The known cembrenolide sarcophin and its new acetoxy derivative — 13-acetoxy-7,8-epoxycembra-1(15),3,11-trien-2,16-olide — have been isolated from the soft coralLobophytum sp.. The compounds isolated are inhibitors of the activity of Na+K+-ATPase and are membranotropic agents. 豆荚软珊瑚Lobophytum sp. 的次生代谢产物研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
从海南岛三亚海域采集的软珊瑚Labophytumsp.中分离得五个甾醇苷(1)~(5)。通过波谱分析,确定它们的化学结构依次为3'-O-乙酰基-4-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(1),4-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(2),4'-O-乙酰基-4-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(3),4'-O-乙酰基-4-O-[β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(4)和4-O-[β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(5),其中1为新化合物。体外细胞毒性实验表明:化合物(1),(2)和(5)对SKMG-4,Hep-G2和CNE2三种人体癌细胞具有抑制作用。  相似文献

Three glycolipids (1--3), possessing a sugar moiety at C-2 of glycerol ether, have been isolated from the Formosan soft coral Lobophytum crassum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, particularly in 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments. The absolute configurations on the sugar portion and lipid aglycon of 1--3 were determined by methanolysis, chemical transformation and the application of Mosher's method on 1 and 3. Compounds 1--3 exhibited weak cytotoxic activities.  相似文献

Chemical investigations on the marine soft coral Lobophytum sp., collected from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, yielded two new acyl glycerol monoalkyl ethers along with two known compounds of this series (1a-d), and a new ceramide (4a). Chemical examination of a Chinese soft coral Lobophytum pauciflorum resulted in the isolation of seven new biscembranoids, named lobophytones H-N (1-7). Their structures were determined by interpretation of 1D- and 2D-NMR (correlation spectroscopy (COSY), heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC), heteronuclear multiple bond connectivity (HMBC), and nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (NOESY)) spectroscopic data in association with MS and IR data. All compounds were tested for the inhibition of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide (NO) production, cytotoxicity of mouse peritoneal macrophage, and antibacterial activities.  相似文献

The presence of terpenoids in the order Stolonifera has been established by the isolation of three novel diterpenes, 1α,4β-dihydroxyclavular-17-ene (1), 4β-hydroxyclavulara-1(15),17-diene (2) and 3α.4β-dihydroxyclavulara-1(15), 17-diene (3) from Clavularia infiata. Chemical investigation of a soft coral of the genus Lobophytum of the Andaman and Nicobar coasts resulted in the isolation of a new marine sterol acetate, (24S)-ergostane-3beta,5alpha,6beta,25-tetraol-3,6,25-triacetate (1) and of two known sterol glycosides 3beta,4alpha-dihydroxypregn-20-ene-4-O-beta-D-arabinopyranoside and 24-methylenecholest-5-ene-3beta,7beta, 16beta-triol-3-O-alpha-L-fucopyranoside-7beta-acetate. A new xenicane diterpenoid, 15-deoxy-isoxeniolide-A (1) along with four known compounds 9-deoxy-isoxeniolide-A (2), isoxeniolide-A (3), xeniolide-A (4) and coraxeniolide-B (5) were isolated from the Bornean soft coral Xenia sp. Two new 6-hydroxyeunicellin diterpenoids, cladieunicellin G (1) and 6-epi-cladieunicellin F (2), were isolated from an Indonesian octocoral Cladiella sp. The structures of eunicellins 1 and 2 were established by spectroscopic methods and 2 was found to be an epimer of the known eunicellin cladieunicellin F (3). Eunicellin 2 displayed inhibitory effects on the generation of superoxide anion and the release of elastase by human neutrophils.  相似文献

(-)-Hydroxylindestrenolide (1), an enantiomer of the known sesquiterpenoid, (+)-hydroxylindestrenolide (2), was isolated from a gorgonian coral identified as Menella sp. The structure, including the relative stereochemistry of 1 was established by spectroscopic methods and by comparison the spectral and physical data with those of 2. Sesquiterpenoid 1 exhibited marginal cytotoxicity toward HL-60 and K562 leukemia tumor cells, and displayed a weak inhibitory effect on superoxide anion generation at a concentration of 10 μg/ml by human neutrophils.  相似文献

One new compound, 12-epi-9-deacetoxyxenicin (1) along with a hydroperoxide product, 12-epi-9-deacetoxy-8-hydroperoxyxenicin (2) and two known sesquiterpenoids (34) were isolated from a population of Bornean soft coral Xenia sp. The structures of these secondary metabolites were elucidated based on their spectroscopic data. Compounds 1 and 2 showed cytotoxic activity against ATL cell line, S1T. Chemical investigation of the organic extract of a soft coral belonging to the genus Alcyonium furnished a steroid, 3alpha,7alpha,12alpha-triacetoxy-5beta-cholanic acid (1). The structure of steroid 1 was assigned on the basis of spectroscopic evidence, particularly in 1D and 2D NMR experiments. A new member of the family of zoanthamine-type alkaloids, lobozoanthamine (1), has been isolated from the Indonesian soft coral Lobophytum sp. This represents the first report of a zoanthamine-type alkaloid from a marine invertebrate different from zoanthids. The densely functionalized heptacyclic stereostructure of lobozoanthamine (1) has been established through the interpretation of 2D NMR data and application of the modified Mosher method.  相似文献

Chemical analysis of the Indonesian soft coral Sinularia sp. (order Alcyonacea, family Alcyoniidae) afforded two known and three new C-4 norcembranoids, named chloroscabrolides A (3) and B (4) and prescabrolide (5). Chloroscabrolide A is a pentacyclic norcembranoid including an unprecedented THF-type ring to connect C-13 and C-15; furthermore, it is only the second chlorinated cembranoid derivative to be reported in the literature. The relative configuration of chloroscabrolide A has been established on the basis of a comparison between experimental 13C NMR data and DFT-calculated 13C NMR chemical shifts. All the isolated norcembranoids have been evaluated for iNOS protein inhibition.  相似文献

海洋软珊瑚中已发现了许多具有强烈生理活性和化学结构特殊的化合物.本文报道软珊瑚群柱虫(clavularia sp~≠)的化学成分研究.采得之样品,一部分浸泡于95%乙醇中(以下称湿品),一部分晒干(以下称干品).各按实验部分所述的方法提取分离,可得到化合物1和6及一些酯类混合物,兹分述于下:(一)化合物1为无色透明液体,分子式 C_(20)H_(32),[α]_D~(12) 20.4°(c0.225,CHCl_3).UV210nm 以上无吸收,表明无共轭双键.v_(max):3050,1640,885cm~(-1);δ_H:5.19(1H,t,J=7Hz),5.07(1H,t,J=7Hz),4.99(1H,t,J=7Hz)ppm,分别为三个三取代双键的氢.4.72(1H,s),4.66(1H,s)ppm为 C(?)CH_2的两个氢.1.66(3H,s),1.59(3H,s),1.57(6H,s)ppm 为四个连接在双键上的甲基.1以 PtO_2-H_2常压氢化,吸收四摩尔当最的 H_2生成饱和化合物2,分子式 C_(20)H_(40),[α]_D~(12) 0.6°(c1.71,CHOl_3),含有一个碳环.1经臭氧化、铬酸  相似文献
