本文以丙二腈为起始原料, 经过六步合成了中间体7, 化合物7和芳胺发生单取代得到目标产物5-芳胺-6-氯-2, 3-二氰吡嗪(8), 所合成的这10个目标产物文献上未见报道的, 通过了元素分析, IR, 1HNMR, MS证实其结构。粉末法测试表明它们都具有一定的二阶倍频效应。  相似文献

The action of sodium bis(2-methoxyethoxy)aluminum hydride and its complex with piperidine on 2-alkylthio-3-cyano-6-methylpyridines and on their esters in anhydrous ether yielded 2-alkylthio-3-formyl-6-methylpyridines. The aldehydes obtained undergo condensation with malononitrile and methyl cyanoacetate to give the corresponding hetarylidene derivatives. Dedicated to Academician N. K. 5-(3-tert-Butylamino-2-hydroxy) propoxy-3, 4-dihydrocarbostyril ( 1 , carteolol) was prepared by an acid-catalyzed cyclization of the N-pivaloylamino-ester ( 5 ), which was obtained by using organolithiation of m-pivaloylanisidine, followed by Wittig and catalytic hydrogenation reactions. The total yield of 1 obtained from m-anisidine ( 2 ) is 21%.  相似文献

以三聚氰胺和硼酸为原料在水溶液中反应合成出了一种新的BCN化合物先驱体C3N6H6(H3BO3)2。XRD表征结果表明三聚氰胺和硼酸的最佳配比为1∶3(物质的量比)。用单晶X-射线衍射分析法测定了该化合物的晶体结构。该化合物属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/C,晶胞参数为a=0.3597(7)nm,b=2.0105(4)nm,c=1.4112(3)nm,α=90,°β=92.07(3),°γ=90,°V=1.0199(3)nm3,Z=4,D c=1.627g.cm-3,μ(MoKα)=0.144mm-1,F(000)=520。晶体结构经全矩阵最小二乘法修正,最终可靠因子R1=0.0519,wR2=0.1361。该化合物是由C3N6H6分子和H3BO3分子通过氢键加合组装形成的三维超分子结构化合物。  相似文献

采用XRD、N2 physical adsorption、XPS、NH3-TPD和吡啶吸附IR等技术,对碳酸二甲酯和丙醇气固相合成碳酸甲丙酯的TiO2/Al2O3催化剂进行了表征.实验结果表明,TiO2/Al2O3表面的Lewis酸中心是反应的催化活性位,酸性主要来源于Al2O3,TiO2起修饰作用,有利于选择性生成碳酸甲丙酯.随着Ti负载量的增加,TiO2在Al2O3表面由高度分散状态向晶态转变,其比表面积逐渐降低,但是TiO2/Al2O3的表面酸性质没有受到显著影响,L酸量先是增加,而后略有下降.当Ti负载量为5%时,DMC的转化率及MPC的选择性分别达到54.3%和88.1%.  相似文献

The aminomethylation of 3-hydroxy-6-methyl- and 3-hydroxy-2-(2-phenylethyl)pyridines by secondary amines has been investigated. It was shown that like 2-alkyl-3-hydroxypyridine aminomethylation is directed primarily to position 6 and then 4 of the pyridine ring. On heating the aminomethyl derivatives of 3-hydroxy-6-methyl- and 3-hydroxy-2-(2-phenylethyl)pyridines with acetic anhydride the corresponding acetoxy derivatives were obtained, which were converted on heating with hydrochloric or hydrobromic acids into hydroxy and bromomethyl derivatives. Isothioureidomethyl and benzimidazolylthiomethyl derivatives were synthesized by heating the bromomethyl-substituted derivative with thiourea or with 2-mercaptobenzimidazole. A series of Bi2O3 were prepared by a facile hydrothermal method using NaOH and ammonia as the mineralizers. The products were characterized by XRD, IR, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra, and photodegradation of Rhodamine B dye. Simply using NaOH to supply a strong base condition, single phase α-Bi2O3 was formed. When changing the amount of NaOH and ammonia, mixed phases of α-Bi2O3, (BiO)4CO3(OH)2 and Bi2O2CO3 were obtained. All samples were found to show photocatalytic activities towards the degradation of Rhodamine B dye under UV light irradiation, in which mixed phase samples showed higher activities than single phase α-Bi2O3 possibly owing to the synergistic effect of the mixed phases.  相似文献

