The S‐functionalized aminosilane Me2Si(NH‐C6H4‐2‐SPh)2 (H2L) ( 1 ) was prepared from dichlorodimethylsilane and lithiated 2‐(phenylthio)aniline. Treatment of compound 1 with two equivalents of n‐butyllithium led to the dilithium derivative Li2L, which was used in subsequent reactions with MCl (M = Tl, Cu, Ag) to prepare the complexes [Tl2L] ( 2 ), [Cu2Tl2L2] · 2THF ( 3a ), [Cu2Tl2L2(THF)2] ( 3b ), and [Ag4L2(THT)2] ( 4 ) (THT = tetrahydrothiophene). Compound 2 consists of two thallium atoms, which are connected by a L2– ligand to give a puckered Tl2N2 ring with Tl–N distances of 255(1)–268(1) pm. Compounds 3a and 3b are heterobimetallic complexes, which are based on [Cu2L2]2– cores featuring a Cu2N4Si2 ring with linearly coordinated copper atoms [Cu–N: 190.7(3)–192.5(3) pm] and two peripherally attached Tl atoms [Tl–N: 272.7(3)–281.9(3) pm]. The molecular structure of the tetranuclear silver(I) complex 4 is closely related to the structure of compounds 3a and 3b by replacement of the Cu and Tl atoms with Ag atoms. The Ag–N distances are 217.5(3)–245.7(3) pm.  相似文献

The Crystal Structure of the Hydrated Cyano Complexes NMe4MnII[(Mn, Cr)III(CN)6] · 3 H2O and NMe4Cd[MIII(CN)6] · 3 H2O (MIII = Fe, Co): Compounds Related to Prussian Blue The crystal structures of the isotypic tetragonal compounds (space group I4, Z = 10) NMe4MnII · [(Mn, Cr)III(CN)6] · 3 H2O (a = 1653.2(4), c = 1728.8(6) pm), NMe4Cd[Fe(CN)6] · 3 H2O (a = 1642.7(1), c = 1733.1(1) pm) and NMe4Cd[Co(CN)6] · 3 H2O (a = 1632.1(2), c = 1722.4(3) pm) were determined by X‐rays. They exhibit ⊥ c cyanobridged layers of octahedra [MIII(CN)6] and [MIIN4(OH2)2], which punctually are interconnected also || c to yield altogether a spaceous framework. The MII atoms at the positions linking into the third dimension are only five‐coordinated and form square pyramids [MIIN5] with angles N–MII–N near 104° and distances of Mn–N: 1 × 214, 4 × 219 pm; Cd–N: 1 × 220 resp. 222, 4 × 226 resp. 228 pm. Further details and structural relations within the family of Prussian Blue are reported and discussed.  相似文献

Preparation, Structure, and Quantum Chemical Calculation of [C(NMe2)3]2[(CO)4FeInCl3] The title compound ( 1 ) has been obtained as colorless crystals by reacting InCl3 with [C(NMe2)3][(CO)4FeC(O)NMe2] in THF solution. The crystal structure determination (monoclinic, C2/c) shows the presence of separate ions with one disordered and one non disordered cation. In the dianion the CO groups of the trigonal bipyramidal coordinated iron atom and the Cl atoms of the tetrahedral coordinated indium atom form a staggered conformation with a relatively short In–Fe bond distance of 252 pm. Quantum Chemical DFT calculations of [CO)4FeInCl3]2– show that the Fe–In bond has a strong ionic character and that it should be considered as an adduct of [Fe(CO)4]2– and InCl3.  相似文献

Polymeric Iodoplumbates – Synthesis and Crystal Structures of (Pr3N–C2H4–NPr3)[Pb6I14(dmf)2] · 4 DMF, (Pr3N–C2H4–NPr3)[Pb(dmf)6][Pb5I14] · DMF, and (Me3N–C2H4–NMe3)2[Pb2I7]I (Pr3N–C2H4–NPr3)[Pb6I14(dmf)2] · 4 DMF ( 1 ) and (Pr3N–C2H4–NPr3)[Pb(dmf)6][Pb5I14] · DMF ( 2 ) have almost the same composition, but completely different structures. Both compounds are formed selectively depending on the reaction and crystallization conditions. In 2 the PbII atoms are coordinated either by six bridging I ligands in the two-dimensional [Pb5I14]4– network or by six DMF ligands in the [Pb(dmf)6]2+ cations. In contrast, (Me3N–C2H4–NMe3)2[Pb2I7]I ( 3 ) contains non-coordinating I anions between the iodoplumbate layers. The iodoplumbate anions in 2 and 3 consist of face and corner sharing PbI6 octahedra, whereas in 1 PbI6 and PbI5(dmf) octahedra share common edges to form a one-dimensional polymeric section of the PbI2 structure. Melting reactions of copper, CuI, selenium, and Bi2Se3 yielded black, shiny needles of Cu4BiSe4I = Cu4BiSe2(Se2)I. The compound decomposes peritectically above 635(5) K and crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a = 960.1(1) pm, b = 413.16(3) pm, and c = 2274.7(2) pm (T = 293(2) K). In the crystal structure, strands ${1}\atop{{\infty}}$ [BiSeSe2/2(Se2)2/2]3– run along [010]. Therein, the bismuth(III) cation is coordinated by five selenium atoms, which form a square pyramid. The copper(I) cations are coordinated tetrahedrally by selenide, diselenide and iodide ions. Edge‐sharing of these tetrahedra results in zigzag chains of copper cations with short distances of 262.7(4) pm. Enhanced dispersion of the 3d bands, the Crystal Orbital Hamilton Populations (COHP), and disynaptic ELI‐D basins indicate weakly attractive d10···d10 interactions between the copper cations. The semiconducting properties and the calculated electronic band structure suggest an electron‐precise compound. In copper‐deficient Cu3.824(8)BiSe4I, the Cu···Cu distances are 5 pm shorter, and Raman spectroscopy indicates the presence of diselenide(1–) radical anions besides the diselenide(2–) groups. As a result, in Cu3.824(8)BiSe4I, selenium coexists in the oxidations states –II, –I, and –0.5.  相似文献

