Amphiphilic conetworks (APCN) are new materials composed of covalently bonded otherwise immiscible hydrophilic and hydrophobic polymer chains. The amphiphilic nature of these new crosslinked polymers is indicated by their swelling ability in both hydrophilic and hydrophobic solvents. Special synthetic techniques have been developed for the preparation of these new unique materials, such as poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)-l-polyisobutylene (PHEMA-l-PIB), poly(methacrylic acid)-l-polyisobutylene (PMAA-l-PIB) and poly(N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)-l-polyisobutylene (PDMAEMA-l-PIB) (-l- stands for linked by). Due to their unique architecture, macrophase separation of the immiscible components is prevented by the chemical bonding in the conetworks. As a results, phase separation leads to nanodomains with usually 2-20 nm domain sizes as shown by AFM measurements. The nanophase separated morphology may also lead to smart temperature responsive gels with high mechanical stability, such as in the case of poly(N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)-l-polyisobutylene APCNs as discovered during these studies. In another approach, poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)-l-polyisobutylene and poly(methacrylic acid)-l-polyisobutylene APCNs were prepared by a special two-step process. The new PMAA-l-PIB polyelectrolyte APCNs possess smart (intelligent) reversible pH-responsive properties in aqueous media. These unique conetwork structures and properties of these new emerging materials may lead to numerous new potential applications, such as smart materialk products, sustained drug release matrices, biomaterials, nanohybrids, nanotemplates etc.  相似文献

A new ligand exchange chiral stationary phase (new CSP) containing residual silanol group‐protecting n‐octyl groups on the silica surface was prepared by treating a ligand exchange CSP (original CSP) based on sodium N‐[(R)‐2‐hydroxy‐1‐phenylethyl]‐N‐undecylaminoacetate bonded to silica gel with excess n‐octyltriethoxysilane. The new and original CSPs containing an identical amount of chiral selector were applied to the resolution of α‐amino acids and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) including omeprazole, pantoprazole, lansoprazole, and rabeprazole. The separation factors (α) and resolutions (RS) were greater on the new CSP than on the original CSP except for the resolution of asparagine. The trends of the retention factors (k1) for the resolution of α‐amino acids on the new and original CSPs with the variation of the organic modifier content in aqueous mobile phase were opposite to those for the resolution of PPIs. Removal of the nonenantioselective interactions between the residual silanol groups and the analytes and the improved lipophilicity of the new CSP were proposed to be responsible for the improved chiral recognition ability of the new CSP and the different retention behaviors of the enantiomers between the new and original CSPs.  相似文献

Two new isoaurones derivatives were obtained from Callistephus chinensis flower. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses. Both of the new compounds were evaluated cytotoxic activity. Phytochemical investigation of Callistephus chinensis flower led to the isolation of two new isoaurones derivatives (Z)-4′,4,10-trihydroxy-siamaurone (1) and (E)-4′,4,10-trihydroxy-siamaurone (2). The structures of these new compounds were identified by the interpretation of spectroscopic data (mainly 1D and 2D NMR) and by comparison with data reported in the literature. Both of the new compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Two new ergostane derivatives, 12β,15α,25,26‐tetrahydroxyergosta‐4,6,8(14),22‐tetraen‐3‐one ( 1 ) and 12β,15α,25,28‐tetrahydroxyergosta‐4,6,8(14),22‐tetraen‐3‐one ( 2 ), and a new aranotin‐type diketopiperazine, bisdethiobis(methylsulfanyl)apoaranotin ( 3 ), were isolated from the fungus Aspergillus terreus BCC 4651. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by means of NMR spectroscopic and MS analyses.  相似文献

