1,1‐(Bicyclononyl‐9‐phosphino)hendecanoic acid and potassium 1,1‐(biscyclohexylphosphino)hendecylate were synthesized. A model nickel complex [η3−C8H13]Ni[(C8H14)P(CH2)10COO] containing a 14‐membered chelate ring was also synthesized. The catalytic activity of this large chelate ring nickel complex for the oligomerization of ethylene was studied and compared with that of six‐membered ring chelate nickel complexes. The influence of the chelate ring was rationalized in terms of intramolecular rotation. The 14‐membered ring P/O chelate nickel complex was shown to have efficient catalytic activity for the oligomerization of ethylene to α‐olefins. Copyright © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The syntheses, spectroscopy and single crystal X‐ray structures of the multifunctional acrylamide‐derived ligand N‐pyrazolylpropanamide (= L) ( 1 ), and its complexes [L2CuCl2] ( 2 ) and [L4Co3Cl6] ( 3 ) with copper(II) and cobalt(II) chlorides, respectively, are described. The ligand 1 is easily obtained in one step by the reaction of pyrazole with acrylamide in a 1:1 molar ratio in the presence of trimethylbenzylammonium hydroxide as a basic catalyst. The reaction of CuCl2·2H2O with 1 in a 1:2 metal salt:ligand molar ratio in ethanol/‐triethylorthoformate solution gave coordination compound 2 . The crystal structure of 2 contains two seven‐membered chelate rings formed by two nitrogen atoms of the pyrazolyl groups and two weakly coordinated carbonyl oxygen atoms of the substituted amide moieties. Two chloride ions in the axial positions complete a distorted octahedral coordination environment around the CuII atom. The reaction of CoCl2·6H2O with 1 in a 1:2 metal salt:ligand molar ratio afforded the unusual zwitterionic complex 3 . The crystal structure of 3 contains a central cobalt atom in an octahedral coordination surrounded by four ligands in which two of them act as chelate ligands and the other two, coordinated via the carbonyl oxygen atoms of the amide moieties to this metal center, act as bridging ligands bonded to two CoCl3? units.  相似文献

Ruthenium(II) Complexes containing pyrimidine‐2‐thiolate (pymS) and bis(diphenylphosphanyl)alkanes [Ph2P–(CH2)m–PPh2, m = 1, dppm; m = 2, dppe; m = 3, dppp; m = 4, dppb] are described. Reactions of [RuCl2L2] (L = dppm, dppp) and [Ru2Cl4L3] (L = dppb) with pyrimidine‐2‐thione (pymSH) in 1:2 molar ratio in dry benzene in the presence of Et3N base yielded the [Ru(pymS)2L] complexes (pymS = pyrimidine‐2‐thiolate; L = dppm ( 1 ); dppp ( 3 ); dppb ( 4 )). The complex [Ru(pymS)2(dppe)] ( 2 ) was indirectly prepared by the reaction of [Ru(pymS)2(PPh3)2] with dppe. These complexes were characterized using analytical data, IR, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectroscopy, and X‐ray crystallography (complex 3 ). The crystal structure of the analogous complex [Ru(pyS)2(dppm)] ( 5 ) with the ligand pyridine‐2‐thiolate (pyS) was also described. X‐ray crystallographic investigation of complex 3 has shown two four‐membered chelate rings (N, S donors) and one six‐membered ring (P, P donors) around the metal atom. Compound 5 provides the first example in which RuII has three four‐membered chelate rings: two made up by N, S donor ligands and one made up by P, P donor ligand. The arrangement around the metal atoms in each complex is distorted octahedral with cis:cis:trans:P, P:N, N:S, S dispositions of the donor atoms. The 31P NMR spectroscopic data revealed that the complexes are static in solution, except 2 , which showed the presence of more than one species.  相似文献

