Signal-to-noise ratio estimation in magnetic resonance experiments requires the knowledge of sample-induced resistance value,
where the sample can be protein solutes, cell suspensions, plants, animals, portions of human body or saline solution phantoms.
Many authors studied sample–coil interaction using homogeneous infinitely long cylinders, spheres or half-space as approximations
of the sample geometry. However, in real magnetic resonance experiments, both sample shape and dimensions can be very different
with respect to these models. This paper describes and compares two different methods developed by the authors for sample-induced
resistance estimation, both useful for predicting the performance of radio-frequency coils strictly coupled to the sample,
where the knowledge of a sample–coil interaction model permits to estimate the different noise contributors. The main goal of our research is testing the
proposed algorithms and finding their limitations by comparing their performances for a simple case which uses a sample simplified
geometry. The first method, based on the magnetostatic approach, employs vector potential calculation and can be easily implemented
for simple coils and sample geometries. The second method uses finite-difference time-domain algorithm and permits to simulate
systems with various geometries, without approximations in sample and coil geometries. Comparison with experimental data,
performed on three homebuilt surface coils each of them successively tuned at three different frequencies, demonstrated the
differences in accuracy of the developed methods. 相似文献

射频脉冲可实现样本自旋体系的精确操控,进而产生预期的核磁共振(NMR)信号,在NMR信号产生过程中扮演重要角色.该文分别采用短时傅里叶变换(STFT)、连续小波变换(CWT)和维格纳-威利分布(WVD)几种时频域分析方法对射频脉冲(优化形状脉冲)进行特性分析和比较.结果表明,三种方法各自具有优缺点,结合各自优势对射频脉冲进行各种方法分析,可以更好地理解复杂脉冲的幅度、相位特性在时频域的分布情况.该文的研究方法将为直观理解复杂射频脉冲对自旋体系的作用机制提供参考. 相似文献

Owing to the novel crystal structure, ε-Co nanoparticles with an average diameter of 12 nm are synthesized and the microwave magnetic properties of the epoxy resin composite with 50voi% ε-Co particles are measured in the frequency range 0.1-7 GHz. The experimental resonance frequency (4.7 GHz) matches well with the values obtained by the theoretical calculation with the Kittel equation and fitting the experimental permeability dispersion curve via the Landan-Lifshitz equation. Hence the resonance peak is attributed to natural resonance mode. This work is believed to be beneficial for further understanding microwave applications of the novel ε-Co nanoparticles. 相似文献

螺旋MRI的原始数据是在不均匀的 k- 空间螺旋轨迹上采样得到的,需要通过网格化算法等手段将数据变成等间距的网格数据后,才能采用FFT进行重建,最后得到供临床使用的图像. 本文对Jackson网格化算法和Claudia大矩阵算法的重建速度和图像结果进行了比较, 并得出以下结论:1)在获得相近图像质量的情况下,Claudia大矩阵重采样算法比Jackson算法要快且更方便在仪器上实现. 2)在Jackson双倍细网格算法的实现方式中,数据驱动插值比网格驱动插值更有效率. 3)在Claudia大矩阵重采样算法中,对冗余比大于310∶1的数据进行图像重建的时候,网格点的幅值不平均化比平均化后的效果还要好. 这几个结论都将有利于MRI图像重建技术的进一步提高. 相似文献

The fretting wear behavior of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) against a GCr15 steel ball was investigated using an Optimal SRV-IV oscillating reciprocating friction and wear tester (Optimal Corp., Germany). The influence of temperature, stroke size and frequency was studied in detail under a normal load of 10 N. The results showed that the friction coefficients initially decreased and then increased afterward with the increasing of temperature, having the lowest value at 0°C. The wear loss of UHMWPE at a stroke of 100 µm showed a similar tendency as the friction coefficients, but monotonously increased with increasing of temperature for a stroke of 200 µm. According to an analysis of the worn surface, it was concluded that abrasive wear accompanied with local plastic deformation dominated the wear mechanism in the process of the fretting test at ?30°C. The plastic deformation was slightly less at 0°C than that at ?30°C. With the increasing of temperature, the hardness of UHMWPE decreased significantly, plastic deformation and adhesive wear became more severe. In addition, a lubricating transfer film was formed on the steel ball. 相似文献

本文基于数值计算模拟技术,开发了模拟磁共振成像(MRI)数据采集与图像重建的仿真软件包——MRISim.虚拟数据采集部分通过对设备硬件、样品(标样或人体部位)进行物理数学建模后,构建原始模拟信号,并填充k空间,然后再基于k空间数据实现磁共振图像重建.该软件可以通过参数的任意调节对影响磁共振图像质量的因素进行可视化分析,包括11种常见伪影的特征和成因分析.我们的研究表明应用该仿真软件可以弥补台式MRI扫描仪价格昂贵、实验时间长等不足之处,实现对相关科技人员的批量化、规模化的实践操作培训. 相似文献

