采用碱性溶液加速溶剂萃取(ASE)/离子色谱(IC)法测定,建立了菊花中SO2残留的分析方法。粉碎后的样品以碱性溶液为萃取溶剂,经加速溶剂萃取仪提取,C18固相萃取(SPE)净化后,以碳酸盐为淋洗液,IonPac AS9-HC离子色谱柱分离,电导检测器进行检测。结果表明,SO2(以SO2-3计)在0.5~50 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.999 7),检出限(LOD)为0.05 mg·L-1,定量下限(LOQ)为0.17 mg·L-1。以空白菊花样品为基体,在低、中、高3个浓度水平下的平均加标回收率为82.9%~92.6%,RSD(n=6)小于5.0%。与传统方法相比,该方法具有自动化程度和提取效率高的优点,适合于批量测定菊花中的SO2残留。 相似文献

The generation of negative ions from SO2 in the gas phase was studied using the thermal surface ionization method. Six anion types were measured: O−, S−, SO−, and SO2− and anions with m/z=96 and m/z=128. The most abundant anion formed was S− and the formation routes are discussed for each of the six anions. O−, S−, and SO− are formed via dissociative electron attachment to the molecule, whereas the generation of SO2− and anions with m/z=96 and m/z=128 are probably associated with the formation of H2SO4 in the gas inlet system and the ion source. Using statistical thermodynamics the dissociation temperatures of SO2 and SO in the gas phase are calculated and values of above 1800 °C are obtained for both molecules. We also estimated the optimal filament temperatures for the formation of all anions measured, indicating that for SO2 the optimal temperature is related to the electron affinity of the molecules: the optimal temperature increases with decreasing value of the electron affinity for the molecule corresponding to the respective anion. 相似文献

对钙钛矿LaCoO3在含氧气氛下的预硫化过程进行了研究.结果表明,在一定含氧气氛下硫化后的LaCoO3催化剂,用于含氧气氛下CO还原SO2反应具有很高的活性.XRD物相分析结果表明,硫化后的LaCoO3仍保持钙钛矿物相结构,但同时出现新的硫化物La2O2S和氧化物Co3O4物相.通过对硫化前后的催化剂进行O2-TPD和SO2-TPD分析,认为CO还原SO2反应机理可能是在一定的温度下,在钙钛矿LaCoO3上发生CO氧化燃烧反应,在硫化物La2O2S上发生CO还原SO2反应,两者相互促进. 相似文献

建立了一种离子色谱电导检测法测定水基胶黏剂中氨残留的方法。样品经10 mmol/L盐酸水溶液振荡、离心、过滤提取后,采用阳离子交换色谱柱分离和电导检测。在优化实验条件下,样品中的氨在0.05~2.0 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.999 8),加标回收率在93%~102%之间,相对标准偏差不高于4.3%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.007 mg/L,定量下限(S/N=10)为0.024 mg/L。结果表明该方法能够达到定量检测的目的。将该方法用于实际样品检测,结果可靠。通过对氨的稳定性实验发现,处理好的样品宜在12 h内测定。 相似文献

依据在微碱性条件下,亚硫酸根离子可与孔雀绿溶液发生加成反应并使其褪色的原理,建立了气体扩散耦合顺序注射分光光度法测定葡萄酒中二氧化硫的新方法。当接收液流速为1.2mL/min和4.2mL/min时,方法的线性响应范围分别为1.0~5.0μg/mL和5.0~50.0μg/mL,方法的检出限为0.33μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤0.43%,对葡萄酒样中二氧化硫测定的加标回收率为98.7%~104.7%。 相似文献

建立了一种确定二氧化硫测定过程中烟气预处理器适用范围的方法。通过使用模拟烟气检测平台,分析了使用烟气预处理器条件下,湿度和二氧化硫设定浓度变化对二氧化硫浓度测定值及二氧化硫其损失的影响,确定了二氧化硫损失率小于5%时烟气预处理器的适用范围:二氧化硫含量大于91.9 mg/m3时,湿度不大于15.1%;二氧化硫含量在33.0~91.9 mg/m3之间时,湿度不大于10.4%。该方法有助于提高二氧化硫检测和排污总量核算的准确性。 相似文献

以二氧化硫纯度标准物质和高纯氮气为原料,采用与一级标准物质比较法制备了摩尔分数为10~100μmol/mol的氮中二氧化硫标准物质。用二氧化硫分析仪对配制的标准物质进行了机械混匀试验、压力均匀性和时间稳定性试验。结果表明,滚动30~80 min后该标准物质机械混匀良好;经F检验,在10~0.5 MPa范围内该标准物质量随压力变化无显著差异,具有较好的压力均匀性;在–20℃和40℃条件下保存7 d,其量值无显著变化,可满足运输环节量值稳定性要求;在常温下贮存11个月,量值无显著性变化,满足国家二级标准物质稳定性要求。采用与一级标准物质比较法定值,并对定值结果的不确定度进行了评定。研制的低浓度氮中二氧化硫气体标准物质的标准值分别为9.89,55.4,101.2μmol/mol(U_(rel)=2%,k=2),该标准物质满足国家二级标准物质的相关技术要求,可用于仪器校准、测量过程质量控制及分析方法的确认和评价。 相似文献

A series of cyclopentadienylnickelthiolate complexes, [Ni(PBu3)(η5‐C5H5)(SC6H4X‐4)] (X=F, Cl, Br, NH2), were shown to express stable reversible electrochemical properties even after formation of SO2 adducts in organic phase consisting of argon purged CH2Cl2/0.1 M [n‐Bu4N][BF4]. The formal potentials (E°′) values of the compounds ranged from 265 to 431 mV/Ag‐AgCl depending on the para substituent of the benzene thiolate ligand. Electrochemical, UV‐vis and 1H NMR spectroscopic analyses show that the formation of SO2 adducts causes the perturbation of the electronic density of the nickel metal center, indicated by shifts in the E°′ values of the NiII/III redox couple that is dependent on SO2 concentration. The detection limits of the resulting organic phase electrochemical gas sensor system was as low as 0.56 ppm SO2 for the fluoro complex, while the linear range was as high as 700–2000 ppm SO2 for the amino complex. 相似文献

The feasibility of photocatalytic reduction of nitrobenzene using titanium dioxide powder as photocatalyst, under the protection of nitrogen and presence of hole scavenger conditions, was studied. Effects of the illumination time, amount of catalyst and sorts of solvent on the photocatalytic reduction of nitrobenzene were investigated, respectively. The results showed that, for the photocatalytic reduction of nitrobenzene, aniline was the main product. When the illumination time was 6 h, 8.15×10?4 mol/L of nitrobenzene could be photocatalytically reduced completely, with the yield of aniline being 88.5%. The optimum amount of TiO2 used was 4.0 g/L, the optimum initial pH value of reaction solution was 4.0 and the best solvent was methanol. The kinetics and mechanisms of the photocatalytic reduction of nitrobenzene were also discussed. 相似文献
