采用原子层沉积(ALD)技术在石英管表面制备了薄膜,研究了该薄膜的均匀性,以及石英管的内径、外径、长度对沉积薄膜均匀性的影响。以单波长减反射膜为研究对象,实验测试的反射光谱与仿真结果一致,石英管表面最低反射率可降至0.17%。忽略夹具影响,石英管外壁与内壁的减反射薄膜的非均匀性基本一致,在±1.69%范围内,内外壁表面减反射薄膜的厚度和中心波长相同,且石英管尺寸对内外壁薄膜均匀性无明显影响。利用ALD技术可在大曲率元件的内外表面沉积厚度偏差小且均匀性分布相似的减反射薄膜。 相似文献

薄膜吸收是降低膜层激光损伤阈值的重要原因,为了研究薄膜吸收对激光损伤阈值的影响,对HfO2单层膜在1 064 nm处的吸收及其在不同波长激光辐照下的损伤阈值进行了测试和分析。研究结果表明:薄膜的激光损伤阈值由薄膜吸收平均值(决定于薄膜中缺陷的种类和数量)和吸收均匀性(决定于薄膜中缺陷的分布)共同决定;根据HfO2单层膜在1064 nm波长处的吸收值,不但可以定性判断薄膜在1 064 nm波长,而且还可以判断在其它波长激光辐照下的抗激光损伤能力。 相似文献

对新型聚合物光子材料杂萘联苯型聚芳醚砜硐(PPESK)波导薄膜的成膜工艺进行了系统的研究。分析了溶剂吸水性对成膜质量的影响,并通过氮气保护的方法获得了具有良好均一性的波导薄膜,其厚度一致性可优于1%,折射率一致性优于0.03%。采用棱镜耦合技术测量分析了PPESK波导薄膜的折射率、双折射、热光系数等光学特性,测量得到该材料在1310 nm波长处的损耗小于0.24 dB/cm,在1550 nm波长处的损耗小于0.52 dB/cm,表明该材料是一类性能良好的聚合物光子材料。 相似文献

利用原子层沉积技术在具有二维结构的石英玻璃上制备出二氧化钛(TiO2)薄膜,并在不同的温度下进行退火处理。对样品的晶体结构、表面形貌、表面粗糙度以及光谱特性进行研究,结果表明:当热处理温度为200~400℃时,所制备的二氧化钛薄膜具有较好的锐钛矿结构,无其他杂相存在。随着热处理温度的增加,薄膜晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,薄膜折射率变大,但表面粗糙度均小于0.4 nm。研究了由单层二维结构光栅和光波导层(二氧化钛薄膜)组成的导模共振滤波器,采用严格耦合波理论分析了该装置在不同条件下的光谱特性。结果表明,通过改变光波导层二氧化钛薄膜的折射率,可以控制该装置共振波长的位置,并保持窄线宽特性。该装置的波长控制范围为946.9~967.9 nm,半峰全宽小于0.8 nm。 相似文献

The dye 1,4-bis(9-ethyl-3-carbazovinylene)-2-methoxy-5-(2′-ethyl-hexyloxy)-benzene (abbreviated 2CzV-MEH-B) dissolved in tetrahydrofuran (THF) and as neat film is characterised by optical absorption and emission spectroscopy. The absorption and stimulated emission cross-section spectra, the fluorescence quantum distributions, fluorescence quantum yields, degrees of fluorescence polarisation, and fluorescence lifetimes are determined. A lasing characterisation is carried out by pumping with single second harmonic pulses of a mode-locked ruby laser (wavelength 347.15 nm, pulse duration 35 ps). The excited-state absorption at the pump laser wavelength is determined by saturable absorption measurements. Laser oscillation of the dye in THF in a rectangular cell is achieved by transverse pumping using the uncoated cell windows for light feedback. From the emission behaviour around threshold the excited-state absorption cross-section spectrum in the laser active spectral region is extracted. The wave-guided travelling-wave lasing behaviour of the dye as neat film is studied by analysis of the amplification of the transverse pumped spontaneous emission. Surface emitting distributed-feedback lasing was achieved with a neat film on corrugated second-order periodic gratings. 相似文献

通过对新型的染料LB膜(花氰-花生酸复合LB膜)的吸收光谱的测试,说明了LB膜中染料分子H-聚体结构的存在,而在立体简并四波混频实验中观察到这种LB膜具有可逆的光学记录与擦除效应,实验表明,在其中建立一个稳定的光栅,所用的记录光脉冲强度为30MW/cm~2,需要的累积记录时间为80ns(10个脉冲).最后在简化的三能级系统中,以分子处于各态的布居光栅模型说明了光致H-聚体,单体之间的转化是这种光学记录效应的主要原因. 相似文献

