The alkaloids of the epigeal part and roots of the plantGlaucium fimbrilligerum have been studied. A total of 18 alkaloids has been isolated, of which epiglaufidine proved to be new, and its structure has been established. Columbamine has been isolated from the genusGlaucium for the first time, and magnoflorine and stilopine -hydroxymethylate from this species of plant for the first time.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. In an investigation of the total alkaloids ofMerendera robusta Bge, family Liliaceae from various growth sites as a promising raw material for obtaining colchamine and colchicine we have isolated for the first time merenderine and the new homoaporphine alkaloids merobustine and merobustinine, the structures of which have been established by chemical and spectral methods as 1,12-dihydroxy-2,10,11-trimethoxyhomoaporphine and 2,11-dihydroxy-1,10,12-trimethoxyhomoaporphine.Tashkent State University. The alkaloid composition of the leaves ofBerberis turcomanica has been studied. Together with known 1-benzylisoquinoline alkaloids, we isolated a new one — turcomanidine, the structure of which has been established by chemical transformations and a study of spectral characteristics. Of the known alkaloids, N-methylcorydaldine has been detected in plants of the Berberis genus for the first time.Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 6, pp. 885–888, November–December, 1996. Summary By separating the total alkaloids ofV.erecta according to their basicities in an APS, in addition to bases known previously we have isolated ervincidine, apovincamine, (+)-quebrachamine, dl-eburnamine, (–)-1,2-dehydroaspidospermidine, and kopsanone. This is the first time that these alkaloids have been obtained from this plant. Thin-layer chromatography showed the presence of another 10–12 uncharacterized alkaloids. The region of the passage into the buffer solutions of some alkaloids has also been established.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR. Summary 1. Alkaloids of the pyrrolizidine series (platyphylline and seneciphylline) have been isolated by an electrochemical method from the herbSenecio platyphylloides. The amount of alkaloids extracted into the catholyte depends on the current strength and the time of electrodialysis.2. It has been established that the N-oxide forms of the alkaloids are reduced during the dialysis process.Zaporozh'e Medical Institute. The alkaloid composition of young shoots and leaves ofBerberis heteropoda Schrenk has been studied. In addition to known alkaloids, two new ones have been isolated — N-methyldihydroberberine and 8-oxoberberrubine, the structures of which were established by chemical transformations and a study of spectral properties. Of known alkaloids, berbamunine, aromoline, glaucine, thalicmidine, isocorydine, and reticuline have been found in this plant for the first time. Pseudopalmitine and laudanosine have been found for the first time in plants of the genusBerberis.Andizhan State Medical Institute. Papaver fugax growing on the shore of Lake Kazenoi Am in the Checheno-Ingushskii ASSR at the boundary with the Dagestan ASSR has yielded 0.39% of alkaloids. Seven alkaloids have been isolated, of which cheilanthifoline, scoulerine, and reticuline have been detected in this species for the first time, while it is the first time that d-remeroline has been found in a plant of thePapaver genus.Pyatigorsk Pharmaceutical Institute. Summary The alkaloids ofMerendera iolantae E. Czerniak have been studied for the first time. The total alkaloids consist of tropolone compounds and bases without a tropolone ring. From this plant we isolated the known alkaloids colchicine, colchamine, -lumicolchicine, colchameine, and 2-demethylcolchiceine, and four new, nontropolone, bases — MI-1 (iolantamine), MI-2, MI-3, and MI-4. The presence of colchiceine, 3-demethylcolchamine, and two unknown bases with R f 0.49 and 0.53 was shown by chromatographic methods.A developed formula has been put forward for iolantamine on the basis of its spectral characteristics.V. From the epigeal part ofOxytropis muricata growing on Mongolian territory we have isolated the new alkaloid muricatide, the known alkaloids N-benzoyl-2-hydroxyphenethylamine and N-nicotinoyl-2-hydroxyphenethylamine, and the flavonoids robinin and kaempferol. On the basis of spectral characteristics, the structure of muricatide has been established as N-benzoyl-2-acetoxyphenethylamine, and this has been confirmed by partial synthesis. Muricatide was known previously as a synthetic compound but this is the first time that it has been found in Nature.Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 3, pp. 424–427, May–June, 1997.  相似文献

The alkaloids skimmianine, dubinidine, foliosidine, graveoline, and compounds (I) and (II) have been isolated from the epigeal part of the plantHaplophyllum foliosum Vved. (family Rutaceae). On the basis of the spectral characteristics of (I) and its 0-isopropylidene derivative it has been established that the compound is the alkaloid edulinine. Substance (II) was identified as ferulic acid by direct comparison with an authentic sample. This is the first time that edulinine and ferulic acid have been detected in plants of the genusHaplophyllum.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. In addition to the alkaloids known previously from this plant, haplofoline and folifine, from the epigeal part ofHaplophyllum foliosum we have isolated norgraveoline with mp 288–289°C (decomp. from acetone), and myrtopsine with mp 201–202°C (from chloroform), []D-5° (c 0.05; methanol), which were first obtained fromHaplophyllum dubium andMyrtopsis sellingii, respectively. We have confirmed by the PMR-spectroscopic method the positions of the substituents in the dihydrofuran ring of myrtopsine suggested previously on the basis of biogenetic considerations. In addition, it has been established that the substituents are present in the trans form. This is the first time that myrtopsine has been detected in plants of the genusHaplophyllum.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent.
