14O (α,p)17F是天体X射线暴中重要的突破反应。本工作通过厚靶方法测量其逆反应1H (17F,α)14O的反应截面来研究这一关键反应。本实验工作是在日本东京大学原子核科学研究中心(CNS)的低能次级束流线(CRIB)上完成的,后续的扣除本底实验是在兰州放射性束流线(RIBLL1)上完成的。CRIB实验是通过2H (16O,n)17F转移反应产生17F次级束,经过CRIB分离提纯之后,利用该次级束轰击氢气靶。在氢气靶后布置了三套望远镜探测器系统,用以探测不同实验角度的反冲α粒子,在数据处理的过程中经过动力学重构后得到了1H (17F,α)14O反应在质心系能区Ec.m.=2.7~3.4 MeV的反应截面。实验结果在3 MeV以上的高能区与前人的薄靶实验数据是一致的,在低能区本工作获得了新的实验数据,倾向于支持干涉相消的理论预言结果。The 14O(α, p)17F reaction is one of the important breakout reactions in type I X-ray burst. This work reported a new cross section measurement of its reverse reaction of 1H(17F,α)14O. The experiment was performed using the CNS radioactive ion beam separator (CRIB), located at the Center for Nuclear Study (CNS), the University of Tokyo. The sequent background measurement was carried out at Radioactive Beam Line in Lanzhou (RIBLL1). 17F beam was produced via the transfer reaction of 2H(16O, n)17F, subsequently separated and purified by CRIB and bombarded a thick hydrogen H2 gas target. The recoiling α particles were measured by three △E-E silicon telescopes at three different angles. The total cross sections of 1H(17F,α)14O have been derived at Ec.m.=2.7~3.4 MeV based on an isotropic angular distribution assumption. Our results are consistent with the previous ones in the energy region of Ec.m.>3 MeV, and we also obtained some new data in the low energy region, which partly support the destructive interference between the direct and resonant reaction mechanism predicted by the theory.  相似文献

利用0.97 GeV的209Bi离子辐照二硫化钼(MoS2)晶体,辐照注量范围为1×1010~1×1012 ions/cm2,结合原子力显微镜(AFM)观测和Raman光谱分析研究了快重离子辐照对MoS2热导率的影响。实验结果显示,快重离子辐照在MoS2中产生了潜径迹,较高激光功率下的Raman测试使样品局部温度升高,导致E1/2gA1g峰随注量增加向低波数方向移动,且峰形展宽。引入了通过改变激光功率测量Raman光谱得到MoS2热导率的计算方法,获得了不同辐照注量下MoS2的热导率的定量分析结果,随注量增加,热导率不断降低,从未辐照样品的563 W/mK下降到1×1012 ions/cm2辐照时的132 W/mK。Molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) was irradiated by 0.97 GeV 209Bi ions with the fluence of 1×1010 to 1×1012 ions/cm2. The irradiation effect on the thermal conductivity of MoS2 was analyzed by atomic force microscope (AFM) and Raman spectroscopy. The experimental results show that hillock-like latent tracks are observed on irradiated MoS2 by AFM. The measurement of MoS2 by Raman spectrometer with high laser power results in the increase of local temperature of MoS2, which cause the downshift of peaks position and broadening of E1/2g and A1g peak. Furthermore, according to Raman spectra measured at different laser power, thermal conductivity of MoS2 before and after irradiation was calculated, which show that the thermal conductivity of MoS2 decreases with increasing fluence, from 563 to 132 W/mK for pristine and 1×1012 ions/cm2 irradiated MoS2, respectively.  相似文献

