro-1,2,4-cyclopentanetrione (DDCP), 3-nitroiminotriazolate, and 5-nitroiminotetrazolate as anions yielded moderately dense nitro-containing energetic salts that are thermally stable to >200 degrees C (measured by thermogravimetric analysis). Di(aminoguanidine) 5-nitroiminotetrazolate (8) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with an essentially planar 5-nitroiminotetrazolate dianion. Based on experimental and calculated densities, and theoretical calculations carried out by using the Gaussian 03 suite of programs, all of the salts have calculated detonation pressures and velocities that exceed those of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) and a few have values that approach those of triaminotrinitrobenzene (TATB).  相似文献

A series of extended, symmetric viologen triflimides were synthesised by the metathesis reaction of lithium triflimide with the respective viologen tosyalates in methanol. Their chemical structures were characterised by Fourier Transform Infrared, 1H and 13C Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Their thermotropic liquid-crystalline (LC) properties were examined by a number of experimental techniques including differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, polarising optical microscopy and variable temperature X-ray diffraction. The viologen salts containing alkyl chain of two carbon and three carbon atoms were relatively low melting salts. Those of alkyl chains of four carbon and five carbon atoms formed ionic liquids at 88 and 42°C, respectively. Those of alkyl chain of 9, 10 and 11 carbon atoms were high melting salts, as high as 166°C. Those of higher alkyl chains of 16, 18 and 20 carbon atoms showed thermotropic LC phases forming SmC, SmA and an unidentified smectic (SmX) phases, and showed SmA to isotropic transitions at high temperatures. As expected, all the viologen triflimides had excellent stabilities in the temperature range of 338–365°C.  相似文献

A combined method for determination of the standard enthalpies of formation of nitroform and its salts was proposed. The enthalpies of dissolution of nitroform and its ammonium, hydrazinium, guanidinium, and potassium salts in water were measured. The enthalpy of combustion of hydrazinium salt of nitroform was determined by a combustion calorimetry, and its standard enthalpy of formation was calculated. The enthalpy of formation of trinitromethyl anion in indefinitely diluted aqueous solution −24.94±0.79 kJ mol−1, was calculated on the basic of the data obtained for enthalpies of formation and dissolution of ammonium and hydrazinium salts of nitroform. The standard (p° = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation, , for crystalline 1-hydroxyisoquinoline, 5-hydroxyisoquinoline and 1,5-diidroxyisoquinoline, were derived from the standard molar enthalpies of combustion, in oxygen, at the temperature 298.15 K, measured by static bomb-combustion calorimetry. The standard molar enthalpies of sublimation, , at T = 298.15 K, were determined by Calvet microcalorimetry. The results were as follows:

Abatract  The reaction of the dichloride iron(ii) tris-dioximate clathrochelate with triethyl orthoformate in the presence of metallic sodium afforded the diethoxy-substituted macrobicyclic complex. The first alkoxy-containing clathrochelate was characterized using elemental analysis, MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, IR, UV-Vis, 1H and 13C{1H} NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction analysis. A novel series of highly birefringent liquid crystalline compounds, 2-(6-alkoxynaphthalen-2-yl)-5-cyanopyridines (nO-NpPyCN, n?=?2–8) that have potential as commercially useful, were synthesised using a short two-step reaction with overall yields between 55% and 85%. Spectral analyses were in accordance with the expected structures. Their thermotropic behaviours were investigated by polarising optical microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. It was found that the desymmetrised core results in a nematic phase with a broad mesophase range.  相似文献

A new series of mesogenic aroylhydrazone-based ligands, N-[4-(4′-alkoxy)benzoyloxybenzylidene]-N′-[4″-alkoxybenzoyl]hydrazine with either the same or different peripheral alkyl chains, and nickel(II) complexes of some of them have been synthesised. They were characterised by elemental analyses, Fourier transform infrared, proton and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. The mesomorphic properties of these compounds were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and polarising optical microscopy. All the aroylhydrazones, except those with no lateral chains on either end of the molecule and where m?=?n?=?14, 16, exhibit a monotropic or enantiotropic smectic C mesophase, which are almost insensitive to the peripheral alkoxy chain length. The square planar nickel(II) complexes of the ligands show only an isotropic phase at higher temperature (>175°C) and no mesogenic nature is observed. Density functional theory calculations have been performed using the GAUSSIAN-03 program at the Becke, three-parameter, Lee–Yang–Parr level to obtain the stable electronic structure of the ligand.  相似文献

A series of polyamides and poly(amide-imide)s were prepared by the direct poly-condensation of 2,2-bis(4-aminophenoxy) benzonitrile [4-APBN] with aromatic dicarboxylic acids and bis(carboxyphthalimide)s in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone [NMP] with triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents. The synthesis of 4-APBN involves a nucleophilic displacement reaction in dipolar aprotic solvent with the alkali metal salt of p-aminophenol and an activated aromatic dichloro compound. Bis(carboxyphthalimide)s were prepared by condensation of 4,4-diaminodiphenylsulfone, 3,3-diaminodiphenylsulfone, 4,4-diaminodiphenylether, 4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane, 3,3-diaminobenzophenone, and trimellitic anhydride at a 1:2 molar ratio. The inherent viscosities of the resulting polymers were found to be in the range of 0.31-0.93 dl/g and glass transition temperatures between 235 and 298 °C. All polymers were soluble in aprotic polar solvents such as dimethylsulfoxide and NMP. The results of thermogravimetry revealed that all the polymers showed no significant weight loss before 400 °C. Wide-angle X-ray diffractograms revealed that all polymers were found to be amorphous except for the polyamide derived from isophthalic acid and polyamide-imides derived from diaminodiphenylether and diaminobenzophenone based bis(carboxyphthalimide)s.  相似文献

