The novel cationic diiron μ-allenyl complexes [Fe(2)Cp(2)(CO)(2)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(2)(α,β)-C(α)(H)=C(β)=C(γ)(R)(2)}](+) (R = Me, 4a; R = Ph, 4b) have been obtained in good yields by a two-step reaction starting from [Fe(2)Cp(2)(CO)(4)]. The solid state structures of [4a][CF(3)SO(3)] and of the diruthenium analogues [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(2)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(2)(α,β)-C(α)(H)=C(β)=C(γ)(R)(2)}][BPh(4)] (R = Me, [2a][BPh(4)]; R = Ph, [2c][BPh(4)]) have been ascertained by X-ray diffraction studies. The reactions of 2c and 4a with Br?nsted bases result in formation of the μ-allenylidene compound [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(2)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(1)-C(α)=C(β)=C(γ)(Ph)(2)}] (5) and of the dimetallacyclopentenone [Fe(2)Cp(2)(CO)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(3)-C(α)(H)=C(β)(C(γ)(Me)CH(2))C(=O)}] (6), respectively. The nitrile adducts [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(NCMe)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(2)-C(α)(H)=C(β)=C(γ)(R)(2)}](+) (R = Me, 7a; R = Ph, 7b), prepared by treatment of 2a,c with MeCN/Me(3)NO, react with N(2)CHCO(2)Et/NEt(3) at room temperature, affording the butenolide-substituted carbene complexes [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(3)-C(α)(H)[upper bond 1 start]C(β)C(γ)(R)(2)OC(=O)C[upper bond 1 end](H)] (R = Me, 10a; R = Ph, 10b). The intermediate cationic compound [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(3)-C(α)(H)[upper bond 1 start]C(β)C(γ)(Me)(2)OC(OEt)C[upper bond 1 end](H)](+) (9) has been detected in the course of the reaction leading to 10a. The addition of N(2)CHCO(2)Et/NHEt(2) to 7a gives the 2-furaniminium-carbene [Ru(2)Cp(2)(CO)(μ-CO){μ-η(1):η(3)-C(α)(H)[upper bond 1 start]C(β)C(γ)(Me)(2)OC(OEt)C[upper bond 1 end](H)](+) (11). The X-ray structures of 10a, 10b and [11][BF(4)] have been determined. The reactions of 4a,b with MeCN/Me(3)NO result in prevalent decomposition to mononuclear iron species.  相似文献

The reactions of [Cp*Fe(mu-SR1)3FeCp*] (Cp* = eta5-C5Me5; R1 = Et, Me) with 1.5 equiv R2NHNH2 (R2 = Ph, Me) give the mu-eta2-diazene diiron thiolate-bridged complexes [Cp*Fe(mu-SR1)2(mu-eta2-R2N NH)FeCp*], along with the formation of PhNH2 and NH3. These mu-eta2-diazene diiron thiolate-bridged complexes exhibit excellent catalytic N-N bond cleavage of hydrazines under ambient conditions.  相似文献

Novel η1-vinyl complexes of the type Cp(CO)(L)FeC(OMe)C(R)R′ (R = R′ = H, Me; R = H, R′ = Me; L = Me3P, Ph3P) are obtainied via methylation of the acyl complexes Cp(CO)(L)FeC(O)R (R = Me, Et, i-Pr) with MeOSO2F and subsequent deprotonation of the resulting carbene complexes [Cp(CO)(L)FeC(OMe)R]SO3F with the phosphorus ylide Me3PCH2. The same procedure can be applied for the synthesis of the pentamethylcyclopentadienyl derivative C5Me5(CO)(Me3P)FeC(OMe)CH2, while treatment of the hydroxy or siloxy carbene complexes [Cp(CO)(L)FeC(OR)Me]X (R = H, Me3Si; X = SO3CF3) with Me3CH2 results in the transfer of the oxygen bound electrophile to the ylidic carbon. Some remarkable spectroscopic properties of the new complexes are reported.  相似文献

