本文提出了一种应用于光纤延时系统中实现光纤延时精密测量的新方法,用以提高光纤延时测量的精度和准确性.该方法以1064 nm激光调制信号作为光源,通过测量回波信号的幅值和相位信息得到被测通道的频率响应,采用快速傅里叶逆变换得到被测目标的延时信息,实现光纤延时测量.本文通过理论分析和延时测量实验对频域反射法与传统的时域测量方法进行对比,使用频域反射法在调制频率范围10—200 MHz,采样频率间隔0.5 MHz的实验条件下,实现了3.3 ps延时测量分辨率,并证明了该方法具有比时域方法更高的测量精度,测量结果的准确性更好. 相似文献

介绍了一种基于光子晶体光纤(PCF)干涉仪的新型氢气传感器。该传感器采用反射式光路设计,在氢气传感单元中引入一段PCF。该PCF的一端以及一部分包层外壁在真空条件下蒸镀了一层金属钯膜,另一端接入光路,构成一套全光纤氢气传感系统。实验中记录了氢气浓度(体积分数)从0到5%变化时传感单元对应的干涉谐振波长的变化,谐振波长最大的移动可达1.2nm,相比大多数基于布拉格光栅的光纤氢气传感器,相同条件下灵敏度有很大的提高。整套传感系统未引入任何分立的光学元件,在兼顾了全光纤光路的条件下,实现了较高的检测灵敏度。 相似文献

A simple design sensor is demonstrated using a fabricated multimode plastic fiber coupler in conjunction with reflective intensity modulation technique. The performances of this sensor are investigated for different light sources. This sensor uses only one fiber for sending and receiving the light and therefore only the back slope exists. The sensor shows the highest performance with the use of yellow light source, which has the highest intensity and the smallest beam divergence. The sensitivity, linear range, resolution and dynamic range of the sensor are obtained at 0.0001 mV/μm, 1500 μm, 70 μm, and 5.0 mm, respectively. The simplicity of the design, high degree of sensitivity, dynamic range and the low cost of the fabrication make it suitable for real field applications. 相似文献

By studying the output characteristics of random type optical fiber displacement sensor and semicircular type optical fiber displacement sensor, a sensor of new structure was designed. Using the ratio of the two output signals as the output of the whole system, the measurement range was enlarged, the linearity was improved, and the errors of reflective and absorbent changing in target surface are automatically compensated. Meantime, an optical fiber sensor model of correcting static error and linearizing the output curve based on BP artificial neural network was set up. The intrinsic errors such as fluctuations in the light, circuit excursion, the intensity losses in the fiber lines and the additional losses in the receiving fiber caused by bends were eliminated. By discussing in theory and experiment, the error of nonlinear is 2.9%, the measurement range reaches to 3.0 mm and the relative accuracy is 2%. This kind of sensor offers such advantages as no electromagnetic interference, simple construction, high sensitivity, good accuracy and stability. 相似文献

A simple optical fiber cantilever vibration sensor consisting of two opposite aligned bare optical fibers sealed in a quartz capillary is presented.The fiber with the longer bare section is suspended in air and acts as a cantilever.By detecting the transmission power of the sensor directly,the environmental vibrational frequencies and amplitudes may be obtained.By adjusting the cantilever's natural deflection angle,the sensor can achieve high sensitivity,good response linearity,and a wide dynamic range.Coupling conditions are optimized to minimize temperature effects by simply setting an appropriate air gap between the bare fibers. 相似文献