The quest for materials exhibiting high nonlinear refraction and absorption are required for photonic device application. In this paper we report a simplified Z-scan technique, to study the optical nonlinearity of the dye bromocresol purple in methanol and ethanol for different concentration and dye doped polymer film at the wavelength 532 nm of Nd:YAG laser. The experimental results show that the investigated organic dye molecule exhibits saturation absorption and negative nonlinearity. The nonlinear absorption co-efficient and the nonlinear refractive index were measured for the dye doped film, and for dye in methanol and ethanol at the concentration of 0.03 mM and 0.05 mM. The measured third order susceptibility was found to be of the order of 10−6 e.s.u. in both solid and liquid medium. The result shows that the dye has potential applications in nonlinear optics. 相似文献

A new structural waveguide, which is referred to as a channel-planar composite optical waveguide (COWG), has been fabricated by sputtering of a titanium dioxide (TiO>(2)) film onto a glass substrate with potassium ion-exchanged channel waveguides. By use of a mask during deposition, the TiO(2) film was formed into a 27-nm-thick, 5-mm-wide strip with two 1-mm-long tapered ends perpendicular to the channel waveguides. Adiabatic transition of the TE(00) mode and the TE(00)- TM(00) mode separation inside such a channel-planar COWG were demonstrated by combination of theoretical analysis and measurement of the experimental attenuation that arises from scattering loss and evanescent-field dye absorption. Changing the superstrate index in the region of the TiO(2) film in the channel-planar COWG yielded polarimetric interference patterns. This new technique can be applied to integrated optical chemical and biological sensors to produce enhanced sensitivity. 相似文献

The two-photon absorption spectrum of CdS in the wavelength region of the free and bound exciton lines has been measured using a pulsed dye laser and a differential transmittance technique. An intense absorption band is observed which is possibly due to the interference of the contributions of different intermediate states to the interband two-photon absorption. Thin films of four nickel(II) and copper(II) hydrazone complexes, which will hopefully be used as recording layers for the
next-generation of high-density recordable disks, were prepared by using the spin-coating method. Absorption spectra of the
thin films on K9 optical glass substrates in the 300–700 nm wavelength region were measured. Optical constants (complex refractive
indices N) and thickness d of the thin films prepared on single-crystal silicon substrates in the 275–675 nm wavelength region
were investigated on a rotating analyzer-polarizer scanning ellipsometer by fitting the measured ellipsometric angles (Ψ(λ)
and Δ(λ)) with a 3-layer model (Si/dye film/air). The dielectric functions ε and absorption coefficients α as a function of
the wavelength were then calculated. Additionally, a design to achieve high reflectivity and optimum dye film thickness with
an appropriate reflective layer was performed with the Film Wizard software using a multilayered model (PC substrate/reflective
layer/dye film/air) at 405 nm wavelength.

通过理论分析和实验测量,研究准波导结构染料薄膜中荧光和放大自发辐射(ASE)的泄漏模特性。理论上,考虑薄膜传输损耗及染料吸收损耗对准波导结构中泄漏模特性的影响,通过计算准波导结构中泄漏模的光强分布,给出了相应的物理机制分析;实验上,以棱镜为衬底制备染料薄膜,根据棱镜耦合法测量不同出射角对应的泄漏模的荧光与ASE光谱,验证理论的正确性。此外,采用光束分析仪探测各泄漏模式对应的荧光及ASE的光强分布,研究了准波导结构中ASE的激励特性。结果证明,荧光峰及ASE峰的红移以及泄漏模的激发是界面反射率、薄膜传输损耗及染料吸收损耗等共同作用的结果,而界面反射率对ASE泄漏模激发特性有重要影响,染料的自吸收是荧光峰及ASE峰产生红移的主要因素。 相似文献

The fluorescence and absorption spectra of Rose Bengal dye in aqueous solution have been studied in the presence of various nonionic, anionic and cationic surfactants. With cationic and nonionic surfactants, shifts occur in the absorption and emission peaks of the dye solution, with a large enhancement in the absorption and fluorescence intensity at the shifted λmax. No appreciable change in the absorption and fluorescence spectra of the dye has been observed on the addition of anionic surfactants.All the changes observed in the absorption and fluorescence spectra of the dye solution with surfactants may be attributed, to binding of the surfactant with dye molecules and the disaggregation of the dye multimer forms into the monomeric form. 相似文献