A new eremophilane sesquiterpene, (2β)‐2‐deoxo‐2‐methoxytessaric acid ( 1 ), and two new eudesmane sesquiterpenes, (3β,10α)‐3‐methoxyleudesma‐4,11(13)‐dien‐12‐oic acid ( 2 ) and (3α,4β,8α)‐4‐(acetyloxy)‐3‐(2,3‐dihydroxy)‐2‐methyl‐1‐oxobutoxy‐8‐hydroxyeudesm‐7(11)‐eno‐12,8‐lactone ( 3 ), along with the ten known compounds 4 – 13 were isolated from the aerial parts of Laggera pterodonta. Two new biflavones, (aR)‐3′‐methoxycupressuflavone ( 1 ) and (aR)‐3′,3′′′‐dimethoxycupressuflavone ( 2 ), and two new furanone glucosides, zabeliosides A and B ( 3 and 4 , resp.), along with two known biflavones, cupressuflavone ( 5 ) and amentoflavone ( 6 ), were isolated from the leaves of Zabelia tyaihyonii. One new diacylglycoside named lyciumaside ( 1 ) and a new sesquiterpene lactone named lyciumate ( 2 ) were isolated from Lycium shawii Roem . & Schult . The structures of the two new compounds were elucidated based on 1D‐ (1H‐ and 13C‐NMR and NOE) and 2D‐NMR (COSY, HSQC, and HMBC) spectroscopic techniques, and mass spectrometry (ESI‐MS). Preliminary evaluations demonstrated lyciumaside ( 1 ) possesses strong antioxidant activity with an IC50 = 30 μg/ml (80% inhibition) while it was inactive in α‐glucosidase and urease enzymes assays.  相似文献

The five new lignans designated 3′,4′‐de‐O‐methylenehinokinin ( 1 ), taiwaninolide ( 2 ), 8′‐hydroxysavinin ( 3 ), isoguamarol ( 4 ), and 4′‐O‐methylsalicifolin ( 5 ), as well as the new 4‐(3,4‐dimethoxybenzyl)dihydro‐3‐(4‐hydroxybenzyl)furan‐2(3H)‐one ( 6 ) were isolated from the roots of Taiwania cryptomerioides, besides the three known compounds hinokinin ( 8 ), savinin ( 9 ), and 3,4‐de‐O‐methylenehinokinin ( 7 ). The structures of the new constituents were elucidated through chemical and spectral studies. A compound previously isolated from the heartwood of Chamaecyparis obtusa var. formosana was assigned structure 1 ; however, this structure has now been revised to be 3,4‐de‐O‐methylenehinokinin ( 7 ).  相似文献

A new phenlypropanoid glycoside has been isolated from the methanolic extract of the aerial parts of Stachys lavandulifolia (Lamiaceae), lavandulifolioside (1) . On the basis of chemical and spectral data the structure of the new compound 1 has been elucidated as β-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl O-α-L -arabinopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L -rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-4-O-caffeoyl-β-D -glucopyranoside.  相似文献

