The identification of nonlinear aeroelastic systems based on the Volterra theory of nonlinear systems is presented. Recent applications of the theory to problems in computational and experimental aeroelasticity are reviewed. Computational results include the development of computationally efficient reduced-order models (ROMs) using an Euler/Navier–Stokes flow solver and the analytical derivation of Volterra kernels for a nonlinear aeroelastic system. Experimental results include the identification of aerodynamic impulse responses, the application of higher-order spectra (HOS) to wind-tunnel flutter data, and the identification of nonlinear aeroelastic phenomena from flight flutter test data of the active aeroelastic wing (AAW) aircraft.  相似文献

In the present work, an efficient surrogate-based framework is developed for the prediction of motion-induced surface pressure fluctuations and integral force and moment coefficients. The model construction is realized by performing forced-motion computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations, while the result is processed via the proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) to obtain the predominant flow modes. Subsequently, a nonlinear system identification is carried out with respect to the applied excitation and the resulting POD coefficients. For the input/output model identification task, a recurrent local linear neuro-fuzzy approach is employed in order to capture the linear and nonlinear characteristics of the dynamic system. Once the reduced-order model (ROM) is trained, it can substitute the flow solver within unsteady aerodynamic or aeroelastic simulation frameworks for a given configuration at fixed freestream conditions. For demonstration purposes, the ROM approach is applied to the LANN wing in high subsonic and transonic flow. Due to the characteristic lambda-shock system, the unsteady aerodynamic surface pressure distribution is dominated by nonlinear effects. Numerical investigations show a good correlation between the results obtained by the ROM methodology in comparison to the full-order CFD solution. In addition, the surrogate approach yields a significant speed-up regarding unsteady aerodynamic calculations, which is beneficial for multidisciplinary computations.  相似文献

This paper presents a parametric reduced-order model (ROM) based on manifold learning (ML) for use in steady transonic aerodynamic applications. The main objective of this work is to derive an efficient ROM that exploits the low-dimensional nonlinear solution manifold to ensure an improved treatment of the nonlinearities involved in varying the inflow conditions to obtain an accurate prediction of shocks. The reduced-order representation of the data is derived using the Isomap ML method, which is applied to a set of sampled computational fluid dynamics (CFD) data. In order to develop a ROM that has the ability to predict approximate CFD solutions at untried parameter combinations, Isomap is coupled with an interpolation method to capture the variations in parameters like the angle of attack or the Mach number. Furthermore, an approximate local inverse mapping from the reduced-order representation to the full CFD solution space is introduced. The proposed ROM, called Isomap+I, is applied to the two-dimensional NACA 64A010 airfoil and to the 3D LANN wing. The results are compared to those obtained by proper orthogonal decomposition plus interpolation (POD+I) and to the full-order CFD model.  相似文献

CFD技术为带有气动力非线性的气动弹性分析提供了一种研究途径,但是基于CFD的气动弹性直接数值模拟方法的计算量很大,不便开展定性分析和参数设计.基于CFD的非定常气动力模型的降阶技术为缓解计算效率与计算精度之间的矛盾以及系统的复杂性与易分析、易设计性之间的矛盾提供了行之有效的技术途径.综述了近年来发展的两类基于CFD技术的非定常气动力降阶技术和一种非线性气动力的谐波平衡方法,以及这些方法在非线性气动弹性研究中的运用.对比了各种方法的优越性并作了进一步的展望.   相似文献