The synthesis, structures, and unusual reactivity of (C5R5)2ZrR'(ClPh)+ chlorobenzene complexes are described. The reaction of (C5R5)2ZrR'2 with [Ph3C][B(C6F5)4] in C6D5Cl affords [(C5R5)2ZrR'(ClC6D5)][B(C6F5)4] chlorobenzene complexes (1-d5, R' = CH2Ph and (C5R5)2 = (C5H5)2; 2a-d-d5, R' = Me and (C5R5)2 = rac-(1,2-ethylene(bis)indenyl) (2a), (C5H5)2 (2b), (C5H4Me)2 (2c), (C5Me5)2 (2d, C5Me5 = Cp*)). Complexes 1 and 2b,c are thermally robust but are converted to [{(C5R5)2Zr(mu-Cl)}2][B(C6F5)4]2 (4b,c) by a photochemical process in ClPh solution. In contrast, 2d undergoes facile thermal ortho-C-H activation to yield [Cp*2Zr(eta2-C,Cl-2-Cl-C6H4)][B(C6F5)4] (5), which slowly rearranges to [(eta4,eta1-C5Me5C6H4)Cp*ZrCl][B(C6F5)4] (6) via beta-Cl elimination and benzyne insertion into a Zr-CCp* bond. The higher thermal reactivity of 2d versus that of 1 and 2b,c is attributed to steric crowding associated with the Cp* ligands of 2d, which forces a ClPh ortho-hydrogen close to the Zr-Me group.  相似文献

The molecular structures of {Cp*Rh[E2C2(B10H10)]}[Fe(CO)3] (E = S(5a), Se(5b)), {CpRh[S2C2(B10H10)]}[Fe(CO)3] (6a) {Cp*Co[S2C2(B10H10)]}[Fe(CO)3] (7a) and {CpCo[S2C2(B10H10)]}[Fe(CO)3] (8a) have been determined by X-ray crystallography. All these complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and IR and NMR spectra.  相似文献

Temperature-dependent (57)Fe M?ssbauer effect spectroscopy has been used to elucidate the metal atom dynamics in three neutral and two cationic bucky ferrocenes. For the three diamagnetic complexes Fe(C(60)H(5))Cp (1), Fe(C(60)Me(5))Cp (2), and Fe(C(60)Ph(5))Cp (3), the metal atom motion is anisotropic and the temperature dependence of the mean-square amplitude of vibration of the metal atom at a number of temperatures is reported. The M?ssbauer lattice temperatures have been determined and compared to the parent ferrocene (6). The synthesis and X-ray crystal structure of 3 have been determined at 153(2) K, and the (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra have been recorded. The cationic complexes derived from 2 and 3 show spin-lattice relaxation. The relaxation rate appears insensitive to the nearest-neighbor environment of the metal atom in this pair.  相似文献

Compact, rigid, five-legged fullerene derivatives C60R5Me and M(C60R5)Cp (M = Fe and Ru; R = C6H4COOH, C6H4C6H4COOH, and CH2COOH) were synthesized and arrayed on an indium-tin oxide (ITO) surface. These devices exhibit a respectable quantum yield with photocurrent generation up to 18%, and, more importantly, the direction of the photocurrent can be changed not only by the molecular structure itself but also by changing the geometric configuration of the photoactive acceptor (fullerene) and donor (metal atom) on the ITO surface.  相似文献

A biased bimetallic Fe-Fe complex Cp*Fe(dppe)(C≡CFc) (1) was synthesized from FcC≡CH (Fc=C5H4FeC5H5) and Cp*Fe(dppe)Cl (Cp*=C5Me5). Its one-electron oxidation species [Cp*Fe(dppe)(C≡CFc)][PF6] (1a) was also prepared and the spectroscopic properties of 1a was studied. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of 1 shows that ferrocenylacetylene is bonded at the terminal carbon to the iron center in the Cp*Fe(dppe) part. Crystallographic data for 1: monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a=4.067 65(14) nm, b=1.260 74(4) nm, c=1.649 89(5) nm, β=104.387(10)°, V=8.195 7(5) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.354 g·cm-3, F(000)=3512, μ=0.822 mm-1. The structure was refined to R1=0.038 4, wR2=0.100 0. CCDC: 234893.  相似文献