Abstract

Two iron(II)-rhenium(IV) compounds of general formula [FeII(dmf)6][ReIVX6] [X = Cl (1) and Br (2); dmf = N,N-dimethylformamide] have been prepared and characterized. X-ray powder diffraction measurements on samples of 1 and 2 support the same structure for both systems. The crystal structure of 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group Pī. Each iron(II) is six-coordinate and bonded to six oxygens from six dmf molecules building a distorted octahedral environment. Rhenium(IV) is six-coordinate by six halide anions in an almost regular octahedral geometry. The magnetic properties were investigated from variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements performed on microcrystalline samples of 1 and 2, whose experimental data were reproduced by a model of two isolated paramagnetic centers [S = 2 (FeII) and S = 3/2 (ReIV)] with large values of zero-field splitting (zfs) parameter.  相似文献

Abstract

Methoxy-isoporphyrins of zinc [5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-sulfonatophenyl)]porphyrin, ZnTSPP (1a) and zinc [5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)]porphyrin, ZnTCPP (1b) have been synthesized and characterized using standard spectroscopic techniques (Uv-visible, 1H NMR) , ESI-mass spectrometry and powder X-ray diffraction studies. The isoporphyrins [5-(methoxy)-5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-sulfonatophenyl)-5H,15H-porphinato]zinc(II) (2a) and [5-(methoxy)-5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)-5H,21H-porphinato]zinc(II) (2b) are formed due to nucleophilic attack of the methanol to the zinc porphyrin dication. Ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN) was used to oxidize zinc porphyrin and to form zinc porphyrin dication. The electronic spectra of the isoporphyrin complexes 2a and 2b exhibit an intense peak at near IR region . Electrochemical measurements of the synthesized isoporphyrins showed a typical irreversible reduction peak at lower potential. S-containing nucleophiles, which work as reducing agents, convert the zinc isoporphyrins to their parent porphyrins, which supports the electrochemical observations. Their structural properties have been studied using powder X-ray diffraction. The luminescence properties of isoporphyrins were compared with the parent zinc porphyrins.  相似文献

Low-temperature heat capacity Cp,m of 2,6-dicarboxypyridine (C7H5NO4; CAS 499-83-2) was precisely measured in the temperature range from (80 to 378) K with a high precision automated adiabatic calorimeter. No phase transition or thermal anomaly was observed in this range. The thermodynamic functions [HT − H298.15] and [ST − S298.15] were calculated in the range from (80 to 378) K. The standard molar enthalpy of combustion and the standard molar enthalpy of formation of the compound have been determined, and , by means of a precision oxygen-bomb combustion calorimeter at T = 298.15 K. The thermodynamic properties of the compound were further investigated through differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and the thermogravimetric (TG) analysis.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterisation of a homologous series of monodentate benzimidazolium salts, 14 and their mononuclear silver(I)–NHC (where NHC = N-heterocyclic carbene) complexes, 58, are reported. The benzimidazolium salts were prepared from the N-alkylation of 1-methyl-benzimidazole with alkyl halides of varying carbon chain lengths. The mono silver(I)-NHC complexes, 58, were prepared by the reaction of the benzimidazolium salts with Ag2O. All the synthesised compounds were fully characterised by 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), 13C-NMR and fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The molecular structures of compounds 3·PF6, 4·PF6, 7 and 8 were elucidated through single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. We postulate that the attachment of long alkyl chains to the heterocyclic core of 1-methyl benzimidazole could induce mesophase formation. The liquid crystalline behaviour of the benzimidazolium salts was investigated by polarised optical microscope and differential scanning calorimetry. Salts 3 and 4 were found to be thermotropic liquid crystals which exhibited a smectic A phase. However, upon complexation with silver(I) ions, all the Ag(I)–NHC complexes are found to be non-mesogenic.  相似文献

Four new complexes, [Ph3Sn(isopropylACDA)] (1), [Ph2SnCl(isopropylACDA)] (2), [Ph3Sn(secbutylACDA)] (3), and [Ph2SnCl(secbutylACDA)] (4), have been prepared from reaction between N-alkylated 2-amino-1-cyclopentene-1-carbodithioic acids (ACDA) with Ph2SnCl2 and Ph3SnCl in 1:1 ratio. All complexes are characterized by FTIR, multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C, and 119Sn) and mass spectrometry. In all complexes, the S–H proton has been removed and coordination takes place through the carbodithioate moiety. The 119Sn NMR data are consistent with five coordination of tin atom in solution. Complexes 2, 3, and 4 have also been confirmed by single X-ray crystallography. All three crystals are triclinic with space group P − 1. In complexes 2 and 4, the geometry around tin atom is distorted trigonal bipyramidal while in 3 the geometry is in between distorted tetrahedral and trigonal bipyramid. In all three structures, ligands are asymmetrically coordinated to tin atom. In addition, crystal structures are further stabilized by N–H···S hydrogen bonding.  相似文献
