集成光学声光可调谐光谱仪的特性分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
提出了一种以集成光学声光可调谐滤波器作为分光元件的新型光谱仪 ,并详细介绍了这种光谱仪的具体特性。通过对这种光谱仪的特征方程、点扩展函数以及色散本领的详细分析 ,指出该光谱仪的分辨本领与器件的声光作用长度成正比 ,也与它的级联级数的平方根成正比。因此增加器件的声光作用长度比增加它的级联级数能更有效地提高光谱分辨率。另外还指出 ,准共线声光耦合是抑制侧瓣、提高分辨本领的有效途径。测试表明 ,当声光相互作用长度L =2 5mm ,声波导和光波导的夹角θ=0 .4 2°时 ,在中心频率 174MHz附近可获得带宽 1.4 4nm ,一级侧瓣 - 13.2dB ,模式转换效率大于 99%的结果。 相似文献

集成光学声光可调谐滤波器 (AOTF)有很多优点 ,特别是它可以同时滤出多个波长 ,因此在波分复用(WDM)光纤通信网络中有重要应用。针对其这种特性 ,运用耦合模理论 ,导出了同时存在两束声波时的严格的耦合模方程。在此基础上 ,得到滤波特性的数值解 ,分析了多波长同时运用时 ,滤波器的主峰强度、中心波长和 3dB带宽随时间的波动 ,同时也分析了当信道间隔较小时滤波特性失真严重、噪声较高的原因。在分析了共线型声光可调谐滤波器多波长同时运用所存在缺点的基础上 ,提出利用准共线模转换器来改善声光可调谐滤波器多波长同时运用的性能。 相似文献

为了在15视场角范围内获得工作谱段范围在400 nm~ 900 nm声光可调谐滤波器(AOTF)成像光谱仪系统的二维空间信息以及一维光谱信息,设计了一种应用于AOTF 成像光谱仪的光学系统。介绍AOTF的工作原理,根据AOTF 成像光谱仪总体方案,对前置系统及后置成像系统进行了设计。设计中前置系统采用倒置的伽利略望远镜结构,后置成像系统采用改进的库克三片式结构。最终完成了一个焦距为19.311 mm,F数为12.3,在34 lp/ mm 的空间频率下各视场调制传递函数( MTF) 均值大于0.5的光学系统。 相似文献

In this work, a new architecture for a ring resonator tunable optical filter is proposed. In this architecture, two rings are connected to each other by a directional coupler and tuning is achieved through the control of the separation between the coupler two parallel guides using a micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) actuator. The optical performance of the filter is tested using the FDTD and an analytical model is developed to predict its performances. We present an analytical and numerical analysis of a simple wavelength or polarization filter/combiner constructed from three single-mode rectangular waveguides. The device has the advantage of easy fabrication using existing planar light guide techniques and can be designed to discriminate between optical signals with distinct polarizations at a given wavelength or between signals at a fixed polarization with a wavelength separation of 9~nm or more. In this paper, we design and fabricate a silicon integrated optical filter consisting of two cascaded micro-ring resonators and two straight waveguides. Two micro-heaters are fabricated on the top of two micro-rings respectively, which are employed to modulate the micro-rings to perform the function of a tunable optical filter by the thermo–optic effect. The static response test indicates that the extinction ratio and 3-d B bandwidth are 29.01 d B and 0.21 nm respectively, the dynamic response test indicates that the 10%–90% rise and 90%–10% fall time of the filter are 16 μs and 12 μs, respectively,which can meet the requirements of optical communication and information processing. Finally, the power consumption of the device is also characterized, and the total power consumption is about 9.43 m W/nm, which has been improved efficiently. 相似文献