瞬发γ射线法测量(n,xnγ)反应截面实验中,在线的实验本底对测量结果影响显著,是影响测量结果的关键因素。为了达到降低在线实验本底一个量级的目标,通过蒙特卡罗模拟程序给出了屏蔽体和准直器的改进方案,最终选取的屏蔽方案:在原有屏蔽体上加厚30 cm(C2H4)n+9 cmPb,原屏蔽墙加厚54 cm重混凝土,再在屏蔽体和屏蔽墙上共同加厚2 cm厚的铅(Pb);准直孔开孔形状在圆柱形、圆锥形和对称双锥形这三种方案中准直效果和能量单一性方面对称双锥形准直孔最好。在屏蔽体改造完成后,利用尺寸为φ5.08cm×5.08 cm型液体闪烁体探测器(BC501)测量了改造后距准直孔右方径向距离70 cm处透射出来的中子和γ射线的相对强度,在扣除无束流天然本底后,有束流的中子本底降低了7.75倍,γ本底降低了38.5倍,改造效果达到了测量要求。In the experiment of measuring (n,xnγ) reaction cross section with prompt γ ray method, the experiment background has a significant influence on the result and is the key factor. In order to achieve the goal of reducing a certain amount of the experiment background, the improvement scheme of shield and collimator was given through Monte Carlo method and the shielding scheme was finally selected: add 30 cm(C2H4)n+9 cm Pb on the original shield, 54 cm heavy concrete on the original shield wall and then 2 cm thick lead(Pb) on the shield and shield wall. The collimation effect and energy uniformity of symmetrical double cone collimation hole are the best among cylindrical, conical, and symmetrical double cone. After the completion of the transformation of shield, the relative intensities of the transmitted neutron and γ rays from the 70 cm in right radial of the transformed collimation hole were measured with ?5.08 cm×5.08 cm type liquid scintillator detector(BC501). After deducting the natural background of no beam current, the neutron background of the beam current is reduced by 7.75 times and the γ background is reduced by 38.5 times, which meets the requirement.  相似文献

介绍了一款小型宇宙射线探测仪。该仪器具有宇宙射线科普演示功能,主要用于实时测量μ子射线并显示计数,以及长时间尺度下(年)稳定地对不同角度的次级宇宙线通量进行监控记录。简要地展示了探测器的硬件构造和探测效率的模拟计算。探测仪单个探测器的探测效率为93.1%,两个探测器符合测量的探测效率为86.6%。根据探测器的计数率以及模拟计算的探测效率,估计了次级宇宙射线垂直地面方向的通量,为J=29±3 m-2 sr-1 s-1。另外,利用该宇宙射线探测仪,测量了兰州市区的次级宇宙射线的天顶角分布。其结果很好地满足I(θ)=IH+I0 cosα θ经验公式,其中的角度依赖参数α=2.42±0.52。A small cosmic ray device is introduced in this paper.It has the demonstration function for popularization of science,and can be used mainly to display the μ counts in a real-time measurement,and to monitor the secondary cosmic ray flux at different angles in a very long time scale (years).We briefly show the hardware of the device and the detecting efficiency calculation by simulation.The detecting efficiency for one detector of the device is 93.1%,and the detecting efficiency is 86.6% for the coincidence measurement of two detectors.Based on the count rate by the detector and the simulated efficiency,the secondary cosmic ray flux perpendicular to the ground surface is measured,which is J=29±3 m-2sr-1 s-1.Moreover,with an application of the device,we measured the angular distribution of the secondary cosmic ray rate in Lanzhou City.The resulting angular distribution agrees well with the empirical formula as I(θ)=IH+I0 cosα θ,in which the parameter for the angle-dependence is α=2.42±0.53.  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备一系列Sr2SiO4∶Eu0.01, Dyx(x=0.000 1, 0.002 5, 0.005, 0.01)应力发光材料,研究了不同掺杂浓度下,Sr2SiO4∶Eu, Dy的光致发光和应力发光性质。研究结果表明在掺杂Dy3+浓度较低时,样品同时存在αβ两种相,当掺杂Dy3+浓度增加时,则出现βα的相转变。由于Eu2+占据Sr2+格位的不同,样品在蓝光区486 nm(Sr1)和绿光区530 nm(Sr2)有两个峰存在。而应力发光光谱与余辉光谱类似,均只呈现出530 nm的发光,这说明二者的发光来源于占据Sr2格位的Eu2+,都是通过改变陷阱的浓度实现发光性能的变化,但Sr2SiO4∶Eu, Dy的应力发光强度的变化还与其结构改变有关。同时,Sr2SiO4∶Eu, Dy应力发光强度与所施加的力之间呈良好的线性关系,并且可用眼睛观察到明显的黄色应力发光,这为应力发光传感器准确检测物体所受应力提供依据。结合余辉、热释以及应力发光性质,推测Sr2SiO4∶Eu, Dy的应力发光机制应是压电产生的电致发光。  相似文献

