3-[5-(2-Ethoxycarbonyl)benzofuryl]chromones

3-Alkyl-2-[3(4)-pyridyl]-5-(2-vinyloxyethoxymethyl)-oxazolidines

Preparation of 2(3)-O-[2-(hydroxyamino)-2-oxoethyl]- and 2(3)-O-[3-(hydroxyamino)-3-oxopropyl]dextran

Hydroxame derivatives of carboxymethyl- and carboxyethyldextrans have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis as well as by IR and UV spectroscopy. The effect of reaction conditions on the products yield has been studied.     

5-[5-(3-吡啶)-2H-四唑亚甲基]-2-芳酰氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑的合成

本文首先用5-(3-吡啶)-2H-四唑乙酰基酰肼与芳酰基异硫氰酸盐反应制备成化合物1-[5-(3-吡啶)-2H-四唑乙酰基]-4-芳酰氨基硫脲化合物1a～j, 然后用冰醋酸回流处理1a～j得到一系列化合物5-[5-(3-吡啶)-2H-四唑亚甲基]-2-芳酰氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑2a～j . 化合物1a～b在强碱介质中首先发生降解, 然后进行环化反应 .

2-[3-Phenyl-5-(m-Chlorophenyl)-2-Pyrazolin-1-yl]-3-Methyl-4(3H)-Quinazolinone

There are two molecules in the asymmetric unit (I and II). The structure consists of a 2-pyrazoline ring and three aromatic rings two of which are free and the third one is condensed with a 3-methyl-4(3H)-pyrimidine ring (4(3H)-Quinazolinone). While the pyrazoline ring is in the distorted envelope conformation, the free aromatic rings are planar and the pyrimidine ring deviates from the planarity. The crystal structure is stabilized by C–HO inter and intramolecular bonds.     

Reactions of 5-[3-(trifluoromethyl)-phenyl]furan-2-carbaldehyde

The Knoevenagel condensations of 5-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]furan-2-carbaldehyde with seven compounds containing an active methyl or methylene group have been studied. The compounds used were: methyl 2-cyanoacetate, malononitrile, 2-furylacetonitrile, acetophenone, 2-thioxo-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one (rhodanine), 5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione (dimedone), and methyl 2-azidoacetate. The effect of microwave irradiation on the condensation reactions was studied and compared with “’classical”’ conditions. Thermolysis of methyl 2-azido-3-{5-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2-furyl}propenoate afforded methyl 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)]-4H-furo[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylate. (2E)-3-{ 5-[3-(Trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2-furyl}propenoic acid was converted to the corresponding azide, which was cyclized on heating into 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)]-4,5-dihydrofuro[3,2-c]pyridin-4-one. The latter after successive action of POCl₃ and NH₂NH₂-Pd/C gave 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)-phenyl]furo[3,2-c]pyridine. 正如前文报道,l,3,4—噻二唑类杂环之所以有除草,植物生长调节,驱虫以及消炎等多种生物活性,无疑起因于噻唑母核。尽管母核上取代基不起主导作用,但它作为辅助基,在改善分子溶解性以及药效方面所产生的影响是不能忽略的。因而深入研究各种生物活性基团导入噻二唑环母核以制得多结构单元聚集于同一分子中的噻二唑新衍生物,对于开发多功能新药具有一定的理论意义和实际价值。     

Syntheses of (R) [4-2H2] 2-Amino-3-Butenoic Acid (Vinylglycine) and (R) [4-2H2, 5-2H3] Methionine

Treatment of (R) methionine sulfoxide with NaOD led to exchange of the C-4 methylene and C-5 methyl protons; exchange of the chiral C-2 proton did not occur. Reducation with mercaptoacetic acid gave (R)-[4-²H₂, 5-²H₃] methionine. The latter was converted into its carbobenzyloxy methyl ester sulfoxide, pyrolysis of which followed by deprotection yielded (R)-[4-²H₂] vinylglcine as the hydrochloride.
