The upper rim of 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane (PTA) has been modified for the first time. Lithiation of PTA, with n-butyllithium, resulted in deprotonation of an alpha-phosphorus methylene and the formation of 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane-6-yllithium (PTA-Li). The chiral chelating phosphine 6-(diphenylphosphino)-1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane (PTA-PPh2) was synthesized, in racemic form, by the reaction of PTA-Li with ClPPh2. PTA-PPh2 has been fully characterized in solution by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry and in the solid state by X-ray crystallography. The 31P NMR spectrum contains a pair of doublets at -19.8 and -100.1 ppm (d, (2)J(PP) = 65 Hz). Unlike PTA, the new bidentate phosphine, PTA-PPh2, is insoluble in aqueous solutions. Two group 6 metal carbonyl complexes, [M(CO)4(PTA-PPh2)] (M = W and Mo), were synthesized by the addition of PTA-PPh2 to cis-[M(CO)4(pip)2] and characterized by NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. Also reported are the solid-state structures of cis-[W(CO)4PTA2], cis-[W(CO)4(PTA)(PPh3)], and [W(CO)4DPPM] (DPPM = diphenylphosphinomethane). PTA-PPh2 appears to be sterically similar to and slightly more electron-donating than DPPM.  相似文献

The synthesis and structure of palladium complexes of trisubstituted PTA derivatives, PTA(R3), are described. Water-soluble phosphine ligands 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadmantane (PTA), tris(aminomethyl)phosphine trihydrobromide, tri(aminomethyl) phosphine, 3,7-dimethyl-1,5,7-triaza-3-phosphabicyclo[3,3,1]nonane (RO-PTA), 3,7-diacetyl-1,3,7-triaza-5-phosphabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (DAPTA), lithium 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane-6-carboxylate (PTA-CO?Li), 2,4,6-triphenyl-1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphatricyclo [3.3.1.1]decane, and 2,4,6-triphenyl-1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphatricyclo[3.3.1.1]decane were used as ligands for palladium catalyzed Suzuki reactions in aqueous media. RO-PTA in combination with palladium acetate or palladium chloride was the most active catalyst for Suzuki cross coupling of aryl bromides and phenylboronic acid at 80 °C in 1:1 water:acetonitrile. The activity of Pd(II) complexes of RO-PTA is comparable to PPh?(m-C?H?SO?Na) (TPPMS) and P(m-C?H?SO?Na)? (TPPTS) and less active than tri(4,6-dimethyl-3-sulfonatophenyl)phosphine trisodium salt (TXPTS). Activated, deactivated, and sterically hindered aryl bromides were examined, with yields ranging from 50% to 90% in 6 h with 5% palladium precatalyst loading. X-ray crystal structures of (RO-PTA)PdCl?, (PTA(R3))?PdCl? (R = Ph, p-tert-butylC?H?), and PTA(R3) (R = p-tert-butylC?H?) are reported.  相似文献

The antitumour activity of the organometallic ruthenium(ii)-arene mixed phosphine complexes, [Ru(eta(6)-p-cymene)Cl(PTA)(PPh(3))]BF(4) and [Ru(eta(6)-C(6)H(5)CH(2)CH(2)OH)Cl(PTA)(PPh(3))]BF(4) (PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane), have been evaluated in vitro and compared to their RAPTA analogues, [Ru(eta(6)-p-cymene)Cl(2)(PTA)] and [Ru(eta(6)-C(6)H(5)CH(2)CH(2)OH)Cl(2)(PTA)] . The results show that the addition of the PPh(3) ligand to increases the cytotoxicity towards the TS/A adenocarcinoma cancer cells, which correlates with increased uptake, but also increases cytotoxicity to non-tumourigenic HBL-100 cells, thus decreasing selectivity. The decrease in selectivity has been correlated to increased DNA interactions relative to proteins, demonstrated by reactivity of the compounds with a 14-mer oligonucleotide and the model proteins ubiquitin and cytochrome-c.  相似文献