介绍了单j壳的球形平均场加几何四极-四极和标准对力模型的量子相交叉行为。在单j=15/2的壳内,计算了随模型控制参数变化的多个物理量如低激发能级、激发态间重叠积分、低激发态间的B(E2)比值和电四极矩比值。结果显示,在类转动到对激发相的演化中,多个物理量在交叉区存在非常明显的变化,如B(E2;41 → 21)/B(E2;21 → 0g),B(E2;42 → 21)/B(E2;21 → 0g)等,并且这些变化在核子数达到半满壳时尤为显著。此外,尽管当j较小时,由几何四极-四极相互作用得到的低激发能级不满足转动谱规律,但当j值足够大时,这些低激发能级满足转动谱规律。The analysis of the quantum phase crossover behavior in the spherical shell model mean-field plus the geometric quadrupole-quadrupole (Q·Q) and standard pairing model within a single-j shell is reported. Several quantities, such as low-lying excitation energies, the overlaps of excited states, ratios of some B(E2) and electric quadrupole moments of some low-lying states as functions of the control parameter of the model in a j=15/2 shell are calculated. The results show that there are noticeable changes in the crossover region of the rotational-like to the pair-excitation phase transition, such as B(E2;41 → 21)/B(E2;21 → 0g) and B(E2;42 → 21)/B(E2;21 → 0g), especially in the half-filling case. Though the low-lying excitation energies generated from the geometric quadrupole-quadrupole interaction not satisfy the pattern of a rotational spectrum when j is small, these energies follow the pattern of a rotational spectrum when j is sufficiently large.  相似文献

A facile method of combining the defect engineering with the dielectric-screening effect is proposed to improve the electrical performance of MoS2 transistors. It is found that the carrier mobility of the transistor after the sulfur treatment on the MoS2 channel is greatly enhanced due to the reduction of the sulfur vacancies during vulcanization of MoS2.Furthermore, as compared to those transistors with HfO2 and SiO2 as the gate dielectric, the Al2O3-gate dielectric MoS2 FET shows a better electrical performance after the sulfur treatment, with a lowered subthreshold swing of 179.4 m V/dec,an increased on/off ratio of 2.11 × 106, and an enhanced carrier mobility of 64.74 cm2/V·s(about twice increase relative to the non-treated MoS2 transistor with SiO2 as the gate dielectric). These are mainly attributed to the fact that a suitable k-value gate dielectric can produce a dominant dielectric-screening effect overwhelming the phonon scattering, increasing the carrier mobility, while a larger k-value gate dielectric will enhance the phonon scattering to counteract the dielectricscreening effect, reducing the carrier mobility.  相似文献

本研究通过壳模型计算研究了N=51的同中子素91Zr、93Mo和95Ru中高自旋晕态21/2+的同核异能态现象。计算发现,低角动量的p1/2轨道上的质子是仅在93Mo中存在21/2+晕阱的主要原因。同时,本工作还研究了N=52的同中子素92Zr、94Mo和96Ru中101+-121+能级结构的系统性,发现94Mo中的101+-121+能级间隙相对最小,考虑到与93Mo的17/21+-21/21+能级相似的组态,这一结果为93Mo中出现21/2+晕阱提供了补充性的论证。Isomerism of the high-spin yrast 21/2+ states of the N=51 isotones 91Zr, 93Mo and 95Ru has been investigated using the shell model calculations. It is found that the low-j πp1/2 is responsible for the only yrast trap in 93Mo. In addition, the relatively smaller 101+-121+ level spacing in 94Mo has been found by investigating the systematics of the 101+-121+ level structures in the N=52 isotones 92Zr, 94Mo and 96Ru. This result provides a supplementary argument to the origin of the 21/2+ yrast trap in 93Mo from the viewpoint of the similarity between the configurations of 101+-121+ states in 94Mo and those of 17/21+-21/21+ states in 93Mo.  相似文献

