1-酰基-4-芳基氨基硫脲类在酸催化下环化为具有广泛生物活性的2-芳氨基-5-芳基-1,3,4-噻二唑类的反应报道甚多,但1,4-二酰基氨基硫脲在相同条件下环化为类似结构衍生物的反应报道很少。为探索其规律,本文研究了1-苯乙酰基-4-芳酰氨基硫脲1_(a-m)在冰醋酸存在下的环化反应,制得2-芳酰氨基-5-苄基-1,3,4-噻二唑2_(a-m)。参考文献还探索了2_(a-m)在EtONa/EtOH体系中与苯甲醛的反应。得到预期产物2-芳酰氨基-5-(1′-苯基-2′-羟基苯乙基)-1,3,4-噻二唑3_(a-m),经元素分析、IR、~1H NMR及MS确认了产物结构。  相似文献

5-n-Butyl-4-{4-[2-(1H-tetrazole-5-yl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl]phenylmethyl}-2,4-dihydro-2-(2,6-dichloridephenyl)-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one (1b), a new non-peptide angiotensin type 1 receptor antagonist, has been observed to play a positive role in the treatment of hypertension in preclinical tests. Rats were dosed with the drug, and the major metabolites in the bile were separated by gradient elution high-performance liquid chromatography. HPLC-diode array detection-mass spectrometry, HPLC-electrospray ionization MS/MS methods in negative ion mode and collision-induced dissociation were used to elucidate the structures of the major metabolites of 1b. One dihydroxylated 1b (M1), two monohydoxylated 1b (M2, M3) and one 1b monoglucuronide (M5) were found in male rat bile; however, three monohydoxylated 1b (M2, M3, M4) and one 1b monoglucuronide (M5) were found in female rat bile. These metabolites greatly differ in amount between male and female rat bile.  相似文献

The lowest triplet energy levels of the six ligands(T) were determined to be 22989 cm-1[1,3-bis-(1'-phenyl-3'-methyl-5'-pyrazolon-4')-1,3-propanedione,BPMPTD],23148 cm-1[1,4-bis-(1'-phenyl-3'-methyl-5'-pyrazolon-4')-1,4-butanedione,BPMPBD],23419 cm-1[1,5-bis-(1'-phenyl-3'-methyl-5'-pyrazolon-4')-1,5-pentane-dione,BPMPPD],23310 cm-1[1,6-bis-(1'-phenyl-3'-methyl-5'-pyrazolon-4')-1,6-hexanedione,BPMPHD],21978 cm-1[1,9-bis-(1'-phenyl-3'-methyl-5'-pyrazolon-4')-l,9-nonanedione,BPMPND] and 21930 cm-1[1,10-bis-(1'-phenyl-3'-methyl-5'-pyrazoion-4')-1,10-decanedione,BPMPDD],respectively.It was explained satisfactorily that the six ligands are more efficient for sensitizing the luminescence of Tb3+ than that of Eu3+ at room temperature,and the order of the luminescent intensities for the Tb3+ complexes is explained by the relative energy gap between T and 5DJ of Tb3+ or Eu3+.As a conclusion,when 2700 cm-1<△E(T-5D4)<3000 cm-1,the luminescent intensity of the Tb3+ complex is the strongest.This means that the lowest triplet energy level of the ligand is a chief factor to dominate RE3+luminescence.  相似文献

吡喃酮是许多天然产物的结构单元,我们曾由4-异丁酰基庚二酸在过量醋酸酐及乙酰氯存在下回流得到7-氧代-8,8-二甲基-△~9-六氢香豆素.本文由二氰乙基-β-二酮进行酮解水解反应得到4-酰基庚二酸1_(a-c)。 在过量醋酸酐、乙酰氯存在下由1_a、1_c为底物进行反应没有得到双环的香豆素衍生物.其产物和单纯以乙酐为缩合剂时的产物2_a、2_c相同,产率分别为68%、63%。2_c可在硫酸铁催化  相似文献

3-(3-Aryl-4-formyl-1-pyrazolyl)propionic acids are converted by Knoevenagel condensation under conditions of microwave activation into 3-[3-aryl-1-(2-ethoxycarbonyl)-4-pyrazolyl]acrylic acids. The stereoselective synthesis of 3-allyl-4-(4-bromophenyl)-3-cyano-6-oxopiperidine-2-thione has been carried out by refluxing N-methylmorpholinium 5-[1-(4-bromophenyl)-2-cyano-2-thiocarbamoylethyl]-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxa-6-oxo-4-cyclohexen-4-olate with allyl bromide in ethanol. 3-Aryl-4-(5-aryl-Δ2-1,2,4-oxadiazolin-3-yl)sydnones (5) were synthesized in high yields by the reaction of 3-arylsydnone-4-carboxamide oximes (prepared from the corresponding 3-arylsydnone-4-carbonitriles) with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of acid catalysts. No reaction occurred when aliphatic aldehydes were used. The oxadiazolin-3-ylsydnones (5) were easily converted into the corresponding 3-aryl-4-(5-aryl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)sydnones by N-bromosuccinimide oxidation. The 3-arylsydnone-4-carbonitrile oxides were synthesized in good yields by N-bromosuccinimide oxidation of the corresponding 3-arylsydnone-4-carboxaldehyde oximes.  相似文献

Three pyridine-substituted fullerene adducts, bis(2,2'-bipyridine)(2'-phenyl-5'-(2-pyridinyl)-2'H-[5,6]fullereno(C(60)-I(h))[1,9]pyrazole)ruthenium-bis(hexafluorophosphate) (1), bis(2,2'-bipyridine)(2'-phenyl-5'-(4-(4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridinyl))-2'H-[5,6]fullereno(C(60)-I(h))[1,9]pyrazole)ruthenium-bis(hexafluorophosphate) (2), and bis(2,2'-bipyridine)(1',5'-dihydro-3'-methyl-2'-(4-(4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridinyl))-2'H-[5,6]fullereno(C(60)-I(h))[1,9]pyrrole)ruthenium-bis(hexafluorophosphate) (3), have been prepared.