[Na(12-Crown-4)2]2[Ni(Se4)2] · DMF; Synthesis, Crystal Structure, and Magnetic Behaviour The title compound has been prepared from NiCl2 and sodium polyselenide in dimethylformamide solution in the presence of 12-crown-4, forming black crystal needles. They were characterized by an X-ray structure determination, by FIR spectroscopy as well as by the magnetic behaviour. [Na(12-crown-4)2]2[Ni(Se4)2] · DMF crystallizes monoclinically in the space group P21, 3650 observed unique reflections, R = 0.046. Lattice dimensions at ?80°C: a = 1020.3(2); b = 1889.5(2); c = 1498.7(3) pm; β = 108.29(1)°. The compound has an ionic structure, in which the sodium atoms of the [Na(12-crown-4)2]+ cations are coordinated by the oxygen atoms of the crown ether molecules in an antiprismatic fashion. The nickel atom of the anion [Ni(Se4)2]2? is surrounded by four selenium atoms of the tetraselenide chelates in an almost planar environment. The DMF molecules are inserted in the lattice without a bonding interaction. The magnetic susceptibility observed in the temperature interval 4.2 to 330K can be interpreted by means of a 3E ground term and D2 as local symmetry, which was established by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

[SnI8{Fe(CO)4}4][Al2Cl7]2 contains the [SnI8{Fe(CO)4}4]2+ cation with an unprecedented highly coordinated, bicapped SnI8 prism. Given the eightfold coordination with the most voluminous stable halide, it is all the more surprising that this SnI8 arrangement is surrounded only by fragile Fe(CO)4 groups in a clip‐like fashion. Inspite of a predominantly ionic bonding situation in [SnI8{Fe(CO)4}4]2+, the I????I? distances are considerably shortened (down to 371 pm) and significantly less than the van der Waals distance (420 pm). The title compound is characterized by single‐crystal structure analysis, spectroscopic methods (EDXS, FTIR, Raman, UV/Vis, Mössbauer), thermogravimetry, and density functional theory methods.  相似文献

Cluster Synthesis by Photolysis of R3PAuN3. VIII. Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [(Ph3PAu)5Mo(CO)4]PF6 · CH2Cl2 and (Ph3PAu)3Co(CO)3 Photolysis of a mixture of Ph2PAuN3 and Mo(CO)6 in THF yields [(Ph3PAu)5Mo(CO)4]+ (1), which can be crystallized from CH2Cl2/diisopropylether as orange 1 · PF6 · CH2Cl2 with the space group P21/c and a = 1681.4(5), b = 2215.6(12), c = 2761.5(9) pm, β = 91.54(3)°, Z = 4. The Au5Mo center of cluster 1 forms a capped trigonal bipyramid with the Mo atom in equatorial position and almost equal Mo? Au distances between 279.9(5) and 284.6(7) pm to all five Au atoms. The Au? Au distances range from 272.2(4) to 301.3(4) pm. The Mo(CO)4 group causes three v(C0) at 1975, 1915 and 1890cm?1. Reaction of Ph3PAuCo(CO)4 with Ph3PAuPF6 affords the known cluster cation [(Ph3PAu)4Co(CO)3]+ in high yield. It can be degraded with C1? to the neutral cluster (Ph3PAu)3Co(CO)3 (2). 2 forms air stable, yellow crystals with the space group P21/n and a = 1359.4(4), b = 2041.0(5), c = 1853.2(6)pm, β = 91.47(1)°, Z = 4. The Au3Co core of 2 has a tetrahedral structure with distances Co? Au between 250.4(1) and 254.0(2) pm and Au? Au between 279.5(1) and 285.1(1) pm. v(C0) are observed at 1963, 1905 and 1891 cm?1. Reaction of 2 with [(Ph3PAu)4Co(CO)3]+ yields the condensed cluster [(Ph3PAu)6AuCo2(CO)6]+.  相似文献

