An improved method of angle measurement is proposed based on a parallel plate interferometer. A position detection system is incorporated into a parallel plate interferometer in order to realize large deflection angle measurement. A reflecting mirror is introduced for increasing the measurement resolution. In experiments,a deflection angle of a measured target was measured within ~ 3° with high accuracy. And as a phase modulating interferometer, it was used to measure a small angular displacement with a repeatability of 5.5 × 10-8 rad.  相似文献

A proton therapy facility based on a linac injector and a slow cycling synchrotron is proposed. To achieve effective treatment of cancer, a scanning gantry is required. The flexible transmission of beam and high beam position accuracy are the most basic requirements for a gantry. The designed gantry optics and scanning system are presented. Great efforts are put into studying the sensitivity of the beam position in the isocenter to the element misalignments. It shows that quadrupole shift makes the largest contribution and special attention should be paid to it.  相似文献

We develope a simple method to stabilize the beam during propagation. Combination of the self-developed control module and the large diameter mirrors reconstruct the beam stabilization system, and some important procedures are presented, such as calibration and average filter. The results show that the horizontal pointing and vertical pointing are stabilized to within 8.43 and 7.59 μrad, and the beam horizontal position and vertical position are stabilized to within 2.16 and 2.11 μm respectively. The regulating time is within84 ms. Thus the method presented is effective for the current stabilization system applied in lithography tools.  相似文献

The new generation particle accelerator requires a highly stable radio frequency(RF) system. The stability of the RF system is realized by the Low Level RF(LLRF) subsystem which controls the amplitude and phase of the RF signal. The detection of the RF signal's amplitude and phase is fundamental to LLRF controls. High-speed ADC(Analog to Digital Converter) ,DAC(Digital to Analog Converter) and FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) play very important roles in digital LLRF control systems. This paper describes the implementation of real-time amplitude and phase detection based of the FPGA with an analysis of the main factors that affect the detection accuracy such as jitter,algorithm's defects and non-linearity of devices,which is helpful for future work on high precision detection and control.  相似文献

由于束流的传输效率对射频四极场加速器(RFQ) 中射频场的分布极其敏感,所以在RFQ 的运行过程中不再采用传统的调谐器调谐RFQ。水冷调谐的方法基本上不影响RFQ 射频场的分布,所以适用于RFQ 的调谐。中国科学院高能物理研究所为C-ADS、CSNS 预研RFQ 项目开发建造了一套水冷调谐系统,使用RF 相位差作为控制量进行RFQ 水冷调谐,相位差的控制精度达到了1°运行结果显示该系统满足了RFQ 的调谐需求。介绍了该系统的水冷系统、调谐控制系统和一些运行经验。Since the beam transmission of a Radio Frequency Quadrupole(RFQ) Accelerator is very sensitive to the field profile, the ordinary frequency tuning method by the local movable tuner is no more adopted in an RFQ operation. The tuning method by controlling cooling water temperature is widely adopted to tune the RFQ due to the less affect on the RFQ field profile. A Resonance Control Cooling System (RCCS) is developed and commissioned for the 973 RFQ,which is a R&D project for C-ADS and CSNS RFQ at IHEP. This system adopts the RF phase difference as control variable to tune the RFQ. The control accuracy of the RF phase difference is about 1°. The running of the 973 RFQ shows that the RCCS works very well and fully satisfies the operation requirement of the RFQ. In this paper, the water skid, resonance control system of the RCCS and the operation experiences will be presented.  相似文献

Three large sized glass resistive plate chambers (RPCs) are built and applied to measure the spatial resolution of the detector. The readout strips are collected to a LC delay-line and the time difference is used to determine the position. Cosmic rays are triggered by a set of two scintillation counters and the coincidently measured positions from the three RPCs are used to deduce the position uncertainty. In average a spatial resolution of 0.90 mm (FWHM) is obtained for a single RPC, with a good uniformity across the detection area. This result suggests that large sized glass RPC operating in the avalanche mode is a promising candidate for the muon tomography detection system.  相似文献

Coherent beam combination(CBC) of laser arrays is an efficient way to scale brightness.We demonstrate CBC of two slab laser amplifiers based on active phase locking.Instead of the complex phase detection system,intensity detection is used and the feedback control signal is calculated based on the stochastic parallel gradient descent(SPGD) algorithm.The experimental investigation on a 101.5-W CBC of two slab amplifiers shows that the entire system in a closed loop performs well for long-time observation.A combination efficiency of nearly 81% is realized.The slab amplifier laser arrays are the coherent beams efficiently combined by active phase locking based on the SPGD.  相似文献