激光诱导击穿光谱作为一种新型的物质成分检测技术,具有快速、实时、微损、原位、多元素同时分析等优势,目前在环境监测,食品安全,选矿冶金,生物医疗,太空探测等多个领域都具有广泛应用。然而,由于元素谱线的自吸收效应,使得激光诱导击穿光谱谱线强度降低,严重时甚至会使特征谱线峰型产生凹陷(即“自蚀”现象),定标曲线变弯曲,导致该技术的元素检测精准度变差,从而无法实现大规模商业应用。因此,对激光诱导击穿光谱自吸收效应及其校正方法的探索,一直以来是学者们研究的热点。综述了自吸收效应校正方法的研究进展,分析了自吸收效应产生的物理机制,分别从实验参数优化、物理辅助装置、自吸收模型和校正算法等多个角度对自吸收效应的几种主要校正方法进行了归纳和总结,并对其优势和缺点进行了对比分析,其中实验参数优化具有原理简单、易操作的优势;能态选择性共振激发自吸收效应抑制效果稳定;微波辅助激发成本较低,可同时对多元素实现自吸收抑制;自吸收系数法可直接量化自吸收效应强弱,计算步骤简便且所需等离子体参数较少;基于内参考线的自吸收校正算法计算效率高,校正效果明显;光学薄法可直接获取光学薄等离子体谱线,避免理论误差。最后,对自吸收效应未来的研究方向和发展趋势进行了展望。  相似文献

Measurement of plutonium isotopes in vivo is not feasible for radiation protection purposes. Considering the slow rate of plutonium excretion, the respect to annual dose limits, whenever risk of plutonium internal contamination occurs, implies the need of a monitoring programme based on very sensitive bioassay, i.e., measurement of plutonium content in samples of urine or feces, characterized by a very low minimum detectable activity. Alpha spectrometry is the most common measurement method applied in this field. The applicability of this method strictly depends on the procedure adopted for the sample radiochemical preparation preceding the real spectrometric counting and, particularly, on the element chemical recovery that is one of the parameters that mostly influence the minimum detectable activity achievable by the analysis. The aim of the present work is to compare the performances of four of the most widely adopted radiochemical procedures making use of different separation methods for the determination of plutonium in urine samples via alpha spectrometry.  相似文献

基于多粒子LIBS谱线的自吸收校正方法研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为克服自吸收效应对炉渣样品定量分析结果的影响,基于快速模拟退火算法的优化过程,结合等离子体发射光谱的基本理论,发展了一种基于多种粒子发射谱线的自吸收校正算法,给出了该算法的流程图。利用前述自吸收校正算法分别对精炼渣和高炉渣样品的激光诱导等离子体发射光谱强度进行校正,并结合无标分析法,对比分析了自吸收校正算法对样品成分定量分析结果的影响。对比自吸收校正前后的Boltzmann图可以看出,经自吸收校正后,等离子体中各粒子的温度均稳定在11600K左右,结果明显趋于一致。利用自吸收校正后同种粒子的等离子体光谱构建的Boltzmann图中,除一组数据外,其他数据在Boltzmann图中的截距基本一致。利用经自吸收校正后的谱线,对两种炉渣样品成分进行定量分析的结果表明:对于精炼渣,MgO的定量分析结果精度不高,若不分析MgO的含量,则CaO,Al2O3和SiO2等成分定量分析结果的相对误差会明显降低;对于MgO含量为8.49%的高炉渣样品,Al2O3定量分析结果的精度最高,相对误差为2.38%,MgO最低,相对误差为28.27%,但基本可以反映出该成分在样品中的含量。  相似文献