Oxo-phosphoraneiminato Complexes of Molybdenum and Tungsten. Crystal Structures of [Mo(O)2(NPPh3)2] and [WO(NPPh3)3]2[W6O19] The dioxo-phosphoraneiminato complexes [Mo(O)2(NPPh3)2] ( 1 ) and [W(O)2(NPPh3)2] ( 2 ) originate from hydrolysis of the nitrido complexes [MN(NPPh3)3] (M = Mo, W). They form colourless crystals, which are characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy as well as by mass spectrometry. According to the crystal structure analysis of 1 (space group Fdd2, Z = 8; lattice dimensions at –83 °C: a = 1953.3(1), b = 3275.8(3), c = 953.4(1) pm) there are monomeric molecules with tetrahedrally coordinated molybdenum atoms. The distances MoO of 171.2 pm and MoN of 185.9 pm correspond to double bonds. In dichloromethane solution 2 undergoes further hydrolysis with colourless crystals of [WO(NPPh3)3]2[W6O19] ( 3 ) originating, which are characterized crystallographically (space group Pbcn, Z = 4; lattice dimensions at –50 °C: a = 3225.1(6), b = 1803.6(3), c = 1811.9(3) pm). 3 consists of cations [WO(NPPh3)3]+ with tetrahedrally coordinated tungsten atoms and of the known [W6O19]2– anions. The tungsten atoms of the cations show distances WO of 171.8 pm and WN of 182 pm which correspond to double bonds as in 1 .  相似文献

Chemistry of Polyfunctional Molecules. 133. X‐Ray Crystal Structural, Solid‐state 31P CP/MAS NMR, TOSS, 31P COSY NMR, and Mechanistic Contributions to the Co‐ordination Chemistry of Octacarbonyldicobalt with the Ligands Bis(diphenylphosphanyl)amine, Bis(diphenylphosphanyl)methane, and 1,1,1‐Tris(diphenylphosphanyl)ethane Co2(CO)8 reacts with bis(diphenylphosphanyl)amine, HN(PPh2)2 (Hdppa, 1 ), in two steps to afford the known compound [Co(CO)(Hdppa‐κ2P)2][Co(CO)4] · 2 THF ( 6 a · 2 THF). The intermediate [Co(CO)2(Hdppa‐κ2P) · (Hdppa‐κP)][Co(CO)4] · dioxane · n‐pentane ( 5 · dioxane · n‐pentane) was isolated for the first time and was characterized by X‐ray analysis. The cation 5 + exhibits a slightly distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal geometry. Detailed 31P‐NMR investigations (solid‐state CP/MAS NMR, TOSS, 31P‐COSY, 31P‐EXSY) showed that the additional tautomer [Co(CO)2(Hdppa‐κ2P)(Ph2P–N=P(H)Ph2‐κP)]+ ( 5 ′+) is present in solution. The tautomer equilibrium is slow in the NMR time scale. In contrast to the solid state only tetragonal pyramidal species of 5 are found in solution. At –90 °C there is slow exchange between the three diastereomeric species 5 a +– 5 c +. Compound 5 forms [Co(CO) · (Hdppa‐κ2P)2]BPh4 · THF ( 6 b · THF) in THF with NaBPh4 under CO‐Elimination. A X‐ray diffraction investigation shows that the cation 6 + consists of a slightly distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal co‐ordination polyeder. However, a distorted tetragonal‐pyramidal structure has been found for the cation 7 + of the related compound [Co(CO)(dppm)2][Co(CO)4] · 2 THF ( 7 · 2 THF; dppm = bis(diphenylphosphanyl)methane, Ph2PCH2PPh2). A comparison with the known [8] trigonal‐bipyramidal stereoisomer, ascertained for 7 + of the solvent‐free 7 , is described. In solutions of 6 a · 2 THF and 7 · 2 THF 13C{1H}‐ and 31P{1H}‐NMR spectra indicate an exchange of all CO and organophosphane molecules between cobalt(I) cation and cobalt(–I) anion. A concerted mechanism for the exchange process is discussed. CO elimination leads to discontinuance of the cyclic mechanism by forming binuclear substitution products such as the isolated Co2(CO)2 · (μ‐CO)2(μ‐dppm)2 · 0.83 THF ( 8 · 0.83 THF), which was characterized by spectroscopy and X‐ray analysis. For the dissolved [Co(CO)2CH3C(CH2PPh2)3][Co(CO)4] · 0.83 n‐pentane ( 9 a · 0.83 n‐pentane) no CO and triphos exchange processes between the cation and the anion are observed. Metathesis of 9 a · 0.83 n‐pentane with NaBPh4 yields [Co(CO)2CH3C(CH2PPh2)3]BPh4 ( 9 b ) which has been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The cation shows a small distorted tetragonal‐pyramidal structure.  相似文献