Magnetic iron oxide coated in hydrogenation silica (Fe3O4@HSiO2) is constructed as both a tumor drug carrier and a magnetic resonance (MR) contrast agent. Colchicine (COLC) is loaded in Fe3O4@HSiO2 with the highest amount of 28.3 wt% at pH 9. The release performance of COLC can be controlled by pH, as the porous HSiO2 shell can partially shed at pH below 3.0 to facilitate the release of COLC. MR imaging (MRI) tests prove that Fe3O4@HSiO2 at pH 3.0 (H+‐Fe3O4@HSiO2) shows a stronger MR contrast enhancement than Fe3O4. Cytotoxicity experiment indicates that Fe3O4@HSiO2 has excellent biocompatibility and magnetic targeting performance. Additionally, COLC‐loaded Fe3O4@HSiO2 (Fe3O4@HSiO2–COLC) displays a higher inhibition effect on tumor cells under a magnetic field than free COLC. The visibility upon MRI, high targeting, and pH‐controlled release characteristics of Fe3O4@HSiO2–COLC are favorable to achieve the aim of reducing side effects to normal tissues, making Fe3O4@HSiO2–COLC an attractive drug delivery system for nanomedicine. 相似文献

ZnO薄膜中的高的背景电子浓度能够对p型掺杂形成补偿,从而对p型掺杂造成障碍,了解高背景电子浓度的来源有助于对p型掺杂的研究。本文采用分子束外延技术在不同真空度下在a面蓝宝石衬底上生长了一系列氧化锌薄膜,发现在低真空度下生长的样品的载流子浓度较高,为1019 cm-3量级;而高真空度下生长的样品,其载流子浓度比低真空生长的样品显著降低,降低了3个数量级。在相同条件下生长的样品,通过不同的后处理手段进行处理后,其电子浓度未发生明显变化,说明氧空位等本征缺陷不是ZnO薄膜中电子的主要来源,高背景电子浓度应该与生长过程中非故意引入的杂质相关。通过低温光致发光表征,发现低真空度下生长的样品在低温下3.366 eV处有强的施主束缚激子发光峰,而高真空度下生长的样品的此发光峰显著变弱。由此,高电子浓度被归结为与生长过程中非故意引入的氢杂质相关。 相似文献

Several methods of separation of continuous overlapping spectral lines are compared. In the majority of methods, the profile of each line is modeled by a Gaussian or Lorentzian, and total measured spectrum z is processed. Number of lines N and their parameters are usually estimated by the method of derivatives; however, the differentiation of noisy spectrum z causes large errors. To improve the differentiation accuracy, it is proposed to use smoothing splines. In the Fourier-self-deconvolution method, apodization (artificial truncation of the interferogram) is used to resolve overlapping lines, which makes it possible to resolve lines, but at the expense of a significant decrease in their widths. In this work, reducing the widths of lines is not used for their resolution, but rather, true line profiles are reconstructed by minimizing the residual functional with the modified coordinate-descent method using the decremental-constraint technique, and also, for comparison, with the Nelder–Mead simplex method. In the Manoilov method, the parameters of lines (peaks) are determined from convolutions of spectrum derivatives with individual peaks. In that method, the notion of the degree of overlap has been also introduced. In this work, we introduce a generalized degree of overlap for the case in which the amplitudes, widths, and spacings between neighboring lines are different. A magnetic resonance imaging method is described for measuring the magnetic susceptibility difference between two homogeneous macroscopic compartments in contact with each other. A boundary condition is derived for the interface of the two compartments. This boundary condition predicts that across the interface there is a resonant frequency jump, which is a function of interfacial orientation relative to B0 field and the difference in susceptibility of the two sides. Based on this relationship, the magnetic susceptibility difference between two materials can be obtained from MR gradient echo imaging using signals from both sides in the vicinity of the boundary. 丝素蛋白纤维因其优异的力学性能和良好的生物相容性而得到广泛关注. 人们通过对丝素蛋白二级结构的构象转变及其诱导因素的研究,试图阐明蚕吐丝机理、相关蛋白结构与功能的关系,为人工合成性能优良的丝纤维材料以及认识生命过程提供有益指导和帮助. 磁共振技术是研究丝素蛋白结构最有效的方法之一. 我们课题组多年来运用核磁共振(NMR)的方法研究了桑蚕丝素蛋白的构象及环境对其的影响因素,如pH、金属离子(K+、Na+、Ca2+、Cu2+、Zn2+)等,并运用电子自旋顺磁共振(EPR)方法研究了金属Cu2+离子与丝素蛋白的相互作用,试图揭示蛋白质构象转变与金属离子影响的内在联系. 另外,我们还发展了一种广义二维核磁共振相关技术,有效缩短了传统二维核磁共振的实验时间. 本文将综述这些年来我们所做的相关工作. 相似文献

The natural abundance 15N-NMR chemical shifts of 1, 10-phenanthroline, pyridazine and 7-azaindole have been measured as a function of the nature of the solvent. Hydrogen bonding and protonation result in upfield shift of both the pyridine type nitrogens in 1, 10-phenanthroline and pyridazine where as in 7-azaindole, the effect is larger at the pyridine ring nitrogen. The chemical shifts due to protonation far exceeded those from hydrogen bonding. In addition to identifying the site of donation, the 15N-NMR data establishes the mechanism of charge transfer and hydrogen bonded complex formation. 相似文献

Making use of hyperspherical coordinates, we investigate the qualitative features of the ground and lowlying states of a positronium molecule confined in a two-dimensional (2D) space under a magnetic field. We find that a positronium molecule has more bound states in 2D than in 3D. With the increase of the magnetic field, the second bound state experiences a transition in angular momentum. The result shows that symmetry plays an essential role in the energy spectrum of low-lying states. 相似文献
