Summary: The photopolymer recording material based on acrylamide monomer has been experimentally studied. After illumination with an interference field, the photopolymerization process is initiated and a diffraction grating is formed in real-time. The performance of the material depends on its chemical composition and recording parameters. Due to its self-developing characteristics, the real-time measurement of hologram formation is used for detection of the recording process. From the measurement, properties of the material can be determined and optimized for different holographic applications.  相似文献

Maleimides are gaining a great deal of attention in both scientific and industrial communities since they can be used in high performance macromolecular systems: thermosets with high temperature stability, self-healing systems, or in click chemistry reactions. After an introduction, this review reports in the first part the different routes to synthesize maleimides. In the second part, this review focuses on the use of maleimides in polymer synthesis, first through nucleophilic reactions, second via cycloaddition to yield remendable systems, and then via radical polymerization. 继人类基因组计划完成之后,作为一种新的研究策略,蛋白质组学在生命科学研究中发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。由于生物体系的复杂性和多样性,使得分离效率高、灵敏度高、通量高和动态范围宽的分离分析技术平台的研究和应用已成为蛋白质组学研究的重点和热点之一。着重介绍了近年来应用日益广泛的多维色谱预分离、毛细管液相色谱-质谱联用、毛细管电泳及其与质谱联用等高效分离分析技术在复杂生物体系的蛋白质分析中的最新进展。引用相关文献40篇。  相似文献

Summary: Application of high pressure, up to 2 500 bar, in cumyl dithiobenzoate‐mediated styrene reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerizations was found to be extremely advantageous with respect to both rate and control of polymerization. The overall rate of polymerization could be increased by a factor of approximately 3 with, e.g., at 23% conversion, concomitantly reducing the polydispersity indices from 1.35 to 1.10. No significant effect of increased pressure on the rate retardation effect was found.

研制了一种全封闭光学系统的高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器。这种全封闭结构可以同时提高灵敏度、光谱分辨率和线性范围 ,对萘的最小检测量在2 30 nm下可达 1× 1 0 -10 g,且线性范围比为 5× 1 0 4。该检测器所采集的连续波长吸光度数据可以形成形象直观的三维谱图 ,以几种芳香类化合物为研究对象 ,验证了该系统的各项性能。  相似文献

A hybrid cation-exchange monolith for high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was prepared by a one-pot synthesis with reverse-atom transfer radical polymerization, in which sodium bisulfite was used as the inorganic material, methyl methacrylate was used as organic material, 2, 2'-Azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, and ferric trichloride as the inorganic catalyst. Moreover, sodium bisulfite was used to provide the sulfonic group. The conditions of polymerization were optimized. The chemical groups of the monolith were assayed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy; the morphology of monolithic material was investigated by scanning electron microscopy; the pore size distribution was determined by a mercury porosimeter; and the mechanical stability and permeability of the monolith were investigated by the back-pressure drop at several linear velocities. Finally, the monolith was used to separate human serum albumin from human plasma in conjunction with HPLC in 5 min, and the influences of buffer concentration and pH value on the elution of human serum albumin were investigated. In addition, the monolith was applied to separate lysozyme from egg whites in a short time (4 min) and separate a mixture of aromatic compounds.  相似文献

Summary : The activation-deactivation pseudo-equilibrium coefficient Qt and constant K0 (=Qt x PaT1,t = ([A1]x[Ox])/([T1]x[T])) as well as the factor of activation (PaT1,t) and rate constants of elementary steps reactions that govern the increase of Mn with conversion in controlled cationic ring-opening polymerization of oxetane (Ox) in 1,4-dioxane (1,4-D) and in tetrahydropyran (THP) (i.e. cyclic ethers which have no homopolymerizability (T)) were determined using terminal-model kinetics. We show analytically that the dynamic behavior of the two growing species (A1 and T1) competing for the same resources (Ox and T) follows a Lotka-Volterra model of predator-prey interactions.  相似文献

开发了一类新型阳极界面缓冲材料PbI2,制备了结构为ITO/PbI2/P3HT:PC61BM/Al(氧化铟锡导电玻璃/碘化铅/聚三已基噻吩:富勒烯衍生物/铝)的器件,制备工艺包括旋涂和蒸镀,考察了PbI2在聚合物太阳能电池原型器件ITO/P3HT:PC61BM/Al中的效果。不同碘化铅浓度,退火温度,退火时间,对PbI2薄膜的质量都会有影响。很显然,高质量的PbI2薄膜将会带来好的光电转化效率。PbI2薄膜的透光性,结晶性,以及表面形貌可以用来描述所成薄膜的质量好坏。对能带来最好性能的碘化铅薄膜进行了紫外-可见光谱,X射线粉末衍射(XRD),原子力显微镜(AFM),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征。实验发现,太阳能电池器件的效率对PbI2浓度比较敏感,最优化的条件为,旋涂浓度为3 mg·mL-1,100 ℃退火30 min,其电池的开路电压(Voc)达到0.45 V,短路电流密度(Jsc)为7.9 mA·cm-2,填充因子(FF)为0.46,与没有界面缓冲材料的器件相比,光电转换效率(PCE)由0.85%提高到1.64%。  相似文献