高维、非线性气动弹性系统的模型降阶是当前气动弹性力学与控制领域的研究热点之一.然而国内外现有的非线性模型降阶方法仍存在辨识算法复杂、精度有待提高等问题.本研究提出了一种基于非线性状态空间辨识的跨音速气动弹性模型降阶方法. 首先,该方法基于非定常空气动力的单位脉冲响应数据,采用特征系统实现算法对非线性状态空间模型的线性动力学部分进行系统辨识. 其次,引入状态和控制输入的非线性函数, 采用优化算法对非线性函数的系数矩阵进行优化,进而得到考虑非线性效应的空气动力降阶模型.为了验证该降阶模型在预测跨音速气动弹性力学行为的精确性,本文以三维机翼为研究对象,分别从基于非线性降阶模型的气动力辨识、跨声速颤振边界计算和极限环振荡预测三方面进行了算例验证,并与现有的模型降阶方法进行了对比, 进一步说明本文所提出方法的有效性.研究结果表明, 该降阶模型对上述三类问题的计算精度与直接流-固耦合方法相吻合,可用于高效预测飞行器跨声速气动弹性力学行为.   相似文献

Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) based unsteady aerodynamic reduced-order model (ROM) can offer significant improvements to the efficiency of transonic aeroelastic analysis. To construct a ROM based on mode shapes, one run of CFD solver is needed to compute aerodynamic responses corresponding to mode excitations. When mode shapes change with structure, another run of the CFD solver is required to construct the new ROM. The typically large computational cost associated with repeated runs of the CFD solver impedes the application of existing unsteady aerodynamic reduced-order modeling methods to transonic aeroelastic design optimization and aeroelastic uncertainty analysis. This paper demonstrates a method that can replace the CFD solver used in the process of existing unsteady aerodynamic reduced-order modeling. It can produce aerodynamic responses corresponding to mode excitations for arbitrary mode shapes within a few seconds. Computational cost can be reduced by two orders of magnitude using the mode excitations and the corresponding aerodynamic responses computed by the method to construct the ROMs used for flutter analyses in aeroelastic design optimization or aeroelastic uncertainty analysis in transonic regime compared with the existing unsteady aerodynamic reduced-order modeling methods. Results show that the method can accurately produce the aerodynamic responses corresponding to the mode excitations and predict the flutter characteristics of AGARD 445.6 wings root-attached in three different ways.  相似文献

CFD/CSD耦合计算能够准确预测跨音速段飞行器弹性振动的非定常气动力, 但其带来的巨大 计算量及高阶维数不利于气动弹性系统的分析与综合. 针对于此,采用系统辨识及 均衡截断技术对高阶气动伺服弹性模型进行降阶处理,并利用所得到的低阶模型进行系统综 合:(1) 基于Volterra级数气动力辨识技术,得到非定常气动力的时域降阶模型(ROM), 耦合结构动力学模型及控制机构动力学模型获得气动伺服弹性(ASE)状态空间方 程;(2) 利用均衡截段法对时域ASE模型进行进一步降阶,得到能够较真实反映所关心频域内系统响应 的低阶ASE模型;(3) 针对建模误差和降阶误差存在造成的系统不确定性问题,结合降阶模型 采用混合灵敏度$H_{\infty}$控制方法设计颤振主动抑制鲁棒控制律,保证其作用 于真实系统的有效性;对控制器进行 均衡阶段降阶并保持其鲁棒性,得到低阶鲁棒的颤振抑制控制器. 最后利用典型的BACT模型 进行气动伺服弹性的降阶及主动颤振抑制控制,仿真结果表明,基于ROM建立的低阶气动弹 性模型能够较真实地反应系统的颤振特性;而基于截断后的降阶模型所设计的低阶鲁棒控制 器能够有效应用于存在不确定性摄动的实际系统,并将系统颤振速度提高36%.  相似文献

Aiming at developing an effective tool to unveil key mechanisms in bio-flight as well as to provide guidelines for bio-inspired micro air vehicles(MAVs) design,we propose a comprehensive computational framework,which integrates aerodynamics,flight dynamics,vehicle stability and maneuverability.This framework consists of(1) a Navier-Stokes unsteady aerodynamic model;(2) a linear finite element model for structural dynamics;(3) a fluidstructure interaction(FSI) model for coupled flexible wing aerodynamics aeroelasticity;(4) a free-flying rigid body dynamic(RBD) model utilizing the Newtonian-Euler equations of 6DoF motion;and(5) flight simulator accounting for realistic wing-body morphology,flapping-wing and body kinematics,and a coupling model accounting for the nonlinear 6DoF flight dynamics and stability of insect flapping flight.Results are presented based on hovering aerodynamics with rigid and flexible wings of hawkmoth and fruitfly.The present approach can support systematic analyses of bio- and bio-inspired flight.  相似文献

