Detailed protonation experiments of the [5,6]-pinenebipyridine molecule and the unsubstituted [4,5]- and [5,6]-CHIRAGEN[0] ligands in various solvents indicate a variety of structures of the protonated species. UV-visible and NMR measurements (including (15)N chemical shifts) show the transition from trans to cis conformation of [5,6]-pinenebipyridine upon protonation. The [4,5]-CHIRAGEN[0] ligand, in which the protonation sites of the nitrogen atom donors are at opposite sides of the molecule, behave essentially like two independent bipyridine moieties; this behaviour was monitored by UV-visible, CD and NMR spectroscopy (including (15)N data). In the case of the [5,6]-CHIRAGEN[0], a pocket of donor atoms provides a chiral environment for two protons per ligand.  相似文献

A series of four phenanthro[4,5‐fgh]quinoxaline‐fused subphthalocyanine derivatives 0 – 3 containing zero, one, two, and three phenanthro[4,5‐fgh]quinoxaline moieties, respectively, were isolated from the mixed cyclotrimerization reaction of 2,9‐di‐tert‐butylphenanthro[4,5‐fgh]quinoxaline‐5,6‐dicarbonitrile with 4,5‐bis(2,6‐diisopropylphenoxy)phthalonitrile and characterized by a series of spectroscopic methods including MALDI‐TOF mass, 1H NMR, electronic absorption, magnetic circular dichroism (MCD), and fluorescence spectroscopy. The molecular structures for the compounds 0 and 2 were clearly revealed on the basis of single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Their electrochemical properties were also studied by cyclic voltammetry. In particular, theoretical calculations in combination with the electronic absorption and electrochemical analyses revealed the significant influence of the fused‐phenanthro[4,5‐fgh]quinoxaline units on the electronic structures.  相似文献

A series of C2‐symmetric chiral tetra‐dentate ligands were prepared by using [4,5]‐ or [5,6]‐pinene‐fused 2,2′‐bipyridyl units that are supported across a rigid arylene–ethynylene backbone. These conformationally pre‐organised chelates support stable 1:1 metal complexes, which were fully characterised by UV/Vis, fluorescence, circular dichroism (CD), and 1H NMR spectroscopy. A careful inspection of the exciton‐coupled circular dichroism (ECCD) and 1H NMR spectra of the reaction mixture in solution, however, revealed the evolution and decay of intermediate species en route to the final 1:1 metal–ligand adduct. Consistent with this model, mass spectrometric analysis revealed the presence of multiple metal complexes in solution at high ligand‐to‐metal ratios, which were essentially unobservable by UV/Vis or fluorescence spectroscopic techniques. Comparative studies with a bi‐dentate model system have fully established the functional role of the π‐conjugated ligand skeleton that dramatically enhances the thermodynamic stability of the 1:1 complex. In addition to serving as a useful spectroscopic handle to understand the otherwise “invisible” solution dynamics of this metal–ligand assembly process, temperature‐dependent changes in the proton resonances associated with the chiral ligands allowed us to determine the activation barrier (ΔG) for the chirality switching between the thermodynamically stable but kinetically labile (P)‐ and (M)‐stereoisomers.  相似文献