The water-soluble tertiary phosphine complex of ruthenium(II), [RuCl2(PTA)4], (PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane) was used as catalyst precursor for hydrogenation of CO2 and bicarbonate in aqueous solution, in the absence of amine or other additives, under mild conditions. Reaction of [RuCl2(PTA)4] and H2 (60 bar) gives the hydrides [RuH2(PTA)4] (at pH = 12.0) and [RuH(PTA)4X] (X = Cl- or H2O) (at pH = 2.0). In presence of excess PTA, formation of the unparalleled cationic pentakis-phosphino species, [HRu(PTA)5]+, was unambiguously established by 1H and 31P NMR measurements. The same hydrides were observed when [Ru(H2O)6][tos]2 (tos = toluene-4-sulfonate) reacted with PTA under H2 pressure. The rate of CO2 hydrogenation strongly depends on the pH. The highest initial reaction rate (TOF = 807.3 h(-1)) was determined for a 10% HCO3-/90% CO2 mixture (pH = 5.86), whereas the reduction was very slow both at low and high pH (CO2 and Na2CO3 solutions, respectively). 1H and 31P NMR studies together with the kinetic measurements suggested that HCO3- was the real substrate and [RuH(PTA)4X] the catalytically active hydride species in this reaction. Hydrogenation of HCO3- showed an induction period which could be ascribed to the slow formation of the catalytically active hydride species.  相似文献

With a view to develop drugs that could resist hydrolysis in aqueous media, organometallic arene-capped ruthenium(II) 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphatricyclo[3.3.1.1]decane (RAPTA) complexes bearing chelating carboxylate ligands have been prepared and studied. The new complexes, Ru(eta6-cymene)(PTA)(C2O4) (1) and Ru(eta6-cymene)(PTA)(C6H6O4) (2), were found to be highly soluble and kinetically more stable than their RAPTA precursor that contains two chloride ligands in place of the carboxylate ligands. They were also able to resist hydrolysis in water and exhibited significantly lower pKa values. Importantly, they showed a similar order of activity in inhibiting cancer cell-growth proliferation (as determined by in vitro assays) and exhibited oligonucleotide binding characteristics (as evidenced by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry) similar to those of the RAPTA precursor, hence realizing a strategy for developing a new generation of stable and highly water-soluble RAPTA adducts.  相似文献

Reactions of [(eta(6)-arene)RuCl(2)](2) 1 (arene = p-cymene (a), 1,2,3,4-Me(4)C(6)H(2) (b), 1,2,3-Me(3)C(6)H(2) (c)) with tris(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)phosphine (TDMPP) led to loss of two molecules of CH(3)Cl to give (eta(6)-arene)Ru[{2-O-C(6)H(3)-6-OMe}(2){C(6)H(3)(OMe)(2)-2,6}], 2a-c, which contains a trihapto ligand (eta(3)-P,O,O) derived from TDMPP, whereas the 1,3,5-Me(3)C(6)H(3) (1d), 1,2,3,5-Me(4)C(6)H(2) (1e), and C(6)Me(6) (1f) complexes did not react with TDMPP. The structures of 2a and 2b were confirmed by X-ray analyses: for 2a, a = 11.691(2) ?, b = 15.228(2) ?, c = 10.320(1) ?, alpha = 95.93(1) degrees, beta = 113.783(9) degrees, gamma = 83.86(1) degrees, triclinic, P&onemacr;, Z = 2, R = 0.051; for 2b, a = 17.79(2) ?, b = 15.43(1) ?, c = 20.93(1) ?, beta = 91.25(8) degrees, monoclinic, P2(1)/n, Z = 8, R = 0.056. Bis(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)phenylphosphine (BDMPP) reacted with 1a, 1b, and 1d at room temperature to give (eta(6)-arene)RuCl[PPh(2-O-C(6)H(3)-6-OMe){C(6)H(3)(OMe)(2)-2,6}], 3a,b,d, which contains a dihapto (eta(2)-P,O) ligand derived from BDMPP by an X-ray analysis of 3a: a = 12.33(1) ?, b = 14.246(8) ?, c = 11.236(9) ?, alpha = 91.47(8) degrees, beta = 117.28(6) degrees, gamma = 111.70(6) degrees, triclinic, P&onemacr;, Z = 2, R = 0.040. A similar reaction with 1f recovered the starting materials, but that in refluxing MeCN produced [(eta(6)-C(6)Me(6))Ru[PPh(2-O-C(6)H(3)-6-OMe}(2)], 4f, containing a trihapto (eta(3)-P,O,O) ligand derived from BDMPP. Complex 1d reacted with BDMPP at reflux in MeCN/CH(2)Cl(2) and resulted in a loss of an arene ring to give a five-coordinate complex, Ru[eta(2)-P,O-PPh(2-O-C(6)H(3)-6-OMe){C(6)H(3)(OMe)(2)-2,6}](2)(MeCN), 5. Treatment of (2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)diphenylphosphine (MDMPP) with 1f gave (eta(6)-C(6)Me(6))RuCl[eta(2)-P,O-PPh(2)(2-O-C(6)H(3)-6-OMe)],6f, and that with 1b gave (eta(6)-1,2,3,4-Me(4)C(6)H(2))RuCl[eta(2)-P,O-PPh(2)(2-O-C(6)H(3)-6-OMe}], 6b, and (eta(6)-1,2,3,4-Me(4)C(6)H(2))RuCl(2)[eta(1)-P-PPh(2){C(6)H(3)(OMe)(2)-2,6}],7b. The phosphine ligand of 6b acted as a bidentate ligand derived from MDMPP: a = 8.074(4) ?, b = 16.816(3) ?, c = 18.916(4) ?, beta = 94.05(3) degrees, monoclinic, P2(1)/n, Z = 4, R = 0.051. Transformation of 7b to 6b readily occurred accompanying an elimination of MeCl. Reaction of 1a with MDMPP eliminated an arene ring to give the octahedral compound RuCl(2)[eta(2)-P,OMe-PPh(2){C(6)H(3)(MeO)(2)-2,6}](2), 8. An X-ray analysis of 8 showed that two MDMPP ligands were in a cis-position: a = 10.596(14) ?, b = 27.586(12) ?, c = 13.036(8) ?, beta = 108.17(7) degrees, monoclinic, P2(1)/n, Z = 4, R = 0.035.  相似文献