Multiwavelet Constructions and Volterra Kernel Identification   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The Volterra series is commonly used for the modeling of nonlinear dynamical systems. In general, however, a large number of terms are needed to represent Volterra kernels, with the number of required terms increasing exponentially with the order of the kernel. Therefore, reduced-order kernel representations are needed in order to employ the Volterra series in engineering practice. This paper presents an approach whereby multiwavelets are used to obtain low-order estimates of first-, second-, and third-order Volterra kernels. A family of multiwavelets is constructed from the classical finite element basis functions using the technique of intertwining. The resulting multiwavelets are piecewise-polynomial, orthonormal, compactly-supported, and can be constructed with arbitrary approximation order. Furthermore, these multiwavelets are easily adapted to the domains of support of the Volterra kernels. In contrast, most wavelet families do not possess this characteristic. Higher-dimensional multiwavelets can easily be constructed by taking tensor products of the original one-dimensional functions. Therefore, it is straightforward to extend this approach to the representation of higher-order Volterra kernels. This kernel identification algorithm is demonstrated on a prototypical oscillator with a quadratic stiffness nonlinearity. For this system, it is shown that accurate kernel estimates can be obtained in terms of a relatively small number of wavelet coefficients. These results indicate the potential of the multiwavelet-based algorithm for obtaining reduced-order models for a large class of weakly nonlinear systems.  相似文献

基于非结构混合网格的N-S方程求解器和结构柔度影响系数法,发展了一种考虑气动、结构非线性的基于RBF插值技术CFD/CSD耦合分析方法,适用于解决现代大展弦比飞机的非线性静气动弹性问题。该方法采用时间相关法(即求解非定常方程组,用长时间的渐近解趋于定常状态)求解静气弹分析时的定常流动。考虑大展弦比飞机结构变形问题为大变形小应力问题,在利用柔度系数法求解结构方程时,假设每次求解结构方程时应力与应变为线性关系,整体静气弹分析过程为非线性关系,因此每次求解结构方程时要更新柔度影响系数矩阵。在非定常N-S方程每求解一个时间步耦合一次结构有限元分析,由于结构有限元分析的时间相对于气动分析时间是很短的,所以这种方法实际上近似使用了一次求解非定常气动力的时间完成了整个静气动弹性分析的过程。对于气动网格与结构有限元网格不一致性,本文采用径向基函数(RBF)插值方法中的TPS方法进行结构弹性变形和气动载荷插值,采用虚功原理完成气动载荷数据交换。为了节省气弹分析时间,采用动网格方法对气动网格进行更新,本文基于RBF插值方法发展一种适用于混合网格(四面体、三棱柱、金字塔和六面体)变形的动网格方法,可以保证附面层网格的质量与分布从而准确模拟其流动。利用该方法对M6机翼、DLR-F6翼身组合体和某大型客机机翼进行了静气动弹性特性分析,结果验证了本文开发的非线性CFD/CSD耦合分析方法的可行性、精确性和高效性。  相似文献

The reduced-order model(ROM) for the two-dimensional supersonic cavity flow based on proper orthogonal decomposition(POD) and Galerkin projection is investigated. Presently, popular ROMs in cavity flows are based on an isentropic assumption,valid only for flows at low or moderate Mach numbers. A new ROM is constructed involving primitive variables of the fully compressible Navier-Stokes(N-S) equations, which is suitable for flows at high Mach numbers. Compared with the direct numerical simulation(DNS) results, the proposed model predicts flow dynamics(e.g., dominant frequency and amplitude) accurately for supersonic cavity flows, and is robust. The comparison between the present transient flow fields and those of the DNS shows that the proposed ROM can capture self-sustained oscillations of a shear layer. In addition, the present model reduction method can be easily extended to other supersonic flows.  相似文献

