Suppose that G is a finite group and H is a subgroup of G. H is said to be S-quasinormal in G if it permutes with every Sylow subgroup of G; H is said to be S-quasinormally embedded in G if for each prime p dividing |H|, a Sylow p-subgroup of H is also a Sylow p-subgroup of some S-quasinormal subgroup of G. Summary A subgroup H of a group G is said to be π-quasinormal in G if it permutes with every Sylow subgroup of G, and H is said to be π-quasinormally embedded in G if for each prime dividing the order of H, a Sylow p-subgroup of H is also a Sylow p-subgroup of some π-quasinormal subgroups of G. We characterize p-nilpotentcy of finite groups with the assumption that some maximal subgroups, 2-maximal subgroups, minimal subgroups and 2-minimal subgroups are π-quasinormally embedded, respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

A subgroup of a group G is said to be S-quasinormal in G if it permutes with every Sylow subgroup of G. A subgroup H of a group G is said to be S-quasinormally embedded in G if every Sylow subgroup of H is a Sylow subgroup of some S-quasinormal subgroup of G. In this paper we examine the structure of a finite group G under the assumption that certain abelian subgroups of prime power order are S-quasinormally embedded in G. Our results improve and extend recent results of Ramadan [Ramadan, M. (2001). The influence of S-quasinormality of some subgroups of prime power order on the structure of finite groups. Arch. Math. 77:143–148].  相似文献

In this article, we investigate the structure of the finite group G under the assumption that certain abelian subgroups of prime power order are S-quasinormally embedded in G and lie in the generlized hypercenter of G.  相似文献

Suppose that G is a finite group and H is a subgroup of G. H is said to be S-quasinormally embedded in G if for each prime p dividing the order of H, a Sylow p-subgroup of H is also a Sylow p-subgroup of some S-quasinormal subgroup of G; H is said to be an SS-quasinormal subgroup of G if there is a subgroup B of G such that G=HB and H permutes with every Sylow subgroup of B. We fix in every non-cyclic Sylow subgroup P of G some subgroup D satisfying 1<|D|<|P| and study the structure of G under the assumption that every subgroup H of P with |H|=|D| is either S-quasinormally embedded or SS-quasinormal in G. Some recent results are generalized and unified.  相似文献

A subgroup H of a finite group G is called c*-supplemented in G if there exists a subgroup K of G such that G = HK and HK is S-quasinormally embedded in G. In this paper, we investigate the local c*-supplementation of maximal subgroups of some Sylow p-subgroup and present some sufficient and necessary conditions for a finite group to be p-nilpotent. As applications, we give some sufficient conditions for a finite group to be in a saturated formation.  相似文献

Suppose that H is a subgroup of a finite group G. H is called π-quasinormal in G if it permutes with every Sylow subgroup of G; H is called π-quasinormally embedded in G provided every Sylow subgroup of H is a Sylow subgroup of some π-quasinormal subgroup of G; H is called c-supplemented in G if there exists a subgroup N of G such that G = HN and HNH G = Core G (H). In this paper, finite groups G satisfying the condition that some kinds of subgroups of G are either π-quasinormally embedded or c-supplemented in G, are investigated, and theorems which unify some recent results are given.   相似文献

Suppose G is a finite group and H is subgroup of G. H is said to be s-permutably embedded in G if for each prime p dividing |H|, a Sylow p-subgroup of H is also a Sylow p-subgroup of some s-permutable subgroup of G; H is called weakly s-permutably embedded in G if there are a subnormal subgroup T of G and an s-permutably embedded subgroup H se of G contained in H such that G = HT and H ∩ T ≤ H se . We investigate the influence of weakly s-permutably embedded subgroups on the structure of finite groups. Some recent results are generalized.  相似文献

Let ? be a complete set of Sylow subgroups of a finite group G, that is, a set composed of a Sylow p-subgroup of G for each p dividing the order of G. A subgroup H of G is called ?-S-semipermutable if H permutes with every Sylow p-subgroup of G in ? for all p?π(H); H is said to be ?-S-seminormal if it is normalized by every Sylow p-subgroup of G in ? for all p?π(H). The main aim of this paper is to characterize the ?-MS-groups, or groups G in which the maximal subgroups of every Sylow subgroup in ? are ?-S-semipermutable in G and the ?-MSN-groups, or groups in which the maximal subgroups of every Sylow subgroup in ? are ?-S-seminormal in G.  相似文献