The synthesis of nickel(II) and palladium(II) salicylaldiminato complexes incorporating the water-soluble phosphine 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane(PTA) has been achieved employing two preparative routes. Reaction of the original ethylene polymerization catalyst developed by Grubbs and co-workers (Organometallics 1998, 17, 3149), (salicylaldiminato)Ni(Ph)PPh(3), with PTA using a homogeneous methanol/toluene solvent system resulted in the formation of the PTA analogues in good yields. Alternatively, complexes of this type may be synthesized via a direct approach utilizing (tmeda)M(CH(3))(2) (M = Ni, Pd), the corresponding salicylaldimine, and PTA. Yields by this method were generally near quantitative. The complexes were characterized in solution by (1)H/(13)C/(31)P NMR spectroscopy and in the solid-state by X-ray crystallography. All derivatives exhibited square-planar geometry with the bulky isopropyl groups on the aniline being perpendicular to the plane formed by the metal center and its four ligands. Such orientation of these sterically encumbering groups is responsible for polymer chain growth during olefin polymerization in favor of chain termination via beta-hydride elimination. Polymerization reactions were attempted using the nickel-PTA complexes in a biphasic toluene/water mixture in an effort to initiate ethylene polymerization by trapping the dissociated phosphine ligand in the water layer, thereby eliminating the need for a phosphine scavenger. Unfortunately, because of the strong binding ability of the small, donating phosphine(PTA) as compared to PPh(3), phosphine dissociation did not occur at a temperature where the complexes are thermally stable.  相似文献

A series of new Ru(II) arene phosphine complexes derived from Binap have been prepared. Specifically, reaction of Ru(OAc)(2)(Binap) with 3,5-(CF(3))(2)C(6)H(3))(4)B (BArF).H(OEt(2))(2), is shown to afford new mono- and dinuclear Ru(II) hydroxyphosphine pi-arene complexes via a series of P-C bond cleavage reactions. The dinuclear Ru(II) pi-arene complexes contain bridging P(O)(OH)(2) ligands. Crystal structures of five new complexes are reported and suggest an eta(4)-arene rather than an eta(6)-arene coordination mode. However, in solution, their (13)C NMR data are more consistent with a strongly distorted eta(6)-coordination mode. PGSE (1)H and (19)F diffusion measurements on the dinuclear complexes suggest hydrogen bonding of the triflate anion and ion-pairing of the BArF(-) anion.  相似文献