Investigation of the wood of Cunninghamia konishii resulted in the isolation and characterization of one new abietane diterpenoid, (6α,7β)‐7,8‐epoxy‐6‐hydroxyabieta‐9(11),13‐dien‐12‐one ( 1 ), and two new labdane diterpenoids, (12R)‐12‐hydroxylabda‐8(17),13(16),14‐trien‐19‐oic acid ( 2 ) and (12R)‐12‐hydroxylabda‐8(17),13(16),14‐trien‐18‐oic acid ( 3 ). One new iridoid glucoside, 4″‐Oβ‐D ‐glucosyl‐6′‐O‐(4‐Oβ‐D ‐glucosylcaffeoyl)linearoside ( 1 ), and two new secoiridoid glucosides, 6′‐O‐acetylsweroside ( 2 ) and 6′‐O‐acetyl‐3′‐O‐[3‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)‐2‐hydroxybenzoyl]sweroside ( 3 ), were isolated from the dried roots of Gentiana manshurica (Gentianaceae), together with 11 known ones, including one iridoid glucoside, five secoiridoid glucosides, and five triterpenes. A new conjugated polymer PBDTT‐ID based on N‐alkylated isoindigo (ID) and bis(2,3‐dialkylthienyl)‐substituted benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene (BDTT) as repeating units was synthesized. It had an optical bandgap of 1.56 eV and a highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of ?5.71 eV. The optical, electrochemical, and photovoltaic properties of new polymer were compared with previous reported polymer PBDT‐ID , which was based on bis(alkoxy)‐substituted benzo[1,2‐b:4,5‐b′]dithiophene. The new polymer displayed lower HOMO energy level and better absorption properties than polymer PBDT‐ID . The solar cells fabricated with PBDTT‐ID /PC61BM (1:2, w/w) blends as active layers exhibited photoresponse in the range of 300–800 nm. A power conversion efficiency of 4.02% and an open circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.94 V were achieved in polymer solar cell device based on the new polymer. This was the highest Voc realized among the isoindigo‐based polymers. The relatively high performances of new polymer in solar cell devices were interpreted in terms of material properties and morphologies of polymer/PCBM blends. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new one-step synthesis of 2 (1H)-quinoxalinone oxime ( 3 ) from (1,2-benzenediamine ( 1 ) and s-trans-chloroethanedial dioxime ( 2 ) is described. A new diterpenoid, guan fu diterpenoid A ( 1 ), and a new diterpenoid alkaloid, guan fu base S ( 2 ), were isolated from the Chinese medicinal herb Aconitum coreanum (Lèvl. ) Rapaics , together with five known diterpenoid alkaloids guan fu base P, guan fu base R, guan fu base G, guan fu base F, and guan fu base Z. The structures of the two new compounds were elucidated as ent‐kaurane‐16,20‐diol ( 1 ) and (11β,13S)‐2,3,15,16‐tetradehydro‐16,17‐dihydrohetisan‐11,13,14‐triol 11,13‐diacetate ( 2 ) on the basis of HR‐MS and 2D‐NMR analyses. One new anthraquinone glycoside, 6‐O‐(α‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐d‐ glucopyranosyl)emodin ( 1 ), and two new sesquilignans, seslignanoccidentaliols A ( 2 ) and B ( 3 ), were isolated from the whole plant of Cassia occidentalis. The structures of the new compounds were established by means of spectroscopic methods, especially 2D‐NMR data (1H,1H‐COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and ROESY), as well as HR‐ESI‐MS analysis. One previously reported sesquilignan, erythro‐guaiacylglycerol‐βO‐4′‐(5′)‐methoxylariciresinol, was revised to be seslignanoccidentaliol A ( 2 ). The 6‐O‐(α‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→6)‐β‐d‐ glucopyranosyl)emodin ( 1 ) exhibited moderate anti‐HIV‐1 activity with an EC50 value of 2.90 μg/ml and a therapeutic‐index (TI) value of 260.  相似文献

Three new polymeric chiral stationary phases were synthesized based on (1S,2S)-1,2-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)ethylenediamine, (1S,2S)-1,2-bis(2-chlorophenyl)ethylenediamine, and (1S,2S)-1,2-di-1-naphthylethylenediamine via a simple free-radical-initiated polymerization in solution. These monomers are structurally related to (1S,2S)-1,2-diphenylethylenediamine which is the chiral monomer used for the commercial P-CAP-DP polymeric chiral stationary phase (CSP). The performance of these three new chiral stationary phases were evaluated in normal phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and supercritical fluid chromatography and the results were compared with those of the P-CAP-DP column. All three new phases showed enantioselectivity for a large number of racemates with a variety of functional groups, including amines, amides, alcohols, amino acids, esters, imines, thiols, and sulfoxides. In normal phase, 68 compounds were separated with 28 baseline separations (Rs ≥ 1.5) and in SFC, 65 compounds were separated with 24 baseline separations. In total 72 out of 100 racemates were separated by these CSPs with 37 baseline separations. Complimentary separation capabilities were observed for many analytes. The new polymeric CSPs showed similar or better enantioselectivities compared with the commercial column in both HPLC and SFC. However, faster separations were achieved on the new stationary phases. Also, it was shown that these polymeric stationary phases have good sample loading capacities while maintaining enantioselectivity.  相似文献