A subgroup H of a finite group G is said to be s-permutable in G if H permutes with every Sylow subgroup of G. In this article, some sufficient conditions for a finite group G to be p-nilpotent are given whenever all subgroups with order p m of a Sylow p-subgroup of G are s-permutable for a given positive integer m.  相似文献

We say that a subgroup H of a finite group G is nearly S-permutable in G if for every prime p such that (p, |H|) = 1 and for every subgroup K of G containing H the normalizer N K (H) contains some Sylow p-subgroup of K. We study the structure of G under the assumption that some subgroups of G are nearly S-permutable in G.  相似文献

A subgroup H of a finite group G is called c-normal in G if there exists a normal subgroup N of G such that G = HN and $H \cap N \leq H_{G} = {\rm core}_{G}(H)$. In this paper, we investigate the class of groups of which every maximal subgroup of its Sylow p-subgroup is c-normal and the class of groups of which some minimal subgroups of its Sylow p-subgroup is c-normal for some prime number p. Some interesting results are obtained and consequently, many known results related to p-nilpotent groups and p-supersolvable groups are generalized.  相似文献

Let F be a saturated formation containing the class of supersolvable groups and let G be a finite group. The following theorems are shown: (1) G ∈ F if and only if there is a normal subgroup H such that G/H ∈ F and every maximal subgroup of all Sylow subgroups of H is either c-normal or s-quasinormally embedded in G; (2) G ∈F if and only if there is a soluble normal subgroup H such that G/H∈F and every maximal subgroup of all Sylow subgroups of F(H), the Fitting subgroup of H, is either e-normally or s-quasinormally embedded in G.  相似文献

We introduce a new subgroup embedding property in a finite group called weakly S-quasinormality. We say a subgroup H of a finite group G is weakly S-quasinormal in G if there exists a normal subgroup K such that HKG and HK is S-quasinormally embedded in G. We use the new concept to investigate the properties of some finite groups. Some previously known results are generalized.  相似文献

Let \frak Z \frak Z be a complete set of Sylow subgroups of a finite group G, that is, for each prime p dividing the order of G, \frak Z \frak Z contains exactly one and only one Sylow p-subgroup of G. A subgroup H of a finite group G is said to be \frak Z \frak Z -permutable if H permutes with every member of \frak Z \frak Z . The purpose here is to study the influence of \frak Z \frak Z -permutability of some subgroups on the structure of finite groups. Some recent results are generalized.  相似文献

A subgroup of H of a group G is called ss-quasinormally embedded in G if there exists a subgroup T of G such that G = HT and HT is squasinormally embedded in G. In this paper, we shall obtain some characterizations about p-nilpotency of G by assuming that some subgroups of prime power order of G are ss-quasinormally embedded in G.  相似文献

We call a subgroup H of a finite group G c-supplemented in G if there exists a subgroup K of G such that G = HK and HK ⩽ core(H). In this paper it is proved that a finite group G is p-nilpotent if G is S 4-free and every minimal subgroup of PG N is c-supplemented in N G (P), and when p = 2 P is quaternion-free, where p is the smallest prime number dividing the order of G, P a Sylow p-subgroup of G. As some applications of this result, some known results are generalized.  相似文献

Let G be a finite group and H ≤ G. The subgroup H is called: S-permutable in G if HP = PH for all Sylow subgroups P of G; S-permutably embedded in G if each Sylow subgroup of H is also a Sylow subgroup of some S-permutable subgroup of G.

Let H be a subgroup of a group G. Then we say that H is SQ-supplemented in G if G has a subgroup T and an S-permutably embedded subgroup C ≤ H such that HT = G and TH ≤ C.

We study the structure of G under the assumption that some subgroups of G are SQ-supplemented in G. Some known results are generalized.  相似文献