The novel water-soluble ruthenium(II) complexes [RuCl(2)(eta(6)-arene)[P(CH(2)OH)(3)]]2a-c and [RuCl(eta(6)-arene)[P(CH(2)OH)(3)](2)][Cl]3a-c have been prepared in high yields by reaction of dimers [[Ru(eta(6)-arene)(micro-Cl)Cl](2)](arene = C(6)H(6)1a, p-cymene 1b, C(6)Me(6)1c) with two or four equivalents of P(CH(2)OH)(3), respectively. Complexes 2/3a-c are active catalysts in the redox isomerization of several allylic alcohols into the corresponding saturated carbonyl compounds under water/n-heptane biphasic conditions. Among them, the neutral derivatives [RuCl(2)(eta(6)-C(6)H(6))[P(CH(2)OH)(3)]]2a and [RuCl(2)(eta(6)-p-cymene)[P(CH(2)OH)(3)]]2b show the highest activities (TOF values up to 600 h(-1); TON values up to 782). Complexes 2/3a-c also catalyze the hydration of terminal alkynes.  相似文献

The new water-soluble ruthenium(II) chiral complexes [RuCpX(L)(L')](n+) (X = Cl, I. L = PPh3; L' = PTA, mPTA; L = L' = PTA, mPTA) (PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane; mPTA = N-methyl-1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane) have been synthesized and characterized by NMR and IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The salt mPTA(OSO2CF3) was also prepared and fully characterized by spectroscopic techniques. X-ray crystal structures of [RuClCp(PPh3)(PTA)] (2), [RuCpI(PPh3)(PTA)] (3), and [RuCpI(mPTA)(PPh3)](OSO2CF3) (9) have been determined. The binding properties toward DNA of the new hydrosoluble complexes have been studied using the mobility shift assay. The ruthenium chloride complexes interact with DNA depending on the hydrosoluble phosphine bonded to the metal, while the corresponding compounds with iodide, [RuCpI(PTA)2] (1), [RuCpI(PPh3)(PTA)] (3), [RuCpI(mPTA)2](OSO2CF3)2 (6), and [RuCpI(mPTA)(PPh3)](OSO2CF3) (9), do not bind to DNA.  相似文献

Three novel luminescent piano-stool arene ruthenium complexes of general formula [(eta(6)-arene)RuCl(2)(CPI)] (eta(6)-arene = benzene, 1, p-cymene, 2, and hexamethylbenzene, 3; CPI=1-(4-cyanophenyl)imidazole were prepared. The molecular structures of 2 and 3 were determined crystallographically. Reaction of 1-3 with EPh(3) (E = P, As, or Sb) and N-N donor bases such as 2,2'-bipyridine and 1,10-phenanthroline afforded cationic mononuclear complexes of general formula [(eta(6)-arene)RuCl(CPI)(EPh(3))](+) (eta(6)-arene = C(6)H(6), E = P (1a), E = As (1b), E = Sb(1c); eta(6)-arene = C(10)H(14), E = P (2a), E = As (2b), E = Sb (2c); eta(6)-arene = C(6)Me(6), E = P (3a), E = As (3b), E = Sb (3c)) and [(eta(6)-arene)Ru(N-N)(CPI)](2+) (eta(6)-arene = C(6)H(6), N-N = bipy (1d), N-N = phen (1e); eta(6)-arene = C(10)H(14), N-N = bipy (2d), N-N = phen (2e); eta(6)-arene = C(6)Me(6), N-N = bipy (3d), N-N = phen (3e)). Molecular structures of 1a and 2a were also confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Structural studies of the complexes 2, 3, 1a, and 2a supported coordination of CPI through the imidazole nitrogen and the presence of a pendant nitrile group. Structural data also revealed stabilization of crystal packing in the complexes 2, 3, and 2a by C-H...X (X = Cl, F) type inter- and intramolecular interactions and in complex 1a by pi-pi stacking. Moreover, neutral homonuclear bimetallic complexes 2f,g were prepared by using complex 2 as a metallo-ligand, where CPI acts as a bridge between two metal centers. Emission spectra of the mononuclear complexes [(eta(6)-arene)RuCl(2)(CPI)] and its derivatives exhibited intense luminescence when excited in the metal to ligand charge-transfer band.  相似文献