Reaction between an aqueous ethanol solution of tin(II) chloride and that of 4‐propanoyl‐2,4‐dihydro‐5‐methyl‐2‐phenyl‐3 H‐pyrazol‐3‐one in the presence of O2 gave the compound cis‐dichlorobis(4‐propanoyl‐2,4‐dihydro‐5‐methyl‐2‐phenyl‐3 H‐pyrazol‐3‐onato) tin(IV) [(C26H26N4O4)SnCl2]. The compound has a six‐coordinated SnIV centre in a distorted octahedral configuration with two chloro ligands in cis position. The tin atom is also at a pseudo two‐fold axis of inversion for both the ligand anions and the two cis‐chloro ligands. The orange compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with unit cell dimensions, a = 8.741(3) Å, b = 12.325(7) Å, c = 13.922(7) Å; α = 71.59(4), β = 79.39(3), γ = 75.18(4); Z = 2 and Dx = 1.575 g cm–3. The important bond distances in the chelate ring are Sn–O [2.041 to 2.103 Å], Sn–Cl [2.347 to 2.351 Å], C–O [1.261 to 1.289 Å] and C–C [1.401 Å] the bond angles are O–Sn–O 82.6 to 87.7° and Cl–Sn–Cl 97.59°. The UV, IR, 1H NMR and 119Sn Mössbauer spectral data of the compound are reported and discussed.  相似文献

Four new diorganotin(IV) complexes of N‐(5‐halosalicylidene)tryptophane, R2Sn[5‐X‐2‐OC6H3CH?NCH(CH2Ind)COO] [Ind = 3‐indolyl; R, X = Et, Cl ( 1 ); Et, Br( 2 ); n‐Bu, Cl ( 3 ); n‐Bu, Br ( 4 )], were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of complexes 1 – 3 were determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction and showed that the tin atoms are in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry and form five‐ and six‐membered chelate rings with the tridentate ligand. Intermolecular weak interactions in 1–3 link molecules, respectively, into a two‐dimensional array, a one‐dimensional infinite chain and a one‐dimensional double‐chain supramolecular structure. Bioassay results of the compounds indicated that the dibutyltin complexes 3 and 4 have potent in vitro cytotoxic activity against two human tumor cell lines, CoLo205 and Bcap37, while the diethyltin complexes 1 and 2 display weak cytotoxic activity. Coordination of Rhodium(III), Iridium(III), and Copper(II) with the Potentially Tetradentate Acceptor Ligand Bis(1‐methylimidazol‐2‐yl)glyoxal (big) Bis(1‐methylimidazol‐2‐yl)glyoxal (big) which has hitherto not been used in coordination chemistry crystallizes to form two perpendicular 1‐methylimidazol‐2‐yl‐carbonyl molecular halves. Out of the various possibilities for mono‐ and bis‐chelate coordination the N,N′‐alternative with a seven‐membered chelate ring is realized in [Cp*Cl(big)Rh](PF6) as evident from crystal structure analysis. The iridium analogue reacts under hydration of big and elimination of HCl to form a complex cation [Cp*(bigOH)Ir]+ which dimerizes in the crystal through hydrogen bonding and contains one five‐ and one six‐membered chelate ring involving the alcoholate‐O. Cu(ClO4)2 and the ligand big yield a complex ion [Cu(big)2]2+ with an ESR spectrum that suggests the coordination of the central metal by four N atoms in an approximately planar setting.  相似文献

The title compound, N‐(2‐pyridylmethyl)salicylamide ( 1 ), was synthesized by ester aminolysis of methyl salicylate and 2‐picolylamine. In the presence of triethylamine as a supporting base, the salicylamide moiety reacts with the organodichlorosilanes RR′SiCl2 to form the desired six‐membered heterocycles of the type RR′Si–O–(o‐C6H4)–C(=O)N(pic), with pic being the 2‐pyridylmethyl (i.e., 2‐picolyl) moiety and RR′ = Me, Me ( 2a ); Me, Ph ( 2b ); Ph, Ph ( 2c ); Bn, Bn ( 2d ); All, Ph ( 2e ) and Ph, H ( 2f ). Despite the absence of notable ring strain release Lewis acidity (i.e., only a six‐membered chelate is formed by the dianion, and smaller rings are not present in the compound), the poor electron withdrawal from silicon by its C– or H– substituents and the flexible methylene bridge between the salicylamide and the pyridine moiety, the pyridine N donor atom furnishes pentacoordinate silicon coordination spheres in all of these compounds 2a – 2f . The coordination number of the silicon atom was confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis for the solid state and by 29Si NMR spectroscopy for the solution state.  相似文献

