The novel androstane‐type steroidal glycoside 1 was isolated from the roots of Asparagus curillus Buch .‐Ham . ex Roxb . Its structure was elucidated as (2α,3β,5α,17β)‐17‐(1‐methoxyethoxy)‐17‐methylandrostane‐2,3‐diol 3‐(β‐D ‐digitoxopyranoside) by means of chemical and advanced spectral analysis.  相似文献

A new steroid glycoside derivative, 4′‐O‐docosanoyl‐3‐O‐β‐D‐glucosyl‐sitosterol, along with six known steroids has been isolated from the ethanol extract of the rhizoma of Acorus calamus L. 芦笋根粉末经提取,分离得到菝葜皂甙元。利用GC-MS,IR,并与气相色谱保留值比较进行定性分析,气相色谱外标法定量测定,同时考察了气相色谱定量测定的回收率和水解时间对测定值的问题,实验结果表明,风干芦笋根中菝葜皂甙元的含量在1%以上。  相似文献

在H型阳离子交换膜电解槽中,以H2SO4电解质、阳极和阴极铅电极,研究苯酚电解氧化合成对苯醌. 讨论电流密度、电解质浓度、电解液中对苯醌浓度和萃取剂等电解条件对对苯醌收率和电流效率的影响. 经优选工艺条件为:电流密度4 A·dm-2,H2SO4电解质浓度1 mol·L-1,氯仿萃取剂. 通入3.2 Ah电量,对苯醌收率可达68%,电流效率为24.7%. 而在萃取剂存在下,对苯醌收率可提高至73%,电流效率为26%. 实验结果表明氯仿萃取剂可循环套用.  相似文献

A new flavonol glycoside, 3′‐(4′''‐(3′''',4′'''‐dihydroxyphenoxy)‐2′''‐hydroxyphenoxy)acanthophorin B ( 1a ) together with 3′‐(2′'',4′''‐dihydroxyphenoxy)acanthophorin B ( 1 ), acanthophorin B ( 2 ), vismiaquinone ( 3 ), rheochrysidin ( 3a ), lupeol acetate and fatty acid were isolated from the chloroform extract of the stem bark of Psorospermum androsaemifolium Baker (Clusiaceae). The structure of 1a was determined on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the literature. Compounds 1a and 3a showed moderate antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

Summary.  The MeOH extract of the stem bark of Entada abyssinica and of the leaves and stem bark of Securidaca longipedunculata yielded a diterpene, a flavonol glycoside, and a phytosterol glycoside. Dichotomanthes tristaniaecarp ( Kurz.) belongs to the family Rosaceae. Its root bark is used as Chinese folk medicine for treatment of flu, cough, sore throat and nosebleed.