Formulas for all the components of the aerodynamic drag (total, friction, inductive, wave, pressure, and heat-transfer) are uniformly derived as applied to flows governed by the Navier-Stokes and Reynolds equations. For flows of this type the definition of the aerodynamic drag components is refined and the physical basis of the chosen method of breaking up the total drag into components is discussed. Ways of calculating the aerodynamic drag components using the methods of computational aerodynamics are considered. On the basis of the refined formulas the drag components are calculated for flows around airfoils and a high-aspect-ratio wing in transonic flow.  相似文献

采用非常规剪刀式尾桨对直升机整体性能有着重要影响,关于其复杂流动干扰机理的研究尚处在发展之中. 为了掌握剪刀式尾桨的流动干扰机理和参数影响规律,建立了适合于悬停状态下剪刀式尾桨干扰涡流场分析的计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics, CFD) 数值模拟方法. 采用积分形式的Reynolds-averagedNavier-Stokes (RANS) 方程作为旋翼流场求解控制方程,围绕旋翼流场的结构网格采用嵌套网格方法生成. 在CFD 方法验证基础之上,对悬停状态下两种不同构型剪刀式尾桨桨尖涡的涡核位置和强度的演变规律进行了定量分析,并对流场中桨尖涡与桨叶的贴近干扰、碰撞、破碎运动,同时准确捕捉了不同尺度涡之间的相互干扰、融合的过程进行了分析. 进一步研究了剪刀角和轴间距参数对不同构型剪刀式尾桨气动特性的影响规律. 计算结果表明,剪刀式尾桨流场中存在复杂的桨-涡干扰和涡-涡干扰现象,剪刀角和轴间距对剪刀式尾桨的气动特性有重要影响,L 构型剪刀式尾桨气动性能整体优于U 构型剪刀式尾桨.   相似文献

对于大长细比导弹,需要在设计阶段准确计算气动弹性/气动伺服弹性,但其复杂的气动力给计算带来困难,因此气动力降阶模型是突破大长细比导弹跨音速气动弹性分析与控制瓶颈的关键技术.虽然气动力模型降阶方法已在预测二维机翼结构的气动弹性方面取得重要进展,但几乎未见关于全机模型的气动力降阶模型研究报道.本文基于递归Wiener模型的气动力降阶方法,利用CFD计算的气动力作为模型辨识数据,用鲁棒子空间和Levenberg-Marquardt算法辨识降阶模型参数,建立了大长细比导弹气动力降阶模型.在此基础上与大长细比导弹有限元模型相结合,构造出气动弹性降阶模型,并在数值仿真中测试气动弹性降阶模型在不同马赫数下的适用性.数值仿真结果表明,该气动弹性降阶模型能够精确预测导弹模型在不同飞行条件下的非定常气动力和导弹模型的气动弹性频率响应特性.  相似文献

Aeroelastic stability of a flexible supersonic flight vehicle is considered using nonlinear dynamics, nonlinear aerodynamics, and a linear structural model. Response surfaces including global multivariate orthogonal modeling functions are invoked to derive applied nonlinear aerodynamic coefficients. A modified Gram–Schmidt method is utilized to orthogonalize the produced polynomial multivariate functions, selected and ranked by predicted squared error metric. Local variation of angle-of-attack and side-slip angle is applied to the analytical model. Identification of nonlinear aerodynamic coefficients of the flight vehicle is conducted employing a CFD code and the required analytical model for simulation purposes is constructed. The method is used to determine the aeroelastic instability and response of a selected flight vehicle.  相似文献