The X‐ray crystal analyses of the two 11‐deoxy‐didehydrohexahydrobenzo[c]phenanthridine‐type alkaloid derivatives 3 and 4 , derived from (±)‐corynoline ( 1 ) and (+)‐chelidonine ( 2 ), established their structures as (±)‐(5bRS,12bRS)‐5b,12b,13,14‐tetrahydro‐5b,13‐dimethyl[1,3]benzodioxolo[5,6‐c]‐1,3‐dioxolo[4,5‐i]phenanthridine ( 3 ) and (+)‐rel‐(12bR)‐7,12b,13,14‐tetrahydro‐13‐methyl[1,3]benzodioxolo[5,6‐c]‐1,3‐dioxolo[4,5‐i]phenanthridine ( 4 ). The conformations of 3 and 4 in CDCl3 were determined on the basis of 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Various [5,6]pyrano[2,3‐c]pyrazol‐4(1H)‐thiones were synthesized in high yields by treatment of the corresponding [5,6]pyrano[2,3‐c]pyrazol‐4(1H)‐ones with Lawesson's reagent. Detailed NMR spectroscopic studies were undertaken of the title compounds. Complete and unambiguous assignment of chemical shifts (1H, 13C, 15N) and coupling constants (1H,1H; 13C,1H) was achieved by the combined application of various one‐ and two‐dimensional (1D and 2D) NMR spectroscopic techniques. Unequivocal mapping of most 13C,1H spin coupling constants is accomplished by 2D (δ, J) long‐range INEPT spectra with selective excitation. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Carbon monoxide (CO) has recently been shown to impart beneficial effects in mammalian physiology and considerable research attention is now being directed toward metal–carbonyl complexes as a means of delivering CO to biological targets. Two ruthenium carbonyl complexes, namely trans‐dicarbonyldichlorido(4,5‐diazafluoren‐9‐one‐κ2N,N′)ruthenium(II), [RuCl2(C11H6N2O)(CO)2], (1), and fac‐tricarbonyldichlorido(4,5‐diazafluoren‐9‐one‐κN)ruthenium(II), [RuCl2(C11H6N2O)(CO)3], (2), have been isolated and structurally characterized. In the case of complex (1), the trans‐directing effect of the CO ligands allows bidentate coordination of the 4,5‐diazafluoren‐9‐one (dafo) ligand despite a larger bite distance between the N‐donor atoms. In complex (2), the cis disposition of two chloride ligands restricts the ability of the dafo molecule to bind ruthenium in a bidentate fashion. Both complexes exhibit well defined 1H NMR spectra confirming the diamagnetic ground state of RuII and display a strong absorption band around 300 nm in the UV.  相似文献

Four novel mononuclear ruthenium(II) complexes [Ru(dmb)2L]2+ [dmb = 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine, L = imidazo‐[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (IP), 2‐phenylimidazo‐[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (PIP), 2‐(4′‐hydroxyphenyl)imidazo‐[4,5‐f] [1,10] phenanthroline (HOP), 2‐(4′‐dimethylaminophenyl) imidazo‐[4, 5‐f] [1,10] phenanthroline (DMNP)] were synthesized and characterized by ES‐MS, 1H NMR, UV‐vis and electrochemistry. The nonlinear optical properties of the ruthenium(II) complexes were investigated by Z‐scan techniques with 12 ns laser pulse at 540 nm, and all of them exhibit both nonlinear optical (NLO) absorption and self‐defocusing effect. The corresponding effective NLO susceptibility |x3| of the complexes is in the range of 2.68 × 10?12‐4.57 × 10?12 esu.  相似文献

The title molecule, N‐[4‐(3‐Methyl‐3‐phenyl‐cyclobutyl)‐thiazol‐2‐yl]‐N′‐pyridin‐3ylmethylene‐ hydrazine (C20 H20 N4 S1), was characterized by 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, IR, UV‐visible, and X‐ray determination. In addition to the molecular geometry from X‐ray experiment, the molecular geometry, vibrational frequencies and gauge including atomic orbital 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR chemical shift values of the title compound in the ground state have been calculated using the Hartree‐Fock and density functional method (B3LYP) with 6‐31G(d, p) basis set. The calculated results show that optimized geometries can well reproduce the crystal structural parameters. By using time‐dependent density functional theory method, electronic absorption spectrum of the title compound has been predicted. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Cd(C8H4O4)(C17H8ClN5)(H2O)]n, contains one CdII atom, two half benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate (1,4‐bdc) anions, one 11‐chloropyrido[2′,3′:2,3]pyrimidino[5,6‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (L) ligand and one coordination water molecule. The 1,4‐bdc ligands are on inversion centers at the centroids of the arene rings. The CdII atom is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from one L ligand, three carboxylate O atoms from two different 1,4‐bdc ligands and one water O atom in a distorted octahedral coordination sphere. Each CdII center is bridged by the 1,4‐bdc dianions to give a one‐dimensional chain. π–π stacking interactions between L ligands of neighboring chains extend adjacent chains into a two‐dimensional supramolecular (6,3) network. Neighboring (6,3) networks are interpenetrated in an unusual inclined mode, resulting in a three‐dimensional framework. Additionally, the water–carboxylate O—H...O hydrogen bonds observed in the network consolidate the interpenetrating nets.  相似文献