Photo-responsive spiropyran-based compounds, such as, 1′,3′,3′-trimethyl-6-hydroxy-spiro(2H-1-benzopyran-2,2′-indoline) [OHSP], its monomer, such as 1′,3′,3′-trimethyl-6-methacryloyloxy-spiro(2H-1-benzopyran-2,2′-indoline) [MOSP] and its copolymers with methyl methacrylate [MMA] were synthesised using conventional synthetic routes. The copolymerisation was carried out either in tetrahydrofuran [THF] or in toluene using 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile [AIBN] as an initiator. The structures of these materials were investigated using 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. DEPT-135, HCCOSW and COSY45 NMR experiments were used to assign and interpret the complex structure of spiropyran based materials.  相似文献

6-Chloro-2-diethylaminoethyl-3(2H)-pyridazinone was synthesized by the reaction of 6-chloro-3(2H)-pyridazinone and 2-diethylamionethyl chloride reaction in methylbenzene.Then the structure was characterized by means of ^1H NMR,IR,UV.By the method of ab initio HF and density functional theory(DFT) BeLYP,the geometric structures of the reagent intermediate,the product and its isomer were optimized and their total energies were calculated,The properties for the frontier molecular orbitals and the rules for energy distribution were analyzed systematically.It was shown that the energy of the nitrogen alkyl compound is lower than that of the oxy alkyl compound and the former is stable than the latter.This result is in accordance with the fact that 6-chloro-2-diethylaminoethyl-3(2H)-pyridazinone is synthesized by the reaction of 6-chloride-2-diethylaminoethyl-3(2H)-pyridazinone and 2-diethylaminoethyl chloride.  相似文献

Synthesis and Structure of [(Ph3C6H2)Te]2, [(Ph3C6H2)Te(AuPPh3)2]PF6 and [(Ph3C6H2)TeAuI2]2 [(2,4,6-Ph3C6H2)Te]2 reacts with Ph3PAu+ to yield [2,4,6-Ph3C6H2TeAuPPh32]PF6 which can be oxidized by I2 to form the gold(III) complex [(2,4,6-Ph3C6H2)TeAuI2]2. [(2,4,6-Ph3C6H2)Te]2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 810.6(2); b = 2026.5(5); c = 2260.6(7) pm; β = 99.23(3)° and Z = 4. In the crystal structure the ditelluride exhibits a dihedral angle C11? Te1? Te2? C21 of 66.1(2)°. The distance Te1? Te2 is 269.45(6) pm. In the cation of the triclinic complex [(2,4,6-Ph3C6H2)Te(AuPPh3)2]PF6 (space group P1 ; a = 1197.4(3); b = 1457.2(4); c = 1680.0(6) pm; α = 84.69(3)°; β = 85.11(3)°; γ = 75.54(3)°; Z = 2) a pyramidal skeleton RTeAu2 with distances Te? Au = 259.2(1) and 257.8(2) pm and Au? Au = 295.3(1) pm is present. [(2,4,6-Ph3C6H2)TeAuI2]2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 1086.3(3); b = 1462.9(6); c = 1654.2(2) pm; α = 85.25(2)°; β = 87.44(1)°; γ = 80.90(3)°; Z = 2. In the centrosymmetrical dinuclear complex [(2,4,6-Ph3C6H2)TeAuI2]2 the Au atoms exhibit a square-planar coordination by two iodine atoms and two tellurolate ligands. The tellurolate ligands form symmetrical bridges with distances Te? Au = 260.0 pm. The distances Au? I are in the range of 260.3(1) and 263.7(1) pm.  相似文献

Abstract

Benzothiophene -2- carbaldehyde 1 reacted with 2-cyanoethanethioamide 2 in 1:2 molar ratios to give the corresponding 6-amino-4-(benzo[b]thiophen-2-yl)-2-thioxo-1, 2-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarbonitrile 6. The synthetic potentiality of compound 6 was investigated via its reaction with active halogen-containing reagents to afford the corresponding thieno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives 11a,b, 14, 16, and 19. Also, compound 6 reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give the pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 21. Compound 21 condensed with 4-(2-thienyl)benzaldehyde to afford pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 23. Structural elucidation of all the newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds was based on elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, and mass spectra.

Esters andN-methylamides of 2-hydroxyimino- and 2-alkoxyimino-3-(acylhydrazono)-butanoic acids were synthesized by condensation of acyl hydrazines with the corresponding alkyl 2-hydroxyimino- and 2-alkoxyimino-3-oxobutanoates andN-methyl-2-methoxyimino-3-oxobutanamide.