MeNH(2) reacts with silver salts AgX (2:1) to give [Ag(NH(2)Me)(2)]X [X = TfO = CF(3)SO(3) (1.TfO) and ClO(4) (1.ClO(4))]. Neutral mono(amino) Rh(III) complexes [Rh(Cp*)Cl(2)(NH(2)R)] [R = Me (2a), To = C(6)H(4)Me-4 (2b)] have been prepared by reacting [Rh(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)](2) with RNH(2) (1:2). The following cationic methyl amino complexes have also been prepared: [Rh(Cp*)Cl(NH(2)Me)(PPh(3))]TfO (3.TfO), from [Rh(Cp*)Cl(2)(PPh(3))] and 1.TfO (1:1); [Rh(Cp*)Cl(NH(2)R)2]X, where R = Me, X = Cl, (4a.Cl), from [Rh(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)]2 and MeNH2 (1:4), or R = Me, X = ClO4 (4a.ClO4), from 4a.Cl and NaClO4 (1:4.8), or R = To, X = TfO (4b.TfO), from [Rh(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)](2), ToNH(2) and TlTfO (1:4:2); [Rh(Cp*)(NH(2)Me)(tBubpy)](TfO)(2) (tBubpy = 4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridine, 5.TfO), from 2a, TlTfO and tBubpy (1:2:1); [Rh(Cp*)(NH(2)Me)(3)](TfO)2 (6.TfO) from [Rh(Cp*)Cl(mu-Cl)](2) and 1.TfO (1:4). 2-6 constitute the first family of methyl amino complexes of rhodium. 1 and 4a.ClO(4) react with acetone to give, respectively, the methyl imino complexes [Ag{N(Me)=CMe(2)}()]X [X = TfO (7.TfO), ClO(4) (7.ClO(4))], and [Rh(Cp*)Cl(Me-imam)]ClO(4) [8.ClO(4), Me-imam = N,N'-N(Me)=C(Me)CH(2)C(Me)(2)NHMe]. 7.X (X = TfO, ClO(4)) are new members of the small family of methyl acetimino complexes of any metal whereas 8.ClO4 results after a double acetone condensation to give the corresponding bis(methyl acetimino) complex and an aldol-like condensation of the two imino ligands. The acetimino complex [Ag(NH=CMe(2))(2)]ClO(4) reacts with [Rh(Cp*)Cl(imam)]ClO(4) [1:1, imam = N,N'-NH=C(Me)CH(2)C(Me)(2)NH(2)] to give [Rh(Cp*)(imam)(NH=CMe(2))](ClO(4))(2) (9a.ClO(4)). 8.ClO(4) reacts with AgClO(4) (1:1) in MeCN to give [Rh(Cp*)(Me-imam)(NCMe)](ClO(4))2 (9b.ClO(4)), which in turn reacts with XyNC (Xy = C(6)H(3)Me(2)-2,6) or with MeNH(2) (1:1) to give [Rh(Cp*)(Me-imam)L](ClO(4))(2) [L = XyNC (9c.ClO(4)), MeNH(2) (9d.ClO(4))]. 6.TfO reacts with acetophenone to give [Rh(Cp*){C,N-C(6)H(4)C(Me)=N(Me)-2}(NH(2)Me)]TfO (10a.TfO), the first complex resulting from such a condensation and cyclometalation reaction. In turn, 10a.TfO reacts with isocyanides RNC (1:1) at room temperature to give [Rh(Cp*){C,N-C(6)H(4)C(Me)=NMe-2}(CNR)]TfO [R = tBu (10b.TfO), Xy (10c.TfO)], or 1:12 at 60 degrees C to give [Rh(Cp*){C,N-C(=NXy)C(6)H(4)C(Me)=N(Me)-2}(CNXy)]TfO (11.TfO). The crystal structures of 9a.ClO(4).acetone-d6, 9c.ClO(4), and 10a.TfO have been determined.  相似文献