The electrochemical synthesis of alpha Fe2O3 nanoparticles was performed using quaternary ammonium salts viz. TPAB, TBAB and TOAB in an organic medium by optimizing current density and molar concentration of the ligand. The role of ligands in the formation of α phase, structure and magnetic properties was investigated in details. The effect of increasing chain length on the particle size confirmed that as the chain length increases from propyl to octyl, the particle size decreases. X-ray diffraction spectra of as prepared samples and TEM analysis confirmed the amorphous nature of iron oxide. TEM showed beads of iron oxide joined together with a size distribution in the range of 6–30 nm. The Mossbauer studies also support this observation that for the lowest particle size, the line width is broader which successively reduces with increase in particle size. Iron oxide capped with TOAB indicated superparamagnetic nature at room temperature. The resultant internal magnetic field of 506 mm/s due to hyperfine splitting clearly established the formation of α-Fe2O3 The infrared spectroscopy and pH measurements revealed the binding of tetra alkyl ligand with iron oxide. The IR spectra and the increase in basicity of as prepared samples confirmed the formation of hydrated iron oxide. Above 800°C the spectra indicated only iron oxide. Surface area obtained by BET method was 205 m2/g.  相似文献

涉氚核设施在检修及退役时,其产生的氚化粒子容易被工作人员误吸入,并在呼吸系统的不同部位停留,部分尺寸较小的粒子可能在肺泡间质区(AI 区) 停留超过1 年的时间。氚粒子通过 衰变释放电子,在释放电子的同时以及释放的电子与周围原子相互作用还会分别产生出内、外轫致辐射,这些都会对人体肺部组织造成辐射损伤。本文采用蒙特卡罗程序PENELOPE 对多种氚化粒子在人体肺部组织中的吸收剂量进行了模拟计算,特别是讨论了氚 衰变的内轫致辐射的贡献。研究发现,电子辐射对人体肺泡产生的吸收剂量大于外、内轫致辐射,但后两者作用距离较长,对人体造成的影响重要;电子辐射吸收剂量随着粒子尺寸的增大以及金属原子序数的增大而减小;外轫致辐射吸收剂量随着粒子尺寸的增大而减小,随着金属原子序数的增大而增大;内轫致辐射吸收剂量随着粒子尺寸的增大以及金属原子序数的增大而减小。Some tritium relevant nuclear facilities, such as Tokamak, can produce tritiated particles. There is the possibility for the staffs to inhale the tritiated particles by accident in the process of maintenance or decommission of these facilities. Tritium decays to 3He, during which the beta electron and the internal bremsstrahlung are released. Meanwhile, the released electrons will interact with the surrounding atoms, and the external bremsstrahlung will be generated. All the electrons, internal bremsstrahlung and external bremsstrahlung will deposit the radiation energies to lung tissues and generate the radiation damage. In this paper we studied the radiation doses by inhaled tritiated particles in lung tissues by Monte Carlo code PENELOPE, in particular, internal bremsstrahlung contribution was included. Our results demonstrated that (1) the dose caused by electron radiation is far higher than those of external and internal bremsstrahlung, which however shall not be negligible due to their long-distance effects; (2) the dose caused by electron radiation decreases as the particle size and metal atomic number Z increase; (3) the dose caused by external bremsstrahlung decreases as the particle size increases, but increases as the metal Z increases; (4) the dose caused by internal bremsstrahlung decreases as the particle size and metal Z increase.  相似文献

The present study explores the conditions favorable for the growth of cylindrical carbon nanostructures such as multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) and carbon nanofiber by catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) method using nickel oxide-based catalyst nanoparticles of different average sizes as well as different levels of doping by copper oxide. The role of doping and the average size have been related to the observed melting behavior of nanoparticles of nickel oxide by thermal and diffraction analysis, and the importance of melting has been highlighted in the context of growth of cylindrical nanostructures. In the reducing environment prevailing in the CCVD chamber due to decomposition of flowing acetylene gas at elevated temperature, there is extensive reduction of oxide nanoparticles. Lack of melting and faster flow of carbon-bearing gases favor the formation of a carbon deposit cover over the catalyst nanoparticles giving rise to the formation of nanobeads. Melting allows rapid diffusion of carbon from the surface to inside catalyst particles, and reduced flow of gas lowers the rate of carbon deposit, both creating conditions favorable for the formation of cylindrical nanostructures, which grows around the catalyst particles. Smaller particle size and lower doping favor growth of MWCNT, while growth of fiber is commonly observed on larger particles having relatively higher level of doping.  相似文献