针对传统超声探头焦距固定,检测位置的改变就要更换相应焦距的探头而影响检测效率的问题,提出一种基于超声相控阵换能器的环焊缝缺陷检测方法。而超声相控阵具有电子偏转和电子聚焦特性,能在不移动的情况下发射偏转聚焦超声束,有效地解决了上述问题。首先基于超声相控线阵换能器的声场特点,采用数值分析方法,研究了影响声束偏转聚焦性能的几个主要参数。然后给出了与超声相控阵换能器相连接的多通道数据采集系统结构。介绍了单通道声信号的硬件结构及相应的信号处理方法,实现了对换能器中单个阵元的精确延时的控制。实验结果表明,优化设计的超声相控线阵换能器具有较高的检测精度和检测效率。  相似文献

Real-time electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) was used for tuning and visualization of natural frequencies of a trapezoidal plate. The plate was excited to resonant vibration by a sinusoidal acoustical source, which provided a continuous range of audio frequencies. Fringe patterns produced during the time-average recording of the vibrating plate—corresponding to several resonant frequencies—were registered. From these interferograms, calculations of vibrational amplitudes by means of zero-order Bessel functions were performed in some particular cases. The system was also studied analytically. The analytical approach developed is based on the Rayleigh–Ritz method and on the use of non-orthogonal right triangular co-ordinates. The deflection of the plate is approximated by a set of beam characteristic orthogonal polynomials generated by using the Gram–Schmidt procedure. A high degree of correlation between computational analysis and experimental results was observed.  相似文献

设计了一种应用于兰州重离子加速器注入器的电源控制器,该控制器基于微处理器AT-mega128,结合MAX7000系列的复杂可编程器件和RTL8019AS网关芯片来实现对电源系统的控制,并通过RS-232总线实现与上位机的串口通信。应用结果表明,该控制器具有良好的通用性、灵活性、可远程控制及性能稳定等特点,实现了注入器磁铁电源10-4量级的幅度稳定性,使注入器引出的束流强度、束流品质、束流稳定性和供束效率等得到很大的提高。  相似文献

The main limitation to the accuracy of the detection of a bridge deflection using laser-based optical solutions is atmospheric turbulence because of the laser beam propagation in ground proximity. The multi-beam method is presented to increase the stability of bridge deflection measurement. It is based on the use of a four-beam optical system and a subpixel resolution algorithm for the measurement of the deflection of a laser beam that propagates through the system. To obtain accurate results, different algorithms for measuring the position of the deflected beam in different optical systems are tested and compared. Based on this comparison, the four-beam method based on the macropixels iteration centroid and four-beam optical system is selected, and an accuracy of 0.16 pixels is obtained by the determination of the beam position in our setup. The proposed method is adopted to detect the bridge deflection and an accuracy of 0.01 mm is gained when the scintillation index Cn2 is 3×10−4 m−2/3.  相似文献

This paper deals with ultrasonic motors based on bimodal plate vibrations and their application to nanometre resolution stepper positioning systems. The concept of a linear ultrasonic motor drive capable of nanometric steps, long-range travel and reversible controlled motion is presented. The motor concept developed is based on the superposition of a longitudinal and bending vibrations of a rectangular resonator. The ultrasonic motor model based on system identification via discrete observations and prediction has been developed for control applications. The control algorithm for ultrasonic motors has been developed and theoretical investigations have been made. The open loop positioning system with designed stepper ultrasonic drive produced 10 nm resolution and 5% displacement repeatability. The system with computer controlled position feedback has shown 0.3 micron positioning accuracy over the 100 mm positioning range.  相似文献

 频率自动调谐系统是聚束器的重要组成部分之一。频率调谐系统成功的研制和投入使用达到了使谐振腔体的固有谐振频率在22~54 MHz的范围内自动稳定在输入信号频率上的目的,频率自动微调系统达到了±5×10-6的频率稳定度,解决了由于腔体失谐所造成的高频电压滑落的问题,由此在腔体的加速缝隙间得到稳定的高频电压,保证了聚束器系统的高质量可靠运行。  相似文献

针对一款多用途条纹变像管,研究了扫描板位置对其性能参数的影响,分析了扫描板在条纹管轴向和径向的装架偏差对条纹变像管的时空分辨能力造成的影响。首先通过模拟得到大量服从一定统计规律电子的运动轨迹,然后利用调制传递函数对时空分辨能力进行评价。结果表明:偏转板放置在阳极光阑处条纹管可获得最佳时间分辨能力,而放置在电子束径最小的地方可以获得最佳空间分辨能力和最大阴极有效面积,同时,偏转板中心轴应该与条纹管旋转对称轴严格重合。  相似文献