事先建立一个低阶的非线性、非定常气动力模型是开展非线性流场中气动弹性问题研究的一个捷径. 基于CFD方法, 通过计算结构在流场中自激振动的响应来获得系统的训练数据. 采用带输出反馈的循环RBF神经网络, 建立时域非线性气动力降阶模型.耦合结构运动方程和非线性气动力降阶模型, 采用杂交的线性多步方法计算结构在不同速度(动压)下的响应历程, 从而获得模型极限环随速度(动压)变化的特性. 两个典型的跨音速极限环型颤振算例表明, 基于气动力降阶模型方法的计算结果与直接CFD仿真结果吻合很好, 与后者相比其将计算效率提高了1~2个数量级.   相似文献

The ISNaS-project aims at providing tools for computer aided design and engineering in aerodynamics and hydrodynamics by developing an Information System for the simulation of complex flows based on the Navier-Stokes equations. Major components of the project are the development of a method-shell and of accurate as well as robust solvers for both compressible and incompressible flows. For the incompressible case, guided by typical applications in the field of river and coastal hydrodynamics, a solution procedure is being developed that is capable of handling complicated geometries, including free surface effects, in particular for high-Reynolds number flow regimes. In the present paper the invariant discretization of the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in general boundary-fitted coordinate systems is discussed. It is found to be important that certain rules are followed concerning the choice of unknowns and the approximation of the geometric quantities. This is illustrated by some preliminary results. Extensions to moving coordinate systems and time-varying computational grids are indicated.  相似文献

本文采用分区搭接网格技术,对机翼/机身/挂架/短舱复杂组合体进行网格分布,通过分析计算网格对结果的影响,探讨了网格的划分.基于Roe的近似黎曼解的方法,采用S-A湍流模型,通过求解N-S方程,对该组合体外流场/发动机短舱内流场进行一体化数值模拟,与相应风洞实验数据进行了比较与分析,取得了与实验数据较为吻合的结果.与无发动机短舱的组合体的气动特性进行比较,分析了短舱对翼身组合体的气动干扰.  相似文献

In this paper, higher order frequency response functions, based on the Volterra series, are employed to characterise the input-output behaviour of the non-linear viscous Burgers?? equation subject to sinusoidal excitation. First, a formal Volterra series representation for each spatial location is derived for the solution of Burgers?? equation with a boundary condition as the input to the system. Then a systematic method is presented to obtain the higher order frequency kernels of the Volterra series at each spatial location by solving a series of ordinary differential equations. It is shown that the convergence region of the individual harmonics with respect to the magnitude of the input excitation can be estimated by using these higher order kernels. The frequency characteristics of Burgers?? equation is investigated and compared with numerical simulation.  相似文献

In this study, an improved nonlinear reduced-order model composed of a linear part and a nonlinear part is explored for transonic aeroelastic systems. The linear part is identified via the eigensystem realization algorithm and the nonlinear part is obtained via the Levenberg–Marquardt algorithm. The impulsive signal is chosen as the training signal for the linear part and the sinusoidal signal is used to determine the order of the linear part. The training signal for the nonlinear part is selected as the filtered white Gaussian noise with the maximal amplitude and frequency range to be designed via the aeroelastic responses. An NACA64A010 airfoil and an NACA0012 airfoil are taken as illustrative examples to demonstrate the performance of the presented reduced-order model in modeling transonic aerodynamic forces. The aeroelastic behaviors of the two airfoils are obtained via computational fluid dynamics to solve the Euler equation and the Navier–Stokes equation, respectively. The numerical results demonstrate that the presented reduced-order model can successfully predict the nonlinear aerodynamic forces with and without viscous flows. Moreover, the presented reduced-order model is capable of capturing the flutter velocity and modeling complex aeroelastic behaviors, including limit-cycle oscillations, beat phenomena and nodal-shaped oscillations at the transonic Mach numbers with high accuracy.  相似文献