Cyclopentadienyl (Cp) ligands in moderately strained [1]- and [2]ferrocenophanes [Fe{(eta5-C5H4)2(ERx)y}: Fe{(eta5-C5H4)2SiMe2} (1), Fe{(eta5-C5H4)CH2}2 (10)] and highly strained [2]ruthenocenophanes [Ru{(eta5-C5H4)CR2}2 {R = H (15), Me (16)}] are susceptible to partial substitution by P donors and form mixed-hapticity metallocycles-[M(L2){(eta5-C5H4)(ERx)y(eta1-C5H4)}]: [Fe(dppe){(eta5-C5H4)SiMe2(eta1-C5H4)}] (5), [Fe(dmpe){(eta5-C5H4)SiMe2(eta1-C5H4)}] (6), [Fe(dmpe){(eta5-C5H4)(CH2)2(eta1-C5H4)}] (11), [Ru(dmpe){(eta5-C5H4)(CH2)2(eta1-C5H4)}] (17), [Ru(dmpe){(eta5-C5H4)(CMe2)2(eta1-C5H4)}] (18), and [Ru(PMe3)2{(eta5-C5H4)(CH2)2(eta1-C5H4)}] (19)-through haptotropic reduction of one eta5-, pi-bound Cp to eta1, sigma-coordination. These reactions are strain-controlled, as highly ring-tilted [2]ruthenocenophanes 15 and 16 [tilt angles (alpha) approximately 29-31 degrees ] react without irradiation to form thermodynamically stable products, while moderately strained [n]ferrocenophanes 1 and 10 (alpha approximately 19-22 degrees ) require photoactivation. The iron-containing photoproducts 5 and 11 are metastable and thermally retroconvert to their strained precursors and free phosphines at 70 degrees C. In contrast, the unprecedented ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of the essentially ring-strain-free adduct 6 to afford poly(ferrocenyldimethylsilane) [Fe(eta5-C5H4)2SiMe2]n (Mw approximately 5000 Da) was initiated by the thermal liberation of small amounts of P donor. Unlike reactions with bidentate analogues, monodentate phosphines promoted photolytic ROP of ferrocenophanes 1 and 10. MALDI-TOF analysis suggested a cyclic structure for the soluble poly(ferrocenyldimethylsilane), 8-cyclic, produced from 1 in this manner. While the polymer likewise produced from 10 was insoluble, the initiation step in the ROP process was modeled by isolation of a tris(phosphine)-substituted ring-opened ferrocenophane [Fe(PMe3)3{(eta5-C5H4)(CH2)2(C5H5)}][OCH2CH3] (13[OCH2CH3]) generated by irradiation of 10 and PMe3 in a protic solvent (EtOH). Studies of the cation 13 revealed that the Fe center reacts with a Cp- anion with loss of the phosphines to form [Fe(eta5-C5H5){(eta5-C5H4)(CH2)2(C5H5)}] (14) under conditions identical to those of the ROP experiments, confirming the likelihood of "back-biting" reactions to yield cyclic structures or macrocondensation to produce longer chains.  相似文献

The new water-soluble ligand dmPTA(OSO(2)CF(3))(2) (1) (dmPTA = N,N'-dimethyl-1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane) has been synthesized by reaction of PTA with MeOSO(2)CF(3) in acetone (PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphatricycle[3.3.1.1(3,7)]decane). The reaction of 1 with KOH gave rise to the new water-soluble ligand dmoPTA (3) (dmoPTA = 3,7-dimethyl-1,3,7-triaza-5-phosphabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane) by elimination of the -CH(2)- group located between both NCH(3) units. Compound dmPTA(BF(4))(2) (2) and complex [RuClCp(HdmoPTA)(PPh(3))](OSO(2)CF(3)) (4) have also been synthesized, while compounds HdmoPTA(BF(4)) (3a) and [RuClCp(dmPTA)(PPh(3))](OSO(2)CF(3)) (5) were characterized but not isolated. The new ligands and the complex have been fully characterized by NMR, IR, elemental analysis, and X-ray crystal structure determination (ligand 1 and complex 4). The synthetic processes for 3 and 4 were studied.  相似文献

