Chemical surface preparation for Ni–P electroless metallization of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) films without using Chromium-based chemicals, was studied. The applicability of this method was verified by a subsequent metallization process. Thermal analysis was conducted to observe the main thermal transitions and stability of the polymer and metallized films. Contact angle analysis was performed to assess the surface hydrophilicity so as to optimize the substrate preparation process. X-ray diffraction, EDAX and SEM analysis were used to understand the composition and morphology of the polymeric substrate and Ni–P coat growing process. Adherence strength, contact sheet resistivity and optical diffuse reflection were measured on the metallized films. The time of chemical etching affects the polymer surface hydrophilicity, polymer/metal adherence strength, surface resistance and optical diffuse reflection, while Ni coating morphology is controlled by the pH of the electroless bath. High wettability of the polymer surface, adherence strength of 800 N cm−2, high optical diffuse reflection and low surface resistivity of the Ni coating, were found for films etched for 60 min. Metallizations performed at pH 7.5 produce Ni–P coatings with 12.0 wt.% phosphorous content, which were amorphous and flexible. The contact sheet resistivity of the plated films is sensitive to roughness variations of the substrate. The method proposed in this work allows the production of metallized films appropriate for the fabrication of flexible circuits.  相似文献

Anti-reflection coatings of solar cells have been fabricated using different techniques. The techniques used include SiO2 thermal oxidation, ZnO/TiO2 sputtering deposition and porous silicon prepared by electrochemical etching. Surface morphology and structural properties of solar cells were investigated by using scanning electron microscopy and atomic forces microscopy. Optical reflectance was obtained by using optical reflectometer. I-V characterizations were studied under 80 mW/cm2 illumination conditions. Porous silicon was found to be an excellent anti-reflection coating against incident light when it is compared with another anti-reflection coating and exhibited good light-trapping of a wide wavelength spectrum which produced high efficiency solar cells.  相似文献

受太阳辐射、气象等外界不可控因素的影响,建筑反射隔热涂料的反射隔热性能会逐渐减损。建筑反射隔热涂料性能在时间维度的变化是评价建筑在特定时段内节能效果的关键基础数据,明确建筑反射隔热涂料性能在时间维度的减损规律具有重要的现实与理论意义。建筑反射隔热涂料的反射、吸收特征是其性能的直观体现,借助高光谱技术定量分析涂料反射、吸收特征可正确揭示涂料性能在时间尺度的变化特征。为研究分析建筑反射隔热涂料性能在时间尺度上的减损规律,该研究利用高光谱技术,联合进行室内与外置实验采集涂料样本不同时期的光谱数据,并结合吸收峰深度、图谱分析法等光谱处理方法,定量分析涂料光谱反射特征、吸收特征在时间维度的变化特征,以研究分析涂料光谱反射率在外界环境影响下的减损规律。研究结论如下:(1)在350~2 250 nm波段区间内,建筑反射隔热涂料的光谱反射率随时间的增加而降低;光谱反射率的降低幅度在1月—5月内呈增加趋势,而在5月—10月内呈递减规律,且光谱反射率在可见光区间的降低幅度明显高于近红外区域。(2)建筑反射隔热涂料的吸收峰深度随时间的增加而降低,降低幅度在0~0.163范围内。(3)涂料厚度对涂料光谱反射率...  相似文献

The feasibility of the idea of double stack HR coating was discussed in this paper both in theory and experiment. The theoretical simulation was made by employing optical coating design software. The analysis results showed that the design of double stack HR coating was feasible, which made the HR coating have ascendancy not only at reflectance but also at laser damage resistance. Then, the LaF3/MgF2 HR coating, the HfO2/SiO2 HR coating and the double stack HR coating were prepared for comparison, respectively. Transmittance spectra, surface morphologies and damage morphologies of these coatings were measured. Measurement of laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of S polarized light of the samples was performed at 355 nm, 45° incidence. The measurement results showed that the LIDT value of the LaF3/MgF2 HR coating with 30 layers was very high, but the reflectance was low. When the layer number was increased up to 36, lots of cracks appeared on the surface of the LaF3/MgF2 HR coating, with the LIDT badly declining. It was thought that the residual stress resulted in the cracks and the decline of the LIDT. The spectra measurement showed the double stack HR coatings could provide higher reflectance and wider reflection band than LaF3/MgF2 HR coating with less layer pairs. Any crack was also not found on the surface of the double stack coatings. Meanwhile, the double stack HR coatings possessed greater laser damage resistances than the HfO2/SiO2 HR coating. The damage morphologies showed that the damage of the double stack coating was even milder than that of the HfO2/SiO2 coating. Therefore, the double stack design was effective to gain high reflectance and great UV laser radiation resistance simultaneously.  相似文献