A series of chiral pentane‐2,4‐diyl‐based thioether‐amine ligands [ 4 and 5 ; (R,S)‐ and (S,S)‐R1SCH(CH3)CH2CH(CH3)NHR2, respectively, where 4a R1 = iPr, R2 = Ph; 4b R1 = tBu, R2 = Ph; 4c R1 = 1‐Ad, R2 = Ph; 5a R1 = iPr, R2 = Ph; 5b R1 = tBu, R2 = Ph; 5c R1 = 1‐Ad, R2 = Ph; 5d R1 = iPr, R2 = 4‐MeOC6H4; 5e R1 = iPr, R2 = 4‐MeC6H4; 5f R1 = iPr, R2 = 3,5‐Me2C6H3] with stereogenic S‐ and N‐donor atoms has been prepared starting from cyclic sulfates via optically pure γ‐aminoalcohol or 2,4‐dimethylazetidine intermediates. The synthesis of the novel diastereomerically related ligand sets 4 and 5 was accomplished starting from the same source of chirality. The modular ligand structure and the novel synthetic strategies developed for their synthesis allowed the easy modification of the ligands’ (i) S‐ and (ii) N‐substituents, as well as (iii) the relative stereochemistry within the ligand backbone. Six‐membered [Pd(N,S)Cl2]‐type chelate complexes of the diastereomerically related ligands 4a and 5a were synthesized and characterized by X‐ray crystallography in the solid phase, by density functional theory calculations and in solution by NMR spectroscopy. The coordination of 5a resulted in the formation of a single chair conformation by the stereospecific locking of both stereolabile (N and S) donor atoms. In contrast, compound 4a forms rapidly equilibrating palladium species due to the fast inversion of the sulfur donor. Ligands with stereochemically fixed donor atoms provided robust and efficient catalytic systems that can be effectively applied in alkylene carbonates as green reaction media. Remarkably, the phosphine‐free catalysts are air‐stable, and at room temperature in the presence of moisture gave excellent ee’s (up to 93%) in asymmetric allylation processes thanks to the double stereoselective coordination.  相似文献

Cu(II) complexes of 14‐membered hexaaza macrocyclic ligand with C‐methyl substituent of the type [CuL](X)2 (where L = 3,10‐bisbenzyl‐6,13‐dimethyl‐1,3,5,8,10,12‐hexaazacyclotetradecane, and X = ClO4, PF6) were synthesized by tandem reaction. They were characterized by spectral and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. The complexes show distorted octahedral geometry and the counter ions are weakly coordinated to the metal ion at the axial positions. The macrocyclic ring adopts the trans‐III configuration with six‐ and five‐membered chelate rings in chair and gauche conformation, respectively. It was observed that in the solid state the arrangement of the coordination sphere is distorted octahedral whereas, in solution, a square‐planar structure is predominant. The molar conductance of the complexes indicates that the axially bonded anions are almost dissociated in acetonitrile solution. The Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectrum of complex 1 is axial and consistent with a dx2y2 ground state. The [CuL](ClO4)2 was found to be active against the tested microorganism. The title compound, [CoCl2(C15H12N2)2]·0.5CH2Cl2, was crystallized from a binary mixture of dichloromethane and hexane and a dimeric supramolecular structure was isolated. The CoII centre exhibits a distorted tetrahedral geometry, with two independent pyrazole‐based ligands occupying two coordination sites and two chloride ligands occupying the third and fourth coordination sites. The supramolecular structure is supported by complementary hydrogen bonding between the pyrazole NH group and the chloride ligand of an adjacent molecule. This hydrogen‐bonding motif yields a ten‐membered hydrogen‐bonded ring. Density functional theory (DFT) simulations at the PBE/6‐311G level of theory were used to probe the solid‐state structure. These simulations suggest that the chelate undergoes a degree of conformational distortion from the lowest‐energy geometry to allow for optimal hydrogen bonding in the solid state.  相似文献