Potassium reduction of iron– and ruthenium–penta(organo)[60]fullerene complexes, [M(η5‐C60R5)(η5‐Cp)] ( 1 a : M=Fe, R=Ph; 1 b : M=Fe, R=Me; 1 c : M=Ru, R=Ph; 1 d : M=Ru, R=Me; Cp=C5H5) gave mono‐ and dianions of these complexes. Treatment of the dianion 1 a with α‐bromodiphenylmethane gave three different iron–hepta(organo)[60]fullerenes, [Fe{η5‐C60Ph5(CHPh2)2}(η5‐Cp)], as a mixture of regioisomers. All three compounds were fully characterized by physical methods, including X‐ray crystallography and electrochemical measurements. One of the three compounds contains a new hoop‐shaped condensed aromatic system.  相似文献

The reaction of Mo2(SCH2CH2S)2Cp2 (1; Cp=eta-C5H5) with an excess of an alkyne in refluxing dichloromethane affords the bis(dithiolene) complexes Mo2(micro-SCR1=CR2S)2Cp2 (2a, R1=R2=CO2Me; 2b, R1=R2=Ph; 2c, R1=H, R2=CO2Me) whereas with 1 equiv of alkyne at room temperature the mixed dithiolene-dithiolate species Mo2(micro-SCR1=CR2S)(micro-SCH2CH2S)Cp2 (3a, R1=R2=CO2Me; 3b, R1=R2=Ph) are formed. The remaining dithiolate ligand in 3 can then be converted into a different dithiolene by reaction with a second alkyne. Applying this methodology, we have used bis(diphenylphosphino)acetylene to prepare the first examples of complexes containing phosphine-substituted dithiolene ligands: Mo2{micro-SC(CO2Me)=C(CO2Me)S}{micro-SC(PPh2)=C(PPh2)S}Cp2 (2g) and Mo2{micro-SC(PPh2)=C(PPh2)S}2Cp2 (2h). Tri- and tetrametallic complexes can then be assembled by coordination of these diphosphines to CpRuCl units by reaction with CpRu(PPh3)2Cl. Electrochemical studies of the Ru(II)/Ru(III) couple in Mo2{micro-SC(PPh2)=C(PPh2)S}2Cp2(RuClCp)2 (4b) reveals that the two separate ruthenium centers are oxidized electrochemically at different potentials, demonstrating communication between them through the dimolybdenum bis(dithiolene) core. Density functional theory calculations were carried out to explore the electronic structures of these species and to predict and assign their electronic spectra.  相似文献