Diffuse reflectance spectra of paint coatings with different pigment concentrations, normally illuminated with unpolarized radiation, have been measured. A four-flux radiative transfer approach is used to model the diffuse reflectance of TiO2 (rutile) pigmented coatings through the solar spectral range. The spectral dependence of the average pathlength parameter and of the forward scattering ratio for diffuse radiation, are explicitly incorporated into this four-flux model from two novel approximations. The size distribution of the pigments has been taken into account to obtain the averages of the four-flux parameters: scattering and absorption cross sections, forward scattering ratios for collimated and isotropic diffuse radiation, and coefficients involved in the expansion of the single particle phase function in terms of Legendre polynomials.  相似文献

研究了电子辐照对ZnO/K2SiO2型热控涂层光学性能的影响,采用10,30,50和70keV的电子对试样进行辐照。在辐照前后对每一个试样的光谱反射系数进行了原位测量。根据Johnson太阳光谱分布计算了涂层的太阳光谱吸收系数,分析了电子能量对光谱反射系数和太阳光谱吸收系数的影响,并对红外区光谱反射系数的变化结果进行了讨论。实验结果发现电子辐照后ZnO/K2SiO2涂层的光学性能发生严重退化,退化程度取决于电子能量,随电子能量的增大而增大。  相似文献

Monodisperse spherical core–shell particles of Cr/α-Cr2O3 with high adhesion were successfully coated on rough copper substrates by a simple self-assembly-like method for the use in solar thermal absorbers. The structure and morphology of the core-shell particles of Cr/α-Cr2O3 were effectively controlled by deposition temperature and the pH of the initial precursor solution. Their characterizations were carried out with X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometry and attenuated total reflection, as well as UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The samples aged for more than 40 h at 75 °C exhibit the targeted high absorbing optical characteristic “Black chrome” while those aged for 40 h show a significant high UV–vis diffuse reflectance “green color”.  相似文献

Comparative analysis of the effect of heating in air (at T = 800°C for 2 h) on the diffuse reflectance spectra in the range of 360–2100 nm and on the integrated coefficient of the solar radiation absorption of coatings based on Al2O3 micro- and nanopowders has been carried out. Their variation under electron irradiation has been studied. It is established that the heating of powders deteriorates the optical properties and radiation resistance of coatings.  相似文献

利用P-偏振光双面反射法测量了浸泡提拉法制备了“有机硅树脂-二氧化硅-有机硅树脂”三层膜样品两面P-偏振光反射强比γ与入射角θ关系曲线,经过数据拟合,确定了这三层薄膜的光学参数,同时研究了薄膜间的相互作用层的光学参数,测量结果表明此方法可能成为研究薄膜和膜层之间的相互作用的一种新手段。  相似文献

The synthesis and optical properties of the 5,5′,6,6′-tetraphenyl-2,2′-bi([1,3]dithiolo [4,5-b] [1,4]dithiinylidene)–2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-p-benzoquinone (DDQ) complex thin film were investigated by the optical characterization. The optical constants such as refractive index, extinction coefficient and absorption coefficient were determined using the transmittance T(λ) and reflectance R(λ) spectra and the refractive index dispersion was analyzed using single oscillator of Wemple–Didomenico model. The single oscillator energy E0 and the dispersion energy Ed were calculated. The effect of temperature on refractive dispersion and optical band gap Eg is also discussed. As a result, the annealing temperatures have an important effect on refractive index of thin film.  相似文献