The mononuclear title complex, [Co(C6H6NO6)(C2H8N2)]·3H2O, contains an octahedrally coordinated CoIII atom. The N‐(carboxymethyl)aspartate moiety is coordinated as a tetradentate ligand, providing an OONO‐donor set and forming two trans five‐membered chelate rings and one six‐membered chelate ring. A seven‐membered chelate ring is also formed, which consists of part of the six‐membered chelate ring and part of one of the five‐membered chelate rings. The crystal structure of the complex is stabilized by hydrogen bonds with three water molecules.  相似文献

Two new bis(tricyclohexyltin)benzenedioxyacetates, 1,x‐C6H4[OCH2CO2Sn(c‐C6H11)3]2 ( 1 : x = 3; 2 : x = 4), have been synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analysis, infrared and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 ?H2O?CH3OH is a binuclear tin complex containing a four‐coordinated tin and a five‐coordinated tin and linked by an R33(16) hydrogen bond into a one‐dimensional supramolecular chain. Compound 2 is a two‐dimensional coordination polymer which is formed as a result of anisobidentate bridging coordination action of the two carboxylate units of the ligand. Interestingly the two‐dimensional coordination polymer contains 34‐membered macrocycles each of which is comprised of four tricyclohexyltin units. Both compounds have potent in vitro cytotoxic activity against three human tumor cell lines: HeLa, MCF‐7 and CoLo 205. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Four new macrocyclic dinuclear dibutyltin(IV) dithiocarbamate complexes of the type [Bu2Sn(dtc)]2, where dtc = hexane‐1,6‐diylbis(4‐fluorobenzyldithiocarbamate) anion ( 1 ), hexane‐1,6‐diylbis(4‐chlorobenzyldithiocarbamate) anion ( 2 ), hexane‐1,6‐diylbis(furfuryldithiocarbamate) anion ( 3 ) and hexane‐1,6‐diylbis(pyrrole‐2‐ylmethyldithiocarbamate) anion ( 4 ), have been prepared. The dithiocarbamate ligands efficiently self‐assemble with Bu2Sn(IV) to form bimetallic 26‐membered macrocycles. All the complexes have been characterized using elemental analysis, infrared and NMR (1H and 13C) spectroscopies and X‐ray crystallography. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of all the complexes confirms the formation of the dinuclear metallomacrocycles in which dithiocarbamate ligands are asymmetrically bound to the tin atoms. The coordination sphere around the tin atom in 1 – 4 can be described as a skew trapezoidal bipyramid. The dimensions of the cavity of the macrocycles of 1 – 4 are ca 8.0 × 9.0 Å2. Complexes 1 – 4 were evaluated for their in vitro anticancer activity against MCF‐7 and HL‐60 cells. Complexes 1 and 2 are more active against MCF‐7 and HL‐60. Thermal decomposition of 1 and 4 yielded tin sulfides. They were characterized using powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy and UV diffuse reflectance and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopies. PXRD studies reveal that the as‐prepared tin sulfides are composed of orthorhombic phase of SnS.  相似文献

In the title complex, [RuCl2(C7H7NO)(C2H6OS)2], the metal ion is at the centre of a distorted octahedral NOCl2S2 coordination sphere. The neutral 2‐acetylpyridine ligand binds to the metal ion through the pyridine N and carbonyl O atoms, forming a five‐membered chelate ring. The monodentate S‐coordinating dimethyl sulfoxide molecules are mutually cis, and the two remaining positions in the coordination sphere are occupied by two mutually trans Cl? ions.  相似文献