A comparison of the molecular structures of mono-, di- and tetraborylated ferrocenes [Fc{B(R(1))(R(2))}] (R(1)/R(2)=Br/Br, Br/Fc, Br/Me, Me/Me, Me/OH, OMe/OMe), 1,1'-[fc{B(R(1))(R(2))}(2)] (R(1)/R(2)=Br/Br, Br/Me, OMe/OMe), and 1,1',3,3'-[Fe{C(5)H(3)(BMe(2))(2)}(2)] revealed the boryl substituent(s) to be bent out of the Cp ring plane towards the iron center. The corresponding dip angle alpha* decreases with decreasing Lewis acidity of the boron atom and with increasing degree of borylation at the ferrocene core. This trend is well reproduced by DFT calculations (including [FcBH(2)], not yet accessible experimentally). A Bader analysis of the electron density topology of [FcBH(2)] (alpha*=26.5 degrees ; BP86/TZVP) clearly showed that there is no direct iron-boron bonding in this compound. Instead, strongly delocalized orbital interactions have been identified that involve the boron p orbital, C(ipso) of the adjacent Cp ring, d orbitals at iron, and a through-space interaction with the second Cp ring. A second important factor is attractive electrostatic interactions, which are enhanced upon ligand bending. Cyclic voltammetric measurements on the series [FcBMe(2)], 1,1'-[fc(BMe(2))(2)], and 1,1',3,3'-[Fe{C(5)H(3)(BMe(2))(2)}(2)] indicate a substantial anodic shift in the oxidation potential of the central iron atom upon introduction of BMe(2) substituents. Addition of 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) does not just counterbalance this effect, but leads to a cathodic shift of the Fe(II)/Fe(III) redox transition far beyond the half-wave potential of parent ferrocene. In the Mossbauer spectra, a continuous decrease in the quadrupole splitting (QS) is observed upon going from parent ferrocene to [FcBMe(2)], to 1,1'-[fc(BMe(2))(2)], and to 1,1',3,3'-[Fe{C(5)H(3)(BMe(2))(2)}(2)]. In contrast, no significant differences are found between the QS values of ferrocene, [Fc(BMe(2)-DMAP)], and 1,1'-[fc(BMe(2)-DMAP)(2)].  相似文献

Herein we describe different C-C coupling reactions of permethyltitanocene and -zirconocene with disubstituted 1,3-butadiynes. The outcomes of these reactions vary depending on the metals and the diyne substituents. The reduction of [Cp2*MCl2] (Cp* = C5Me5; M = Ti, Zr) with Mg in the presence of disubstituted butadiynes RC triple bond C-C triple bond CR' is suitable for the synthesis of different C-C coupling products of the diyne and the permethylmetallocenes, and provides a new method for the generation of functionalized pentamethyl-cyclopentadienyl derivatives. For M = Zr and R = R' = tBu, the reaction gives, by a twofold activation of one pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligand, the complex [Cp*Zr[-C(=C=CHtBu)-CHtBu-CH2-eta5-C5Me3-CH2-]] (3), containing a fulvene ligand that is coupled to the modified substrate (allenic subunit). When using the analogous permethyltitanocene fragment "Cp2*Ti", the reaction depends strongly on the substituents R and R'. The coupling product of the butadiyne with two methyl groups of one of the pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ring systems, [Cp*Ti[eta5-C5Me3-(CH2-CHR-eta2-C2-CHR'-CH2)]], is obtained with R = R' = tBu (4) and R = tBu, R' = SiMe3 (5). In these complexes one pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligand is annellated to an eight-membered ring with a C-C triple bond, which is coordinated to the titanium center. A different activation of both pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligands is observed for R = R' = Me, resulting in the complex [[eta5-C5Me4(CH2)-]Ti[-C(=CHMe)-C(=CHMe)-CH2-eta5-C5Me4]] (6), which displays a fulvene as well as a butadienyl-substituted pentamethylcyclopentadienyl ligand. The influence exerted by the size of the metal is illustrated in the reaction of [Cp2*ZrCl2] with MeC triple bond C-C triple bond CMe. Here the five-membered metallacyclocumulene complex [Cp2*Zr(eta4-1,2,3,4-MeC4Me)] (7) is obtained. The reaction paths found for R = R' = Me are identical to those formerly described for R = R' = Ph.  相似文献