The two title mononuclear compounds are four‐coordinate bis[N‐(5‐oxo‐4,4‐diphenyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazolidin‐2‐ylidene)glycinato]copper(II) dimethylformamide disolvate, [Cu(C17H14N3O3)2]·2C3H7NO, (I), and five‐coordinate aquabis[N‐(5‐oxo‐4,4‐diphenyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazolidin‐2‐ylidene)glycinato]copper(II) dimethylformamide disolvate, [Cu(C17H14N3O3)2(H2O)]·2C3H7NO, (II). In (I), the CuII ion lies on an inversion centre with one‐half of the complex molecule in the asymmetric unit, while in (II) there are two independent ligand molecules in the asymmetric unit, with the CuII ion and coordinated water molecule located on a general position. In both crystal structures, the complex molecules assemble in ribbons via N—H...O hydrogen‐bond networks.  相似文献

Oxidation of a nonaromatic Siamese‐twin porphyrin, a pyrazole‐containing expanded porphyrin with two porphyrinlike binding pockets, with a stoichiometric amount of the two‐electron, two‐proton oxidizing agent 2,3‐dichloro‐5,6‐dicyano‐1,4‐benzochinone led to the formation of a single Npz‐Co‐Ph linkage between the pyrazole unit with a neighboring meso‐phenyl group, forming a pyrazolo‐ [1,5‐a]indole moiety. Repeated treatment with a second equivalent of the oxidant yielded a doubly N‐fused species, involving the second pyrazole moiety. The conversion products were characterized by variable‐temperature and multinuclear 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy. The fusions strongly alter the conformation of the macrocycles, as shown by X‐ray diffraction analyses of all three compounds, eventually leading to a folded structure. UV/Vis and NMR‐spectroscopic investigations indicated the presence of highly delocalized but nonmacrocycle‐aromatic π systems. This behavior of the Siamese‐twin porphyrin in response to oxidation is in contrast to the behavior of related all‐pyrrole‐based expanded macrocycles that switch, by redox processes and protonation, between Hückel and Möbius aromatic states.  相似文献

The reaction of thionyl chloride with the semicarbazone 2 gave 4,5‐dihydro‐6,9‐dihydroxynaphtho‐[1,2‐d][1,2,3]thiadiazole ( 3 ) instead of 4,5‐dihydro‐6,9‐dimethyoxynaphtho[1,2‐d][1,2,3]thiadiazole ( 4 ). Selenium dioxide oxidation of compound 2 gave 4,5‐dihydro‐6,9‐dimethyoxynaphtho[1,2‐d][1,2,3]selenadiazole ( 5 ). Oxidation of compound 5 with 2,3‐dichloro‐5,6‐dicyano‐1,4‐benzoquinone afforded 6,9‐dimethyoxynaphtho[1,2‐d][1,2,3]selenadiazole ( 6 ).  相似文献

In the course of saponification experiments with bis(2‐cyanoethyl) 2,6‐dimethyl‐4‐(2‐nitrophenyl)‐1,4‐dihydro‐3,5‐pyridinedicarboxylate ( 1 ), an analogue of the calcium channel blocker nifedipine, three unexpected degradation products were isolated. The compounds were identified as 3‐(2‐acetamido‐1‐carboxy‐1‐propenyl)‐1‐hydroxy‐2‐indolecarboxylic acid ( 3 ), 9‐hydroxy‐1,3‐dimethyl‐β‐carboline‐4‐carboxylic acid ( 4 ) and 6‐hydroxy‐2,4‐dimethyl‐5‐oxo‐5,6‐dihydrobenzo[c][2,7]naphthyridine‐1‐carboxylic acid ( 6 ). The structures of these compounds were deduced from one‐ and two‐dimensional 1H, 13C and natural abundance 15N NMR experiments (1H,1H‐COSY, gs‐HSQC, gs‐HMBC, 15N gs‐HMBC), and corroborated by comparison of their NMR data with the respective data for structurally similar compounds. Neutral half‐sandwich η6p ‐cymene ruthenium(II) complexes of general formula [Ru(η6p ‐cymene)Cl(L)] (HL = monobasic O, N bidendate benzoylhydrazone ligand) have been synthesized from the reaction of [Ru(η6p ‐cymene)(μ‐Cl)Cl]2 with acetophenone benzoylhydrazone ligands. All the complexes have been characterized using analytical and spectroscopic (Fourier transform infrared, UV–visible, 1H NMR, 13C NMR) techniques. The molecular structures of three of the complexes have been determined using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, indicating a pseudo‐octahedral geometry around the ruthenium(II) ion. All the ruthenium(II) arene complexes were explored as catalysts for transfer hydrogenation of a wide range of aromatic, cyclic and aliphatic ketones with 2‐propanol using 0.1 mol% catalyst loading, and conversions of up to 100% were obtained. Further, the influence of other variables on the transfer hydrogenation reaction, such as base, temperature, catalyst loading and substrate scope, was also investigated.  相似文献