Some new N‐carbonyl, phosphoramidates with formula C6H5C(O)N(H)P(O)R2 (R = NC3H6 ( 1 ), NC6H12 ( 2 ), NHCH2CH=CH2 ( 3 ), N(C3H7)2 ( 4 )) and CCl3C(O)N(H)P(O)R′2 (R′ = NC3H6 ( 5 ), NHCH2CH=CH2 ( 6 )) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR and IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures were determined for compounds 1 and 2 . Compound 1 exists as two crystallographically independent molecules in crystal lattice. Both compounds 1 and 2 produced dimeric aggregates via intermolecular ‐P=O…H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds, which in compound 2 is a centrosymmetric dimer. In compounds with four‐membered ring amine groups, 3J(P,C)>2J(P,C), in agreement with our previous studies about five‐membered ring amine groups. Also, 3J(P,C) values in compounds 1 and 5 are greater than in compounds with five‐, six‐ and seven‐membered ring amine groups.  相似文献

Two new dinuclear phenyltin(IV) complexes derived from N,N′‐bis(2‐hydroxybenzyl)‐1,2‐ethanebis(dithiocarbamate) ligand, [2‐HOC6H4CH2N(CS2SnPh3)CH2]2 ( 1 ) and [2‐HOC6H4CH2N(CS2SnClPh2)CH2]2 ( 2 ) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of complexes 1 and 2 were determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction and show that the dithiocarbamate ligand is coordinated to the tin atom in the anisobidentate manner and the tin atom is five‐coordinated. The coordination geometry of tin atom is best described as an intermediate between trigonal bipyramidal and square pyramidal with τ‐values of 0.63 and 0.53, respectively. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds (O H···S and O H···Cl) in 1 and 2 connect neighboring molecules into a one‐dimensional supramolecular chain with the centrosymmetric cyclic motifs. Complex 1 has potent in vitro cytotoxic activity against two human tumor cell lines, CoLo205 and Bcap37, while complex 2 displays weak cytotoxic activity. The reaction of HON(tBu)CH2CH2N(tBu)OH with tri‐tert‐butyl gallium affords a hydroxylaminato complex of the formula [tBu2Ga{ON(tBu)CH2CH2N(H)(tBu)O}], which contains a monoanionic bishydroxylaminato ligand with one anionic and one neutral, but tautomeric aminoxide end, both linked to gallium by their oxygen atoms leading to a seven‐membered ring. The compound was characterised by elemental analysis, 1H and 13C NMR and determination of its crystal structure.  相似文献