A systematically varied series of tetrahedral clusters involving ligand and core metal variation has been examined using crystallography, Raman spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, UV-vis-NIR and IR spectroelectrochemistry, and approximate density functional theory, to assess cluster rearrangement to accommodate steric crowding, the utility of metal-metal stretching vibrations in mixed-metal cluster characterization, and the possibility of tuning cluster electronic structure by systematic modification of composition, and to identify cluster species resultant upon electrochemical oxidation or reduction. The 60-electron tetrahedral clusters MIr(3)(CO)(11-x)(PMe(3))(x)(eta(5)-Cp) [M = Mo, x = 0, Cp = C(5)H(4)Me (5), C(5)HMe(4) (6), C(5)Me(5) (7); M = W, Cp = C(5)H(4)Me, x = 1 (13), x = 2 (14)] and M(2)Ir(2)(CO)(10-x)(PMe(3))(x)(eta(5)-Cp) [M = Mo, x = 0, Cp = C(5)H(4)Me (8), C(5)HMe(4) (9), C(5)Me(5) (10); M = W, Cp = C(5)H(4)Me, x = 1 (15), x = 2 (16)] have been prepared. Structural studies of 7, 10, and 13 have been undertaken; these clusters are among the most sterically encumbered, compensating by core bond lengthening and unsymmetrical carbonyl dispositions (semi-bridging, semi-face-capping). Raman spectra for 5, 8, WIr(3)(CO)(11)(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)Me) (11), and W(2)Ir(2)(CO)(10)(eta(5)-C(5)H(4)Me)(2) (12), together with the spectrum of Ir(4)(CO)(12), have been obtained, the first Raman spectra for mixed-metal clusters. Minimal mode-mixing permits correlation between A(1) frequencies and cluster core bond strength, frequencies for the A(1) breathing mode decreasing on progressive group 6 metal incorporation, and consistent with the trend in metal-metal distances [Ir-Ir < M-Ir < M-M]. Cyclic voltammetric scans for 5-15, MoIr(3)(CO)(11)(eta(5)-C(5)H(5)) (1), and Mo(2)Ir(2)(CO)(10)(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))(2) (3) have been collected. The [MIr(3)] clusters show irreversible one-electron reduction at potentials which become negative on cyclopentadienyl alkyl introduction, replacement of molybdenum by tungsten, and replacement of carbonyl by phosphine. These clusters show two irreversible one-electron oxidation processes, the easier of which tracks with the above structural modifications; a third irreversible oxidation process is accessible for the bis-phosphine cluster 14. The [M(2)Ir(2)] clusters show irreversible two-electron reduction processes; the tungsten-containing clusters and phosphine-containing clusters are again more difficult to reduce than their molybdenum-containing or carbonyl-containing analogues. These clusters show two one-electron oxidation processes, the easier of which is reversible/quasi-reversible, and the more difficult of which is irreversible; the former occur at potentials which increase on cyclopentadienyl alkyl removal, replacement of tungsten by molybdenum, and replacement of phosphine by carbonyl. The reversible one-electron oxidation of 12 has been probed by UV-vis-NIR and IR spectroelectrochemistry. The former reveals that 12(+) has a low-energy band at 8000 cm(-1), a spectrally transparent region for 12, and the latter reveals that 12(+) exists in solution with an all-terminal carbonyl geometry, in contrast to 12 for which an isomer with bridging carbonyls is apparent in solution. Approximate density functional calculations (including ZORA scalar relativistic corrections) have been undertaken on the various charge states of W(2)Ir(2)(CO)(10)(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))(2) (4). The calculations suggest that two-electron reduction is accompanied by W-W cleavage, whereas one-electron oxidation proceeds with retention of the tetrahedral core geometry. The calculations also suggest that the low-energy NIR band of 12(+) arises from a sigma(W-W) --> sigma*(W-W) transition.  相似文献