Angular intensity distributions for transition radiation excited by a beam of relativistic electrons in the emitter in the form of a dihedral angle are measured in the millimeter range. The angle is formed by the intersection of two conducting planes. The source of radiation is a microtron with an electron energy of 7.4 MeV. We analyze the effect of the magnitude of the dihedral angle of the emitter, the position of the electron transition point on the surface of the angle, and the direction of motion of electrons on the angular distribution of radiation intensity. It is shown that the spectral and angular distributions of radiation intensity in the dihedral angle substantially differ from analogous distributions for a particle intersecting a planar conducting surface. The possibility of using radiation to measure the energy, spatial position, and direction of motion of charges is considered.  相似文献

基于氧气A波段的临边辐射强度模拟数据对临近空间高度(60~110 km)的大气温度反演进行了研究及结果分析。首先, 基于正演模型分别模拟了无噪声和加入噪声情况下的临边辐射强度模拟值,基于这两种模拟数据分别进行了临近空间大气温度反演,并对氧气A波段中的所有谱线的反演结果进行了分析,确定了氧气A波段各谱线权函数变化规律可作为温度观测的判断依据。温度通过影响线强和自吸收两部分来影响辐射强度,且温度对它们的影响正好相反,权函数就是用来表示温度对辐射强度影响大小的函数,而反演结果的差距可从其权函数中得到规律。在无噪声情况下,当温度对自吸收的影响小于对线强的影响时,权函数未发生正负翻转,温度反演精度较高,平均反演偏差为4.1 K;当温度对自吸收的影响大于对线强的影响时(主要位于60~80 km高度),权函数发生正负翻转,原因是自吸收降低了辐射强度对温度的灵敏度,此时温度的反演精度较差,平均反演偏差达到34.9 K。此外,在有噪声的情况下,强线比弱线的抗干扰能力更强,反演精度更高,在实际观测中也更适合用于温度的反演,所以线强的强弱也是谱线选择的另一个重要的依据。基于辐射弱线, 进一步通过人为提高信噪比来分析辐射强度对反演精度的影响,结果表明:辐射越强,信噪比越大,温度的反演精度越高,反之则越低。当气辉谱线线强达到10-26时, 也可以用于80 km以上的温度反演并获得较好的反演结果, 反演精度<5 K。  相似文献

研究了180 nm 互补金属氧化物半导体技术下的器件沟道长度对总剂量辐照效应的影响. 在其他条件如辐照偏置、器件结构等不变的情况下, 氧化层中的陷阱电荷决定了辐照响应. 浅沟槽隔离氧化层中的陷阱电荷使得寄生的侧壁沟道反型, 从而形成大的关态泄漏电流. 这个电流与沟道长度存在一定的关系, 沟道长度越短, 泄漏电流越大. 首次发现辐照会增强这个电流的沟道长度调制效应, 从而使得器件进一步退化.  相似文献

引入了6波段P-1辐射模型,对三维空气电弧等离子体进行了仿真分析.其特点是不仅考虑了热辐射的发射问题,同时考虑了等离子体内热辐射的自吸收问题.通过计算获得了空气电弧等离子体温度和辐射能量的分布并进行了相应的分析.与净辐射系数方法相比较,P-1模型获得的温度分布较宽,其弧柱电压值更接近于实验测量值.研究表明,6波段P-1辐射模型能够更精确地求解空气电弧等离子体的辐射问题. 关键词: 热辐射 P-1模型 空气电弧等离子体 磁流体动力学  相似文献