The allenylidene-ruthenium complexes [(eta6-arene)RuCl(=C=C=CR2)(PR'3)]OTf (R2 = Ph; fluorene, Ph, Me; PR'3 = PCy3, P(i)Pr3, PPh3) (OTf = CF3SO3) on protonation with HOTf at -40 C are completely transformed into alkenylcarbyne complexes [(eta6-p-cymene)RuCl([triple bond]CCH=CR2)(PR3)](OTf)2. At -20 degrees C the latter undergo intramolecular rearrangement of the allenylidene ligand, with release of HOTf, into the indenylidene group in derivatives [(eta6-arene)RuCl(indenylidene)(PR3)]OTf. The in situ-prepared indenylidene-ruthenium complexes are efficient catalyst precursors for ring-opening metathesis polymerization of cyclooctene and cyclopentene, reaching turnover frequencies of nearly 300 s(-1) at room temperature. Isolation of these derivatives improves catalytic activity for the ring-closing metathesis of a variety of dienes and enynes. A mechanism based on the initial release of arene ligand and the in situ generation of the active catalytic species RuCl(OTf)(=CH2)(PR3) is proposed.  相似文献

Square-planar dinuclear nickel(II) complexes containing [S,N,O]2– ligands formed by condensation of acetyl acetone or benzoyl acetone with cysteamine were prepared. These dimeric nickel(II) compounds undergo bridge-cleavage reactions with the cage phosphine PTA (PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane) or in situ generated N-heterocyclic carbenes. The resulting diamagnetic, square planar NiII complexes were characterized by spectroscopic methods and X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reaction of electron-rich carbene-precursor olefins containing two imidazolinylidene moieties [(2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2)CH(2))NCH(2)CH(2)N(R)Cdbond;](2) (2a: R=CH(2)CH(2)OMe, 2 b R=CH(2)Mes), bearing at least one 2,4,6-trimethylbenzyl (R=CH(2)Mes) group on the nitrogen atom, with [RuCl(2)(arene)](2) (arene=p-cymene, hexamethylbenzene) selectively leads to two types of complexes. The cleavage of the chloride bridges occurs first to yield the expected (carbene) (arene)ruthenium(II) complex 3. Then a further arene displacement reaction takes place to give the chelated eta(6)-mesityl,eta(1)-carbene-ruthenium complexes 4 and 5. An analogous eta(6)-arene,eta(1)-carbene complex with a benzimidazole frame 6 was isolated from an in situ reaction between [RuCl(2)(p-cymene)](2), the corresponding benzimidazolium salt and cesium carbonate. On heating, the RuCl(2)(imidazolinylidene) (p-cymene) complex 8, with p-methoxybenzyl pendent groups attached to the N atoms, leads to intramolecular p-cymene displacement and to the chelated eta(6)-arene,eta(1)-carbene complex 9. On reaction with AgOTf and the propargylic alcohol HCtbond;CCPh(2)OH, compounds 4-6 were transformed into the corresponding ruthenium allenylidene intermediates (4-->10, 5-->11, 6-->12). The in situ generated intermediates 10-12 were found to be active and selective catalysts for ring-closing metathesis (RCM) or cycloisomerisation reactions depending on the nature of the 1,6-dienes. Two complexes [RuCl(2)[eta(1)-CN(CH(2)C(6)H(2)Me(3)-2,4,6)CH(2)CH(2)N- (CH(2)CH(2)OMe)](C(6)Me(6))] 3 with a monodentate carbene ligand and [RuCl(2)[eta(1)-CN[CH(2)(eta(6)-C(6)H(2)Me(3)-2,4,6)]CH(2)CH(2)N-(CH(2)C(6)H(2)Me(3)-2,4,6)]] 5 with a chelating carbene-arene ligand were characterised by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Neutral and cationic mononuclear complexes containing both group 15 and polypyridyl ligands [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)Cl2] [1; tptz=2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine], [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(kappa2-dppm)Cl]BF4 [2; dppm=bis(diphenylphosphino)methane], [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(pa)]Cl (3; pa=phenylalanine), [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(dtc)]Cl (4; dtc=diethyldithiocarbamate), [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(SCN)2] (5) and [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(N3)2] (6) have been synthesized. Complex 1 has been used as a metalloligand in the synthesis of homo- and heterodinuclear complexes [Cl2(PPh3)Ru(micro-tptz)Ru(eta6-C6H6)Cl]BF4 (7), [Cl2(PPh3)Ru(mu-tptz)Ru(eta6-C10H14)Cl]PF6 (8), and [Cl2(PPh3)Ru(micro-tptz)Rh(eta5-C5Me5)Cl]BF4 (9). Complexes 7-9 present examples of homo- and heterodinuclear complexes in which a typical organometallic moiety [(eta6-C6H6)RuCl]+, [(eta6-C10H14)RuCl]+, or [(eta5-C5Me5)RhCl]+ is bonded to a ruthenium(II) polypyridine moiety. The complexes have been fully characterized by elemental analyses, fast-atom-bombardment mass spectroscopy, NMR (1H and 31P), and electronic spectral studies. Molecular structures of 1-3, 8, and 9 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Complex 1 functions as a good precursor in the synthesis of other ruthenium(II) complexes and as a metalloligand. Coordination of N,N' bidentate ligands aryl-pyridin-2-ylmethyl-amine ArNH-CH2-2-C5H4N 1 (Ar = 4-CH3-C6H4, 1a; 4-CH3O-C6H4, 1b; 2,6-(CH3)2-C6H3, 1c; 4-CF3-C6H4, 1d) to the moieties [Ru(bipy)2]2+, [Ru(eta5-C5H5)L]+ (L = CH3CN, CO), or [Ru(eta6-arene)Cl]2+ (arene = benzene, p-cymene) occurs under diastereoselective or diastereospecific conditions. Detailed stereochemical analysis of the new complexes is included. The coordination of these secondary amine ligands activates their oxidation to imines by molecular oxygen in a base-catalyzed reaction and hydrogen peroxide was detected as byproduct. The amine-to-imine oxidation was also observed under the experimental conditions of cyclic voltammetry measurements. Deprotonation of the coordinated amine ligands afforded isolatable amido complexes only for the ligand (1-methyl-1-pyridin-2-yl-ethyl)-p-tolyl-amine, 1e, which doesn't contain hydrogen atoms in a beta position relative to the N-H bond. The structures of [Ru(2,2'-bipyridine)2(1b)](PF6)2, 2b; [Ru(2,2'-bipyridine)(2)(1c)](PF6)2, 2c; trans-[RuCl2(COD)(1a)], 3; and [RuCl2(eta6-C6H6)(1a)]PF6, 4a, have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Half-sandwich complexes [(eta(6)-arene)RuCl(pyam)][SbF(6)] (pyam = L(n) = N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-(R)-1-phenylethylamine (L(1)), N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-(R)-1-naphthylethylamine (L(2)), N-(2-quinolylmethyl)-(R)-1-naphthylethylamine (L(3)), N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-(R)-1-cyclohexylethylamine (L(4)), N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-(1R,2S,4R)-1-bornylamine (L(5))) have been synthetised and characterised. Treatment of these compounds with AgSbF(6) generates dicationic complexes [(eta(6)-arene)Ru(pyam)(H(2)O)](2+) which act as enantioselective catalysts for the Diels-Alder reactions of methacrolein and cyclopentadiene. The catalytic reactions occur quickly at room temperature with good exo : endo selectivity (from 84 : 16 to 98 : 2) and moderate enantioselectivity (up to 74% ee). The molecular structures of the chloride complexes (R(Ru),S(N),R(C))-[(eta(6)-p-MeC(6)H(4)iPr)RuClL(1)][SbF(6)], (R(Ru),S(N),S(C2))-[(eta(6)-p-MeC(6)H(4)iPr)RuClL(5)][SbF(6)], and that of the aqua complex (R(Ru),S(N),S(C2))-[(eta(6)-p-MeC(6)H(4)iPr)RuL(5)(H(2)O)][SbF(6)](2), were determined by X-ray diffractometric methods. The distinctive variations observed in the molecular structures of these complexes only concern the puckering parameters of the metallacycle and the relative disposition of substituents within this ring. A clear trend to localise the most steric demanding substituents at equatorial positions is evident from the structural study.  相似文献