Reduction of Cp*WCl4 afforded the metalated complex (eta6-C5Me4CH2)(dmpe)W(H)Cl (1) (Cp* = C5Me5, dmpe = 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane). Reactions with CO and H(2) suggested that 1 is in equilibrium with the 16-electron species [Cp(dmpe)WCl], and 1 was also shown to react with silanes R2SiH2 (R2 = Ph2 and PhMe) to give the tungsten(IV) silyl complexes Cp*(dmpe)(H)(Cl)W(SiHR2) (6a, R2 = Ph2; 6b, R2 = PhMe). Abstraction of the chloride ligand in 1 with LiB(C6F5)4 gave a reactive species that features a doubly metalated Cp ligand, [(eta7-C5Me3(CH2)2)(dmpe)W(H)2][B(C6F5)4] (4). In its reaction with dinitrogen, 4 behaves as a synthon for the 14-electron fragment [Cp*(dmpe)W]+, to give the dinuclear dinitrogen complex ([Cp*(dmpe)W]2(micro-N2)) [B(C6F5)4]2 (5). Hydrosilanes R2SiH2 (R2 = Ph2, PhMe, Me2, Dipp(H); Dipp = 2,6-diisopropylphenyl) were shown to react with 4 in double Si-H bond activation reactions to give the silylene complexes [Cp*(dmpe)H2W = SiR2][B(C6F5)4] (8a-d). Compounds 8a,b (R2 = Ph2 and PhMe, respectively) were also synthesized by abstraction of the chloride ligands from silyl complexes 6a,b. Dimethylsilylene complex 8c was found to react with chloroalkanes RCl (R = Me, Et) to liberate trialkylchlorosilanes RMe2SiCl. 1,2-二氯四甲基硅锗烷分别与环戊二烯基锂及四甲基环戊二烯基锂反应得到两个新的双齿配体:C5H5Me2SiGeMe2C5H5(9)和C5HMe4Me2SiGeMe2C5HMe4(10).

The protonolysis reaction of [Ln(AlMe(4))(3)] with various substituted cyclopentadienyl derivatives HCp(R) gives access to a series of half-sandwich complexes [Ln(AlMe(4))(2)(Cp(R))]. Whereas bis(tetramethylaluminate) complexes with [1,3-(Me(3)Si)(2)C(5)H(3)] and [C(5)Me(4)SiMe(3)] ancillary ligands form easily at ambient temperature for the entire Ln(III) cation size range (Ln=Lu, Y, Sm, Nd, La), exchange with the less reactive [1,2,4-(Me(3)C)(3)C(5)H(3)] was only obtained at elevated temperatures and for the larger metal centers Sm, Nd, and La. X-ray structure analyses of seven representative complexes of the type [Ln(AlMe(4))(2)(Cp(R))] reveal a similar distinct [AlMe(4)] coordination (one eta(2), one bent eta(2)). Treatment with Me(2)AlCl leads to [AlMe(4)] --> [Cl] exchange and, depending on the Al/Ln ratio and the Cp(R) ligand, varying amounts of partially and fully exchanged products [{Ln(AlMe(4))(mu-Cl)(Cp(R))}(2)] and [{Ln(mu-Cl)(2)(Cp(R))}(n)], respectively, have been identified. Complexes [{Y(AlMe(4))(mu-Cl)(C(5)Me(4)SiMe(3))}(2)] and [{Nd(AlMe(4))(mu-Cl){1,2,4-(Me(3)C)(3)C(5)H(2)}}(2)] have been characterized by X-ray structure analysis. All of the chlorinated half-sandwich complexes are inactive in isoprene polymerization. However, activation of the complexes [Ln(AlMe(4))(2)(Cp(R))] with boron-containing cocatalysts, such as [Ph(3)C][B(C(6)F(5))(4)], [PhNMe(2)H][B(C(6)F(5))(4)], or B(C(6)F(5))(3), produces initiators for the fabrication of trans-1,4-polyisoprene. The choice of rare-earth metal cation size, Cp(R) ancillary ligand, and type of boron cocatalyst crucially affects the polymerization performance, including activity, catalyst efficiency, living character, and polymer stereoregularity. The highest stereoselectivities were observed for the precatalyst/cocatalyst systems [La(AlMe(4))(2)(C(5)Me(4)SiMe(3))]/B(C(6)F(5))(3) (trans-1,4 content: 95.6 %, M(w)/M(n)=1.26) and [La(AlMe(4))(2)(C(5)Me(5))]/B(C(6)F(5))(3) (trans-1,4 content: 99.5 %, M(w)/M(n)=1.18).  相似文献