We have obtained 5-(2-pyridyl)[1,3]dithiolo[4,5-b][1,4]dithiine-2-thione for the first time by cycloaddition of 2-ethynylpyridine to 4,5-dihydro-1,3-dithioltrithione (isotrithionedithiol). We have studied this thione, 5-(2-pyridyl)- and 5-(4-pyridyl)-5,6-dihydro[1,3]dithiolo[4,5-b][1,4]dithiine-2-thiones by mass spectroscopy and also IR, UV, 1H and 13C NMR spectra. We have determined the crystal and molecular structure of 5-(2-pyridyl)-5,6-dihydro[1,3]dithiolo[4,5-b][1,4]dithiine-2-thione.__________Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 3, pp. 429–434, March, 2005.  相似文献

Two novel five‐coordinate zinc(II) complexes with the tripod ligand tris(N‐methylbenzimidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)amine (Mentb) and two different α,β‐unsaturated carboxylates, with the composition [Zn(Mentb)(acrylate)] (ClO4)·DMF·1.5CH3OH ( 1 ) and [Zn(Mentb)(cinnamate)](ClO4)·2DMF·0.5CH3OH ( 2 ), were synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analyses, electrical conductivity measurements, IR, UV, and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal structure of two complexes have been determined by a single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction method, and show that the ZnII atom is bonded to a Mentb ligand and a α,β‐unsaturated carboxylate molecule through four N atoms and one O atom, resulting in a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal coordination [τ( 1 ) = 0.853, τ( 2 ) = 0.855], with approximate C3 symmetry.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, [Cd2(SO4)2(C13H8N4)(H2O)2]n, there are two crystallographically independent CdII centres with different coordination geometries. The first CdII centre is hexacoordinated by four O atoms of four sulfate ligands, one water O atom and one N atom of a 1H‐imidazo[4,5‐f][1,10]phenanthroline (IP) ligand, giving a distorted octahedral coordination environment. The second CdII centre is heptacoordinated by four O atoms of three sulfate ligands, one water O atom and two N atoms of one chelating IP ligand, resulting in a distorted monocapped anti‐trigonal prismatic geometry. The symmetry‐independent CdII ions are bridged in an alternating fashion by sulfate ligands, forming one‐dimensional ladder‐like chains which are connected through the IP ligands to form two‐dimensional layers. These two‐dimensional layers are linked by interlayer hydrogen bonds, leading to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A new crown ether of 2,13‐dibenzothiazol‐2′‐yldibenzo[b,k]‐18‐crown‐6 was synthesized from 2,13‐diformyl‐ dibenzo[b,k]‐18‐crown‐6 with 2‐aminothiophenol. The binding behavior and the optical properties of the crown ether were examined through UV‐visible spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. When complexed with Na+, K+, Rb+ and Cs+ ions, it led to intramolecular charge transfer and caused the changes of the fluorescence spectra. The protonation of the crown ether was also studied.  相似文献

We report a convenient approach for the synthesis of a new ring system: 4,5‐dihydro‐1,3‐thiazino[5,4‐b]indoles. The procedure involves the use of Lawesson's reagent in the presence of silica to achieve the one‐step ring‐closure reactions of 2‐benzoylamino‐3‐hydroxymethylindole intermediates to furnish 4,5‐dihydro‐2‐aryl‐1,3‐thiazino[5,4‐b]indoles. 2‐Phenylimino‐1,3‐thiazino[5,4‐b]indoles were obtained via the corresponding 3‐phenylthiourea‐2‐carboxylic acid ester derivatives by chemoselective reduction of the ester group, followed by ring closure under acidic conditions. The structures of the novel products were elucidated by IR, 1H‐NMR, and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy, including 2D‐HMQC, 2D‐HMBC, and DEPT measurements. J. Heterocyclic Chem., (2011).  相似文献