Four new diethyltin N‐[(2‐oxyphenyl)methylene]phenylalaninates, (CH3CH2)2Sn[2‐O‐3‐X‐5‐YC6H2CH?NCH(CH2Ph)COO] (X, Y = H, H, 1 ; H, Br, 2 ; H, OCH3, 3 ; Br, Br, 4 ), have been synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis and infrared and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 have been determined. Compounds 1 and 2 have a 12‐membered macrocyclic structure with a trimeric [Sn3O6C3] core. Each tin atom is six‐coordinated in distorted [SnC2NO3] octahedral geometry. Compound 3 is a centrosymmetric weak dimer in which the two tin centers are linked by two asymmetric Sn? O???Sn bridges involving the phenolic oxygen of the ligand and two Sn???O interactions from ether oxygen of the adjacent ligand. The coordination geometry of the tin atom can be described as a distorted pentagonal bipyramid with two ethyl groups in axial positions. Compound 4 is a novel binuclear tin complex, formed by the carboxylate of a ligand asymmetrically bridging two tin atoms, which contains a five‐coordinated tin and a six‐coordinated tin. Bioassay results have shown that the compounds have weak in vitro activity against two human tumor cell lines, A549 and CoLo205. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Six new triorganotin complexes ( 1a – 1c and 2a – 2c ) of 5‐(salicylideneamino)salicylic acid, [5‐(3‐X‐2‐HOC6H3CH═N)‐2‐HOC6H3COO]SnR3 (X = H, 1 ; CH3O, 2 ; R = Ph, a ; Cy, b ; CH2C(CH3)2Ph, c ), have been synthesized by one‐pot reaction of 5‐aminosalicylic acid, salicylaldehyde and triorganotin hydroxide and characterized using elemental analysis and infrared and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of 1a , 1b , 2a ·CH3OH, 2b ·CH3OH and 2c ·CHCl3 have been determined using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In non‐coordinated solvent CDCl3, the tin atoms in the complexes are all four‐coordinated. In the crystalline state, these compounds adopt a four‐ or five‐coordination mode. Complex 1a exhibits a 44‐membered macrocyclic tetrameric structure with trigonal bipyramidal geometry around the tin atoms in which the axial positions are occupied by the oxygen atom of carboxylate group of the ligand and the phenolic oxygen atom from the adjacent ligand. The coordination geometry of tin atom in 1b and 2c ·CHCl3 is a distorted tetrahedron shaped by three carbon atoms of alkyl groups and a carboxylate oxygen atom of the ligand. In 2a ·CH3OH and 2b ·CH3OH, the tin atom has a distorted trans‐C3SnO2 trigonal bipyramidal geometry formed by three alkyl groups, a monodentate carboxylate group and a coordinated methanol molecule. The molecules of 2a ·CH3OH and 2b ·CH3OH are linked via O─H···O hydrogen bonds into a one‐dimensional supramolecular chain and a centrosymmetric R44(22) macrocycle, respectively. Bioassay results against two human tumor cell types (A549 and HeLa) show the complexes are efficient cytostatic agents and may be explored as potential antitumor drugs.  相似文献

Intramolecular H‐atom transfer in model peptide‐type radicals was investigated with high‐level quantum‐chemistry calculations. Examination of 1,2‐, 1,3‐, 1,5‐, and 1,6[C ? N]‐H shifts, 1,4‐ and 1,7[C ? C]‐H shifts, and 1,4[N ? N]‐H shifts (Scheme 1), was carried out with a number of theoretical methods. In the first place, the performance of UB3‐LYP (with the 6‐31G(d), 6‐31G(2df,p), and 6‐311+G(d,p) basis sets) and UMP2 (with the 6‐31G(d) basis set) was assessed for the determination of radical geometries. We found that there is only a small basis‐set dependence for the UB3‐LYP structures, and geometries optimized with UB3‐LYP/6‐31G(d) are generally sufficient for use in conjunction with high‐level composite methods in the determination of improved H‐transfer thermochemistry. Methods assessed in this regard include the high‐level composite methods, G3(MP2)‐RAD, CBS‐QB3, and G3//B3‐LYP, as well as the density‐functional methods B3‐LYP, MPWB1K, and BMK in association with the 6‐31+G(d,p) and 6‐311++G(3df,3pd) basis sets. The high‐level methods give results that are close to one another, while the recently developed functionals MPWB1K and BMK provide cost‐effective alternatives. For the systems considered, the transformation of an N‐centered radical to a C‐centered radical is always exothermic (by 25 kJ ? mol?1 or more), and this can lead to quite modest barrier heights of less than 60 kJ ? mol?1 (specifically for 1,5[C ? N]‐H and 1,6[C ? N]‐H shifts). H‐Migration barriers appear to decrease as the ring size in the transition structure (TS) increases, with a lowering of the barrier being found, for example when moving from a rearrangement proceeding via a four‐membered‐ring TS (e.g., the 1,3[C ? N]‐H shift, CH3? C(O)? NH..CH2? C(O)? NH2) to a rearrangement proceeding via a six‐membered‐ring TS (e.g., the 1,5[C ? N]‐H shift, .NH? CH2? C(O)? NH? CH3 → NH2? CH2? C(O)? NH? CH2.).  相似文献
