A silver-catalyzed reaction of 2-alkynylbenzaldoxime with arylsulfonyl chloride proceeds smoothly at room temperature to afford 4-tosyloxyisoquinolines in moderate to good yields. A CuI-catalyzed direct coupling of aryl boronic acids with arylsulfonyl chlorides for the preparation of diaryl thioethers was developed. The reaction is initiated by a PPh3 reduction of the arylsulfonyl chloride, followed by a CuI-catalyzed C–S coupling with an aryl boronic acid. Various arylsulfonyl chlorides can directly serve as a sulfur source in this mild and efficient reaction giving the desired products in moderate to good yields. Moreover, this practical method has also been applied to the thioetherification of aryl iodides and acetylacetones.  相似文献

An effective route to functionalized hydantoin derivatives is described, involving the reaction of a urea derivative resulting from the addition of a primary amine to an arylsulfonyl isocyanate, and an alkyl propiolate or dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate in the presence of triphenylphosphine. The reactive 1:1 intermediate obtained from the addition of triphenylphosphine to the alkyl propiolate or dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate was trapped by NH-acids such as the urea derivative to produce functionalized hydantoin derivatives.  相似文献

3-Arylthioindoles could be synthesized in good yields via the photoirradiation of indoles and disulfides. The reaction is efficiently promoted by the catalytic amount of sodium iodide. A reaction mechanism involving the electrophilic substitution of indoles with arylsulfenyl iodine intermediates is suggested.  相似文献

Novel and simple copper-catalyzed C(aryl)-S bond formation of diaryl disulfides with bismuth reagents is described. Reactions of diaryl disulfides with triarylbismuthanes in the presence of CuOAc (10 mol %) and 1,10-phenanthroline (10 mol %) under aerobic conditions led to the formation of unsymmetrical diaryl sulfides in satisfactory yields. The reaction is atom-economic and all three aryl groups of the triarylbismuthanes and both sulfanyl groups of the diaryl disulfides could be transferred to the coupling products.  相似文献

A newly developed chemoselective reaction of sodium arylsulfinates or arylsulfonyl chlorides with nitroarenes has been disclosed. The chemistry, in which non-toxic water and recyclable iron-based metal-organic frameworks are employed as the solvent and catalyst, respectively, provides an efficient approach for the generation of N-arylsulfonamides, which are widely present in biologically active compounds and drugs, rendering this methodology attractive to both synthetic and medicinal chemistry.  相似文献

A Pd‐catalyzed cross‐coupling of aryl trifluoroborates with arylsulfonyl chlorides has been successfully achieved. This transformation is a new method for the Suzuki–Miyaura‐type reaction of aryl trifluoroborates via the cleavage of C? S bond, thus providing an alternative synthesis of biaryls. The reported cross‐coupling reactions are tolerant to many common functional groups regardless of electron‐donating or electron‐withdrawing nature, making these transformations attractive alternatives to the traditional Suzuki–Miyaura coupling approaches. The palladium-catalyzed coupling of C-5 iodopyrimidine nucleosides; 1,2-, 1,3-, or 1,ω-dienes; and amines provides a novel and efficient method for the preparation of a wide variety of C-5 aminoalkyl-substituted nucleosides. Adding certain Lewis acids, particularly zinc salts, improves the yields significantly. Secondary amines are the most effective amines for this process. Acyclic and cyclic dienes have been successfully employed. Protection of the 3′- and 5′-hydroxyl groups of iodouridine is required in order to obtain good yields when the coupling process is carried out on 1,3-dienes or long chain or branched non-conjugated dienes.  相似文献

An efficient Cu-catalyzed direct C–H thiolation of electron-rich arenes with arylsulfonyl hydrazides has been developed. Various mono(or bis)-thioether products were obtained in moderate to good yields. Mechanistic studies suggest that the reaction likely proceeds through free-radical formation including arylthio radical and sulfonyl radical, while both disulfanes and sulfonothioates are the major thiolation species in this transformation.  相似文献

An efficient and convenient aryl sulfonyl introducing strategy for the synthesis of 3-sulfonyl coumarins via ipso-cyclization/1,2-ester migration from substituted phenyl 3-phenylpropiolates with disulfides and potassium persulfate as sulfonylating reagents was developed, halogen and many other electron-withdrawing or -donating functional groups are tolerated.
