The mass spectral fragmentations of 2-methylsparteine (1), 2, 17-dimethylsparteine (2), 2-methyl-17-isopropylsparteine (3), 2-methyl-17-oxosparteine (4), 2-oxo-17-methylsparteine (17-methyllupanine) (5) and 2-oxo-17-isopropylsparteine (17-isopropyllupanine) (6) were investigated. Fragmentation pathways, whose identification was assisted by accurate mass measurements and a correlation between the abundances of the M(+.) and selected fragment ions of the investigated compounds, are discussed. The data obtained create the basis for distinguishing the structural isomers and metamers.  相似文献

The mass spectral fragmeutations of 13-ketosparteine, 13-hydroxysparteine, 13-epihydroxysparteine, 13-ketolupanine, 13-keto-α-isolupanine, 13-hydroxylupanine, 13-hydroxy-α-isolupanine, 13-epihydroxylupanine and 13-epihydroxy-α-isolupanine are reinvestigated and discussed. Fragmentation pathways, elucidation of which was assisted by accurate mass measuiements and metastable transitions, are proposed. The fragmentation assignments are not consistent with those previously reported in the literature. Many fragment species of the same m/z (low-resolution spectra) are composed of two fragment ions of different elemental compositions (high-resolution spectra). The obtained data create a safe basis for distinguishing structural and stereoisomers.  相似文献

The mass spectra of a series of N‐aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams were studied. Besides the molecular ion, the three characteristic fragments such as [M+‐29], [M+‐55], and [M+‐82] were commonly found in a series of N‐Aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams in EI/MS. Further more the mechanism for the interpretation of these fragments is also de scribed.  相似文献

Chiral β‐lactams and cyclobutanones are present in numerous natural and pharmaceutical products. The stereoselective construction of chiral four‐membered cyclic compounds is an ongoing challenge for the chemical community. Herein, we report a highly stereocontrolled construction of four‐membered ring (mini‐sized) β‐lactams and cyclobutanones via an Ir/ In‐BiphPHOX ‐catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation, providing the corresponding optically active four‐membered ring carbonyl products bearing an α‐chiral carbon center with excellent yields (up to 99%) and enantioselectivities (up to 98%) under mild reaction conditions (1.0—2.5 bar H2 for 1.0—10 h). The reaction presents wide substrate scope. Diverse transformations of the catalyzed products were also conducted to show the potential utility of this protocol.  相似文献

The most abundant fragment produced by electron bombardment of esters of the type R1R2C(OR3)CO2R4 is the R1R2C = \documentclass{article}\pagestyle{empty}\begin{document}$ \mathop {\rm O}\limits^{{\rm + } \cdot } $\end{document}R3 ion. Methyl glycollate (R1 = R2 = R3 = H, R4 = Me) eliminates the HCO˙ radical by a complex rearrangement involving the methylenic hydrogen atoms. N‐aryl γ‐lactams react intermolecularly with acceptor–acceptor diazo reagents, usually dicarbonyl compounds, in a copper‐catalyzed process to yield functionalized pyrrolidines with α‐pseudoquaternary centers. As 1,2‐acyl or ‐phosphoryl migration is preferred, single regioisomers are obtained. Furthermore, in the presence of a Lewis acid, subsequent Friedel–Crafts reactions yield tricyclic pyrrolizidines in excellent yields (90–96 %) and diastereoselectivities (up to >20:1).  相似文献

The mass spectra of some α-substituted phenyl-α,α′-dimethoxyl ketones (compounds 1) and their 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones (compounds 2) and semicarbazones (compounds 3) have been studied. The characteristic fragments at m/z (M ? 73) from compounds 1, m/z (M ? 253) from compounds 2 and m/z (M ? 130) from compounds 3 are abundant and proposed to be [ArCROCH3]+. Fragmentations yielding [M+ ? 49] from compounds 2 are abnormal and probably involve the methoxyl and nitro groups. The intense peak at m/z 130 due to [CH3OCH2CNNHCONH2]+ from compounds 3 corresponds to α-cleavage of the molecular ion. Some other fragments from these new compounds are interpreted in this paper.  相似文献

Oligo(3‐OH butyrate)‐β‐cyclodextrin esters (PHB‐CD) were obtained through ring opening of β‐butyrolactone (β‐BL) in the presence of β‐cyclodextrin (CD) and (‐)‐sparteine (SP) as nucleophilic activator. The resulted reaction mixture was first separated in two fractions and then investigated through a deep mass spectrometry (MS) study performed on a liquid chromatography‐electrospray ionization‐quadrupole time of flight (LC‐ESI‐QTOF) instrument. LC MS and tandem MS structural assignment of the reaction products was completed by NMR. The performed analysis revealed that poly(3‐OH butyrate) homopolymers (PHB) are formed together with the PHB‐CD products. Secondary reactions resulting in the formation of crotonates were also proved to occur. A comparison between MS and NMR results demonstrated that more than one PHB oligomer is attached to the CD in the PHB‐CD product. Medium‐sized lactams are important structural motifs found in a variety of bioactive compounds and natural products but are challenging to prepare, especially in optically active form. A Michael addition/proton transfer/lactamization organocascade process is described that delivers medium‐sized lactams, including azepanones, benzazepinones, azocanones, and benzazocinones, in high enantiopurity through the intermediacy of chiral α,β‐unsaturated acylammonium salts. An unexpected indoline synthesis was also uncovered, and the benzazocinone skeleton was transformed into other complex heterocyclic derivatives, including spiroglutarimides, isoquinolinones, and δ‐lactones.  相似文献

A simple, practical, and efficient approach to synthesize new series of 2‐(3‐(2,4‐dichlorophenoxy)‐2‐(4‐(dimethylamino)phenyl)‐4‐oxoazetidin‐1‐ylamino)‐N‐arylacetamide by Staudinger [2 + 2] cycloaddition reaction. The titled compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal activity against eight microorganisms.
