磁致旋光增强效应与微量样品旋光检测方法 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
微流控光学检测系统的微型化和集成化是微流控技术的发展趋势,微量液体物质的旋光检测也是微流控光学技术的重要研究课题之一.分析了内含磁致旋光介质的旋光反射腔的偏光特性,理论预言这种旋光反射腔具有旋光增强效应,在此基础上提出了微量样品的旋光增强检测方法和器件设计原理.研究结果表明,该方法可以在小光程限制条件下显著提高磁旋光介质的检测灵敏度.在不考虑样品吸收的情况下.旋光增强法与普通消光法的检测灵敏度之比的极限约为78.5.该方法可以应用于微流控系统的旋光检测以及实现磁旋光仪器的小型化和微型化. 相似文献

利用矩阵方法分析了液晶的旋光效应,导出了液晶旋光的矩阵表示. 利用JG-3型连续可调谐磁场仪搭建实验装置,红外1350 nm激光器做光源,测量了偏振光通过磁场作用下BL-009型向列相液晶的旋光角,详细分析了磁场对液晶旋光性能的影响. 通过实验测试,对液晶的阈值磁场强度进行了讨论,同时对实验结果进行了理论上的分析,得出了液晶旋光角随磁场与液晶盒表面夹角而变化的结论,验证了液晶分子轴的旋转方向与磁场的方向无关,这为更好的研究液晶的特性以及液晶器件的设计具有重要的参考价值.

In this paper, we investigate codings and dynamics of the piecewise rotations belonging to a sub-class of piecewise isometries. We show that the irrational set is empty for some piecewise rational rotations under some assumptions, while a piecewise irrational rotation has at least one irrational coding by extending the definition of the coding map onto the entire phase space. In a recent paper (Opt. Laser Technol. 34 (2002) 605) Anand and Narayanamurthy described a method for measurement of Faraday rotations using a photorefractive Bi12TiO20. The effects they observed have nothing to do with the source intensity nor with the photorefractive nature of the crystal. The analysis of in-plane rigid-body rotations requires phase-shifting methods to determine the direction of rotation in conventional electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI). The phase-shifting procedure makes the real-time measurements impossible. A quasi-real-time method is published recently, where the usual symmetric illumination is combined with a wavelength change before the second exposure. The dynamics of strongly confined laser driven semiconductor quantum dots coupled to phonons is studied theoretically by calculating the time evolution of the reduced density matrix using a numerical path integral method. We explore the cases of long pulses, strong dot-phonon and dot-laser coupling, and high temperatures, which, up to now, have been inaccessible. We find that the phonon-induced damping of Rabi rotations is a nonmonotonic function of the laser field that is increasing at low fields and decreasing at high fields. This results in a reappearance of Rabi rotations at high fields. This phenomenon is of a general nature which occurs for all temperatures and carrier-phonon coupling strengths. 相似文献
