A Practical Synthesis of （S）—（＋）—2—（6′—methoxyl—2—naphthyl） propionic Acid

A simplified procedure for enantioselective synthesis of (S)-( )-2-(6′-methoxyl-2-naphthyl)propionic acid ((S)-( )-naproxen), starting from (6-methoxy-α-naphthyl)-1-propanone,with D-mannitol as auxiliary catalyzed by SmCl3 in one-pot is described. The yield is 87.5%(ee value 99%).     

钒（V）—2—（2—噻唑偶氮）—5—二甲氨基苯甲酸显色反应的研究

The Synthesis and Regioselective Hydrolysis of Dialkyl 2—Phenylfuran （an 2—Phenyltetrahydrofuran）—3,4—dicarboxylates

Dialkyl 2-phenylfuran (and 2-phenyltetrahydrofuran)-3,4-dicarboxylates (1,2,5-7), wich are potential precursors of the synthesis of furofuran and tetrahydrofurofuran lignans, can be selectively hydrolyzed to monoacid(3,8) by potassium hydroxide. The regioselective hydrolysis was affected significantly by the 2-phenyl group of the furan or tetrahydrofuran skeleton. The geometric structures of 3,8 and related compounds were elucidated and verified by NMR spectra.     

2—（2—喹啉偶氮）—5—二甲氨基苯甲酸光度法测定铜

研究了 2 (2 喹啉偶氮 ) 5 二甲氨基苯甲酸 (QADMAA)试剂与铜的显色反应 ,在pH 4 .5的HOAc NaOAc缓冲介质中 ,吐温 80存在下 ,QADMAA与铜反应生成 2∶1稳定络合物 ,λmax=5 60nm ,ε =1.32× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1。铜含量在 0～ 8μg/2 5ml内符合比耳定律 ,方法用于铝合金中铜含量的测定 ,结果满意     

On the Mechanism of Condensation between 5—Amino—4,6—dichloro—2—methylpyrimidine and 1—Acetyl—2—imidazolin—2—one

The condensation reaction between 5-amino-4,6-dichloro-2-methylprimidine and 1-acetyl-2-imidazolin-2-one using POCl3 as solvent gave 4,6-dichloro-2-methyl-5-(1-acetyl-tetra-hydro-imidazo-2-ylidene)-aminopyrimidine predominantly and 4,6-dichloro-2-methyl-5-{1-1-(2-oxo-tetrahydro-imidazolyl)]-acetene}-aminopyrimidine as by-product. No 4,6-dichloro-2-methyl-5-(1-acetyl-2-imidazolin-2-yl)-aminopyrimidine was found. The result indicated an esterifi-cation-addition-elimination mechanism.     

CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF THE METHYL 4—（N—（1—OXYPROPYL）—N—PHENYLAMINO]—1—[2—（2—THIENYL）ETHYL]—4—PIPERIDINECARBOXYLATE（R31826）HYDROCHLORIDE

The torsion angle C(14)-C(1)-N(2)-0(19) in the title compound is 137.5 being much larger than that (106°) in R30730. The dihedral angle between mean planes of the thiophene ring and piperidine ring is about 83 .     

Synthesis and Biological Activities of 3—（2—Furyl）—4—aryl—1,2,4—triazole—5—thiones

A series of novel compounds 3-(2-furyl)-4-aryl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones have been synthesized.All the compounds were characterized by spectral data and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological test showed that some of them exhibited excellent plant-growth regulative activities.

在SDS存在下 ,于 pH 5 .5～ 6.5水溶液中 ,5 (5 氯 2 吡啶偶氮 ) 2 ,4 二氨基甲苯 (5 Cl PADAT)与镍 (Ⅱ )形成稳定的紫红色配合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 5 4 5nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.0 2× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1,配合物中镍与试剂的组成比为 1∶2 ,镍浓度在 0～ 4 μg/ 10ml范围内服从比耳定律。在硫脲、氟化铵和焦磷酸钠存在下 ,方法具有良好的选择性 ,用于镁合金、矿样和钢样中微量镍的测定 ,结果满意     

4—甲基—7—巯基—2（1H）—喹啉酮的合成

以间氨基苯硫酚为起始原料,与乙酰乙酸乙酯一步环合得目标产物4－甲基－7－巯基－2（1H)-喹啉酮（4）,收率：22％;以间苯二胺为起努原料,经乙酰乙酸乙酯环合,重氮化,二硫化合物的形成及盐酸锌和粉还原获得目标产物4,收率：59％。

报道了 1 (5 硝基 2 吡啶偶氮 ) 2 ,7 萘二酚与钴的显色反应 ,结果表明 ,在Tween 80存在下 ,pH 5 .2 6.5时试剂与钴形成稳定的蓝色配合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 63 5nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 6.44× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,配合物中钴与试剂的组成比为 1∶2 ,钴浓度在 0 5 μg/10ml范围内服从比耳定律。方法用于标准钢、金川精矿等试样中钴的测定 ,结果满意。