Nano-phased structures based on metal–dielectric composites, also called cermets (ceramic–metal), are considered among the most effective spectral selective solar absorbers. For high temperature applications (stable up to 650 °C) noble metal nanoparticles and refractory oxide host matrices are ideal as per their high temperature chemical inertness and stability: Pt/Al2O3 cermet nano-composites are a representative family. This contribution reports on the optical properties of Pt/Al2O3 cermet nano-composites deposited in a multilayered tandem structure. The radio-frequency sputtering optimized Pt/Al2O3 solar absorbers consist of stainless steel substrate/ Mo coating layer/ Pt–Al2O3/ protective Al2O3 layer and stainless steel substrate/ Mo coating layer /Pt–Al2O3 for different composition and thickness of the Pt–Al2O3 cermet coatings. The microstructure, morphology, theoretical modeling and optical properties of the coatings were analyzed by the x-ray diffraction, atomic force, microscopy, effective medium approximation and UV–vis specular and diffuse reflectance.  相似文献

 研究了电子通量对ZnO/K2SiO3热控涂层光学性能的影响。分别采用通量为5×1011/cm2·s,8×1011/cm2·s,1×1012/cm2·s 和5×1012/cm2·s的电子对试样进行辐照。电子辐照下涂层的光学性能发生了退化,并且发现了退化涂层在空气中的“漂白”现象。分析了ZnO/K2SiO3热控涂层光学性能的退化机制,同时讨论了电子通量对太阳光谱吸收系数的影响。实验结果发现,在5×1011~1×1012/cm2·s的电子通量范围内,电子通量对ZnO/K2SiO3热控涂层光学性能的影响相同。因此在这个电子通量范围内,采用加速地面试验来模拟空间的电子辐照效应是有效的。  相似文献

 用电子束蒸发沉积方法在X切LBO(X-LBO)晶体上镀制了两种不同膜系结构的1 064和532 nm倍频增透膜,其中一种膜系结构为基底/ZrO2/Y2O3/Al2O3/SiO2/空气,另一种为基底/0.5Al2O3/ZrO2/Y2O3/Al2O3/SiO2/空气,两种膜系结构的主要差别在于有无氧化铝过渡层。测量了薄膜的反射率光谱曲线,发现两种增透膜在1 064和532 nm处的反射率均小于0.5%,实际镀制结果与理论设计曲线的差异主要是由材料折射率的变化引起的。且对样品在空气环境中进行了温度为473 K的退火处理,结果发现两种膜系结构均表现了较优异的光学性能,氧化铝过渡层的加入使薄膜具有强的热应力性能。  相似文献

WC92–Co8 coating produced by electrospark deposition effectively improves the surface performance of the substrate. The behavior of the interface between the WC92–Co8 coating and the substrate is studied in this paper. The high-melting-point WC92–Co8 was deposited onto the surface of Ti alloy, and the coating was usually more than 50 μm thick. The surface of the coating is mainly composed of TiC and W2C besides a small amount of W, and its micro hardness reaches HV1129. The coating dramatically improves the performance of the substrate.  相似文献

为了研制低损耗、高性能的157 nm薄膜,研究了常用的六种宽带隙氟化物薄膜材料.制备和研究了六种氟化物单层膜,并以不同高低折射率材料对,设计制备了157 nm高反膜和增透膜|讨论和比较了不同氟化物材料对所组成的高反膜和增透膜的反射率、透射率、光学损耗等特性.结果表明,采用NdF3/AlF3 材料对设计制备的157 nm高反膜的透过率为1.7%,反射率接近93%,散射损耗为2.46%,已经与吸收损耗相当|以AlF3/LaF3材料对设计制备的157 nm增透膜的剩余反射率低于0.17%.  相似文献

This paper reports that heat insulating property of infrared reflective coatings is obtained through the use of pigments which diffuse near-infrared thermal radiation.Suitable structure and size distribution of pigments would attain maximum diffuse infrared radiation and reduce the pigment volume concentration required.The optimum structure and size range of pigments for reflective infrared coatings are studied by using Kubelka-Munk theory,Mie model and independent scattering approximation.Taking titania particle as the pigment embedded in an inorganic coating,the computational results show that core-shell particles present excellent scattering ability,more so than solid and hollow spherical particles.The optimum radius range of core-shell particles is around 0.3 ~ 1.6 μm.Furthermore,the influence of shell thickness on optical parameters of the coating is also obvious and the optimal thickness of shell is 100-300 nm.  相似文献
